Steak Out in Harrow

Went with my sister for the lunch time early bird special. We both had the steak with chips and onion rings. Food was flavorful and cooked well. Najwa served us and she was attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Will go again and recommend this restaurant

Me and my wife, were looking for places to eat in Harrow. I would definitely recommend visiting the Steakout. Food was quality! Lovely barbecued chicken and the burgers are worth their value. Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. If I get a chance to go back I will definitely try the Steaks. Looking at the waiter presenting the Steaks to other customers, looked very impressive as they came out sizzled and smelt great too!

Chips no longer part of the meal, have to be ordered separately - disappointing Nonetheless food was nice Service was okay - fruit shoot that were part of the kids meal had to be asked for at the end of the meal

The service was terrible as we had to remind the waiter several times about our order plus we were served by two different waiter as the initial waiter kept on disappearing. The most disappointing thing was they served the starters same time as the main course that meant we couldn't enjoy our meal and had hurriedly eat our food to avoid food going cold.

The tables and seats may be basic, but the food was tasty, good value, and served by friendly and helpful staff. It was easy to catch their eyes when needed. The steak was cooked precisely as asked for, I had the spiced variety and my partner had the "plain" variety. was glad that you could taste the meat through the spice - it wasn't masking inferior meat, but brought the flavour out. my partner was not happy with the flavour of his chips, though enjoyed his milkshake. The sweet potato fries were very good!

Visited at lunchtime on a Saturday with 12 other family members including children. Our waiter Adrien was very efficient and polite - coped well with the big order and the changes we made to the food. Everything was delicious and arrived hot. The early bird menu was phenomenal value for money and all portions were good sizes. Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be returning!

Having been to this restaurant before I was optimistic. However, I took a group here because I thought it would be good, and this was not a good idea on a Saturday night. The service was very slow, the food was very slow. I did not enjoy my food. Some orders (drinks) never arrived. One member of my party's order (his main meal) was entirely forgotten. When it arrived it was basically raw. He could not eat it. He said the waiter was rude to him too. Then the restaurant did not have an adequate card machine and could only take a series of contactless payments. The staff member I was dealing with insisted it was a problem with my card even though his colleague admitted the card machine hadn't been working that day. The member of staff I spoke to responded to my feedback by saying it was my problem. He said I shouldn't have gone in a group on a Saturday night and that no one else had a problem with the food. I am certain to follow that advice and then some! On the walk home lots of people said they felt unwell. I was really disappointed, and I was really upset by the way I was treated when I complained. It was such an appalling contrast to my other experiences in this restaurant.

We really enjoyed the food here and had a great time. Adrian was a fantastic server throughout and even went above and beyond to give our food back after we forgot to take it. Great atmosphere, great food and lovely customer service from Adrian!

We came on Monday evening, we were greeted by Mohammed who was a very nice and lovely gentlemen, service was exceptional! Food was also really nice, came quite quickly would deffo recommend!

Visited with 9 other family members. Dirty fries were amazing and steaks cooked nicely. Battered shrimp was dry but apart from that the food was fantastic. Went on a busy sunday evening and cannot fault. Served by Mohammed who was very patient and showed exemplary customer service. In fact all staff that we had interactions with were great cannot fault the service. Would visit again.

Went on a quiet Thursday yesterday with the family. As soon as we walked in we noticed it was not as busy as it was a year ago when good old Rishi had his meal deals. We were greeted by Mr. Mohammad and the team who were all smiles and attentitentive. The food was cooked well and served on time. Food is one thing but Service is another and that was Top on both ends. It was my sons bday so he was happy so that's all that mattered to me - we will come again thank you

We have been coming off and on for more than 10 years. The quality has been going down in the last couple of years. We visited on 10 July 2021. I ordered a T-bone steak which was shockingly small and thin. The sides used to be part of the steak order. Not anymore, now you order the chips separately. Worst of all, they refused to serve tap water. You have to order bottled water or soft drinks. By the end of the meal, I was still hungry as was my 13 year old son. Total bill for family of 5 was almost £100. You can get a far better meal in quality and quantity at other restaurants for that amount. Will not be returning. This was our last visit.

Food was nice, however it wasn’t worth the price. Some of the portions had quite alot of fat and the steak was thinner than what we expected, which didn’t make the meal as enjoyable as we wouldve liked.The kinder bueno milkshake was amazing and would recommend

Went for a valentines meal last night, staff where friendly, food was okish. We spent less than a hour in there and had a starter each, a main each and a side each, glass of coke and a water which came to £65. I asked for the bill and my partner asked for a sprite. His drink came soon as we paid for the food. He didn’t get the chance to drink what we paid for as because we had already paid and we where pushed out of the door and asked to leave now we have paid as they had other people waiting. He left with his drink in this hand! Worse restaurant experience I’ve had to date what makes it worse is I’m heavily pregnant only a week away from giving birth and this was our last outing before we become parents. Ruined our evening.

