Wait time is long drinks are watered down and the food is ok but the quesadilla has hardly any meat in it

Great taste of foods. Fresh and tasty and well served. Bit longer wait when busy but nothing special. Great selection of food.

Ordered online to collect, got there and the shutters were down. 11 am. Waited a whole hour until 12. Shutters still down. Staff messing around and laughing in the kitchen. Could clearly see me and several others waiting. 3 delivery drivers waiting as well. Someone asked how long until they'd open and they said "in a few hours" it says online and on all delivery apps that they are open. When theyre not. Lost £24. Not waiting hours for them to open when they should be open at 11.

2 different delivery drivers waiting a combined 3 hours to pick up my order.

Extremely unhappy with this restaurant, got a delivery and when my food arrived it was really cold, items were missing and the quality of the food was poor, Will never ever order from here again

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY Food was delivered by somebody on a bicycle... it turned up cold and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME either. If u want it warm go to the place dont order online. Absolutely Abysmal.

Im absoulutely fed up with how slow the staff are it called fast food for a reason no one ever seems to be in a rush always a que to order and mite aswell pitch a tent waiting for the food

In person when I went it was a 40 minute wait for food which was not ideal but ok as I had to walk around other shops and at least the food was warm. However, when I order through Uber eats it took over an hour for the food to be made and 3 different riders chose the order before cancelling it as it was taking too long to make. When it got here the tortilla chips were soggy inside the wrap, chips were cold, and the crunchy tacho had gone soggy presumably because it was sat on the side for ages at the restaurant. Won’t be going there again.

Ordered through just eat, they gave the driver the wrong order. I spent nearly £30 for the crunchwrap deal. Gave me someone else order. Wrong order# from the reciept

I got delivery for taco bell, the burrito was missing most ingredients,they forgot a 7-up drink and when I ordered 6 churros they on,y gave 2!

Popped in for some lunch with my son. Waited half an hour for food and the place was so messy!! Not sure if it's short staffed or just poorly run!?

Burrito missing majority of its ingredients. Paid almost £7 just for a wrap and plant alternative. Overall order was cold. Very disappointing! Save you money people. Restaurant chains like this are a rip off!!

I went here for a quick bite to eat on-the way home after a long day. When I arrived, there were x2/3 orders ahead of me. I ordered and joined that waiting que for OVER 25 minutes! The joke of it is I only ordered a wrap and chips. When I asked the cashier what’s taking so long - I was told they are busy because of all the deliveries. Thus deliveries take precedence!?! I’ll be honest the food was ok, but the overall wait when your hungry was torturous, especially when you can see into the kitchen, to see one person working and the rest swanning about. I probably recommend swerving this place and try somewhere else in the food court….

A few months ago I ate here, within a few hours I was very, very ill. I 100% got food poisoning from this branch and I can safely say I will never go back to this store and I will probably not eat at a Taco Bell for a long, long time. This store used to be quite good but in the past few years has gone downhill, you can even tell by its outer exterior and the staff look very unbothered. I haven’t had the time to contact the food trading standards as I have been busy but I’m certainly going to because I do not think the cleanliness is up to par here. Just to add as well if you don’t eat meat you have to check before eating you food and the same visit asked for beans and was given chicken. Taco Bell need to have a training course and what it means if someone says they don’t eat meat and want refried beans because this is a universal thing I’ve noticed with their stores and while they’re at it a hygiene and cleaning course would be beneficial. Couldn’t pay me any amount of money to return to this store, haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell since getting food poisoning from them either.

Delivery from this store is ridiculous. Every time iv ordered its either been wrong, cold or hasn't even turned up and blame missing items. The manager shouldn't be employed. Embarrassing.

Getting charged more than the price on the board The board states 99p, I ordered 2 portions and got charged £3.98. This is lots more. I said don't worry about it and left as they could not honor price on board!

