Worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had

Some of my food looked like it was eaten by someone. Also my food was kinda soggy too. Horrible service.

Tried alot off Chinese takeaways this is the best by a mile ,Excellent food consistently, Meat in dishes top quality 👌 and proper chips like the chippie..Service fast and professional wouldn't go anywhere else

Food not bad but the service is so poor. Rang to tell them they sent the wrong order and got verbally abused by the call handler (or whoever takes the orders) Not impressed at at. Left a vulnerable young person in tears as the attitude was dreadful that came from that person on the phone. #Superior palace, you need to up your game, or you’re going to lose customers because of the pure ignorance of your staff.

Avoid as didnt get what asked for & when rang not even an apology.I will stick with happy garden up the road better service,food & dont get a simple order wrong.

Food is lovely. Proper chicken, not the jelly stuff. Proper chips as well. Couldnt fault the food, always hot and tasty. Usually busy, especially at the weekend but never seem to have to wait long on the order. Cash only is the only downside.

Ordered chicken with cashew nuts. Got it home, no cashew nuts. Go figure. Sauce was a bit watery too. Wouldn't recommend.

We use this take away regularly. Quick, friendly service and good quality tasty food every time. Would definitely recommend.

The best Chinese in Belfast and surrounding areas. Have been getting from this place for the last 10 years. Ownership changed not long after that, and standards have remained extremely high. Lovely staff - very friendly. Haven’t had a bad meal out of the place. Incredibly consistent. Totally recommend the crispy satay chicken , honey chilli chicken, chicken curry, smoked chicken 👊

A year or two ago this chinese was probably the best in belfast,not sure what has happened but the standard of the food has went down hill quick,

Wish I could put minus one star but I can’t. The food from the place has went extremely down hill, it was physically nauseating to even look at and the smell of it put me of food for weeks on end. They treat their staff like dirt and they are underpaid, so much so I would compare it to slave labour. The delivery drivers are treated very poorly in terms of both verbally from their boss but also in terms of wage, I am pretty sure the delivery fee is less that what a tub of curry sauce would cost.

Ordered crispy shredded beef with soft noodles and gravy got it home opened to the beef being over cook and almost burt and dry as a bone with no gravy at all on the dish this Chinese is serious going down hill badly have to find a new Chinese

Best curry chips I have had in years. The chips seem to be freshly cut not frozen, just the best. And it was a last order near closing, still fab.

I have only good things to say about this place, I really think the staff are friendly and the service is great. The quality of the foods is very good and the portion sizes are generous, I would not hesitate in recommending this takeaway to anybody. Great.

Got a Chinese. To night fries rica and curry sauce boy was I sick. Daughter got fried rice and sweet and sour sauce. And she was sick son got chicken-fried rice And he through up so please sort it out. Never again

Been using this place for years and always good. Delivery does take a while but as someone else is saying it's because it busy. I usally collect. I'm putting up this review as I have read the bad ones and just think people only review when something's wrong. Very few when its good. I would say this Chinese is the busiest in Belfast and very good.

From taking the order to delivery service brilliant food arrived and it was gorgeous we all ate something different and agreed gorgeous. Well worth the money and still some left tomorrow’s lunch.

Lovely Chinese salted chilli chicken is lovely decent sized pieces of chicken and not to spicy, chips are amazing taste really nice..... Walk in order and I don't think I was there even 10 minutes! ★ ♥ ★

Food wasnt great, this is our go to chinese, chips tasted as if the oil in the fryers needed changed and the chicken was like rubber.

Superior palace used to do the most amazing battered mushrooms I ordered every week I couldn't get enough. Now they have stopped doing them. So disappointed please bring them back!!

Good value for money and food is overall pretty excellent. Wait times at the weekend can be horrendous though and don’t believe the times they give you when you ring for collection or delivery - add a minimum of 5-10 mins on! The quality and quantity makes up for this though so 5*

Never will I order from this Chinese again, customer service is disgusting. Ordered and women got my address wrong even with a post code. Waited 2 hours to find I had a missed call. Got the delivery eventually and driver had the check to say if you had off answered the phone you would have had it sooner. Actually fuming! Wouldn't advise anyone to order from here.

Food wasn't the best just had our meal delivered we didn't get what we asked for. My son's food was swimming in some sort of liquid, the chips were greasy they actually look like they have been reheated from yesterday. I gave 2 stars because the omelette was nice. Think I will try some were else next time.

This place says it in the name it really is a wee gem of a place they are very reasonable and nothing is to much bother the staff are also nice

I started ordering from Superior Palace in May 2017 after moving into the area and have not gone anywhere else since. I usually go in to the shop to place my order and wait for the food to be cooked as I live very close by, so everything is always super fresh. Chefs are friendly and always greet you with a smile, and I love the salted chilli and honey chilli beef. I would also recommend the special chow mein - the portion is huge and very good value. So glad to have found a good, reliable Chinese takeaway in Belfast.

My husband and I order from here regularly. Also had lovely food and quick enough for delivery too. They used to do the best Mixed Grill ever but stopped it a few months ago. Wish they would bring it back

This Chinese has become the one I measure everyone up against. Friendly staff and delicious food - not greasy either. Only drawback is not being able to pay by card.

As visitors to the area we chose this place based on the reviews... v. disappointing! Very bland food. House special chow mein and chicken szechuan both really disappointing. Avoid.

Has my food gone down hill chips so greasy my whole family feels sick because of it. I don't seem to get the order I ask and pay for. The shop is frezzin and those poor fish stuck in that tank do they ever get fed? We will more than likely get food from here again but come on guy's step it up

We couldn't get through on the phone for 15 minutes so went into the shop. Ordered and came out to the car to wait because the person behind the counter said it would be 15 minutes. Went back in after 15 minutes and smiled at the person behind the counter so she seen me. Waited 15 minutes and 3 other ple had been served in front of me - went up and asked where my food was to get a blank response! I said I had been in over half an hour ago and pad etc and she said "oh here it is here"! It was there the whole time!!! Never be back!

Can't complain about the food, but be prepared for a wait in store, where it can be a bit mental to put it mildly, lots of shouting and screaming and general bedlam. Bit too mad for my taste.

Comida ordenada desde aquí el sábado pasado. A sólo 2 hora teníamos ganas de no pedir desde aquí de nuevo. Nos llamó para que le dijeran nuestra orden era salir. Si va a ser una larga espera y luego la custmer debería ser dicho antes de colocar su orden. No es nada contento con el servicio que recibimos.

Food is good however service awful. Phoned an order through for collection to be told it would be 20-30mins. Arrived after 30-35 mins to be asked for payment but it was not ready and would be another 30min wait. Had we been told this on the phone we could've decided to go elsewhere or wait but to be expected to wait 30mins on arrival after an order already placed 30mins in advance is appalling customer service. We walked out and will not be back.
