Nice Thai restaurant with all the usual menu options. Well prepared food and good service. Reasonably priced too.

Authentic in the sense that it is made by Thai chefs and it has a broad, interesting menu. The food is definitely adapted to western tastes, though without the balance of flavours food in Thailand has. Tofu Laab was VERY sour (I like sour so it was fine) and the mushrooms were insanely sweet - both bordered on tasting like British Chinese food at times for me. Pork Pad Kra Pao had a slight boar taint flavour and the mushroom tomyum was a bit… sad. It’s very busy (we went Friday dinner time) so I’d recommend booking in advance. Jasmine, our server, was very attentive, polite and great to chat with.

The food here was beautiful, small portions so a little overpriced my partner and I ordered a sharing platter and a main thinking we'd not be able to manage anything else, we don't eat a lot as we fast and eat once a day, well we left and had to pick up food from the shops to cook at home as we were both starving. The sharing platter is almost £20 and although lovely was disappointing. The Pad Thai was delicious, My partner ordered Duck in Tamarind and the waiter bought him prawns, we pointed out the mistake and they took his plate away leaving mine on the table to go cold for 10 minutes before taking mine away to reheat until they bought the correct meal out for my partner. I think if we wanted Thai food again we'd consider ordering a takeaway from here but we won't be eating in, the service from the wait staff wasn't very friendly seemed rushed, we asked for water and our glasses were slammed on the table, our waiter never spoke once to us other than to take our order (that he took wrong) not a great atmosphere. Would possibly benefit from some new servers.

The food was delicious. Service was on point. The flavours were just amazing. I don’t like two green curry as a rule but this one was very tasty without to much heat.

Ordered take away for collection at specified time. Received email confirming order and another email confirming order in progress. Arrived at said time to collect and order had clearly not been processed nor cooked. That said meal was great & very tasty, just disappointed that if you turn up at collection time it’s not cooked. Deliveroo would have been quicker!

Very good Thai food, very quick service & delicious food. Lots of choice on the menu. We went on a Sunday night & it was surprisingly busy. Very reasonable prices.

Absolutely amazing it's our second time eating here and we love the place, the staff are warm and very welcoming. The food is great you get plenty and not pricey at all. If I was local to the area I would eat here more ! If you love Thai food or wanting to try it and you're near here then give them a visit.

The food was nice but the service was disgusting they stood over us and kept telling us to hurry up as they had another sitting. They were so rude the whole night that it ruined my birthday meal.

I had an evening meal here, really nice food no idea what I had, a stir fry type chicken dish with noodles and rice etc. welcoming and friendly staff, good service and the prices were fine.

Great service. Lovely ambiance but above all the most delicious Thai food we have had in ages. Worth a trip to Lincoln just for this meal. Our only regret is we found it on our second day here.

Deserved No1 Status! Restaurant was busy for a Wednesday night but the staff were friendly and efficient. Drinks and food were served quickly and was extremely delicious. Very happy to return, at least you can walk the calories off getting up the hill!

Fantastic food, highly recommend!

Superb food and efficient, accurate service. Didn't have a booking and they were full to the gills but we were able to take our seats after a short wait. Considering they were so busy, service was prompt, helpful and friendly without any fuss. Food was simply excellent, best green curry I've had. If you're going on Friday or Saturday night best to book in advance or a larger group might have to wait a while. Highly recommended.

In Lincoln with colleagues and saw this restaurant. Friendly service which was very good but the food was outstanding! If they say a dish is spicy then it is spicy! I'm back to Lincoln again in a few weeks and I can't wait to return to this restaurant!

What a great restaurant, we hadn't booked but a table for two was found. We had a set meal for two which was good and more than we could eat. The service was quick and friendly. Will I go back again? You bet!

Food was flavourful and fresh. The restaurant is popular so there is a good vibe of good food being enjoyed and the location at the top of Lincoln is surrounded by great shops and pubs.

Food was delicious, presentation exceptional and service very good/friendly. I do think the tables are a bit close together - not ideal.

Fabulous food with authentic taste, just like being back in Thailand. The hot and sour soup was delicious and kind of the waitress to point out the chillies were very hot. The whole of the banquet b was great, sauces with the king prawns and yellow curry were excellent.

This restaurant is well worth a visit. The staff are very friendly and inviting and the food is good. We had set meal B which we enjoyed. It does get very busy so I would book before hand

Not been here for some years, took my parents 66 & 69 for the first ever time to a thai restaurant, they loved every drop of food that was brought out to them and service left a brilliant impression on them for a first visit. WELL DONE ALL.

Bland microwaved food (we were near kitchen and heard the pings) Thai food should be freshly cooked with aromatic flavours. Not gloopy warm and reheated . Looks very tarty food not matching up.

Christmas event with colleagues. The food was outstanding. This place looks fantastic and was very enjoyable. Many of our group were vegetarian. Everyone was very happy with the choice and quality.

