Tesco in Belfast

Very convenient for posting parcels and doing some shopping at the same time. A good variety of food and other items available at affordable prices.

Such an awful shopping experience today...manageress vv unhelpful...10 people at every checkout...waiting now 30.mins...twrrible 3 15 now...

The food, a fry and a bowl of chicken soup, were good, hot and served with a smile. But possibly due to understaffing or bad timing of breaks, we waited at the till while the one person there, having served the previous customer, did their coffees, went out to deliver them, came back, got some other stuff and delivered that, all the while acting like we weren't there. Close to walking out. But when he did serve us, he was pleasant, helpful, and all was good. Just a bit strange to be ignored. No, "Be with you shortly" or anything. After that the food came quickly, was hot and tasty, except the sausages, which were very bland. Can't complain about the food or the price. but tables weren't cleared and what seems like good people just need a little customer service pointers.

Oh my goodness, this is one to avoid! This used to be a lovely little cafe, then it had some sort of makeover, new seat and tables etc. but in the change they lost all the charm, personality, food quality and customer service!! Bring back the old cafe! I have given this place several chances to redeem itself, but it has actually gotten worse each time. Do not under any circumstances order fried food, it take forever to come, they should not offer Ulster frys if they can only cope with one at a time, the toast takes fifteen minutes at least, the tea is tasteless and the staff look harassed and totally disinterested in their work. I for one will not be back, Tesco needs to get on board with this and see what can be done to improve it, I think it is run by an outside company who should be ashamed of themselves.

Today at lunchtime cafe was very poor. There were 2 staff who seemed oblivious to queue and to customers. They were focused on task of getting dishes ready at expense of a big queue. Other people were coming up asking where their food was, it was not good.

Like Tesco elsewhere in UK and in the Republic of Ireland this Tesco is well-stocked and nicely organized. One can find all one needs during a visit to Belfast. Since I travel on a tight budget I prefer making my own breakfast as well as picnic lunch and only go out for dinner so Tesco is great to get the things I need for my meals.

So handy to pop in here with kids before/ after shopping or if just passing. It is actually really nice. The menu is quite varied for kids. I’ve always been happy with everything I’ve ordered. It’s relaxing and easy with kids. Toilets clean and handy. Cheap and cheerful. Highly recommend. Better than some expensive restaurants I’ve been to recently!

Had a late lunch here. Sadly no fish available but burger was lovely I haven't had many better in any restaurant. Chips tasty too. Good place for a quick tasty lunch

This tesco usually has a wide variety of everything I need. Shopping here is great. I tried their Cafe for the 1st time and their menu looks delicious. I liked that they put in the menu the Calories of each meal. I was very hungry and ordered the lamb chank and it was nice.

Called for lunch, staff excellent but I'm afraid I can't say same for the food! Ordered stew - what arrived looked like 'big soup' with added water - disgusting! Could not eat it, as taste was revolting! Has put me off lunch at Tesco - perhaps coffee is best.

Nipped out of work for a quick lunch. Was a much better range of food than previous years we visited. Plan food but good and very reasonably priced. Fry was best. Side Salad could do with work. Got offered ice with water Better than some expensive restaurants. Being a balcony overlooking store and car park gives it a pleasing open aspect

We had breakfast here and value pretty good but food was a little cool and my egg wasn't cooked properly

Shopping great wonderful staff very knowledgeable in where products were too happy customer service from me and the quesues weren't too bad either

I dropped by earlier to pick up a newspaper. The entry to the car park is narrow and car park was packed!!!! Service and range brilliant

The food wasn't nice at all it was cold it was fish and chips I wouldn't eat there again it's up to u if u eat in tesco

This place has a restaurant which is why it's in this section. Has canteen type restaurant attached.

Grave. Absolutamente terrible. Considerado un desayuno pero vimos un pelo largo negro tendido en los huevos revueltos en el bain-marie. ¡Puaj! Hay comida caliente todos secos, poco atractiva y grasienta. La comida es básicamente fuera de la sección de congelador de tesco. Cafés tesco utilizada para ofrecer una comida muy buena, cuando los cafés había hecho cocineras que propiamente la comida en las instalaciones. Ahora utiliza la salida de cátering de proveniencia Aramark para ejecutar los cafés y el resultado está muy por debajo de lo normal y razonable. No es una buena mover Tesco, volver a contratar a su propio personal en las cafeterías y personal que puede cocinar el viejo, estofados y asados lasagna como solían hacer. El personal es bastante amable, teniendo en cuenta lo que ellos tienen que trabajar y servir a los clientes de pago.

En la tienda Tesco regularmente, usar ambas haga clic Knocknagoney y recogerá y también visita a la tienda. No encontrar la válvula por dinero y ahora usa el escáner de mano para convencer celebró. I didn't like the food it was not very hot and cooled down fast I wouldn't eat there again. But the staff were kind

Food wasn't the best but overall seen a marked improvement in the cleanliness of the store compared to the visit I had a few months ago felt more comfortable shopping.. Store offers good variety of produce too

Basic supermarket restaurant. Limited menu and food is basically frozen fast food, except for the "Fry-Up" which is OK as the eggs are cooked to order. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

your average tesco diner, clean, efficient ok food and tea/coffeeBUT with the added protection that this is probably the supermarket with the highest police presence in Northern Ireland ( not because its dodgy just the area its in)

Offering of cold and hot food including breakfast : poor choice ,very small range,poor service,poor quality etcVery surprised that a Tesco of this world is associated with this dump,pardon the language

My daughter and I had a quick lunch here when out shopping at lunchtime. Food and service were quick. Nothing too fancy available but everything we had was tasty and served quickly. Surroundings clean and handy for a quick bite when shopping
