We ordered a takeaway after being new to the area . The chicken tikka massala that myself and my son chose was simply amazing , the best I've even tried from anywhere. The food was all full of flavour and the onion bajhis were huge and also flavoursome. Aswell as the food tasting great ; the order arrived quickly, under the 50 minute time frame that we were given . We will definitely be ordering again and I would highly recommend.

This is in my opinion the best take away in Wycombe, I have tried them all and the guys here do a great job , friendly and polite The chicken is always tender not hard like some , the prawns always a decent size and the lamb is very tender. I don’t think you will be disappointed .

Absolutely appalling service. My food was an hour late, I called to check on the delivery and they told me 10-15 minutes. Half an hour later, they finally turn up, over an hour late to the time I booked my delivery to arrive. We called multiple times and it was the same answer every time ‘10 minutes away’. Absolutely ridiculous, they argued with me on the phone and refused to give answers as to where my food was and why it was a hour late. Disgusting customer service and I will not be ordering with them again.

Have been eating from here for years , always lovely food , tasty , plentiful , good value for money ... Local pick up or delivery , never more than 40 mins , arrives hot on time stated upon ordering , friendly delivery man ( John ) usually ... I've been a patron of Sundarbans for over 20 years now and it has only been an absolute pleasure to eat their food. Without a doubt the best Indian food I have had, has been from Sundarbans. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, the pricing is competitive and they deliver! 10/10

This is without doubt the best Indian takeaway in High Wycombe. I have been ordering food from here since 2010 and there are no complaints. Brilliant guys keep doing whatever you're doing. You're a credit to decent Indian food.

Moved here over a year and a half ago and have ordered from here at least 5 times! I can honestly say we are never disappointed always hot,delicious and on time.

Best Indian takeaway in Wycombe. Islam and his team are very friendly and will tweak the menu to your requirements (I always get my vegetable curry madras hot). Nothing too much trouble, fast, friendly reliable service. Highly recommended

Not used for a while. Was ok as a whole. However have had better locally. Good onion bhaji . Have got used to free papadoms, so didnt order any and none were provided.

Always get my takeaways from here and they never fail to deliver a fresh delicious curry. Always get what is ordered and will make adjustments to food as required (veg curry madras hot or add different meat/veg to set curry). Always friendly and helpful, wouldn’t go anywhere else

Chose to get a quick takeaway Saturday evening, ready in 15 minutes, piping hot, everything asked for and all delicious , would highly recommended

Always order ahead of time but no problem as they give you an idea of how long you will need to wait. The choice is good and I have found it delicious what ever you choose. Good value and generous portions.

For some reason I keep giving them a chance, but no more. Ordered a patia but was more like a sag. Pathia does not come with spinach ? Also the amount of chicken was small.The nan bread was awful. Very doughy, wasn’t cooked. Made me bloated. Was like a thick nan from Sainsbury’s not a thin crispy nan. The prices have gone right up too.

Easily ordered online for delivery, arrived within the time specified. Very tasty, crispy popodoms, had the house naan which was different but really nice, had chicken Bengal chilli gulab, huge pieces of chicken in a thick spicy, slightly hot sauce, really tasty and the spinach & herb rice was good. Will definitely be eating from here again.

Ordered the Chef's special Chicken and the House special Bengal chicken and both dishes were absolutely delicious!! We collected so can't say about the delivery service but food was hot and ready on time and the whole thing a very good experience - would definitely recommend

Recommended by a friend so we tried this evening and wow. Ordered online received message to say would be delivered within the hour, arrived after 45 minutes of placing order. Food nice and hot and tasted absolutely gorgeous! Thougroughly enjoyed and will definetly be ordering again

Confirmed on the phone they would deliver, then they changed their mind so no food for me! Rubbish. They had a food hygeine rating of 5 so I thought I would try them, but will try somewhere else.

