Every year i get a birthday email from TGI Fridays, and i use the cocktails offer for myself and my girlfriends. The fact that TGI give u a variety of cocktails to choose from is amazing, WHERE ELSE DOES THIS?? and the drinks are so big and so tasty.

Ordered starter and main , 25 minutes later manager said we run out of noodles, plus main burned and served with no starter, gets worse , initial waiter didn't come back to apologise and ignored me , manager made up for it, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go that branch ever, they are very rude and under staffed.

as we know this is part of a chain and also as expected this one was hugely busy as we were all off to see Billy Joel. However, not enough staff meant we were seated for nearly 2 hours, despite the fact our waitress was superb and worked very hard. food average at best, and also it was extremely hot.

Estábamos en Londres por unos días y me alojé en Wembley. decidimos visitar el parque comercial y vimos este TGI Friday's. Fuimos y no había mucha gente ya que era media tarde de un lunes. El personal inmediatamente vino a nosotros y nos sentamos en una mesa de nuestra elección. Nuestra orden de bebidas fue tomado y menús a la izquierda. El servicio fue muy eficiente y nuestras bebidas llegó rápidamente. Nuestro pedido fue tomado y nos dejaron a charlar. La comida llega y estaba delicioso (jack daniels pollo en semillas de sésamo, muy recomendado) El personal mantiene un ojo en los niveles de bebidas y vino una vez que volvimos a reponer. Los platos principales eran de un alto estándar que a ambos nos gustó. A través de la el personal muy atento.

El gerente es extremadamente grosero y trata a sus empleados como esclavos, sentimos mucho por la chica mala que era uno de nuestros servidores. 6 personal diferente. Tratamos de mesa Ninguno de los empleados comprender su iPhone App. Estábamos allí por 2 horas, esperar 20 minutos para la comida, 10 minutos para comer, 1 hora y media esperando la factura como personal no se aviso, especialmente el gerente que no pudo organizar una noche borrachos en una cervecería.

Pedimos la porción de 'Fiesta' ensalada Cesar con pollo, tenía aproximadamente la mitad de una pechuga de pollo, 2 tomates cherry cortados por la mitad y se olvidaron el crotones. Fue un gran plato de lechuga vestidos. A pesar de dejar el 90% de los camareros ni siquiera preguntar si estaba bien, así que no te molestes en quejarnos, pagamos y la izquierda, estancia en Wembley mucho, no te molestes en volver de nuevo. Me gustaría ver la porción no' fiesta de una ensalada

Tuvimos una cena maravillosa aquí, dos campos de £15,99 $ buena relación calidad-precio. Camarera Holly era realmente encantadora, obviamente feliz en su trabajo, tener que llevar un sombrero ridículo hamburguesa. La comida estaba caliente, sabroso y no tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo entre los campos. Una buena selección de bebidas, postre delicioso, muy berry refresco.

Aquí esta noche el servicio era de primera categoría. El arranque fue muy satisfactorio (ver foto). El tomahawk bistec era agradable. Pero 20 de los 30 oz era hueso de dicho. Un normal de costilla la próxima vez (de nuevo ver la imagen). El hueso hizo un gran diente pic:).

Went about 4 o'clock had nor wait only about 20 people eating, service was good, drinks and food arrived within reasonable time, like you would exspected it's a standard Friday's menu, but we found some reasonable food at a reasonable price.

We've just been here this evening and it was great. The service was excellent, the waiter was superb and couldn't do enough for us. The food was good, just as you'd expect. The food came fairly quickly and the atmosphere was fab. Highly recommended!

Went here today with my daughter and grandson (he has egg allergy ) food was hot didn't have to wait long ,service was excellent and manager came over to speak about grandsons egg allergy .

Went here for lunch when at Wembley for a football match, considering how busy it was staff were doing a great job, only down side was that restaurant was too hot, place need good air con or better ventilation.

Me cobraron por hongos que pedí, pero no conseguí. Piña Colada por 7 libras era horrible, alcohol muy baja (si lo hay) y una fangosa desordenadas. Parecía más un batido. Pegajoso por todas partes!

Las edades esperaron para la comida y la bebida. Cócteles sin alcohol eran extremadamente diluidas. Alas de Pollo estaban fríos por dentro y como todavía estoy esperando sentó la factura (17 minutos tan lejos y escrutinio), nadie ha venido.

I have visited many TGI Friday restaurants and this was by far the worst we had visited

Had a family meal at the weekend, the service was very good, thank you Blossom.The mains tasted very good we had Ribs with the JD marinade, just melted in your mouth. The service was timely everything came out hot and tasty. Blossom was a little gem. My only criticism by all the family was the Slaw, it was dire, tasteless and added nothing to the meal. Somebody learn to make good coleslaw or give up, possibly the worst I have ever been served, needless to say none of the 4 ate any.

