We were shopping in Westfield and went there for lunch when finished. It was perfect for what we wanted. A leisurely drink and light tapas, that were very tasty. The patatas braves and tortilla were particularly good

It was quite good, the food was normal, the girl Rea was the best, she served us and made the place happy as soon as we arrived, I can say that because of her it was a great service for me and my friends.

Absolute crap. Service Terrible.Only beer available was San Miguel. I had 2 pints and 1 small orange juice, for which they wanted to charge me £24.02!!! WTF?! They said I had had 3 San Migs when I only had 2, eventually they relented and refunded me £5.95......but it still seemed too expensive to me They didn't mention a service charge etc Definitely would not recommend and won't be returning!

We visited the Bluewater branch, food excellent and the Pina Colada's superb. The service was second to none, Danielle was happy, attentive and far exceeded my expectations!

Good place to eat and drink Spanish food in Westfield London. I recommend the Calamares and croquetas, and forget the paella. Good selection of drinks.

It is a disastrous place, I have worked there and I can say first-hand that the food is not worth the price, it is frozen food and poorly prepared. I was born in Spain and it is not Spanish food at all, as they make you believe. The treatment of workers, in my experience, has been unfair. Furthermore, having decided to resign from my position, I have not received payment for the total amount worked. It is not an ethical place nor one where I recommend ordering food, in addition to the hygiene of the establishment being practically non-existent. It is much more profitable to go to Spain and try real food than to eat here for this price.

Il menù aveva disponibili solo una parte dei piatti indicati ma noi lo abbiamo saputo solo al momento in cui la cameriera Patricia è venuta a prendere l’ordine, dovendo riprogrammare le scelte abbiamo impiegato qualche minuto e lei si è dimostrata irritata e scortese. Il risultato è stato che un piatto lo ha sbagliato e uno se lo è dimenticato. Nel mentre ragazzi dello staff si aggiravano svogliatamente davanti ai commensali. I piatti (che non erano Tapas perché erano finite tutte!) erano assolutamente scarsi di quantità (calamares fritos: n.6 anelli sottili per £ 7,50). Abbiamo mangiato nel complesso mediocremente, la nostra vacanza londinese si è conclusa in modo deludente.

I had lunch here the other day after a lifetime! It was fabulous! It seemed to me it has improved a lot since my last visit ♥️ Sangria was very good for UK standards (Brindisa still does it better IMHO), but the rest was spot on!! They now have salmon ceviche (which was scrumptious 😋) and I had some tasty calamari too. To finish it up, I had a G&T with Mare Gin which was served with a delicious Olive Tonic (you can really taste the olives 🫒, impressive). Overall, a great experience and the tap beer was top notch as well. Great job guys! Keep it on!!

A great place to stop for food and drinks whilst shopping, the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly....all in all spot on 👌🏻

Visited Tapas revolution today for the first time and didn't end up staying to eat. I have some dietary requirements and only eat chicken or vegetable based dishes, we saw chicken skewers and was really happy to try. We were seated and asked what we wanted to order. I asked for chicken, to be told there was none, so I asked were there any other chicken option as I can't eat red meat to be told there wasn't, nothing vegetarian was suggested. We decided to leave but was then told by the miserable staff member, in future I should not bother going for Spanish tapas as they don't really eat chicken in Spain 😆. Maybe they don't have vegetarians either. If you are a chicken move to Spain, you will be safe, they won't eat you!

The worst experience ever, chef/bartender with attitude gum in the mouth when we was asking questions, slow service , and they told us about happy hour and then they changed their mind that they don’t do it anymore , and the bartender was not experienced with knowing about the alcohol or making it which is very disappointing while you wanna have a proper drink.

Used to come here regularly and it was great but went for first time in about a year on Tuesday this week and the food was dreadful. Gooey tortilla, dodgy prawns, mediocre croquettes. Had a dodgy tummy later. Was so good previously! Also service, bar one member of staff, was disinterested, unsmiling and generally below par. Such a shame as was always my go- to - not any more....Needs new chef and management

Simply amazing, great food and service!