We didn’t have to wait too long for our food, when the food arrived it was very tasty. The whole place needs refurbishment and the staff need to be friendly as well. After we had our dinner , we weren’t offered the desert menu or even asked how our food was or if we needed anything else!

Been there 2 times ... food excellent honestly but when you need to wave to the waiter to catch the attention it’s uncomfortable honestly... this happened those 2 times of visit and a lot of times during the meal... the food I recommend 100% but the service should be changed ... I work like a waitress as well and when someone is waving to catch my attention even it’s just for the bill it makes me feel like I’m not doing my job properly but the waiters at this restaurant don’t even bother about this ... if you don’t feel to work in hospitality just don’t do it... you can find an office so easily in london ... they took the starter plates and told us would you mind to keep the cutlery? ... wow ... the cutleries were on the table (extra ones) ... he didn’t even needed to bring new ones ... but okay ... it was just 2 tables tho in the restaurant... disappointing looking at the standards in a restaurant... even if it’s just steakhouse... honestly the restaurant it’s cozy and nice , I would do my birthday there if the service would been better or staff changed who at least smile on you ...

Visited with friends and a family member,(Alan ) 10/09/19...the steaks and chicken were grilled to perfection and chips were big crispy steak chips... not soggy fries and the sides, sauces were flavorsome.. it was well worth the trip to Harrow.. from Teesside!. The staff and management team were excellent. .. well done all. ... and the chocolate waffles were amazing

We are a regular customer of Steakout and we took our friends to try the lovely food here and they truly loved it as much as we do. The service we received both from the manager, Hamdi and Mohammad was outstanding and we all left the restaurant with a big smile on our face. The food is always on point, mojito is superb and waffle was amazing! Thank you and we will come back soon.

If you like steak, don't go here. The food comes out in seconds. At least it was warmer than the service. Microwaves are efficient if nothing else - the restaurant

We received excellent customer service. Staffs were very professional and understanding. Food was very nice, prices are decent. Mocktails were wow. I’m from Manchester so found it difficult to choose a restaurant uncle London. Made a great choice! Deffo would recommend.

So I decided to pay a visit after I hadn't been in such a long time and by looks of it will be staying like that and I wont make regular trips. The starter chicken wings were horrible and I couldn't even finish them they tasted that bad and the steak was not great at all. Standards have dropped a lot in this place and this used to be one of my favourite and regular places to eat out, and then the prices on top are disgraceful for a place with such bad quality. For example they do something called 'dirty fries' Which they are charging almost £10 for like really for fries with some cheese and beef on top for a tenner!? No thank. This place needs to change and at least lower their prices because it's far from posh nor is it good quality anymore.Maybe was a bad experience but regardless it is very pricey for what you get

The food was horrible, using cheap ingredients, microwave cooked chips and vegetables. The rice was tasteless and overcooked. Overpriced. Service is horrible too. Won't ever visited again

I took my friend from Liverpool to Steak-Out in Harrow after looking at reviews it seemed like the place to be.

best steak in london and service was excellent too, nice and clean place, highly recommend to visit them when craving a good steak! we will be coming everytime we come back to london from states.

Steakout harrow has always been a regular for us. the food is always good. ive taken relatives here from all over and they have enjoyed it.

Ordered the juicy lucy burger the waiter did not ask how I liked my meat, therefore to my surprise the meat was quite rare not something I liked. The burger it self was extremely dry and not tasteful at all. the entire contents of the burger was just terrible party was way too big, lettuce looked old and dry, and the cheese tomato and mayo just didn't fit taste good together. The fries taste awful like they were from Iceland or somewhere cheap with no salt on them. the only good thing about the meal was the mango shake. overall I've had way better gourmet burgers else where at far more reasonable prices.

After a long time we went back and were not disappointed! Staff was nice for a change, offered seating without any argument , food arrived quick enough and most delicious chicken steak I had in a while .Just the right spicy and tender not over cooked.

Hii we was there last Friday and the food was terrible, we waited 25/30 minutes for the food. My partners food eventually came as he ordered the sterloin steak and it was uncooked as it was very pink inside and he had ordered fried onions with his, but never came. I ordered the chicken with fried onions and cheese which came all very burnt out, the chicken was burnt, and onions where burnt. I mentioned it to one of the staff as we never ate the food but he just looked at me blankly, not a apology or anything. Shockingly we left and was very disappointed with the food and service as we paid quite a lot of money for uncooked food and burnt food. Steak out if you serve this kind of under cooked and burnt foods then you will not have any customers coming to eat, and your staff have this kinda terrible attitude then your restaurant will be empty and nobody will be coming to it. So please try and improve your services.