Usually eat at Lakeside Taco bell which is lovely 5 star. This was awful. The burrito was a lot thinner, barely warm. Chips cold (return) broken tacos (binned) churros cold (binned) and they were not busy. Awful lunch. Save your money

So i went into Taco Bell nearly an hour ago and ordered a vegetarian meal for 2. I confirmed with the lady who served me that both the tacos and the quesadillas were gonna be vegetarian, not meat and she confirmed this. Just got home and checked the bag to find that im 1 Taco less and the the 1 out of 2 tacos that I got has meat in it. I find this absolutely insulting that they not only miss 1 thing but also gave me meat

I love Taco Bell but for some reason I am unable to order it, it just says that it’s closed or that it’s not accepting orders. I’m not sure if this is an issue that will be fixed as it is open for people to dine in and I have tried multiple delivery apps but I have just given up now.

The service is very slow. Only 2 orders left the kitchen within 15 minutes of us being here. One member of staff knocked a drink over and instead of helping to clear it up, proceeded to shrug her shoulders, look at her colleague and laugh. The drink went over the customer. The level of customer service is appalling. The tables are also dirty with nothing to clean them with and no one to clean them either.

Horrible staff, all looked like they wanted to leave, no motivation, even the guy giving the food out at the front, you could tell he did not want to be in the building. Food took ages to be completed. I would help if they had more staff and they were treated better…

Only 1 thing was the covering was not the same I was used to a crispy roll but they used a much more harder thicker roll so no good for people with dentures

Love the food but next time can I please get fries with my seasoning? There's so much seasoning it's clumping together and the chips are thick with it making it a less than preferable eating experience. I do like taco bell as a whole though so that's my only gripe

Always nice to stumble across a taco bell, really enjoy the food my only complaint is there is nothing on the menu with any kind of spice, even the hot sauce would be described as mild at best. Honestly of all the fast food places I'd expect TB to at least have some spice on the menu but everything described as hot seems to have a hint of cayenne and nothing more.

Couldn’t give me a tray due to covid but can have every single empty table filthy dirty. food on the floor in the kitchen, over flowing bins .female member of staff Was extremely rude. I asked for a refund because my food was cold because I waited for someone to clean the table but they didn’t come they said I couldn’t have a refund as there was nothing wrong with the food. I asked to speak to the manager and the female member of staff was just sent to relay all the messages, I did manage to get a refund in the end but think it was just to replace me quiet.my children were really disappointed. Im glad we didn’t eat there as it was so dirty ,

We got it delivered on deliveroo and like every other time they messed the order up yet again, they missed part of my meal and it was cold

Absolutely appalling service cleanliness and FOOD, this is nothing like the American Taco Bell, no authenticity in any of the spices I'd be embarrassed to serve these taco's to the Mexican community. My rating is -*+10

Food was okay but their hygiene is disgusting. Luckily we had baby wipes to clean the table coz it hadn't been cleaned all day. The bins were over flowing and rubbish was falling on the floor.

Unbelievably slow service. I've seen at least 3 members of staff working BoH yet there's a queue of 10+ people waiting for their orders. 25 minutes is far too long a wait.

The worst Taco Bell around. Tiny portions and food is always cold. Disgusting food. Wait time was around 15 mins even though there was no other orders. I would not go here again.

The amount of nacho cheese dip has dwindled go about three dips worth and the pots are only ever half full. The mains are all woefully under filled. This place has gone downhill to say the least.

Maybe it was just the time of day but was not impressed. First time going there and was not impressed. Tried the black bean taco an was tasteless and broken before I even attempted to lift it.

Used to love Taco Bell, but these days it’s very hit or miss. The service is PAINFULLY slow as they prioritise delivery drivers & their orders over customers ordering in the restaurant to eat in/takeaway. I’m always waiting at least over 15 minutes until I actually get served my food after ordering, even when it’s not too busy. For this reason, I tend to avoid it these days.

Terrible service was told a 10 minute wait so after waiting 25 minutes asked for refund as girl serving was more interested in flirting with the rude delivery people. Another customer stepped in and complained telling drivers they were ignorant and rude. Then order finally came.

Nobody answers the phone, I have called at least 25 times. Ordered takeaway via Deliveroo, the driver Nadia never delivered our food, have proof as I have cameras in front of our house. Money taken, no food, no customer service! Shame on the delivery person and shame on Taco Bell for their lack of customer service support!

