Obsessed. Literally obsessed! 😍 I literally have to stop myself from ordering from them everyday! We have been going here for over a year now. So happy with the food it’s incredible, best Thai around by far!! The service is wonderful and takeaway is just as good ♥️ Lunch I always get the set menu where you get the mixed starter and then always get the spicy beef noodles. Easy on the pocket too! As a family of 4 we spend £40 for lunch which I think is very good! Especially for the quantity and quality.

Poor food, not even remotely like Thai food, zero spice, but the biggest shock of all, an eye watering £7.95 for a small beer.

This is an irregular haunt for me and my best mate when we meet up it's usually here because the food is incredible and extremely consistent. Its only weakness (for me anyway) is that they don't serve cocktails.

Not nice not worth the money. Rice very small portions and chicken is questionable! Couldn’t finish the meal. Disappointed

We ordered take out Sunday night, it was awful, the rice was a microwaved lump, the noodle dish was all mixed and saucy, not fresh. I don’t know if it was because it was Sunday night but the standard was poor. Maybe it’s changed hands or maybe they’re complacent, or maybe it’s because they don’t have the right chef on a Sunday night but whatever it is, it’s wrong -

I really enjoyed myself at this establishment last night,the staff were fantastic unfortunately they only like Tips in cash even though we wanted to pay by card,you cant leave the Tip on the card,please sort this system out because we would like to return to this beautiful restaurant, but if this system does not change they could lose business so please start excepting Tips on card

We have been to this restaurant for lunch probble about 40 times. They have never failed to give excellent food and fabulous service . As well as excellent value for money with starter and main course for only £12.99. Their drinks prices are similar to most restaruants, but do try to have a Bottle of the Thai Wine - it's delicious. Very friendly staff and if you are luck enough to be served by Charlie or J - they will certainly make you feel welcome and look after you. 10 out of 10 from us!

Average food but very expensive, prices have just been increased by a whopping 50% !!!!! so will not be going back

Didnt realise we had a thai restaurant so close to us but recently passed by and noticed it - we normally go to a restaurant in Ruislip we decided to give a try, we hadn't booked buf it was a tuesday evening so they had a free table tge food was really tasty, and gbe staff were very friendly. Sharing platter was lovely, mains were great but you need to tell them you like it hot so they can spice it up for you. He sticky rice came in a very cute basket Delighted we found this place will definitely go agsin

We've been going to Sukanaya for several years since a family member moved close by. The food has been getting consistently worse and most recently was generally poor. I ordered a Beef Massaman. Typically a rich, dark and relatively dry curry. What arrived was beige, watery and had the thin sliced beef that's slightly jelly like as you would expect from a cheap Chinese takeaway. It was nothing like a Thai food at all. Other members of the group were equally unimpressed with their food. Sad to say it but, we won't be going back. For the price its just not good enough.

Went for a meal with friends, the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The food is fantastic especially the weeping tiger & duck in tamarind sauce. We eat out at .any places but this is definitely the best Thai restaurant in the area.

Top quality Thai take away. We ordered a family take away, a variety of dishes and all were excellent, tasty and nicely presented, hot and on time. Lovely gentlemen in the restaurant, reasonably priced food. We’ll be back soon.

In lieu of old usual chinese takeaway, have been getting food from here now for a month or so. Food is awesome, especially the duck in spicy tamarind sauce. Lovely friendly people who run it all taking the neccesary precautions. Salt and chilli squid is also amazing. Thanks to all. Look forward to many more, and meals in when back to normal.

Got a takeaway from the restaurant last night. Starters and Main Courses were excellent. Safe measures are adopted to protect the customers when collecting food.

Top choice for authentic Thai cuisine away from the hub hub of Central London. A small little cozy place serving excellent food with a smile, at reasonable cost . Decor is tasteful and staff most friendly , service surprisingly quick and portions fairly large. Will definitely love to repeat the visit with family and friends . Table must be booked in advance since the place cannot seat more than about 25.