Came in this Thursday and had the best Tortilla I've ever had. Gooey and soft but crispy lots of flavour, it was cooked to perfection

A very good surprise - I was a bit sceptical to try it after reading other reviews, but it is definitely worth a try. My friend and I had a quick lunch here and just loved the food - we had pan con tomate, croquetas de jamon and torreznos con mojo, and they were all really tasty. Would recommend.

Great Authentic Spanish Tapas in London 👌🏼😋

My daughter and I had 4 dishes. Salmon ceviche. Lamb in a mushroom sauce. Artichokes with croutons. Finally an oven baked paella. The food is of a very high standard. Really tasty. We shall return! (Cutlery could have been a little cleaner)....

We had a very pleasant meal and were well looked after when we visited on the 20th October. Tapas Revolution went a bit downhill over the past year and that is reflected in some of the reviews. But it has turned things around and we will definitely be back soon.

Where to start…… Every time I come to this place I’m always greeted very kindly. All the staff are very welcoming but one person stood out to me today. Millie. From the get go she was amazing behind the bar, very friendly and always smiling. She also makes the best Expresso Martini 🍸 I have ever had. So I had a few of course (why not when you have no commitments for the night and the drinks taste that great)! Being a business owner myself, I know that It’s the people that make a business great. The food and drinks are a big bonus however ultimately without the staff, the business would flop. Anyway thanks to the whole team and the chef who cooked my amazing meal. Thank you to Andy too for orchestrating such a great team. James 👋

This was our first visit, after a long shopping trip. The food was amazing and the service was excellent, our waitress, Millie was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. she recommended the best cocktails which were a real treat. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Went with my friend to have a meal. The food was really good but the service was absolutely terrible. The waitress Millie who served us seemed to be more interested in her male companion than serving customers. When I asked to take my order she asked me if I needed to find a pen or if she could remember it in her head which was rather an absurd question to ask. When I asked for a copy of the receipt of the bill. She mentioned it to her male companion and he rolled his eyes. The manager wasn't bothered that she seemed to spend hours talking to him instead of paying attention to the customers. The staff are really unprofessional. Avoid

We waited far too long for our food, because the order hadn't been sent to the kitchen. These things happen,understandably, but there was no compensation or anything complimentary offered for all this waiting time. When the food finally arrived, it was tasty, but I wouldn't recommend the chicken paella, which was just rice and literally one small piece of chicken.

The worst food I ever had. Paella super dry Sangría extremely watery . Patatas braves burned !!! And tasteless. Croquetas even the ones at lidle are bigger and tastier. This is inside I paid for all the above 80.38. And to top this up, they didn't even give me plates for eat in. They put the food in takeaway boxes. Never again!!

We were drawn in by the 3 tapas for £18 deal and spent some time working out what to get. I was with two pescatarians which made it all the more time consuming. Once we had chosen our dishes, I asked the server to confirm they would be included in the deal. Although the deal is clearly advertised on the menu board, I was told the deal is no longer running and they wouldn’t honour it. What a waste of our time. It takes nothing to remove a promotion from a menu board if it is no longer running. I’m saddened that they couldn’t honour the deal which was being advertised. The server didn’t seem to care either way if we stayed or not.

I love the food here although only card can use to order...

Used to be a great place for Spanish food and authentic beer. Now there is no draft beer at all, waiter are lazy and eating in the middle of the shift. Very disappointed.

Tyvärr fick vi väldigt konstigt bemötande när vi ville beställa. Lång väntetid, ingen kommunikation med oss gäster och en kypare bara hänvisade till kollegor. Varför var han då där och gick omkring ? Säkert ett bra matställe men det slutade med att vi bara tog en öl.

I really enjoyed sitting there with some wine and Tapas while the family shopped around. My conversation with a bartender and the manager made the time fly as we discussed my trip to Europe and golf. Definitely going to head back there on my next trip to London.

Some dishes are sadly unavailable, but still got very delicious food! Memorable, love it.

I visited the lakeside branch. We sat outside as it was sunny, nice atmosphere/vibe outside.. The food was ok, nothing to scream home about, but still ok. The drinks were lovely - nice and strong 😉 The service was great, fast and friendly service, this definitely made the experience better! Special mention to Alina our waitress, she was the best!

If it was possible, I would give 0 star!! I don’t even know where to start!! The service was awful, the waiter and waitress were disrespectful with absolutely no education. The drinks and the food disgusting. I of course complained to the manager who really showed us he doesn’t care. Please please: avoid this horrible place!!!!!!!

