Taco Bell in Newport

Waited 3hrs for delivery usually its good but it my food hasn’t even been prepared yet actually ridiculous DON’T ORDER KN A SATURDAY !!! I WROTE THIS EARLIER AND ITS NOW 11 AND NOW THE PLACE IS CLOSED WTH STILL ON PREPARING ORDER DEFO DONT ORDER ON JUST EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok better than expected no long waits food was good

Horrible staff got order wrong twice cup lids don't even fit on cup food is alright not the best. Honestly I don't recommend going here.

I been coming here since it opened and get the chalupas, normally very happy. But the last two times I come here, the portion of meat I have not been happy with. Have you guys reduced the portion of meat being given? I asked for it to be remade and the portion of meat still isn’t what I expect from when I used to enjoy eating at Taco Bell. Just bread and salad it tastes like. The staff was fine to interact with though. I wouldn’t order again if the chalupas are meant to be made like the last 3 times they have been made.

The smallest portions ever. Hardly any fries, and the crunchwrap was just a flat tortilla with a tiny bit of filling, and just tasted of bread

Very disappointed in the quality of the cinammon twists was if i was eating cereal and they also costed £5 ish way too over prices

We ordered the food online. When it finally arrived we were missing a whole meal. We then needed to reorder so my sister could actually eat. Taco Bell refused to help in any way

Ordered from Just Eat and they left out an entire meal and then told me I was lying and not eligible for a refund. Food that did arrive was cold.

The driver held our food for 20 minutes in the car. He rang and said he was lost, to which I directed him. He did not speak on the phone apart from saying HELLO acting like we didn’t have service. which we did. I then had to walk around the streets to find him, to then see him stood there with my food not moving or attempting to find the house. He then proceeded to say ‘if you hadn’t come to get it in the next minute, I’d have clicked to say I can’t find your house and taken your food’ TERRIBLE

Not the drivers fault it was taco bells they was preparing it before a driver was confirmed

None of items delivered. Missing burrito, crunchy taco, quesadilla and churros . Requested for a refund

My self and sister ordered deluxe box and vol but box and cheesy nacho. half our order was missing there was a hair in my nacho and the drink we ordered was right like the syrup has gone or something. I normal enjoy but today I was quite disappointed.

Didn’t even arrive why do they always go to dale road and give other people free food that I have paid for disgusting

food already gone cold. fries was soggy. not much meat and veggies in tacos and the burrito was hardly any inside. completely different from what they normally served from there first day they open. totally disappointed.

for our first ever Taco Bell, we enjoyed the food and thought it was good value for money. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it was only just luke-warm .

First time trying taco bell. Had delivery I had the beef tacos supreme and even though they were cold they were very nice, the lettuce and tomato wa lovely and fresh. My partner had the beef burito which he loved, very cheesey, very good!

missing items. no churros or chicken tenders. fries and we'll everything was cold. Uses to love a taco bell order but lately its been sub standard

Absolutely disgusting food, the chips were freezing, drinks missing, paid for a spicy sauce which didn’t receive. The churros was stale and my volcano burrito had little to none sauce in there! Not ordering again. Waste of money

All food was stone cold. Rang restaurant and they advised seeking a refund through Just Eat, who are claiming that because the food was delivered on time there is no way to receive a proper refund. (Despite the restaurant saying on the ovine the driver took too long). Very disappointed in Just Eat.

Food arrived cold had to put in air fryer to warm up which dryed it up so wasn’t that nice. Took ages to fine a driver then driver was assigned for ages then driver was at restaurant for ages! My food was clearly just left for ages making it cold when it arrived. Waste of money had to warm it all up & just dryed up so not enjoyed as much as o would in restaurant

Speedy delivery and no mistakes on the order!

My bag wasn’t sealed .. which I’m not happy about! But it’s too late now! Maybe for next customers maybe try to seal it better! It leaves a lot of doubt

The Crispy Chicken burrito tasted great and they really fill the burrito.

our order was missing chips. on the app you can't ask for refund on individual items as the chips were part of a meal.

I made this order for my kids only to wait 50 minutes and only receive 4 cans of pop! Driver refused to collect forgotten food unless I pay a charge. Absolutely disgusted

Food was just shoved in the box and then in the bag by the time I got it the food was over the box, and not the restaurants fault but the drivers still can't follow instructions they still go past mine and down the wrong road

Less than half of the menu available at 1pm on a weekday.

I placed an order on Taco Bell it took a while I then went onto the app and it told my food wasn’t delivered I then rang the restaurant and they checked the system and told me the driver had gone off with my order and taken it.

The food was served quickly, the staff very kind and friendly. In the restaurant there was dirt on the floor and in the toilets as well.

I got this delivered and I got the cheese quesadilla and vegetarian burrito . It was cold and disgusting . The cheese in the quesadilla was cold and not melted at all, they didn’t put any sauce in it either so it just had the cheese and wrap. The burrito was tasteless and had sour cream missing . Completely disappointed and I’ve ordered here many times and every time is completely disappointing and cold . Only eating in seems to do it justice . I’ll never order from here again. Spent £18 to waste .

Wow. That was the most overpriced meal I have ever had! Burrito was the size of a KFC snack wrap which would have been about 20% of the cost!

One of my favourite places to order food from in newport. Always had great service and food has always been excellent! Cannot complain!

Chips were stone cold. ‘Crunchy taco’ was a soggy cold mess. Burrito was also cold. Drink selection was tango orange but a Pepsi max was delivered. First and last time ordering from Taco Bell.

Lovely speedy service, great staff and food was nice and warm, will be returning.

Tyla’s Tacos were slaying the game. Best customer service and food i’ve had the pleasure of enjoying.
