Subway in South Lanarkshire

Food was cold and was late by an hour my break was only half an hour so never even got to eat the food shocking

Food order was missing 4 items they delivered them 30 mins later but we had finished eating by then. Food was missing from subway roll and Food on roll was on wrong order all in all would not order again.

Paid for double meat and didn’t receive.

Food was great. Thoroughly enjoyed

Yet again another order that came and it was all wrong. Ordered a foot long, got a 6 inch. The other 6 inch we got wasn’t the correct order. Both subs were toasted which we didn’t ask for. Didn’t get extra cheese or lettuce on the original 6 inch. Phoned the shop to tell them and what I got back was a female who gave me nothing but cheek as if it was my fault.

Food was cold and soggy. Order a large side and was given a small one.

food was disgusting as my tuna sub was drowned in chilli sauce that I never asked for.. staff clearly aren’t reading orders right.

Food was cold waited 1 hour 45 minutes for it to be delivered

The subway was slapped together and hardly any meat in it. Never order again from there

Called 3 tines to see where food was to be told its with the driver. After the driver supposedly having it in the car for 1 hour it was delivered over 2 hours after it was ordered. The sandwiches were nit toasted or had cheese on them which I paid extra for. The salad was warm. Vile. All subway offered was next time we ordered they would give us free cookies...... nah no thanks.

This was my 2nd order from the shop, service and food truly excellent once again. Shout out to the delivery drivers too for perseverance on finding houses not on google maps (or the just eat app, for that matter). A+

2 hour wait for the second time in so many months

I’m absolutely appalled with my order today. It arrived absolutely stone cold. The boxes were all damp due to the food being left in them and the steam building up causing the box to literally break away as I lifted them out the bag. The wrap was asked to be ‘toasted’ yes the cheese was melted but nothing else was warm! The only thing right with my whole order was my bottle of Pepsi 😅 everything else was disgusting, so much so I didn’t eat anything and binned it!! What a waste of almost £20 👎🏼😫

Hash browns were a bit cold but could be expected for delivery. Not sure how one of the subs had 4 pence worth of change in with it. Poor show.

This was the worst subway I’ve ever had. Half of the meatballs were rock hard so I basically ate a roll with marinara sauce. Ordered a large crinkle chips & you were lucky if there was a handful in the bag. Very disappointed for something I normally look forward to!

Staff are always lovely. Favourite place to eat plus we got a nice walk in the snow :)

Delivery left outside hanging on door handle , driver never knocked on my door and when I opened the door it fell to the ground , freezing cold as been left for over half hour.

Always delicious fresh food and the service is always above and beyond, such as free cookies and a reply to a note about a previous order.

Food is always amazing, fantastic value for money, good healthy choices available, always delivered within time frame. Definitely recommend Subway

Sandwich was lovely, wasn't so keen on the nacho chicken bites, and the cookies were delish as usual.

Great quick delivery, food was still warm and the sub was nearly overflowing with filling!

After waiting for updates I couldn’t wait any longer to walk my dog. I live in flats so when o opened the flat entrance door (which is always unlocked) to find my subway order just dump there I was not the pleased. The bag itself was absolutely freezing never mind the food inside which I had to reheat myself to make it edible. If this is customer service from subway I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

Pigs in blanks actual stinking and nothing like the pic hardly any blanks on my pigs!!! Sub looked like it had been flung together all fell apart apart opened as the had wrapped it wrong way when u opened it the top was facing down ( couldn't write it honestly) had to pick chicken out ad quality didn't look heart very chewy.... won't order again

There was no cheese on the Italian BMT ( it was requested) and it wasn’t toasted. Hash Browns were soggy and cold. Very disappointed with this meal from the newly reopened Subway in Carluke.

Ordered at 2.30 wasn't delivered till 4.30. It was a child who delivered the order to the door and it was stone cold. 3rd time giving this place a chance and still no better :(

Please ask your staff to read orders more carefully, we asked for two toasted subs and got them both untoasted, I imagine it's because you put the toasted as an option for bread, rather than it's own seperate option on the order menu but this is not even the first time this has happened. Also, if you don't have a drink or snack in stock, don't substitute it with another, at least call the customer first and clarify if they'd like a refund before you exchange it, because this isn't what the customer is paying for.

I have no idea what time it was delivered as it was just left on my door step and nobody knocked (they said they did but my dog would have gone bonkers and we would have heard the door) but it was left out there long enough to have gone cold plus my muffin was squashed and unrecognisable. Bit disappointed

Food was good delivery was early BUT there was no muffin, Witch I had ordered instead they sent 3 cookies, this is the second time My order was wrong when delivered from Carluke subway

was`nt ready for collection but it was a busy time and it got made as soon as i arrived so that`s my reason for 3 out of 6 for collection .

They did ammend the delivery time after 1 hour, but still had to wait 2 hours for delivery. Ordered at 11.45am and was delivered just before 2pm, way too long to wait so won't bother next time.

Delivery was delayed which was fine and I had no issues as they things happened and the shop called but I’d have expected them to make the food before it got sent, the sides were inedible they were that cold.

It took almost 3 hours for my food to be delivered and I was extremely unhappy with this service

Delivery time takes so long, the food came cold and had some missing items from the order.

I didn’t receive my full order so was disappointed with that,but I have been refunded for missing item

I ordered two large sub meals which didn’t come with our sides which were replaced with cold wedges. Subs were freezing with hardly any topping after paying 23pounds. Took two hours to come and the shop is 5mins walk. However deal was only on just eat. Called the store the staff said it’s out with driver came 30mins later.

Food was wrong, wrong bread on subs, paid for shared nachos, recieved standard portion, food substitute without calling to inform. Veggie sub had a few pieces of meat on it. Unfortunately food was cold. Wont be back at this subway.

The 2 6 inch steak subs were slapped together, not toasted as requested. Worst I have ever had from subway

Ordered it early in the morning so it would be delivered for me coming home from work, got in the house and there it was on the kitchen table! Perfect!

Great service, I’d put ASAP on the order and it arrived a good 20 mins before the estimated delivery time. We order from here regularly, always good service - whether collecting or having delivered.

I had the worst case of the runs ever!!!!! Just hours after my subway. It was the only thing id eaten differently. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered the meatball sub. Don’t know if they’ve changed the meatballs they use but it tasted very stale and dry. Really bad taste.

Not only was the food delicious and hot but the lovely delivery lady waited in the rain to make sure I got the sandwiches as I didn't hear the door as still getting used to our new home. Also someone made a foot long instead of six inch and left us a sweet note apologising and enjoy. Very lovely, will definitely use again.
