Sunshine Kebab House in Merthyr Tydfil

Food turned up after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and it was freezing. I’ve had food from here in the past and it’s always been good up until tonight. Very disappointed

Food was not edible this must be the worst takeaway in Merthyr Tydfil £30 in the bin it was just full of grease and smelled foul 🤢 avoid

Food took a 1hr & 20 minutes to arrive. When arrived it was freezing cold. Won’t be ordering from sunshine again!!

Ordered from them tonight and they messed the order up but when I phoned, the owner claimed it was correct. I ordered 2 chicken burgers and 1 pizza and they only sent 1 burger and charged £25 for 2 items. The burger was soggy and my daughter wouldn't eat it. I would avoid sami's. I wish I'd read the reviews as they're all bad.

Caught food poising from a chicken kebab!!!

Wanted to order a large pizza cheese and tomato and just av pepperoni on 1 half as my 1 child won’t eat meat and they refused to do it ,, y I do not know wen they have to make a whole pizza any way ,, yrs I’ve been going to this place but since new owners they refusing to do loads shame on u as a restaurant

Food it absolutely sogie and iv been waiting over a hour my boys chip taste like they been in the microwave shocking

Don't even bother with the chicken shish!! It is the driest chicken I ve ever had in all my life nearly coughed my guts up! Use sunshine or Jack's kebabs. Worst kebab I ve ever had!!

Absolutely shocking just had a delivery 2 kebabs and 1 kids kebab meat £19.50 when I opened them up there was hardly anything in them .I know cost of food has risen but this is Absolutely unacceptable phoned to complain was told 'that's the size of the potions ' !!! Won't be ordering here again 😒

Don't bother what ever you order they will mess it up. It's all solved with a sorry.

Wow this was my kabab shop when I was younger. I’m so disappointed with the poor quality of food. My wife’s chicken shish was inedible and she wouldn’t even give it to the dog. The mixed kabab was not good and I had to throw half in the bin. I have not called to claim a free one next time, I just won’t go there ever again. Sorry sami you’ve lost your way

Just ordered mix meat suppose to be large it came in a small box. Definitely no large.. Very poor!!!!

absolutely terrible tastes disgusting never gonna eat again took over an hour to come when it was meant to be 20 minutes absolutely hated it was uncooked an cold an my kids now have food poisoning don’t say you should go here

I don't know who the new woman on the phone is but she needs to listen. Yet again, order incorrect. Thankfully the food is good.

Stopped here on my way home. First kebab I took back as it was cold they appear to be cutting the meat and leaving it in the tray below (which they are not allowed to do for hygiene as the uncooked juices drip onto the cooked meat) they cut fresh meat doe me but that wasn't cooked properly and as I was in a rush it went in the bin. The portions were small for the price and even if it had been edible it would of been poor value for money compared to other Kebab shops.

Ordered 4 x kebabs and 4 x chips. Kebabs arrived but only one portion of chips.

I’ve been ordering here for years- and tried other shops but Sunshine is definitely the best- food is real good and delivery is very very quick!

I cant say much about kebab and other food, as I have only had pizza there. But staff are very friendly and the pizza are lovely, it surprised me as I have tried other pizzas in kebab shops and have been very disappointing, however the pizza here are amazing!

Before I give this review I have ordered from there before and it was ok still had the order wrong mind but food was ok. I ordered tonight and it was so bad when I opened my food it when straight in the bin,, i phoned them my salad looked 5 days old my partner found something in her food I have never put food on the bin when I ordered food this was the first time. And I waited a hour and 15 mins for it . They said on the phone they busy very busy but to me that's no reason to send food out cold and stale,, will never order from there again and they said the next one is free but still I will not take them up on that

I orderd food from Samis, not only was my order wrong but it was freezing cold, they did apologise and send out new food to me but I think they should be on top of their game

On time and hot, chicken shish wrap quarter pounder with cheese, quater pounder, chips onion rings and cheesy garlic bread. Arrived 2 mins early driver was polite. We enjoyed the food, good stuff

Kebab was ok, chips where horrible and not very tasty, requested delivery for 8.30, resteraunt pushed it to 8-55, turned up at 7-50. Resteraunt refused to do anything

Food was first class only fault was I asked for salt and vinegar on my chips and sauce on them didn't happen read the comments on the order if you can't do it let me know

All my food was wet and soggy even the sauce pot that was wrapped up was wet, the chips and nuggets had to go in the oven to crisp them back up

The actual kebabs in xl size have been much bigger And have more salad. Didnt order for a while From so its definitelly changed.

Would of been full stars but we got a regular donner wrap instead of the mixed wrap I ordered. Still enjoyed it mind.

When the order came, my pizza was the wrong one and then when I phone up and the guy was on the phone to someone else when he was on the phone to me, then when my pizza finally came it wasn't very warm and had to wait like 2 hours

Chips were disgusting. Kebabas were ok. Garlic bread was really weird.

Order was wrong when it was delivered and when queried with delivery driver he was very unhelpful. Rung shop and rest of order was going to be sent but took so long the food we had was completely cold by the time the rest arrived!

Fantastic service, was delivered half an hour before the estimated time, food was hot & delicious.

I would recommend the ckicken Shoshone kebabs. The staff are welcoming and the food is freshly cooked. Would recommend to others.
