Excellent food n great staff...... reasonably priced

Been few times. The staff are very polite the food was beautiful. The service was fast and very efficient. Have a very extensive menu. You can either sit in or take out . Loads of parking . Competitively priced as well .

Great food, friendly staff... Well worth the visit. Only downfall is the lack of indoor heating.

My wife and I come here a lot, while shopping in Ballymoney, the food is always well prepared, & roasting hot... The staff are always friendly & helpful... This is cafe style food, it has a chip shop takeaway, & adjoining sit in area, they serve really good home cooked type meals, mince & potatoes, steak& chips, Fry's, Sandwich's & a lot more.... Well worth a visit...

A real institution in Ballymoney. Quite a range of foods & quite a lot of money has been spent on modern decor. Tasty too.

Great food, always hot and delivered on-time. Staff are always pleasant and eager to accomodate families.

I normally head here for my lunch when I am working in the area. It is quite handy to get to and is good for a quick sit in lunch. Normal chippy type meals. One thing to note would be - don't sit by the toilets. Its quite annoying when people are constantly opening and closing the door by your ear. Apart for that, this place is quite good for the style of diner? it is.

I am sorry to say this food was awful my husband's burger was hard as rock and was a hair on it and all the taste was gone from the burger. My battered sausages with hard as rock and chips taste like recooked in old oil !!!

We eat in yesterday and was charged £61 for 1 adult and 3 kids, yes there was 2 adult meals ordered as myself and the older boy both ordered kebabs the 2 kid had chips chicken and gravy and we were charged for another kebab box when the fella taking the order could clearly see he was a child!!! Absolute joke the prices they charge will NEVER get a takeaway or eat in this place again!

This place never disappoints, I've been going there since I was a teenager, (formally megabytes) The food is consistently amazing, the staff are all so friendly, and the service first class....highly highly recommend

The only downfall is price... But then all the chippy's are becoming very dear. But the food quality here is very good as is the staff, who are very efficient. We have sat in and taken out.

chips were hard and refried in what tased like old oil, there was a hair in my food which was not mine plus the so called thick milkshakes were MELTED AND TASTED LIKE FLAVOURED MILK WATER. WHEN WE LEFT WE RINSE OUT OUR MOUTHS WE ALL FEEL SOCK MOW.

1st time to visit Superbites and I was not disappointed. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful food. Highly recommended - keep up the great work and another visit is coming up very shortly

Portion sizes are poor for the price of a fish supper. More batter than anything and very few chips! Chips are nice though for what you do get.

Stopped in on the way back from a day out at Portrush, it wasn't too busy and were seated right away. Food was good!

Got a take away recently prompt service have eaten here loads of times but have not recently quality of food has gone downhill and of course prices have went up

I love supervises visit Ballymoney on a monthly basis so I have lunch here. Great food, great staff.

Best fry in the area (of those places I've visited). Not greasy, perfectly cooked, and you can choose what you want in it. Staff are friendly too. Hard to beat.

Situated right on the main road and opposite a filling station, Superbites offers both a take-out (seats available during your wait) service and a full sit-in menu. So whether it's a delicious bacon buttie and fresh coffee, while you sit in one of their many comfortable booths or a quick takeaway for the kids' tea, the food here is top notch. Quick tip: their fish fillets are not only beautifully crisp and fresh - they are also huge!

They're usually busy but you'll soon find out why. Their chips are so good! My family and I have a bit of lunch after the swimming pool. I had a chicken and cheese toastie which was dull but not for Superbites. They made it taste amazing. The other dishes we got were nuggets, a hotdog and a burger. All insanely delicious. Lots for kids to order.

What a Great & a menu with good affordability

I come to this restaurant regularly, whether it's to dine in or to order a takeaway and the staff are always pleasant to talk to, are always friendly and are always quick with their service no matter how busy it is and the food is always made perfectly.

The quality of the fish and chips here is always fantastic. Usually pop in for a sausage supper and it’s always well priced and a good feed. Lots of seating inside if you want to sit in and eat which is really handy and there’s now additional parking on-site just round the back of the takeaway. Definitely would recommend it as one of the best traditional takeaways in Ballymoney

Great chippy. Super friendly staff, great food, especially the fillet burgers. Always an hello & a smile in this chippy. Always very busy but the staff are so efficient & service is pretty speedy. Best chip shop in the town & beyond.

Having purchased a portion of chicken gougons with chips as a carryout previously which were fine I called again on Sat past to order the same. I was extremely disappointed with the product and more disappointed with the response I received. I rang to complain and was told it was down to the staff being busy the chips were a very small portion when I compare with others. They were like deep fried mash, gougons were OK but the sauce for such a small portion was extortionate in price. When I was told the boss was present I asked to speak with them and left my number, I left it 24hr but no call ever received showing a complete disregard for a customer. That is more disappointing than the product.

Great food and good service. Our normal chippy on the last 3 ocassions have gotten our order wrong and the quality of the food has gotten worse so we decided to try somewhere else . Even though there seemed to be about 15 people working flat out behind the counter the order was correct , the food was hot and tasty . No complaints and i think we have found a new local chippy .

Called in just prior to a meeting. Quickly asked to pick a table of my choice. I ordered fish and chips. This arrived a bit disappointed it looked very like frozen fish. The chips were fresh. The fish tasted fine just very square end regular. The side salad was a bit strange to have this with peas would have been better. Would go back.

Good food, all served fresh, tasty. Got bacon, brie and cranberry panini.

visit this place quite often when in the local area as the food is top notch and the staff are brilliant. very friendly and polite. the menu is wide and varied and you never know what to choose due to the variety. far far better than some so called posh restaurants

Good value for money especially the 6/7 pc fry for £6. Legendary chicken fillet burgers too that will always have a place in my heart. Although I will say one thing and that's that I asked for soft/runny eggs on two occasions and they came out hard. Not the biggest thing but it's really disappointing when you order Eggs Benedict (which needs a runny egg). Good friendly, fast service.

Telephoned in an order for a portion of cod and a small chip to be collected at 8.55 pm; was not ready, had to wait 10 minutes. As the fish was being wrapped I noticed it looked rather greasy and asked the assistant if it was straight out of the pan. I was assured it had been sitting draining. When I reached home which is about half a mile away and unwrapped the fish the paper it was wrapped in was covered in grease and I used three sheets of kitchen roll to try an soak up the grease on the fish. The batter was cooked on the outside but the inside was not cooked at all just a slimy mixture coating the fish. When I returned a portion of the fish to Superbites the attitude of the staff was take it or leave it goodbye. I can assure you I will not be back. If you like greasy fish with half cooked batter, then this is the place for you!!!

In these strange times, eating lunch out has become a bit of a gamble. Will the place be able to arrange their tables, etc. to allow appropriate social distancing. Superbites got it correct. My wife had a baked potato packed with chicken and bacon. I had a large tortilla wrap packed with chicken, bacon, mushrooms and onions with some salsa dressing. It was garnished with salad, coleslaw and a few chips. Both dishes were very tasty and their filter coffee was also good. Definitely well worth calling here.

I visit superbites in ballymoney at least once a month. Busy, warm and friendly. Food menu to suit all tastes and I don't need to dress up, never know who you are going to bump into. Food is very tasty and really filling. All in all a good place to eat in ballymoney Zinc is upstairs, just a little more refined if taking others. Very nice ambience. Go Hungary.
