Absolutely disgusting, I had a tuna sandwich with Chipotle sauce, And they didn’t even add the Chipotle sauce, Something also tasted rotten. And all the food was cold, Took almost 2 hours to arrive. I recommend not ordering from this subway if you’re hungry.

Ordering "the baller" that's all I got! No offer to add other ingredients nor sauce. Poor service, no customer skills nor eye contact. Foods were nice, much improvement could be made. Disappointing

Getting less fillings for your money.

Tried two different subs from here and to be fair not great. Very expensive for what I got use to enjoy grabbing food from here on the go. One more try before I stop going

Keep away Lady-Boy Romanian store manager got to much testosterone .She is shouting at her staff like they were dogs. Worst subway franchisee ever seen. She cannot hold her own hormnones so the same is at the shop. Avoid x3.

Both sandwiches were not even that warm after they came out the oven. And the hash browns were DISGUSTING. We paid in total 2.98 for them really not worth it. Never coming here again. DISAPOINTING!!

Went in yesterday with my friend first problem is staff don’t know difference between a 4 inch to 6inch sub had to be pointed out then I asked for we bit of sauce on my sub but drenched it in mayo and sweet onion so was leaking everywhere, pls train staff btr should’nt be that difficult to make a sandwich, Thanks

Me and my partner have been going to this subway for years and for the first time today. Lovely woman called Alex has given us the best service we have had in our time do going there. She was polite and cheerful. Full of energy and the sandwich was banging. Thank you for that sub. And we appreciate the way the sub was cut ;)

Not impressed. The man behind the counter seemed to not care about his job. He was getting orders wrong and throwing the receipts at customers. Wouldn't recommend. Horrible customer service.

Racist behaviour and worst experience ever had. Not sure what kind of training is Subway providing to staff to treat with customers. They are pathetic. I initially told them I want to take a deal red haired lady utmost rude told me I need to go other corner and order. Honestly a joke. When I went there at the corner to order I said I wanted a deal and guy didn’t understood standing confused and said I cannot order a deal basically he was saying to ask about sandwich only and take a deal later at till. Ok I agreed and pressuming veggie delite as veggie pattie I requested that when I saw only salad was being put I kindly requested to add patties in it. he started making faces and complaining about policies and all! Seriously what kind of policy when your customer isn’t happy with what you made??? Then red haired lady went inside and said only 3 veggie patties left. I need 2 for kids in one footlong and other two for me and my husband in another. Although I agreed they are running out of patties and I requested red haired lady to put two patties in kids as it was without salad and one pattie in ours with salad agreeing I will take salad one. But they again did a mistake by putting two patties in salad sandwich and kept single pattie in footlong with no salad. So basically they were thinking one kid will eat just plain bread. I said I told two patties in without salad one and reminded them I told. The rude dusky guy started saying I made a mistake initially and all I cannot be rude to them. Seriously?????? @Subway kindly teach your staff ethics and customer service. Or if you need do take some to teach your staff. Else you will loose your customers forever.

I ordered steak and cheese sandwich, but I got completely different sandwich, I payed, didn't take the sandwich, because wrong sandwich was given to me.

Polite staff. Clean & fresh food. Can be busy at times and as a result you will wait long. Much better than the one on Union Street. Beware that sometimes there are pigeons which get into the shop whilst you eat your food - this is Union Squares fault not Subways.

On vacation to Scotland from Norway. Haven't had such a good Subway meal in over a decade. Had meatball foot long and it was properly heated and with good taste. Staff works effecient and even if there is a line, you will get your food quick. +For toilets close by.

The worst experience had in a subway, and I have used many in the UK They were the worst presented sandwiches I have ever received.

Stopped for a quick sandwich . . Steak cheese with chilli. ..really good ....was quick and easy . ..friendly staff and good service . ..filled a gap till lunch time . .. nice 😊😊

Terrible service massive queue for lunch and they were processing online order before the customers in the shop so had to weight for between 5/6 orders in-between every customers and then when sandwich was made they people at the tills were packing up online orders so had to weight longer to pay, whole process took half an hour when there was only 5 people infront of the queue absolute joke

Poor portion control, subway is good and generous with food. These clowns count the cheese bits in their shredded cheese. I won't be back.