We dropped by for a drink (2 cocktails and a cocktail). At the bar (bit of a wait...but worth it), Adam served us. Really pleasant guy, remembered our order and got to work. From putting the ice in the glass to placing the serviette on the bar, it was a fabulous spectacle. He put on a show while making a our cocktails (not flashy, just experienced and good at what he does) - and the drinks were good too.Excellent!

Food was lovely, staff were very helpful. When we told the waitress we was in a hurry due to parking they were very quick!

We were told that there awas a 40 minute wait which we were fine with. Our buzzer went after 40 minutes and we were shown to a table. The table, seats and menus were wet and sticky - at least they were clean but the seater refused to dry them. After 15 minutes we stopped a waitress to take our order, she refused as we weren't her table. After a further 10 minutes wait she took our order. There were 4 of us. She brought me a pint of lager instead of the ordered bottle of Bud then walked off. We managed to get another waitor to get the correct drink. After 25 minutes we asked a table cleaner to see where our food was (burgers). He brought it to us after 5 minutes as it was apparently just ready. The food looked dreadful. The bun tops weren't onthe burgers. The cheese had evaporated, the bacon had shrivelled up and the burgers were grey throughout and dry. They had obviously been on the pass for some time. We ate them as we had by now been in the restaurant for 1 hour 40 minutes and were in a rush. Luckily (for them) no one asked us how our meal was. They did bring the bill promptly. We paid over £11 for meals that would've been quicker, fresher and a third of the price at McDonalds.Overall the whole experience was appalling and I will be reluctant to visit any TGI's in future. Thankfully Coldplay were amazing so we had a fabulous night!

Nice new location in the newer part of Wembley but I think they've forgotten how to make good simple American diner food. Could do much better.

On arrival, met by a very friendly door host (black guy with short dreadlocks), who showed us immediately to our table. The waitress came a short while later to take our order. Had the short beef ribs and my friend the Jack Daniels burger. Food was excellent.I've been a few times to the Wembley branch where the food and the service is always of a high quality.

For my love of TGIF, i went to this place for a couple of drinks with friends. I checked their menu online and to my surprise they served pizzas but was dissapointed to see no pizzas in their menu card at the restaurant. The services were hopelss. We got our first round of drinks after half an hour. The waitress totally forgot to get tap water inspite of asking twice. The food wasn't that great. They even took hell lot of time to get the bill and again some more time to swipe the card. Never coming here again.

We dined here before the play off final Decided to hit Wembley early & have an lunchThe place wasn't packed, service was ok nothing outstanding Food was really average I had the shrimp (prawns) tostada, the crispy tostada was a little sickly for me personally although the prawns were nice. I left half of it.Also note this is the only restaurant in the Wembley complex that has bouncers Why? I don't know must have had trouble in the past on match days Wouldn't be in any rush to return

Such a lovely place, eating here for the 2nd day in a row, after having a fab experience last year. Food is great and not expensive, and staff are all lovely and welcoming.

Family day out. When we was seated the waiter took over 25mins to see to us. Places order (drinks took age) asked for stater & mains to come at the same time (waiter was rude when asked). Waited for another 50mins for starter & mains (spent over 2hours)

Mid week catch up at TGI Fridays. Great service. Enjoyed the cocktails, starter and ribs. A friend is a vegetarian so ordered the veggie burger. It was ok but a tad dry. Just wish there's more vegetarian options on the menu. Will definitely come back again.

My brother and me went here for a few drinks before heading to the SSE Arena. At the very start the service seemed not too bad however further into it it started to become very slow. with the bar staff more interested in showing off there cocktail making skills and throwing things in the air rather than serving people. There were 3 of them behind the bar and at one point not one of them were dealing with customers.I have never worked behind a bar and i am sure that it can be pretty demanding on a weekend however this still doesnt justify why they are more interested in showing off their skills than serving ( Tom Cruise is much better at it too)

I met my friend and we started out having a cocktail at the bar. It was nice enough once we got served. A few others arrived and we seemed to have to wait for a table even though it wasn't that full. They were out of some drinks such as Fanta. The service was a little slow and the food was average.

Visited this restaurant last night for a pre cinema meal, having had great service and food at other chains in the area I hoped this would prove to be a similar experience, but alas was not to be. At 7pm the restaurant wasn't busy, the tables were sticky, we waited a long time for service, one meal came out eventually and the salad that was ordered at the same time sat on the pass for about 5 minutes with the waitress walking past it at least 3 times, I had to flag someone else to go and retrieve it. I made eye contact with her and nodded, clearly sitting with no dinner, but she still didn't click. The salad fundamentally was OK, however the lettuce was so roughly prepared that I had at least 3 chunks of 'core' about 3'' in length that weren't edible and just down to lazy prep. Overall a very poor experience in an area where other chains are doing it so much better. We wont be back.