We've had loads of meals here over the last few years and they have always been delicious. We've tried lots of different items from the menu and not had a bad one yet. Recommended

We placed an order for delivery last night, based on a recommendation from a friend. We were told it could take up to an hour, which was fine, we expected that on a Saturday night. But after an hour and a half had passed we chased them only to find that the driver was looking for us over in Holmer Green when we had clearly given them our full address including postcode for Penn. So our food took 1hr and 45mins to arrive in the end.

I order from them often, I am vegan and they always cater for me and advise of the best meals for me...they will also change recipes when requested. The food is always great and the delivery is prompt.

This is a weird looking place, jammed in a row of poky little local shops, and didn’t inspire much confidence. However, we are nothing if not intrepid, so we pulled up the menu online and ordered some amazing sounding food, as well as a couple of go-to dishes to compare to our regular place. We were not disappointed at all!! The food was fantastic, really delicious and fresh tasting. The crazier dishes on the menu are worth a try! I promise! It was all delicious, and we will be using them much more often

Ordered from here for the first time this evening. Felt odd placing the order on one phone line then paying on another. However that aside, we will be having further food from this place in future. Food arrived within the time stated It was HOT considering it came from the other end of High Wycombe to where we live. Portion size was very generous compared to other takeaways within the town.

I’m fortunate that I live very close by and have been a regular Friday night customer for nearly 20 years. The family who run this business are very friendly and helpful. You can request a particular curry milder/hotter and they are always happy to cook it with less oil if you ask to make it healthier. Now to the taste, always fresh, hot and delicious and a good price with a very large menu of not only curries but rice and naans too (I’ve tried most of them!) If you collect you get 10% off or there’s a fairly wide delivery area. Very highly recommended

He usado este restaurante de comida para llevar por muchos años. Supongo que es muy infravalorado y debería haber más críticas. La comida era excelente como siempre esta noche. Nunca tuvimos una mala comida en 30 años, sí, que ha sido abierta que largo con el mismo propietario. Ajo Chili pollo, pollo tikka jalfrezi, a tarka chole, rashmi kebab y arroz. Gran relación calidad-precio y entrega rápida, este lugar vale 20 de 10 y más. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante! ! ! ! !

There is a huge selection of dishes to suit all tastes and they are never anything but perfectly prepared and cooked. Recommended for anyone, especially curry lovers!

Went here on my way home from work. Had been told by family food was good thought would try myself. Well I wasn't disappointed food was freshly cooked so pipping hot and the flavours were amazing, spicy hot but could still taste the succulent lamb. My favourite takeaway now.

First time we've tried Sundarbans, we have supported other businesses in the past and wonder why! The food was just perfect, a Korma and a Pasanda, delivered in 20 minutes whith a smile. I drive past these guys every day and we are gutted we have only just used them.

Best meat samosa in town. Curry can be fantastic but were let down this evening. They can be great but not consistent. Delivery is always quick. Chana chilli is usually lovely.

Sundarbans has always been an occasional treat for us. The food is always of good quality, served hot, and of a good quality. No concerns, good quality food.

This Indian is about half was between Wycombe any myself, in the local area there are some fantastic curry houses but for me I'm afraid this is not one - things like the mixed veg curry just being some very small pieces of frozen mixed veg in a curry sauce, no great really.So

I have never had a bad takeaway from this place, I highly recommend it, 2 dishes I would suggest to you are Chefs special if you like a real meaty dish, & Chicken Bengal house special, there is also several different types of Bombay potato, & the menu has recently been extended.

This little takeaway is superb and I highly recommend it. It should be used and mentioned more. I had the Chefs special, spiced up to jalfrezi with Bombay potatoes and tarka dall. Never really noticed this small curry house, but was surprised and delighted to find it was delicious, well priced and speedy. We collected and got 10% discount too! Would definitely recommend.

I have not used this takeaway for some ten years and just discovered they offer a delivery service. Well, nothing has changed. I ordered over the phone from the varied menu and was told it would be about forty minutes. Half an hour later it arrived.The quality, quantity and value for money was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone. The same owners as before and a really decent Guy.Please try it, you will not be disappointed !!!!!!
