Food came stone cold driver got lost didn’t apologise then said he was given the address when the order went through justeat and prints it on the receipt then the driver told me complain to google maps for not bringing him to the address never been spoken to rude to in my life avoid this place at all cost, unless you want to be spoken to rude

Absolutely disgusting avoid at all cost!! Rude delivery driver who was 35 minutes late all because he couldn’t be bothered to put my address in to his sat nav. Food came stone cold and when i told him this he literally shouted in the middle of the road thats your problem take it up with google maps go complain to them! Absolutely disgusting behaviour no apology nothing!

Use this place regularly and have never had anything but excellent food. Place is clean, staff friendly and the kebabs are always good.

Placed an order for delivery on the website. It said 45 minutes, which is reasonable, 2 hours later and still no sign of my delivery, Tried calling, and there’s no answer. If it happens to turn up now, il be telling them to f@ck off..Will not be ordering from here again

If you go you should get the doner lamb kebab with mint sauce. It is delicious, my partner lives in Coventry and it’s his go to place for a meal. I tried it multiple times and the fries and meat are really delicious 😍 I recommend getting that fish

Awful place they get your order wrong then try and argue with you about because they misheard. Awful place terrible attitude dry chicken and what looked like a pube on my chips.

Visited here having been to the Motor Museum. Visited with my husband and two kids aged 9 & 11 at lunchtime. I had the doner kebab as did my husband and the kids had a burger meal and a chicken nuggets meal. I was a little surprised that the doner kebab came laid out on a plate with no pitta, but it was lovely as it was and we were offered bread on top (which was far nicer than a pitta anyway)! All of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. My husband isn’t the biggest fan of doner meat but he said it was the best doner meat he’d ever tasted. So thumbs up for that! The food was freshly cooked & tasted lovely. The welcome was very friendly and plus a drink each, cost us £19 - a price we thought was very reasonable. I would definitely visit here again and probably will do if I’m in the area!

Delivery took hour and half. Food was cold, ordered chicken doner big shawarma for 7.50 but got the cheap one lam doner with chips which I through straight away in the bin. Spent 20£ for pizza and chips (and delivery 2£ which was late good enough) will never order again. 0 stars.

Sultan Kebab House has been always my first food choice as because the service is excellent, the staff has always be friendly and they care about their customers needs. Furthermore, the vibe here is awesome and very welcoming. Do drop by guys!

the BEST kebab shop i have ever tried. foods always delicious and hot. the chicken doner is the best I’ve tasted so flavoursome. big portions and great variety of salad. Their homemade chilli sauce is extremely tasty😍 The delivery driver is always on time, just excellent in every way.. really don’t see how people can have anything bad to say about this kebab house as i will always order from Sultan! The food is always cooked fresh to a good quality! love it.

Stopped here with a friend on the way back to Solihull and felt peckish. As soon as we walked in Logic should have told me to turn around and walk straight out. The inside of the place is so filthy if there were any mice the would be wearing overalls. I would have been embarrassed to serve up this food and indeed I made a complaint as my kebab looked like they had placed a shoe in a shredder and served it up - possibly the show would have tasted better. The owner reluctantly apologies and replaced my food with something as equally disgusting, needles to say I will not be going back and will warn you to avoid at all costs. This place is brilliant! The food is amazing, it's well priced and they're always happy to cater for big groups and a baby or two! I'd definitely recommend the shish kebab. They charge a small corkage fee, but taking your own drinks is always good in my opinion

Sultan Kebab House is a small restaurant offering halal Turkish food. I have visited it multiple times; I have eaten Pizza and Doner Kebabs here. The food is pretty average. The only reason I eat here is: it is Halal.

Ordered a lamb doner when in coventry on business. Got back to hotel room to find a box full of what can only be described as lamb trimmings and bones. I absolutely love downer kebab but jeez, it's nasty here

Often poky places like this are good and can be surprising. This however was just a poky place. Shawarma was bland and had an odd aftertaste. Chips were a bit overdone. Lahmacun had an aftertaste too. Best avoided.