Just been there what a disappointment service chronic. The fair hair guy too busy chatting up a female customer. Happy hour 3 to 5pm but when I ordered at 4.50 I was told it wasn't available. Then waited 10 plus minutes for bill and to top it had to pay 12.50 % service charge!!! Not happy

Having ignored my feedback on socials and by email, maybe 1* on here might get their attention. The service on bank hol Mon at Westfield White City was dreadful. Yes they may have been short staffed, but to deliberately ignore people waiting to order, deliberately go slow on service, forget drinks, offer no apology for the slow service and then still add 12.5% to the bill and expect it - I'm sorry if you were having a bad day at work but don't get moody with your paying customers. Shame really as the food was OK.

If you want gross, disgusting food that’s over cooked and made in a non-hygienic manner this is the perfect place for you. The cooks don’t use gloves and put oil and food in the fryer with their bare hands. The countertops and cooking areas are filthy. Dirty dishes are piled high, cabinets are broken and I had an overall poor experience. Avoid this place!!

Great service and lovely staff, the tapas were as good as any place in spain. enjoyed myself while waiting for the misses to finish her shopping. which was a loooooong time 😅

Good lord where to start. We came in and were seated then left for 15 minutes before being approached. We ordered water, two strawberry spritz cocktails, some starters and mains. After we said everything we wanted, the waiter told us that they were out of both the mains that we had requested. I was left not knowing what I wanted, my partner just got a sirloin steak (blue). I landed on the pork belly roast (if done right, amazing, but if done badly, terrible). We waited for our water and drinks, for what seemed like an age. Our cocktails came out with our starters, our water never came and we ended up having to order again when our mains came out. Our starters were actually very good. We had the sourdough bread and calamari. Our mains, however, were shocking. My roast came drowning in salty, oily gravy…. The roasted veg was still hard, and the pork belly was tough, tasted like jelly and the cracking was still raw fat. The “apple sauce” was basically a runny jam that tasted like tango apple. My partners steak didn’t arrive until I had finished (attempted to finish) eating. His blue steak was well done, and half cold. No one came to check on us. Even when we asked for the bill. One waitress took our empty drinks glasses and she looked EMBARRASSED….. When we asked for the bill we were left for another 15 minutes. The person who I presumed was the manager was mainly on her phone, had her hair down and showed no level of professionalism. The waiters were all lazy, and clearly didn’t know what to do. The same with the chefs, who were just talking and hardly working. The bartender also didn’t know the cocktails, and had to check the recipe to make them all…. No wonder our drinks were slow. We’ve been here quite a few times in the past and liked it but this time was just a massive let down. As a manager in a restaurant, I know it isn’t much to ask for good service. I’m not asking for waiters to fall over themselves to look after us but my goodness what a shock. We both left feeling pretty much robbed of our money and I was feeling pretty sick. Let’s hope I didn’t get something from eating here….

We went to Tapas Revolution in Bath. We had eaten twice before and had nice food. Unfortunately since then there have been some changes for the worse. The menu has changed and now much more expensive and less tapas options. We waited a long time for food and when arrived it was distinctly average. We ignored by.staff at times and they seemed unhappy, no effort made to ask if we needed anything. Extremely dissapointig, would not recommend.

The place is nice and comfy, food is good. Love the margaritas, but the service here is awful, staffs take advantage of the patrons that don’t check their bills and when confronted, the manager will speak to the staff in Spanish and tell you, staff accidentally tap twice on the screen. Yeah Right! They know very well most patrons don’t check their bills and pay the total amount. Seriously, you need stop taking advantage of the patrons. The manager was just laughing at me when I complained about the charges on the bill that I didn’t purchased.

Riz ,Yevhen and Alex were very nice and professional, we had such a good experience here in Tapas revolution Stratford. They make you comfortable and lock after you. I am a french tourist and having helpful staff means so much to me and the business. I will recommend.

