Subway in Watford

Despite leaving a note to the restaurant and selecting the right option, the sandwich was toasted. Really annoying, not everyone wants it toasted!! Ruins my sandwich

Ordered a toaster sandwich but arrived untoasted, cold and half empty

can't go wrong with a meatball sub.

I ordered 2 salads and a 6 inch meal through uber eat. When meal arrived reciept said sorry no lettuce which meant none of the salads had lettuce I complaint to uber eats but they refused to refund a salads main base is lettuce I couldn't eat after spending

Never any brown sauce i don't know why it's on the menu and I didn't get poached eggs in my veggies breakwich they deserve zero stars one star is to much total disappointment.

After asking for one roll with no cheese (dairy intolerant) it still arrived with cheese and same thing with one with no tomatoes was also still delivered with tomato in. Paying nearly £30 for 4 rolls you really would expect them to arrive as asked especially as one was then not able to be eaten!! Also no stickers on rolls or markings to identify what is in the wrapper? Resulting in all having to be opened to find out. Some sort of description would be helpful.

Food was cold on arrival. Almost like the courier was on foot from the restaurant in the cold

Ordered on JustEat for 2 footlong Meatless Philly sandwiches to be delivered & got bread & meat with absolutely nothing else! Tried calling but number doesn't work. A waste of time and money. Appalled that they couldn't even put together their own sandwich & have it delivered. I will never order from here again. If they can't even get that right in what other areas are they slacking? I wouldn't trust vegetarian or dietary requirements not to be contaminated; they don't care enough!

I am so annoyed right now!! You had one job! A meatless Philly has a certain set of ingredients. All of mine were missing apart from the bread and meat!! How is that what I paid for? You are now costing me time and money. I have things to do which is why I ordered a takeaway. But now I can't do them because I have to redo a task I already spent time doing. I tried calling but the number is out of service. If I had a car I'd be there complaining in person. I'm disgusted that you think this is an acceptable thing to do to people. I will never order from this subway again!!!

Arrived with note "we don't do vegan cheeze" Not good enough. Tell me you don't and let me decide if I still want my order or to go elsewhere.

Seen some bad reviews for this subway but I couldnt fault it. Okay yes would have been nicer hot not warm but its to be expected. It arrived exactly at the start of the estimation time. (I ordered on a weekday so maybe potentially why I had a better experience than some)

Food was cold. Hot sandwiches were squished by cold drinks (should have been separated) food was not labelled so was difficult to tell the difference.

Food was never delivered even though website said it was. Just eat wouldn’t give a response as to why this error was made.

Bread was rock solid. Definitely left over bread from the day before. My husbands was perfectly fine. Don’t know how the member of staff thought the bread was suitable for use. Absolutely terrible service.

Driver got lost but phoned unlike others in the past! He listened to my instructions and got our order to the door in good time 😊

Completely wrong cookies. The website clearly states 3x of each double chocolate, chocolate chunk, white macadamia and rainbow cookies. I requested the ones I want but they also ignored this aswell and I recieved only one chocolate chunk (even though I was meant to get 3 and I requested 6). I paid for double meat but I definitely didn’t get a double portion the baguette was hardly filled.

I would recommend driving to the Subway in Asda down the road instead of this Esso Subway! Poor service by the 2 ladies serving and the quality was not what you'd expect from a Subway!

Don't if they ran out of marinara sauce or they deliberately sent it wrong. But they mixed the meatballs in some sort of mayo based sauce it was awful. Would rather they called me so I could change it, rather than send it how they did.

Ordered items were incorrect and no message or contact regarding the replacement item, contacted Just Eat who were no use at all and emailed me to state I needed to send them an image of the entire order! Don’t bother ordering from this Subway as they consistently get things wrong and you’ll have no backup from Just Eat

Food was good however when I ordered my 12 cookies instead of getting 3 off each I got 7 double chocolate and 5 chocolate chip.

They didn't send the cookies and send a different flavor of drink, need to start reading the orders properly or advising customer if they don't have something. Not sure if ordering from Subway again

Ordered two footlongs, shop was busy just checked receipt to make sure was my order sadly didn’t look in bag and when I got home to eat there was only 1 foot long and 6 inch. I cannot return to shop as have plans. Very disappointed

The order arrived really quickly, around 20 minutes in total. But one of the subs were wrong and we had no cookies that we’d ordered… never had an issue before though… so hoping it’s a one off

Asked for it cold and they toasted it !!! Ask for Turkey they sent ham Doritos a congealed mess in a box and hash browns cold and hard. Ended up putting the lot in the bin. Avoid this place