Decent selection of food/meal deal offers. There is one woman (at the till) who shouts at customers when asking simple questions. I let it slide but there was an elderly couple after me and she was shouting ‘do you want a cookie’ at them aggressively which wasn’t nice or considerate.

Ordered a sandwich (as part of a bundle deal) from this glorified sandwich shop. Would you believe that after paying £22, they sent me everything EXCEPT the sandwich? Won’t bother again.

I had the Brie footlong and it was delivered by Deliveroo and honestly… it was soooo good highly recommend, the Brie was so tasty and full of flavour. Thx to the union square team for making it so good!

Buying a sandwich there. Nice wee old granny asks about the hot chocolate she ordered and gets snapped at by the staff, before hobbling off back to her table. Not a good look.

The worst costumer service ever food was cold and without any taste will never go there again .

Uncooked frozen hash browns. Extremely rude staff specially the one with red hair. I asked for sweetcorn to be added to the sub and she rudly just threw some corn on it. Then asking for a straw she just flicked that at you. Three of them stood together and kept staring at us the whole time we were sitting. Looking at previous posts she clearly has an issue.

Friday 6 March. The place was disgusting, filthy tables floors hadn't seen a brush for hours. Staff more interested in phones. Had to clean the floor myself.

Bread is always stale for some reason

The service is really bad, this is 4th time, she does not give enough time to order and ask for payment. This happens only in this subway. For next customer she had wait.. anyway so long queue is not an excuse. Also Subway management must note this.

Staff seemed completely unprepared for delivery orders. Of the three staff preparing food, two were taken up by trying to understand orders for Uber, Deliveroo and Just Eats. The third was overwhelmed with trying do everything else. After three of my four subs were made she lost interest in me. I had to ask to be served again. I joined the queue with four people in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get my order

Waited 30 minutes to be served by 3 staff at once. No organisation whatsoever. What a shambles

Only popped in to get a drink. Girl serving was more interested in her phone than taking my order. The drink was good though

Friendly staff, well priced foods great and hygiene excellent, they wash there hands and put new gloves on for every new customer, been a vegan found this very impressive as not allot of places do this. So highly recommend.

Oh my god what happened to the subway union square? Your people are so slow. Half do not speak English at all. The manager is angry, does not smile at all, and even works without a cap. Very poor service. It used to be much better before. 1000% will not go back there again

Couldn't get pass the bread. Girl had some serious language problems, little to no English. Came in hungry, left hungry and wasted my time. Shop on union Street was great and not stingy with filling.

There was only me and my brother in the queue, nobody behind us. But the manager was so rude and she just wanted our order to be done with. We had two discount receipts of 2 meals for £7.49. So we had to decide what four subs I wanted, what four drinks we wanted and what four cookies. We wanted two vegan subs and I don’t think they took the vegan thing seriously. Because I am lactose intolerant so I can’t have things with milk in them. So it’s their responsibility to let me know which of their breads are vegan friendly. Also, when we had to choose our drinks, I asked the lady in the till (likely to be a manager, she had a badge but I am not sure) if we can only take the drinks from the dispenser or if we could take bottled drinks from the fridge too, she just brushed off my question without listening to me and handed me four dispenser holders. And when deciding what cookies I said 4 double chocolate but my brother wanted two double chocolate and two oatmeal cookies, so we changed our mind. When we said that, the lady huffed and rolled her eyes. Mind you, she had no reasons to coz there literally was nobody behind. Mind you, we had four subs in our hands and four drinks, I wasn’t asked if I wanted a bag. And when I said if I could have a bag please?? She said, in a very rude way, if you can pay 5p, I’ll give you the bag. I literally wanted to leave the food there and walk away but my moral won’t allow that. I don’t think these rude a** people who have no patience (even when the place isn’t busy, mind you, nobody after us in the queue) should be in customer service. One of the rudest customer service encounters ever. The lady who was preparing our sub was very nice and lovely though. So, Thank you. I don’t want to be rude by posting this comment, but I don’t want anyone else to encounter such rudeness so I think it’s my responsibility to make the company aware. Thanks

Very poor i was 5th in Q and it took me 15 miniutes to get a coffee. Should have gone next door to Greegs.

Good list of food options and have options for any dietary requirements. I tried the salad box with a great portion size and excellent value for money. It's good for lunch or for dinner. It keep well if you decide to eat it later on. Staff is always polite and helpful.