If you enjoy to be ripped off come here. A place for all the family, apart from when ordering drinks because nearly all of them are unavailable due to either lack of stock or the drinks machine being broken.

Before I start, I just want to say i love Taco Bell. Right, I know we are still in the tail end of the pandemic, but I really think they need to reevaluate their business model. It seems that the store prioritises uber/just eat orders over those who use the app or order in store. This needs to be looked at when the world opens fully, you will have an awful lot of disgruntled customers. Speaking of which, the drivers for the afore mentioned companies need to learn manners too. Twice I was pushed out of the way, literally pushed so they could get to the order pickup. Sort it out people, we all inhabit this planet, all share the same air, have some respect for others! Rant over, the food (in my opinion) is very tasty and hot. Just what you need. Sort out the service and you will deserve more stars.

Visited here this weekend, but very disappointed to be honest. From the photos advertising what the food looks like on the menus compared to what we received as you can tell from the photo its a lot different! My Burrito was the same, on the photos it looks overflowing with mince but there was a Pitiful amount in witch I received...

Love the food here always have done but the service is too slow. It’s meant to be fast food but the wait tends to be a good 15-20 mins so just 2 meals. Not impressed and puts me off going there!

Waited an hour and forty minutes for food to be delivered by Uber eats. Food ready for collection on 5:54pm on the ticket. Delivered 6:53pm stone cold so 5 meals have gone in the bin. Don’t order from here or via Uber eats as happy to send out cold food.

Extremely rude staff, absolutely 0 customer service from their side and the wait for food was over 25 minutes, while watching people ordering after you receive their meals!!! Noticed a bag had been sitting on the counter for a while and had to ask if it was my order, which it unfortunately was. They didn’t offer a refund and directed me to their site which is not user friendly for refunds at all! They “remade” the food but when we got home it was cold and they even got the burrito wrong. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend.

Worst experience I've ever had. Horrible customer service and once arrived I waited 25 minutes for a click and collect order! to only get home to have the wrong order. Perfectly screwed me over. Would not recommend at all.

Opening day on the 9th March and the place was extremely busy. Food was 5 star as it always is at Taco Bell. Will be going back again very soon

Slow service, Waited 25 minutes for three meals to come out no apology when we was asked what’s wrong. Luckily my toddler sat and waited patiently for her lunch but not good enough when your in a rush. Stood and watched a delivery guy come in to Collect food he put his delivery bag on the serving desk he wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves and stood scratching is mouth before taking the food away.

If your already in Eastgate it a nice place to stop.and have lunch. The shopping centre closes early and parking is available but quite a walk for just a bit of lunch. You can order via Uber eats if you want local home delivery bit like J say they do close early.

Very slow service, everything that we bought looked rushed and thrown together. I usually love their food but it was lukewarm and minimal contents.

Usually love taco bell but i ordered for to go today got home it was all squished in the bag it was cold definitely not up to par and my meal for two was missing cinnamon swirls. I was starving and quite upset too. Don't think I'll return again. I'd rather a McDonald's at this point. Oh well you win some and loose some.

I used to love this American style food place But I know a lot of people that don’t go any more because they do not sell full fat Coke which is ridiculous for this sort of restaurant poor Why not just charge a little bit extra like everywhere else

Me and my family came into the centre to go on a Saturday shopping trip. We came to the Basildon Taco Bell and Harrison served us. Full of smiles and gave us time to make our choice and even provided us the option of chicken, beef or one of each for tacos which we were happy with. Took a little while to cook but was worth the wait. We had the meal for two and the £7 quesadilla box. Plenty of food in the boxes and all of good quality. Oh and the Mexican spiced chips were a great touch and the nachos on the meal for two were full of flavour! nly reason we marked it down is because of the wait but overall really enjoyed it!

The food is very nice, freshly made, staff are friendly.. Only thing I do have an issue with is the fact they don't put a description of what the meals contain in them. Considering not everyone likes/ choses mexican/hot food and don't know what some of the stuff is. Also they are always quiet busy so the staff haven't really got the time of day to stand and explain what is included in the meals (not a pick at the staff) Mexican isn't really recognised in this country a lot so even if they had menus, I believe it could help people feel more comfortable if they had a menu to explain what's inside each meal.