We have been there before and booked for a special occasion and were not disappointed. We always ask for Charlie and boy does he look after you.We dont even look at the menu as we give him carte blanche to order for us - we had a mixed party of 7 and we all came away having enjoyed our food and drinks - Thank you Sukanya and Charlie

Went there after nearly one year for my daughters birthday! As usual Eric made us feel so comfortable! Loved all the food too . Highly recommended for good Thai grub .

Very old fashioned interior with some strange ornaments all over the restaurant and in the washroom facilities and the place could definitely do with a refurbishment but I have to say that the food and service was excellent and it was a very friendly atmosphere which is the main reason for visiting a restaurant. Portion sizes were a bit disappointing but reasonably priced so can’t complain too much. Will definitely be going again as everybody in our group had a fun night!

Lunch menu for £9.95 for a mixed started and main. Starter is very generous in size you get a piece of deep fried chicken, spring roll, chicken satay and deep fried prawn with a salad garnish it was all delicious. I had chicken pad Thai for main which was ok and my husband had a chicken chow mein which was really good. Excellent service and always very busy here we although we didn’t book we got a table.

It's been four years since we visited Sukanya and this time it was Sunday lunchtime. The lunch time menu is very good value at £9.95 for mixed starter and a main dish. The mixed starter was better than the main course - Chicken Satay, vegetable spring roll, prawn toast, Chicken wing and deep fried prawn. We were also given a basket of prawn crackers. We both chose the chicken Pad Thai as our main and unfortunately it was very gloopy and the noodles were overcooked.

We were lucky to get in as it was a Saturday evening and we hadn't booked. We decided to try as previously good reviews. We were definitely not disappointed.

Can be busy, advise to book. Food and service excellent there were five separate main dishes, all good. Will go again. There is plenty of parking, even if full due to people having takeaway meals, do not have to wait for a space.

It’s always good to return to Sukanya. Friendly service and really authentic dishes. The soup starter was good but needed a little spicing up. The chilli fish was excellent as was the Thai-style steak.

This is a good Thai restaurant. The food may not be the most authentic but it is well cooked and very tasty. The lunch time menu is very good value at £9.95 for mixed stater and a main dish. The mixed starter is excellent - Chicken Sate, spring roll, prawn toast, Chicken lollipop,& prawn in batter. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. The service alone is worth coming for.

My family and I have visited Sukanya several times since moving 5 minutes down the road. It is authentic, tasty, flavoursome food with excellent service. We love the sweet and sour chicken, green curry and spicy noodles. The only suggestion I have is to include a dipping sauce with the prawn crackers.

I had heard some excellent things about this place so had high expectations. The food was ok. We had a mixed starter followed by curry, noodles and rice. It was ok. Certainly didn’t blow my mind. Staff are nice and friendly. Decor slightly dated but clean. Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.

Superb quality, the mixed starter was delicious, tried everybody’s dinner and every single one of them was brilliant. Great service and nice place to eat. A pity they don’t deliver or I’d imagine I would order once a week!

We come here regularly as it’s local but having tried lots of Thai restaurants in London it still up there with the quality of food. Small, unassuming and friendly. Great for couples and families. Papaya salad recommended.

Went for a surprise meal on Mothering Sunday . Had a wonderful delicious vegeratrian spread Tempura and spring rolls to start Went for the Green Curry and Beancurd dishes for mains All had their own distinctive tastes and flavours Very friendly and accomodating staff Would go there again

The staff here are super friendly. We visit frequently usuaally at lunchtime. The limit lunch menu is good value. Not the most authentic Thai food but very tasty.

We could have got a take-away,& taken it back to our B&B;,but it was a chilly Tuesday evening,& had the place to ourselves.

The staff here are really friendly, nice quiet place for some wholesome Thai food. For starters, we had the mixed platter which was a little hit and miss - he prawn toast and chicken skewer was a little over done, but the ribs and chicken wings/drummers were very succulent. The mains were also very good, but could have done with more spice - we did ask for extra chilli, but was still very mild.

Staff are very friendly and give good advice. Food is very tasty and served piping hot . Take staff advice for good mixture of food.

The food here continues to be outstanding and reasonably good value, especially at lunch time. I avoid dinners as they can be very busy and I enjoy the casual lunch nature of the place.

