TGI Friday in Cardiff

Came here for my brother’s birthday. Food was really good and the service was attentive and fast from Harleigh W and the rest of the team was excellent. Cocktails were amaze. Defo recommend !!

Had a lovely experience at tgis, food was lush! We had the wall to wall chicken and was plenty for 2 people. Our server Jacob was very friendly and gave a great service.

Just had lunch at TGI’s in Cardiff. Jacob was our server and absolutely brilliant and attentive. He was quick with our food, drinks and taking our order and all with a big smile on his face. Thanks Jacob, we’ll visit again!

Went for food Thursday eve had the ribs hardly any sauce came out just warm very overpriced for what we had won’t be returning

Jacob was absolutely awesome. Hands down the best waiter. He managed 3 tables, over 17 people of varying ages and some VERY fussy orders. All done with a smile, and making us feel at ease.

Fantastic service from Jacob, we had a large table with many different intolerances, allergies and fussy eaters . He dealt with it all very well and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.

Food was ok, bit overpriced in my opinion Great service by Jacob though who was friendly and sorted out our concerns with allergies promptly

Food was good for fast food sort of restaurant. Service was impeccable - Jacob went out of his way to ensure we were happy withe everything and keeping drinks flowing!

went for food with one of my friends out side on the board it said 2 course meal for £13.99 we both had a 2 course meal and asked it was going to be £13.99 and they said youd have to download the app we downloaded the app and nothing happned only to get a free dessert which we both didnt want so we had no choice and paid £35 and my friends food was less but paid more and didnt wven get her change !!!!!!!

A nice finish to the Bank Holiday weekend. Lovely food, great service from Andy W, he was kind, welcoming and very prompt with our service. Food was nice and fresh, quickly served too.

Horrible. It took ages for the food to be served although it wasn't a busy day. Also the food was cold. We ordered a share portion of boneless hot wings, but we got the smaller portion, which we had to reorder and it took a lot of time to reprepare and serve. Also when we requested the bill the staff was chatting at the till and there was a delay of another 15 minutes to just bring the bill to us. Although the atmosphere was good, due to the horrible service I would not recommend TGI Friday to anyone. 😠👎👎

Went for the first time today with my husband and young daughter (who was very hungry might I add). Asked for the next available table and the man at the front desk said 15 minutes but we could carry on and get a drink at the bar whilst waiting… 35 minutes later we’re still waiting to be seated. No one acknowledged us still waiting. Several customers had finished their meals and left and there were plenty of tables that were either empty or needed cleaning. Nether the less I then went upstairs for my daughter to use the toilet which was absolutely disgusting and in need of a decent clean with toilet paper all over the floor and again came out to stacks of empty tables upstairs too. Went back down stairs where all the staff were still talking amongst themselves so I had to take it upon myself to ask the man at the front desk how much longer as this was now getting on for 40 minutes waiting and he said “I’m not sure should be ready soon” but again gave us no clarity on when we actually be seated at a table. We straight away Left and headed to zizi where we served straight away and great service. Not usually one to leave a review but really disappointed and won’t be returning.
