Subway Blackwood/bargoed in Caerphilly

Would love to rate their food, but sadly they are locking there doors at 9.30 on a Saturday night when it clearly states the actual time they should shut up shop! Pretty annoyed after coming home from a full days work and wanting something to eat!

Came in to subway with friends to grab a bite to eat on our lunch only to receive attitude off a older blonde woman for no apparent reason horrible customer came won’t be coming back anytime soon

For a starters, the atmosphere within here is very judgemental. The staff give you dirty looks and act like they are much higher in life rankings as you. The staff are usually unable to be seen when you walk in as they are loitering in the back.There are also no toilets and the staff will tell you to leave if you haven’t bought or you’re not eating anything, even if you’re accompanying someone that is. Bit of a shambles really.

Does what it says on the tin. Always good fast service. Clean. What you'd expect from a fast food restaurant really. Just wish they would sort that speaker out. Sounds like there is a fly in there when its on.

The high-street in Blackwood is a nice mixture of independent shops and some of the larger chain stores. The Subway is spotless, the staff truly friendly and helpful and I have never had a complaint about the food. Top tip - sign up for the loyalty scheme for a free sandwich!

Went here before Pantomime....very quiet but the usual quality Subway as expected. Nice selection of subs plus some delicious cookies. Good service.

Can’t complain about anything really. Service always good and the subs even better. Coffee could be better and a bigger area where you get the sugar etc

Lovely staff friendly welcoming.. clean shop. Really nice location... it could do with a customer toilet...

What can I say apart from this location has everything going for it. Friendly staff centrally located and a place to eat a health roll.

Went there a few times with my sister and/or a friend and have also went there about 4-5 times with my sister and dad al times excellent service I am vegetarian and I get the veggie patty and have no problems always great staff and great food never had a problem except one time I went there and when I got my drink (Fanta) it came out really weird and not like it would usually be however that was only once and I would also recommend cleaning the floor more and the tables otherwise perfect it is also great if your planning on going to the movies cause it's a short walk and is one of the best places for vegetarian options in my opinion I find it very hard to find food I like/can have but subway never lets me down and it's a better alternative to McDonalds I find it healthier and refreshing 5/5

I regularly visit this Subway in Blackwood after I finish dancing in my dance class at the Miner's Institute on a Saturday. As it's located just 1 minute away from the Miners, it's a perfect place to fill up after a full hour of dancing.The staff are always friendly and the food is delicious.I would highly recommend the new Mexican Style sub with salsa, guacamole, cheese, tomatoes and cucumber and toasted on Italian bread! It's absolutely delicious (if you like spicy food!) I am sure I'll return on another Saturday soon, but for now, thanks Subway for a great meal time after time!- Thomas, aged 11

Hemos estado en este metro en el pasado (cuando me aptos) y no tuvimos ningún problema, aparte de la ocasional miembro pasivo personal. Sin embargo, hoy mi marido y yo estábamos de compras y decidimos parar. Es mucho más fácil de decir que de hacer, ya que ahora estoy en una silla de ruedas para cualquier tipo de distancia.

Recientemente estuve en metro en Blackwood y tenía otra buena experiencia. He visitado este establecimiento en más de una ocasión y siempre he tenido una experiencia positiva.

Went to subway today lovely food, very fresh. But very rude staff.. Let down the franchise and with other subways to choose around the area we will not be returning here.

Went in and waited while staff talking. Very rude. Food was nice . That's the reason for a 3 rating. There was rubbish.on the floor too

Probablemente visite este metro por lo menos una vez cada pocos meses. La subregión siempre se realiza a un excelente estándar, no desmoronándose como parece cuando me pide en otros subterráneos. Buena relación calidad-precio, especialmente cuando la oferta de comida para el almuerzo.

Subway is tremendous. I always have a footlong ham sub and it always delivers.the staff are friendly and polite and The food doesn't cost the earth. Overall a very good little place.

Absolutely appalling establishment. The way in which the lady prepared and served the roll was disgusting. She just slapped it together in a huge rush and left it in a total mess. I also got food poisoning and although I can't prove it was from subway im sure in myself as the only other foods i consumed in the last few days was pasta that i make myself. Il never go here again. I feel annoyed that they get away with serving people such crap!

Ordered the teriyaki chicken. It came back to me in shrivelled dry bread that ended up looking like a snack wrap, drenched in sweet onion sauce makin the whole thing soggy n fall apart. Mountain of onion shoved on top. Ergh. Never again

Just as the chap below said. This branch is poor. A slow franchise with little business, the service is slow and miserable, the bread is not fresh enough. If an American CEO came in they'd have a heart attack.

Pretty poor is the nicest thing to say.Not a patch on American Subways.Sparce fillings, lack of taste, over priced.

This subway is lovely. It's cosy and the staff are always friendly and efficient. The cost is always agreeable for us and they cater to a lot of alternative food requirements.

Purchased a Sub and a Tuna Salad Recently here and whilst trying to find my car keys outside, managed to drop the salad and it went everywhere. Sheepishly I returned to buy a replacement salad and the manageress would not take payment again and replaced the salad. What excellent customer service.
