Subway in Belfast

I was there 18/07/2022, I walked in and the guy was brushing the floor first thing he said to me was you have to wait until I’m finished, he said it in a unfriendly way and I said thought maybe they are closing so I said are you closing and he said no, and said the card machine does not work, so I went out to get cash from the ATM, went back in and said could you serve me now he said I’m doing the floor and a I could not be bothered attitude, I said I’m in a hurry and he was not to happy attitude so he severed me and I told him his attitudes thinks was no reaction from him, not good customer skills, not good service at all. Would have to think twice about going back. When I got home he put to much sauce on it and was not nice.

I come in every day with my 3 children, Johnny, Deirdre and Susan and the girls that work in subway are the nicest people you would every meet! They are so friendly and even learned our names and orders off by heart, the shop looks amazing and clean and they are so quick! I’m in and out in a flash! Amazing… I have never had a poor experience here, food is always fresh and bread is always so good! Couldn’t recommend enough, best subway ever!

Appalled by the lack of respect for my group by the manager yesterday. Her attitude was more of a racist one. She lacked customer service skills and shouldn’t be in a job like this. Extremely rude!! I am definitely escalating this.

The service I got from a young man was quite bazar.. he basically just stood there saying nothing the whole time, he looked high. As he approached me he just starred gloomily, I told him what I wanted. Then he continued to stare so I told him what else I wanted.. assuming that’s what the stare was for, so I just said everything I wanted in the subway and looked at him thinking ok I’m done telling you now.. so he slowly got the bread and started placing the food on it and as I asked for more sauce.. the look of misery on him face.. He slowly poured it on looking half a sleepy then toasted it and stood around the till not saying anything so I didn’t actually had to say or not only he give me a glare again. I put my card in and my PIN number and he walked away to take the subway out but I couldn’t remove the card until he approved it. So as my card was still stuck in the machine he was reopening the subway for the salads and then give me the subway rolled up in the paper without any bag or napkins lol!! Then started at me again.. I asked him if I could take my card out now.. he just nodded.. no thank you or nothing.. odd. Not the worst thing in the world.. at least he wasn’t mean.. but I had the feeling he didn’t want me there or I was a convince.. The subway didn’t taste like it always did either:( I wanted it to because I wanted to show my friend how nice the meatball sauce was, but it’s ok.. maybe I just came on an off day

Just now had sandwich at subway. It's one of my favourite. Most of every week I try to visit there . But today that was horrible for me. Staff wasn't helpful & food also terrible. I don't know what was that.

Went several times mainly during lunch breaks. Sandwishes are good but also salad really good for its money value.