Good ambience and service. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and the large cocktails were fun to drink.

Pre match Wembley meal, Had the ribs on a previous occasion and opted for the same again, Absolutely fantastic, tender, service could have been better but it was a Frifday England game so no complaints. Happy days & will use TGI's next time visiting Wembley !

I'm convinced I've been to a TGI Friday's and had great service. It just seems to be getting worse every time I visit. The waitress we had was lovely. She couldn't have been more helpful. Sadly, though, she seems to have been let down by first, the bar staff, and then the kitchen.We looked through the window, saw the place was half empty, and decided we might get some fairly quick service. Not so much, no. The quickest thing was the waitress, who turned up within a few minutes of us being seated, and quickly took our orders. Drinks, usually fairly swift in other restaurants, took forever. I didn't take note if the time, but seriously, it just can't take that bloody long to get 3 drinks sorted out.Then the interminable wait for the starter, which was delicious. It took so long we'd already finished our drinks by the time it came.Then just as we hoped to get our main courses, the waitress came out to tell us that one of the mains couldn't happen. Oh God! More waiting!In the end, it took them 1.5 hours to provide us with 4 starters and 2 mains (another starter was ordered instead of a main, in the optimistic hope it would arrive quicker).Since the food is mainly deep fried or microwaved (yes, I could see the kitchen from my table), it's pretty awful that it should take SO damn long to get food to us. This is in a far-from-full restaurant too.This horrible waiting game isn't limited to the Wembley restaurant, either. Recent trips to Southampton have been equally frustrating.The really annoying thing is that I actually like the food and drinks, but this isn't the sort of place you want to spend a long time relaxing between courses. It's a noisy, American-style diner - you expect to be able to get relatively fast food and move along.

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel next door and stopped in here as we love TGI establishments. This one had great food and superb mock tail s. Would come here again

We ate here on Tuesday the 14th of July. We were in London for the XFactor. Got seated straight away and thought wow great. Service though, was just appalling!!!! And as a waitress myself, you pick up on things a lot easier!! The facial expression of the man that did seat us was almost as if he didn't want us there and wanted to get out the door quick!!! (It wasn't even that busy). The girl whoever took our order was pleasant enough. And the food was gorgeous, thank god, the only positive. However my sister had to get up 4 times to close the door as the man who actually worked there kept opening it. He may of been warm but we were sat infront of the door where a terrible cold breeze was coming in on top of us. If someone bothered to check us I would of complained and told someone about all this. Also then we got our bill etc.. Just before I was going to pay I wanted to order one more drink and was told I couldn't have one because it was a minute pass last orders!!!! Which is bloody ridiculous !!!!!! All the money I spent there I was refused just ONE DRINK AND WAS TOLD TO LEAVE!! ALSO HAVE A WORD WITH your staff and tell them not to just stand behind the bar chatting all night!!!! I pray whoever is the manager of this place actually reads this!!!! Your place of work and staff are a JOKE!! Your lucky my steak was good. So hats off to the chefs there because the food was tasty, worth it.

Visited TGI Fridays in Wembley before a big match on Sunday. The place was extremely busy but we managed to get a table for the three of us. TGI’s is a bit pricey for its food, most of which is basically burgers and steak, but this can be said regardless of what country their restaurants are in. We all had different types of burgers, and have to admit, we had absolutely no problem, they were well cooked, and we demolished them. The beers can be a tricky one – make sure you have a very good look at the drinks menu, and in particular the size of the bottles your beer will come in. We found them very expensive for the little bottles of beer that eventually arrived – so be warned. It might be cheaper to order a pint! Having said that, we had no complaints with our food and we enjoyed our meals, we waited a while for them – but we always take that as a good sign that food is being cooked from fresh. We didn’t have any problem with the service and our waitress was really charming and friendly (sorry we didn’t get her name to give her a mention!).

second time been to this venue last time being a year ago. It still hasn't improved. Waited ages for food some was overcooked/dried out where it had been kept warm waiting for the rest of the order. Waiter flustered, drinks incorrect and the bill took ages to come even having asked for it several times

Was here for the day at a trade show in the stadium when we had finished thought we would get something to eat and drink, well don't bother it seemed a chore for the staff to even seat us let alone serve us, the food was ok but when we had finished asked for another drink when we finally got the staffs attention and again seemed to be putting them out by asking so we paid the bill and left! You wouldn't mind if it was busy but there was only a dozen people in there, so in short don't waste you time there's lots more restaurants near by.

Me and my wife had lunch here. there was no people,just couple of tables. We ordered 3in1 appetizer,half robs and burger and everything was good,more or less like we expected. We were afraid of TGI in London after we read all bad reviews but we had good experience with this one.

