So I ordered for the first time last week and the food was not how I expected…the taco chips was disgusting! so I ordered again today cause I wanted to give this takeaway shop another chance. I got the same result as last week but the food was even worser! The chips were hard like a rock and it tasted nothing but plastic,the fishes skin was hard also like a rock and they also forgot my drink that I also ordered..Waste of money..! Would not recommend this shop!!!

The service is amazing the staff are really friendly the food is also hot tastes amazing it's freshly made never had a bad order the delivery driver is always early

TFM has consistently been the number one chippy for me in not only Portadown, but in the wider Craigavon area. The food is always fresh, delicious and made quickly, all for a reasonable price. The single issue I have is that you can't pay by card, but there are cash machines reasonably close so it's not a big deal.

Enjoyed the food and good service. Busy place. Shame about the noisy child, spoilt it a bit!

Food was good. just two nit-picks.... the lettuce wasn’t fresh on the chicken burgers and the chips had been so long in the bag by the time they got to me that they were soggy. Delivery was very late. saying that the delivery driver was very pleasant and I guess he was just very busy, probably not his fault. maybe an idea for the restaurant to get two drivers for busy times? I will order again because although there was a few minor issues overall I find this take away to be pretty good. let’s hope that the next time I order through Just Eat that it gets here a bit sooner.

Ordered 2x TFM burgers... 2x normal burgers arrived yet we were charged for TFMs, an over payment of just over £6. Noone called to say that they would not be delivering what we had ordered, and this is far from the first time it has happened here. We loved the burgers here and have gone to this place many times, overlooking these incidents but never again.

The mountain burger was a lot of fun! beautifully put together, from the meats down to the very bap. Southern fried chicken was 101%, knocked Kfc and country fried right out of the competition. Will be ordering again

I order from here all the time and have to say I love the food and its always delivered on time or early. However I always order the TFM burger x2 and have to say it's been hit and miss recently (3 months) sometimes the burger has a pineapple other times it doesn't, sometimes it has gherkins other times it doesn't. Slightly annoying as I order it all the time and order it on just eat exactly how I like it. As I say I love the food and will continue ordering just hope more attention to detail is applied when making my burgers in future. Thank you :))

Disappointed paid 3 pound for delivery and was then asked for 2 pound extra due to delivery if i had hav known the cost i wudnt hav ordered plus food was soggy

Totally love this chippy. Travel from Dungannon to Portadown to have the best chicken burgers and supper chips ever. The nicest mayonnaise ever. The staff make the chippy what it is. Linda and Chenille you both are lovely and always have a friendly welcome.

Long wait for food but it did arrive on time only to find that the food was cold and my son wouldn't touch a bite so had to put in the bin. Very disappointed

The full Monty burger was unreal and the chilli beef on chips was great too

1 hour and 20 minutes for a chip and chicken goujons not even a mile away. Goujons were dry and tasteless and there wasn’t many chips. Won’t be back.

So late that it ended being my wee man's supper. Total waste of time and money.

The food was sickening and half the chips were burnt there was also far too much cheese and the chicken nuggets had black bits in them. The milkshakes tasted like water and was also very sickening!

Initial delivery was dropped at the door, quite literally. Curry everywhere. Curry chip had leaked everywhere and the food all fell out of the bag when the driver came to the door. I called TFM and asked to speak to a Manager who apologised for what had happened and kindly sent out a replacement meal. Food was good but a little more care when packing and delivering wouldn’t go amiss.

I love this place usually but got delivery for a change and the super chip was cold to the point the sauce was set. And the burger was the same. Bad craic

top class food the steak burger was lovely the batter on the sausages was lovely and light and crispy and the chips where done to perfection nice and dry, highly recommended

be prepared for a long wait if getting a delivery. when you place your order 25 minutes wait time will be added AFTER you place the order. rang the shop about this and was told the delivery would only take 30mins (6.15pm). ended up trying to cancel the order as 7pm approached! finally turned up at 7.15pm with 2 items short on the order so had to drive into town to collect. by the time I got home the food was stone cold! dreadful experience

Very tasty indeed, everyone enjoyed it, nicest battered mushrooms I've had in ages, very little batter so you could taste them without being bloated on batter, all warm when arrived, great quality, have ordered a few times from here now and would thoroughly recommend them

Chip and gravy was fine. Steak fajita however was not. It was cold when arrived and to my awareness fajitas have peppers etc in it... i paid £6 for a steak fajita with pinapple tomato cheese and garlic sauce in it... plus for that price also all i got was a small amount of chewy steak within it... i love tfm but i think il be given the fajita a miss next time.... not enough meat in it for paying £6 and too much pinapple and tomato the whole combo just doesnt go

Food was nice as always but got my order wrong. Ordered 1 piece chicken box with chips but got 3 pieces of chicken and no chips.

Popped in on the way home purchased a 2 piece box with chips and a small super sauce served instantly , on arriving home opening the box to find over cooked going cold chips, looked like they had been sitting for while , the chicken was all a bit soggy with the coating falling off, really disappointed not what I expected from a supposedly great chippy.

I ordered a full monty sharing box thinking it would be a meal for 2, well I was mistaken... First of all, food came late, then I got a wee box of something i wouldnt even call food... lots of chips with load of gravy and a few chicken pieces... for 10£ Delivery cost 3£ for a 1 mile drive... a bad joke! Never gonna order from here again!

Oder came with 2 items missing and no answer from restaurant this is a disgrace as I'm left with no food and out of pocket

order was placed at 6.25pm. the restaurant then added 30mins onto delivery time which was then 8pm,but still did not arrive till 8.20pm which is ridiculous,almost a 2hr wait and 20mins late evenp on later time given.

Ordered was running late then they called at wrong house so when I phoned to ask them where my order was they told me it would be another hour! All that for 2 chips! Not amused

Cannot fault this place at all. Food was great, piping hot when received even though 30 minutes were added to the delivery time (it was a Friday night, understandable) and delivery drivers were fantastic. They forgot the drinks when leaving off the food, I didn't ring about it because mistakes happen. About 5 minutes later there was a knock on the door from the driver with the drinks. Excellent service

Took 2 hours to come and when it got here it was kept warm to be fair but it was soggy and the chicken was dry.

Ordered at 5.30pm and by 7pm when I was meant to have started a 12 hour work shift, food had still.not been delivered. Not happy with service. Won't be ordering again..

Food was great although one item wasnt included despite paying for it. Took over an hour for an order of chicken fillet burgers and chips and only 5 mins drive away.

the food was luke warm and it took an hour and half to get our delivery but the resturant did phone to ask if we wanted to cancel or go ahead with the order hence the 4* i gave them. i know they r busy but dont take orders you cant deliver on time

Food was good in general but chips a bit soggy. A fault on Just Eats own part as far according to TFM, a 20% discount email did not take the discount off at the basket when paying as it should have done. Phoned up and was told it was Just Eats fault. In general TFM food and service is great but never enough vinegar if any on orders when asked.

We had to wait 90 minutes on our order and the person on the other end of the phone was so rude and ignorant and I was told I was lying that we had received our order when we clearly hadn't. Food was freezing when it arrived. As a regular costumer I'm very disappointed and will never be ordering from the full monty ever again.

Food was freezing chips were soggy and burgers were a mess Baps were also soggy. Either delivery driver could not find address or I was last delivery with about 5 deliveries at the same time for food to be in this state. If not then really need to look at the quality of your food.,

didn't read note, sent wrong meal and was cold, also charged for2 x 1.5 litre bottles of coke which they then send out 2 x 1.25 litres as they don't stock 1.5 bottles, still charged the same ,,