Enjoyed our first time at tapas revolution. Had booked in advance but we’re plenty of bar stools on arrival. Enjoyed some calamari, chorizo, croquettes, patatas bravas and chicken washed down with orange juice and for me some cold Mahou. Staff were great and good both looked and tasted great. Highly recommend.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes for 2 coca colas, we had finished our starter before the drinks came, then I was served a cold steak and my girlfriend had to wait 20 minutes for hers and I had already finished eating before it came. Not once did anyone ask us if we would like a drink. There was 5 members of staff standing by the bar doing nothing while the chef was ringing the bell for plates to be taken out and ended up bringing the food to the table himself. Absolutely terrible service, zero customer service and cold food, there was a £12 service charge but the service given didn’t deserve that. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Sat for some tapas and a drink whilst shopping at Westfield. Unfortunately most of the items on the menu were not available. I found this quite frustrating as they did have an interesting menu. So just ordered 2 dishes and a glass of sangria and went in search of another Spanish restaurant.

When entering this restaurant it was empty dark and freezing cold. We sat down and the man put a heater by our table it was so cold. It was as if the restaurant was closed. He then come to ask if we would like to order drinks. We had looked at the menu that has halved in size. I believe he was the only member of staff there we felt that uncomfortable that we actually decided to leave and find some where else to eat.

Completely terrible experience. PLEASE AVOID! From the moment you walk in you are left at the front of the restaurant with no host or hostess there to greet or seat you. We had to wait a stupid amount of time for any of the staff to even think about seating us (plus the restaurant was half empty). After being seated we ordered our starters and mains and to our surprise one of the main dishes had showed up before any of the starters had, about 10-15mins after this main was brought to us the actual starters came which left the main stone cold and pretty much inedible. The second main was served incredibly late with no explanation as to why. When the bill was requested and arrived we told the member of staff that we would not be paying the service charge as there was no ‘service’ to be charged for and the member of staff proceeded to gossip about that with other staff in a very obvious manner right in front of our table. Have never experience such terrible service in any restaurant. The cherry on top is the fact that we went there for valentines evening and had one of the worst restaurant experiences, Will never go back and can’t imagine what kind of management allows this lack of customer service.

Eaten in here many times and has gotten progressively worse, eat there Christmas Eve this year, after are orders were taken and the food started being served we then got told that the prawns, calamari and potato bravis were not available available, very disappointing as I had my two granddaughters with me. To add insult to injury when the bill arrived it had the original order and priced on. This had to be sent back twice before it got corrected. Won’t be bothered to go back very poor with even poorer service.

We chose the 2 for £10.00 cocktail offer and was charged full price because we hadn't ordered the same cocktail (no mention of this on the menu), we were met by a barrage of abuse when we challenged the waiter, who reluctantly upheld the offer, though continued to make us feel like we were ripping him off. The calamari was inedible (microwaved Tapas), other diners were sending their food back because it was cold or inedible - all in all our Christmas spirits were dampened by these kill joys and I wish I hadn't done the British thing and paid the bill + service !! We will not repeat this experience

I chewed a piece of plastic out of the ham and the waitress and the manager have no explainations or reactions for that. Just ignored this issue and emptied the plate like nothing has happened. Unbelievable.

I thought the food that we ordered such as the tapas, calamares, gambas, and paella was fairly decent although nothing stood out that would make me come back. The service, on the other hand, was very slow and it took quite some time before we were served our food. I think the restaurant is fine for quick, casual spanish food but it’s not for me.

Most of the food was nice. Apart from the small fishes, they were too smelly so had to leave it. Paella was a snack size (£9.95) so was disappointed how small it was, like it was for a small child!

Eat here every time I’m in Westfield. Always lovely. Today …. Ordered octopus at nearly £10. About 5 tiny pieces, mostly boiled potatoes! Asked for a little more octopus for £10 was told no..we will take it away and you can order something else. Ordered the chicken and chorizo piella … no chorizo and 1 tiny piece of chicken. £10. Manager came over. No apology. Told to leave if we didn’t like it. He didn’t want to waste any more of his food. Made to feel like it was our fault. He said we are full.. there was around 20 empty seats at the bar!!! We’ve always had to queue for a seat. We won’t return sadly. Didn’t get his name. Bearded guy. Spoilt our entire day. No customer service. Rude and extremely arrogant. Visited 19.11.22@approx 3.30-4pm

Food was amazing, recommend the meatballs, and pork belly which were insane! Ruby really looked after us so thank you. Will definitely come again.