Came across this after the Indian we wanted to go to was fully booked and after the initial disappointment of that, I can tell you we were blown away by this incredible restaurant!! Everything was 5 star… the welcome by that’s staff, the menu choice, the waiting staff, the food and the atmosphere! We had the set menu A and it was really good value, plenty of choice and really tasty. Definitely would recommend this Restaurant and we would love to come back when we visit Lincoln again!!

We were lucky to get a table for two- the restaurant was very busy. The food was lovely and tasty. Service was good. However the noise level was unbelievably high. Probably the worst in a restaurant we have been to in years. So for that reason I doubt we would ever return. Didn't think much to the automatic service charge either.

The best Thai food I’ve had in a long time! We visited in early December and all the tables were set with Christmas crackers for that festive feel. The food was quality for a fair price, service was excellent- definitely recommend if you’re ever in Lincoln

Amazing authentic thai food!! We had curry and it was delicious!!!

Food is always amazing. Love every dish that comes out of their kitchen, tastes nice, and is so aromatic. The food portion is good, there are options for sharing on the menu. Feel a bit packed with people in its rush hours, but the speed of food serving and service is still the same, and no delay at all.

A compact restaurant with tables close to each other and quite noisy so not the place to go for a quiet meal but fine to get together with others. Staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the service was quick and efficient. Most of the food was very good with the exception of my seafood soup. The broth was very good, fresh tasting and spicy but the king prawns were a bit overcooked and tough, and the squid was even more overcooked and tough. The curries and stir fries were all perfectly cooked and tasty.

Wonderful food, great people, very friendly

Our 2nd visit in just as many months. We love this place. The food tastes very authentic, always very flavoursome, well presented and well balanced. The portion sizes are just right. We like to get 2 starters and 2 mains and get everything served at the same time so we can just share. We always feel pleasantly full without feeling stuffed. The service is so friendly, without being too formal. And the prices are more than reasonable for Lincoln. We will be taking the rest of the family there soon.

Food is always spot on, it can't be faulted. Staff are very polite and professional. The only drown side is that a surcharge is applied to the bill which can add a significant increase, so be aware.

My Thai friend really wanted to try some authentic Thai food so we decided to give Thailand no1 a try as it was highly rated. It did not disappoint, the curry was to die for and the stir fried pork was comforting and delicious. Would go again!

Arrived without booking at 5pm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was fabulous. We ordered the banquet for 4 and every dish was excellent. By the time we left the restaurant was packed. We were very lucky

We booked for a family celebration, with one of the guests being Gluten free. It was lovely to see gluten free choices on starters and mains. All our dishes were served piping hot and really fresh tasty ingredients. Service was very good too (they automatically added a service charge on for our party of five) What was disappointing was there was only one gluten free dessert on the menu being lychees. This was a shame as they have such a good selection for gluten free on starters and mains.

Not impressed at all, we came at 8:30, main dish was given at 9:45. Food good but you can find same in other Chinese restaurants. Quite old tableware and all atmosphere need to refresh. Wouldn't recommend, for this money can find in Lincoln something more interesting

Got takeaway from here for the first time a few weeks ago but have eaten there many times. Takeaway is exactly the same quality as the restaurant, 10/10 would order again!

Booked as a last minute. We booked for 6pm for 2 and was told they needed the table back at 7:30pm. We were greeting by very friendly staff and were seated quickly in very authentic surroundings. We chose the house white wine which went down a treat, and chose Set Meal B. The food was to die for, good portions with great flavours. We couldn’t even finish it all. The food came out quick but you could tell had been cooked fresh. The satay skewers were the best I’ve tasted and the King Prawns were spicy but fresh.Highly recommend this restaurant.

Top class visit not been here for quite some time the food was amazing great service and great selection of wines. If you like Thai food and you’re in lincoln this place is a must.

Location: 5/5 Right in the center of the Old Town, near such visual delights as ye olde Lincoln Cathedral, Greggs, & the Roman Aqueduct. Top o' the hill. Food: 4/5 The food is generally of a high, tasty standard. Fluffy rice, crunchy vegetables & mouth-watering meats. However, we did once have an unfortunate encounter with a sickly sweet Pad Thai (no lie). Service: 3/5 Always kind, but don't hide when they want you to leave. This can be a little off-putting. Atmosphere: 3/5 Hectic and a little cramped. Nice decor and comfortable seats. Overall: 4/5 Not without flaws, but we really like this place. We have a lot of love for it.

We always love the food here, that’s why we always come back. The only complaint we always have is that it always feels rushed. We barely had time to blink between starter and main. This is a common issue here, even when the restaurant is half empty so no rush for tables. The kitchen need to slow down a bit.

The ambience doesn't really give a Thai vibe. The food isn't as remarkable as I should have thought so and it doesn't especially match the price. It's so simple and cramped and can be easily compared by a landslide to another local Thai restaurant. Happy for a time-limited table reservation slot at such short notice but not in any way special and redeemable.

