Subway in Hillingdon

Hands down the worst Subway I've been too. Incompetent and clueless staff.

Horrible service here. I asked to add lettuce to my sandwhich and they said I wasn’t allowed. I asked if I could pay extra and they said no. They were not polite or helpful whatsoever. The sandwhich was cold on the inside and the meat tasted sour… Not coming back here again and will recommend my friends not to come here either.

Staff not wearing beard nets. Saw one member sneeze directly into the oven with loafs rising. He made no attempt to cover or redirect his face away from the oven. Generally they make ok sandwiches and are generally ok but don’t offer any discounts and their scanner for points seems to be down quite often. Reinvestment and further staff training required.

Used Subway here a few times while working locally. Fresh food with polite staff at a reasonable price. Nothing to fault here at all! Enjoy! P.S. Don’t forget to grab a box if cookies for after! 😂🍪🍪🍪😂

Customer service very bad , terrible dealing with customer . They don't charge gloves for new customer. Is not recommended at all because at the end of the day we pay for it nothing for free. I am wondering why the management do not investigate in these issues. Bad bad bad bad 👎

Tried the vegan chicken tikka sub, it tasted nasty. Highly don't recommend, also the woman wrapping my sub didn't construct it properly, the whole sub was ruined. There was sauce leaking everywhere, and all over my hand. Also the lady was quite rude to me when my friend and I were still browsing the menu. Should have gone tortilla!

Terrible customer service from one of the workers who doesn't seem to enjoy serving customers, always shouting at customers and being rude. Even one star is too much for her poor customer service

Workers are impolite and have 0 customer service skills, you can tell they hate their lives

Very convenient to visit while having your break from a long lecture. I've visited the store a couple of times now and the staff was always friendly and their sandwiches taste delicious 😋

I regularly visit this place. They hired new two girls who are not professional in a customer service and extremely rude. I wish someone who is polite would replace them.

Best place for a quick bite on campus

As been a Subway fan , the food is always good at this outlet in Brunel . The customer service is top of the notch. Clean and beautiful store . One of the best outlet in the university to have lovely food.

The order simple. A double chicken salad bowl. Spinach. Cucumber. Tomatoes. Pickles. And grated cheese on top chicken. How difficult is this?The man put everything that He eats! Sloppy, rushed, can’t cope when busy

It was ok apart from sloppy construction and sauce on the outside of the sandwiches, until I tried to get a sandwich for someone that needed the gluten free bread they advertise.... After 20 minutes of waiting, it turns out they don't actually bother stocking it.

Staff seem to have been on a slovenly and grumpy service course. Slowest Subway service ever. Place is reasonably clean.

University campus subway. Place is busy at meal times. The staff are fellow students so it's somewhat slow if you get someone in training. The place is kept clean at least.

Quality is dropping a bit. But the usual sandwiches are served here. Bread is poorly done also.

Best place on campus to get food, amazing quality at an affordable price with very friendly staff and it's open late.

Never visit this branch in Uxbridge. Subway is supposed to get fresh vegetables and chicken food. I had the worst experience here, food was stale and service was the worst ..

Love the melt with salsa, toasted with cheese occassionally with avacado

Poor sandwich making skills. Everything gets clustered in the middle. They throw on ingredients without even looking at the bread. Not good enough!

You know you've received a bad customer service experience when you're sitting here typing a bad review. The staff at this Subway branch make me want to stop eating in Subway all together, the rudest ladies I have ever been served by. Great customer service simply does not exist as the workers are always moody and just there for the sake of getting an income and this is very obvious. They're not helpful and have attitude. This isn't a one time thing as I regularly go there. Brunel campus is very limited with what you can eat so unfortunately that's why I find myself going back to Subway. But Subway will no longer have the pleasure of having me as a loyal customer. Moral of the review: don't give attitude and smile a bit. I hope something will be done to reduce this traumatic experience. (p.s. this is especially about the lady with short blonde hair in Subway, your service was completly awful and you do not know what the term good will means... i understand you cannot use old one pound coin but you accepted it two days ago - be consistent in your policy.)

Necesitaba un super rápida parada en boxes para comer durante un día ajetreado en Brunel Uni y eligió a metro.El personal era amable y conocedor, pero no el servicio fue eficiente pero no rápido (si eso hace sentido).En última instancia, el pie largo sub era sabroso y dio en el clavo, que es posiblemente más importante que el último servicio al cliente!

Went with our grandchildren who wanted to go pretty good food reasonable prices staff was under training but it was quiet so didn't make much difference would eat here again

Ella por consiguiente recoge la salsa botella y podrá recurrirse la salsa del cuerpo entero de la subregión. Entonces ella reconoce su malentendido, y dice, "ah, no quiere decir que en media como?" gesticulando de 6 pulgadas de la sub-pies de largo. Y he dicho "sí", por los dientes gritted, a la que la señora que sirve me contestó, "oh, no podemos hacer eso." Y que mencionar el famoso meme, " ¡no me diga!" como se estaba evidentemente demasiado tarde. Mi media de la sub 12 pulgadas se arruinó. La señora mostraban ninguna señal de remordimientos, ni disculpa por su error. En ella se disculpó habría sido mil veces más comprensión, sino como un ex-empleado de Merlin, relación calidad-precio un buen servicio al cliente por encima de todo. Por lo tanto, no recomendaría el metro en Brunel University Campus, no a causa de la mala calidad de la comida, ya que es el mismo que en cualquier otra tienda de metro que he visitado, pero debido al terrible servicio al cliente y falta de entusiasmo para la interacción humana. No me todavía comer el subcomité? te oí preguntar ... Sí, sí, ya que me dejábamos hambre!
