Literally our go to chinese! always so so fast to serve out the food, it’s piping hot and so tasty! couldn’t recommend enough!

I waited a while for my delivery but it was worth it food was still hot and tasted fresh when it arrived,l highly recommend their large vegetable spring rolls they were delicious

Another great meal limited menu but what they serve is delicious and the staff are extremely friendly nothing to much trouble I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great little restaurant. Clean, friendly freshly cooked, great service. Not a huge menu but you can request dishes not offered. Love the satay, ribs, large spring rolls and the chicken curry. Reasonably priced for dining in.

From a man that loves Chinese cuisine this was my worst Chinese meal ever. Salt and pepper chicken was just deep fried batter, my breast of chicken curry had lumps of fat and watered down. Singapore chow mein was tasteless, BBQ ribs were just bone and fat with a horrible version on BBQ sauce. Only good thing from this place were they chips and prawn crackers. Waste of £35.

Disappointed that my meal was delivered on a luke warm plate & the sweet & sour chicken came separate on a cold container. I expected the sause to be red but it was more of a golden colour & a few pieces of chicken were a we bit tough & stringy. It was good to get a can of ginger beer rather than in a small bottle. The staff were all very nice.

Just had a delivery from here and i am totally disappointed and could not eat it ,the chicken egg foo yiung was cold and they gave me cheap frozen chips , i gave them a call and the reply was its the same menu we all use 🙃 totally disgusting so disappointed with food and customer service

Amazing place, drove more than 20+ miles to eat here and the food did not disappoint. Prices were reasonable and service with a smile. This will be my local from now on.

Waited am hour an 20 mins then I called them was told it would leave in 10 mins to have to wait another 40 for it to then be delivered cold totally ruined it definitely not be ordering again.

Amazing fresh and hot every time delivered. Never had a bad meal from here. Order 1-2 times a week. Would highly recommend! Reluctant to order from anywhere else. Sometimes delivery can take a while.

I got it last Saturday it is best Chinese in falkirk and grangemouth before the food is a amzon 1hr and 1hr 30 minutes is worth the waiting going it get 2 weeks on saturday I be back for more good amazing food

Twice weekly carry out. I am the fussiest eater ever and if I get a bit of gristle, bouncy bit or fat then that's me, finished. In 6 months I can honestly say in my beef cashew nuts, no veg fried rice the quality has been consistently excellent.Dont settle for sub standard ingredients give them a try.

No idea where all the good reviews for this place come from as the food is terrible. The lemon chicken sause was bitter and the chicken it's self was so over cooked it was barely edible. The spring rolls were soggy and full of oil as was the chow main. If this is what rates as one of the best in Falkirk then I feel for Falkirk. Stay clear.

This is honestly one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to. I live in Glasgow but regularly travel here just for the food. The staff are always nice and friendly and make sure that you feel welcomed. I'd recommend the chicken satay, chicken fried rice. You got a really nice curry sauce here and you can't go wrong with a side of salt and chilli (salt and pepper) chips/chicken.

Nice, well cooked with lots of flavour, meat dishes with tasty fresh vegetables. Worth a visit.

Was my local chinese takeaway as a kid and has always been my favourite. HIGHLY recommend. Food is always amazing. The service is top notch, very friendly.

Have been going here for 15 years now and cannot fault it. Friendly relaxing atmosphere and Lillian and her staff are so helpful. Have had many family celebrations there and a few Christmas days. Carry outs are just as good as eating in and the food is delicious and fresh. X

During the 8 weeks that the owners were closed for holidays it gave me a chance to sample most of the chinese eateries in the Falkirk area. Most of the food I tasted were of poor quality with hardly any meat in the dishes, and some contained high volumes of salt. Consistent high standards & quality of food is evident at the Teng Huang Palace and all credit to the owners.

We ordered at 5.15 and phoned bk at 5.48 and was told they were packing our food as we talked at 6.10 delivery arrived ...food was the worst we have ever had ...rice was cold.beef was tougher than tough....chicken satay well don't no what it was but that was cold as well ...we phoned bk and we decided to take it bk as the Chinese woman we spoke to on phone was rude ...so my wife took food bk and she was very rude and my wife asked for a full refund and she offered us 11.65 but we asked for refund of delivery charge as we had to take it bk and yet again very rude ....I honestly would never recommend anybody to eat there ....disgusting food

We enjoyed a spur of the moment take away from this excellent Chinese restaurant in Falkirk, the lady at the counter was most pleasant and we enjoyed a lovely chat about the Upcoming Chinese New Year. The food that we had (chicken and sweet corn soup) followed by Chicken Satay and Shredded beef was perfect and we will most certainly return again soon.

Probably thee best Chinese we’ve had in a while! We couldn’t fault anything with the take away & it was hot!!! Satay & Crispy beef are a must try the veg chow mien was amazing, not a soggy veg in sight. Will 100% be going back!!

Food was very tasty and hot. Love the beef curry and the salt and pepper chicken. Great with for couples and groups alike, would recommend!

Love the food from this restaurant, brilliant chef, great menu, good price and service is fab as well. Sometimes these small restaurants get missed and you come across them by chance. When you do it’s like winning the lottery, visit you won’t be disappointed.

We have now used this restaurant for takeaway meals quite a few times and they are excellent. The Teng Huang Palace were recommended this by a neighbour and we are certainly not disappointed. The food is great and if you ask for something that isn’t on the menu then they will try to accommodate if it is possible.I would absolutely recommend this place. Service and food are excellent.

I have visited the restaurant a few times and feel it is absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait over an hour between each course. The food is fantastic but that doesn't excuse how slow their service is. I have also received a home delivery from them too and waiting over 2 hours before it appeared was shocking. Yet every time you call it's conveniently just leaving the restaurant.

We were recommended to go here by Marisha at Premier Inn where we were staying. She is a regular and had eaten there the night before also.

Smashing Small Chinese Restaurant, been several times and always enjoyed it.

Food took over an hour despite being told it would take 30 mins. We waited an hour and 20 minutes and when we queried our order staff laughed at my friend. Staff were so so rude!

In spite of being full (we hadn't booked and got the last empty table at 7.30 pm), the service was quick. Prawn crackers complimentary. We had Crispy Shredded Beef and Kon Po Chicken, both excellent. Rice portions rather small; you'll need one per person.

Amazing!!! Always order takeaway from here. But when you go inside to have your meal it's something else. Amazing. Food. Prices. Service. Thank you. Look forward to my next night out.

Stayed in Falkirk for a week and ate here twice. Love the ambiance of the restaurant, very peaceful. Great meal portions and very yummy, love the complimentary prawn crackers. Lady that served us both times was nice. The late opening times are very convenient.

Tuvimos el chef de banquetes para cuatro. Este era muy razonable. La calidad de la comida era excepcional. El personal era muy amable y servicial. El servicio era excelente, incluso como empezó a llegar más concurrido, especialmente con pedidos para llevar eran complacientes. Soy consciente de las críticas inconsistentes, pero anteriormente reflejan nuestra experiencia como bastante excepcional y basado en que estuvimos más que contentos con todo.