Brilliant tasty food presented in a fantastic way. Couldn't pick a better place for a celebration meal. Definitely would recommend to any one coming to Lincoln who loves Asian food.

Waited for 15 minutes outside as door said closed. It was actually Open!! First time back in Lincoln for several weeks and was looking forward to their amazing Lunch Deal. Having had it at least 10 times before. Sadly no longer available, prices were all set at evening rates. I'm sorry but £60 for a 2 course lunch is simply too much. Don't eat such large amounts at that time of day. Sooooo dissapointed. We walked out and went for Fish & Chips across the road.

Central location near Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. We had a very tasty lunch. The portions were generous and the service was quick helpful and friendly.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Despite great food, the male and female in charge were downright rude and aggressive. When we booked no one told us that our table was time booked. After being served another round of drinks and our dessert we were asked to leave as another group were waiting on our table. We ovbiously stood our ground and finished our meal. The staff were under great pressure to do three jobs at once. In addition, we sat under the air conditioning unit, which blasted our cold on our table. Needless to say, we didn't pay the service charge and will not be returning. We have been frequenting the restaurant for 12 years.

We always look for a Thai restaurant when away, and very glad we found this one! The quality of food was outstanding and the Pad Thai one of the best we’ve ever eaten. Service was very good and despite it being midweek it was absolutely packed. We’ll definitely be back!

Great meal with friends. We opted for a set meal to share and it was a good choice. Lovely selection of appetisers and the variety of mains was great. Every dish was delicious, my favourite was the fragrant green curry. Good selection of drinks, the house red was good. Staff were friendly and professional.

Lovely Restaurant, You get a great Thai vibe just as you would expect :-) The staff were very attentive and as i have dietary issues they adjusted the food to my needs with no fuss. Food is great too! Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Regular visitor here when in Lincoln for work. Food is normally excellent. However this time I was violently sick about 6 hours after eating there and all I could taste was seafood. I think I had something that wasn’t quite right. I am always loathe to have seafood on a Monday as not sure how fresh it is after the weekend. I should have suck to my mantra. Service was good but obviously experience ruined by being so ill afterwards and having to struggle through work meetings for the reason of my visit to Lincoln.

Went for a late lunch while in Lincoln. Waitress was a bit blunt but maybe was a language issue and concerns about fitting us in without a reservation prior to the dinner serving. Food was fantastic though. Every dish full of flavour and spice. Would love to come back for dinner and spend longer and try more of the menu.

Very disappointed. My wife and i, have been meaning to try this place out for several years now and finally got round to going the other night and i have to say it was very disappointing! The food was really bland and tasteless, very oily my chicken was covered in this wet oily sort of substance that had a bizzare taste and the meat was not good quality at all. The service was extremely long and the staff were rude. It was just a very negative experience. I would go elsewhere and save your money/time!

The restaurant is large and very centrally located. The Thai dishes we chose were all really tasty and beautifully presented. Indeed, it was the best Thai food we had had in a long time.Our waiters were courteous and attentive. All together we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

An extensive & varied menu, the dishes we had were delicious. If we are ever in Lincoln again we will definitely visit again.

They managed to squeeze us in on a very busy Friday night and we were so glad they did. Lovely welcoming staff, great service and really nice food at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend but suggest pre booking to avoid disappointment.

First time visiting the restaurant. Very friendly and attentive staff, nice surroundings. Extensive menu and staff were knowledgeable about what was on offer and helped this fussy vegetarian choose a main course. Food arrived extremely quickly, was piping hot and beautifully displayed and was delicious. It was very quiet when we arrived for a 6.30pm booking but was jam packed within half an hour, so would recommend booking.

I went here as part of a larger group and we had no issues booking at short notice (although it being middle of the week might've helped). Everyone really enjoyed the food, which was both hearty and flavourful. The portion sizes were also just right. The only (small) issue was that we had to wait a pretty long time for some of the food to arrive.

Last two times I have visited we have been sat in… well the walkway - I HATE the overcrowding/cramming in of tables around the entrance, you just feel permanently in the way and have no chance of enjoying an evening out with your other half....

If that's thai I'll eat my hat, it should be fresh and fragrant but was globular and tasteless and bloody expensive, £142 light, should have gone to macdonalds

Delicious food and great service. Walked in without a booking, and they were keen to find a place. Very clean. The only thing is they have some really ugly cutlery, which is unpolished brass with brass bamboo-looking handles. For me, these distracted me from both food and conversation. We had one of the set menus, which was well-balanced, they were happy to make modifications to the contents, I'll certainly be back and try other foods there (but I might bring my own eating irons!)

Nice set meal, tasty and plentiful food and attentive staff. Only slight surprise was getting 3 minutes of warning that the restaurant was closing at 10pm then the bright lights were plunged on and the staff "hovered" while we downed our drinks and left! Nice...

MSG levels are extremely high and I've had a reaction to it that is still ongoing. I have every single recognised symptom. Curry was tasty, but the starter was just an overpriced aesthetic display with very little content.