We joined 2 other couples who eat here regularly and know much more about Thai food than us. I wasn't sure what to order so I followed our friends. We had a mixed starter that we all shared. The place was very busy but everything on the platter was cooked perfectly. For my main I had duck curry with coconut rice. Absolutely delicious with plenty of duck! None of us could fit in a dessert.

Went to Sukanya Thai on a Thursday evening at 6pm. We were the first guests to walk in. At first everything was good - having takeaways from this place - we knew what to order - we swiftly ordered and it took ages to be served. The place got packed very quickly - and only two people to wait...! we waited 25 mins for the frozen dessert to arrive another 20 minutes for the bill (it would have been longer if we didn't standup and put our coats on and go to the counter to pay..). but, have to say the food was really good. So I may continue to be a 'takeaway' customer hereon...

Having been to Sukanya many times it’s about time I review it. It is by far the best restaurant locally. The food is outstanding and the service is second to none! The atmosphere is brilliant and the staff are hilarious. I can’t recommend it enough

I normally never go here for dinner so can't speak to the quality of service and food then, but for lunch, it is never a disappointment. The set lunch is by far the best value on the menu.

Sometimes a curry lifts the spirits and this establishment certainly did..A genuine Thai restaurant which did not make the common mistake of adding too much sugar to its food. The balance was just right with the spice coming to the forefront.A very spicy menu with the set meals being outstanding all set against a tastefully Thai decorated background.

Wanted to try something new for date night and decided to adventure out to Sukanya. We both really enjoyed the entire experience. Parking was a dream right out the front of the restaurant. As soon as you walk in prawn crackers are waiting on your table so you can browse the menu while nibbling. The food was super tasty & the service very attentive. Just a small warning to anyone that’s a little squeamish like me; it is traditional in Thai food to serve fish with the head & eyeballs. So if your not too keen on having a fish head bopping around in your curry avoid the seafood or ask them to skip this part of the animals when preparing your meal :)

Excellent food, well presented and plenty of it. Even show you how to fold their napkins if you ask nicely.

I can say from eating here 3times it never disappoints the ambience is lovely and the staff are well presented as is the good I am a vegetarian and find they are very accommodating dealing with dietary needs will continue to eat here with grips of friends as it's small ring beforehand remember it's shut on mondays

What a lovely meal, difficult to know where to start - I wasn’t sure about the Thai iced tea, but believe me, I was gobsmacked - such a refreshing and sweet start to a lovely meal. Starters and mains were delicious, thoroughly recommend the spring roll and satay chicken. Pad Thai is delicious as are the golden noodles and well so was the sweet and sour chicken.

Lost count of the times i have eaten in here. Set lunch menu is spot on abd evening dinner is the same. Red prawn currry is perfect and i love the starters. Top notch.

The ambience is good and service excellent but if you are after vegetarian food then please avoid. We ordered 2 curries, jungle curry was like bland soup and other one was like a very sweet stir fry. Really disappointed after reading such good reviews.

Nicely prepared food though no laab on the menu, which was a disappointment. Service pleasant, but the surroundings are a little underwhelming. Not as good as some reviews had suggested, but an acceptable, modest restaurant nevertheless.

My noodles was a little burnt with not much flavour but the usual popular dishes such as spring rolls and green curry were very good but not necessarily amazing.

Definitely the Best Thai in Greater London. Very hard to find authentic Thai food outside of Thailand but this place comes close. Be sure to ask for Thai spicy

This gets very busy. It is a family run business and they are very helpful when trying to choose what to have with what. There is good banter with the customers too. We arrived early and so managed to get a table. We went two nights running as staying locally. We really enjoyed our meals here. We will go back if around there again. One couple had come down from Milton Keynes, about 50 miles, for their wedding anniversary celebration. It is popular. The food is nice and hot and well presented

I came here for lunch for the first time today with a large group of ladies and the staff made us very welcome. Any queries about the ingredients were explained and any dietary variations were easily accommodated. Most of us had the mixed starter and then chose a main dish from a long list. Any fears about the food being too spicy was easily dealt with by requesting a mild version. The garnishes of carved vegetables were very pretty and it was all tasty and very good value. A few of us couldn't resist trying the Thai pan cake with ice cream for dessert- a warm, green rolled up pancake with a coconut and palm sugar filling. It was deicious and not as sweet as I thought it might be. I finished my meal with coffee served in a really beautiful cup and saucer. I will definitely return, with my family next time.