We had a meal here last night (6th june) whilst our daughter was watching one direction. Would probably not return here again out of choice. The doorman told us a table would be about 20 mins and to get a drink at the bar whilst we waited, we went inside and a waitress took us to a table straight away. Definitely not a lot of communication between staff!! Lots of people were complaining,drinks were taking anywhere up to 20 mins to arrive let alone your meal. The staff were doing their best but they just didn't seem able to keep up with demand, surely if you know there is something happening in the stadium more staff should be asked to work that night!! It seemed liked the toilets weren't checked very often as the ladies were very messy, with toilet roll and water everywhere. Hygiene standards were not very high that night!!

In the space of two I visited this restaurant twice. First time for a meal and second time just for some drinks. On the first occasion the service was incredibly slow but as we were not in a hurry to go anywhere and the food was pretty excellent (even thought I still think fajitas should come with tortillas) we didn't think too bad of it. On second visit we made our way to the very busy bar (after answering a few questions the grumpy bouncer asked) and found a couple of empty seats in the side of the bar, by the windows, which no-one seems to have noticed and we thought we were lucky. It seems none of the staff noticed it as well as it was filthy, with sticky menus, crumpled napkins and a pile of empty glasses. After a long time someone came to see us, without a greeting took our orders (my second choice as they were out of peach). The glasses used to dump our drinks in were standard glasses - not at all like the pictures in the menu. Not even an efford to decorate the glasses with the bits and pieces pictured. Wanted to pay by card, the PDQ brought to us was mankie and while inputing my pin the key got stuck and the bartender told me it was my fault for putting the wrong pin more than 3 times (worked fine in the place we went for the second drink). My friend ended up paying with her card and the PDQ was abandoned there for us. My friend helped herself to the slip, customer and merchant copies. We both work with those machines, we know how they work. We could have printed reports, closed shifts, refunded our transaction, etc. We didn't but the fact that it was left there unattended is a bit scary. Might give a 3rd chance as I like the concept of the brand.

Food itself is good although takes quite a while to come to the table after ordering, but service is great.

We booked here as our son loves TGI Fridays and as were visiting London for the weekend we thougth this would be a safe bet. We booked for a saturday evening and on arrival we were asked to wait as out table wasnt ready, which was fine be the restaurant was only a quarter full with loads of empty tables ???? we waited around 10 mins and were then shown to our table.We didnt wait to long for the food but we had to keep asking them to come and take a drinks order, we seemed to be waiting ages for the drinks to arrive, the potatoe skins and nachos for starter were really nice, very tasty.My partner ordered his ususal favourite of the ultimate jack daniels ribs which didnt disappoint. i ordered a burger which was ok. The chips were very over salted to the point of being inedible. We also had to ask for ketchup twice as they forgot to bring some, the staff never seemed to be around so we had to keep getting out of our seat to find them to either take a drinks order or remind them about ketchup which they didnt seem to impressed about.There is alot that could be done in this restaurant to improve service, more staff would be a great start, preferably ones that have a smile of there face.

Visited just last week. Found the staff to be very unwelcoming and unbothered to provide any customer service. Food was sub par with my friends even being cold on arrival. Most likely never to return.

Em vários países o Friday's faz parte dos meus hábitos, especialmente porque gosto do muito do molho Jack Daniel's e de alguns pratos de frango. Habitual visitante da zona de Wembley, fiz duas visitas ao Friday's localizado no hotel em frente à Wembley Arena. E é o pior que conheço. O serviço das duas vezes foi mau, e mesmo a comida uma das vezes não esteve dentro do padrão da cadeia - uns fingers de frango demasiado secos (overcooking). Ao TGI Friday's de Wembley deve ser difícil voltar.

Visited on a Tuesday night in July. We were taken straight to a table and offered drinks. Service was good. The food is standard American diner with decent sizes. The biggest issue I had was that they served drinks to my wife and son and left mine on the bar. I had to request it. The Cajun chicken and steaks were tasty and there was a good selection of American and Mexican beers. The unlimited soft drink option is a big saver. All in all the place is good for a midweek meal but is nothing exceptional.

We came here for our daughters 12th Birthday. The staff had a bad attitude and we had to wait for a table for roughly 1hour and 30mins. When we sat down the table was all greasy, hadn't been cleaned since last person. The toliets were disgusting. Toliet paper all over the floor. They need to get a new cleaner! When our buffalo wings came, they were stone cold, and when we bit into them they were bright pink (not meant to be)!!! So we called over the manager and she said they just hadn't been cooked thouroughly. She didn't give us a refund or anything. The pirces are expensive for what you actually get at this particualr TGI Fridays. Would NEVER come back here again.

TGI is a formulae which can work well - but not in this new outlet at WemblyOn a quiet Tuesday night service was slow but there were lots of staff.Wings were not crisp and my main of Chicken Quesellida (fried Tortilla) had a tiny portion of chicken in it so it was almost vegetarian.All in all expensive and underwhelming.