Popped in for a quick lunch, excellent crackers to start, then had the set lunch of mixed starters - satay, chicken wing, spring roll & sesame pawn toast, which was good if generic. Then I had a super stir fry of squid with chilis and rice. Really fragrant, lovely flavour and nicely hot without being burning. Friendly service and nice decor. A good find.

We visited for the first time the week before Christmas taking a chance we could get a table, we pulled up outside and could see it was very busy so phoned to check if there was a table before we entered luckily we were told they had a table for two.

We eat here on the 8th Dec 2017, the staff at this restaurant made my family and I very welcome. We were served with wonderful food and ice cold beer. This is a busy restaurant with a nice atmosphere.

Best Thai restaurant in local area with a great bustling atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, good range across the Thai cuisine with good portions sizes. Staff are very attentive and interactive and happy to give advice on dishes if unsure what to choose. Price wise, I'd say very good as even went home with doggy bag!

Get away from the Bentleys in Denham village and drive a couple of miles up the road to Denham green where you will be rewarded with easy free parking and a small and very popular Thai restuarant with lovely homemade genuine dishes served by knowledgable and friendly staff. The sea bass is particularly good and all portions are a good size. The price of £71 for 2 people which was 2 starters, 2 mains 2 glasses of house red, 2 beers and coffees to finish was very reasonable considering the quality. Booking is advised as there are few tables, most of which were occupied when we went on a weekday evening.

on the outskirts of Denham is Denham green. In the middle of an unimpressive parade of shops sits a little jewel. Why would this small restaurant be crowded on a quiet weekday evening. That's the secret. The authentic Thai dishes are truly amazing. I Don't do much foreign [Chinese ,Mexican etc.]. And I have never done Thai until now. But I am a convert. the soup starter of shrimps and mushrooms in a coconut milk broth was a little strange to my palette but grew on me.The mains of grilled bass with vegetables and rice was melt in the mouth succulent. Accompanied by a very nice "house red" the whole meal was very agreeable. The waiter was very kind in explaining the various dishes and the total price for 2 including coffee was £71, which was reasonable. Better than the high prices charged in nearby upper class Denham village.

This unassuming Thai restaurant is set back from the A412 North Orbital Road in an unimpressive parade of shops. But Sukanya Thai Restaurant is far from average. Be sure to book ahead as this place is often full of an evening. Its popularity speaks volumes.

Leaving the Harefield Hospital and in need of something to eat we came across this little unassuming restaurant in a little parade of shops. It was a Monday lunchtime and the restaurant was very busy (always a good sign). We were greeted promptly and having noticed some starters coming out of the kitchen asked what they were as we fancied the same. It turned out it was from the set menu - 2 courses for £9.95. GREAT FOOD. The starter was a mixed platter with sesame toast, spring roll, crispy prawn and a chicken lollypop. All very fresh and utterly gorgeous. Not at all greasy and lovely. We followed this with a Pad Thai - which again was very good. Plenty of chicken, moist and lovely. As it was lunchtime we had wine by the glass and the meal was very tasty and very good value. Would definitely go again.

We love coming to this Thai restaurant. It is not local to me, I drive half an hour to get there, but my friend lives nearby and i am very happy to travel to it. The service is very warm and welcoming which makes all the difference in this day and age. We love the mixed starter especially!

What a lovely place!We were totally looked after from the moment we walked in. The staff, all ladies made my 8 year old and I completely welcome. The food was lovely, lots of choice, spicy but not too overwhelming. Great value for money, we will definitely be going back again.

Visited whilst in business based on reviews. Internally average but had that before and got great food. Not this time. Food was very poor. Stodgy tasteless dim sum and totally over cooked pad Thai.