Good food in a good location where parking is easy and accessible. The food is nice very filling and quite stodgy you will leave stuffed but it’s nice. I think the Slough branch has better food but it’s still good enough for me

Food was poor. Service was great. Drinks compared to other steakout were very disappointing. Seems like there is not a generalised menu across the franchise. Been here twice and at both times was disappointed.This is the franchise at HarrowHad a horrid 2 visits at the franchise at Slough. Twice ordered our food. Twice over 2 hours later our food had not arrived. Drinks however were very good. Luton Steakout has been the best experience for me and my family till date

Very openly the restaurant exceeded my expectations, it was honestly fantastic food and such amazing friendly staff. I heard mixed opinions about the place, but when I went i was blown away by the setup and everything in general. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Let me start with a positive, the food was very tasty but unfortunately the evening left a very bad taste due to the rudest service I have ever received by a jumped up little hijabi waitress who seemed to run her mouth off the whole time, strutting up and down claiming she was in charge and Khalid, whom I assume is the owner had put her in charge, she actually had one of the guys working there leave his shift.

Tried steakout by chance for something different. Ordered chick3n thighs and mash potato.. chicken was so fatty and had loads of grissle and was also parts were grey and a dull pink. The mash potato was cold and had huge lumps of raw potato. Sent my food back & said i wont be eating here again. The staff were sitting in the booth on their phones & complaining about other staff members.. not very professional!

On our trip to London a week ago, we went to Steakout (in harrow) as it was highly recommended by my niece. I must tell you the experience was fabulous, primarily because of the quality of the steak. It was simply delicious and juicy, made to perfection. Coming from US, the portion size seemed a bit small but otherwise it was great. To top it all off it was authentic halal (HMC Certified), which is rare in the US. If you are in London, you MUST try this place.

After long time we went to steakout Harrow as we always go to Southall they changed the shop from before and it’s looks beautiful with nice seating staff are nice and attentive and the food is delicious too had a Big Ben burger was juicy and tender my wife had lamb steak and it was beautiful too

Steaks are tasteless orderd a t bone sause is rubbish (cheap) no plates for the steak i had mine on the sizzler. I was told i would have to pay extra for a sause thats ment to come with the steak. The mocktails are crap not worh the prices. Over priced service was not that good either. Food was served without any knife or fork so i had to get it myself. Never going there again. For the same price range there are plenty of other steak houses near by whos steaks taste much better with a huge variety of sause not just crappy chicken shop sause

Went to Steakout for iftar called earlier to make reservations and by the time we reached there the table was ready for us was surprised to see Somosa dates water on the house after shortly opening the breaking our fast we got our food everything was cooked to the perfection the server was friendly and polite was a very good experience will be definitely coming back...

The food is expensive and took them more then an hour to make which makes it even worse and it was poor quality, example the steak 🥩 and the chips with disgusting sauce

So basically everything was ok after I go to the bad at 4am in the morning I vomit everything what I eat and all day I couldn’t stand up. I use to eat there but I’m not going anymore! Thanks for sickness guys well done!!!

I came here to enjoy a family meal for lunch. Ordered 1/4 and 1/2 chicken on the bone and specifically requested breast piece - order was taken no concerns.

During my visit in London this is the best restaurant I have eaten at!! Delicious burger and the steak was to die for!!

This is my second report on this steak house that we frequently visit. This time the service was very prompt and courteous and the waiter knew about steaks. We ordered medium rare fillet steaks and they were served very well, succulent, aromatic and the taste was very pleasant and literally melted in our mouths. We will certainly go there again, however, I was not able to order salad instead of french fries (chips) which I found odd. This is because I am health conscious and prefer salad with my chips. The alternative given by the serving waitress was to purchase an extra portion of Cesar salad which I found a bit odd. When checking out at the payment area, I mentioned that I found it odd that I was not offered salad instead of chips and would have been happy just to have some cucumbers, salad and tomatoes. The senior staff collecting the bill was surprised that I was not offered salad instead of chips and confirmed that it should have been offered and noted that she would speak to the appropriate staff member who took our order. So hopefully, next time salad may be offered instead of the chips. The restaurant has good ambience and very popular with youngsters and family. I would certainly go there again and recommend this steak house.

Walked in and the waiter was sitting playing with his phone, did not make us feel welcomed, asked for a table and he just pointed at one, very rude and miserable like he did not want anyone to come in. Got our order wrong also and did not apologise, avoid this branch at all costs. If im right his name was Ali, management really need to get this sorted.

Walked in, the person at the desk. He was short, showed no hospitality. Felt like he had attitude, if you’re going to be welcomed like that before you have even ordered. There’s no point eating, felt like me and my friends were not welcomed to eat there. Just walked out and went to eat else we’re. Southall branch is 100x better with way better hospitality.

I was celebrating my 50th. It was very cold and snowy, so my friend and I decided to go local as opposed to trudging into Soho for my dinner. The service was poor. The food was atrocious - the steak I ordered tasted of something I have never experienced before. It certainly did not taste like meat. The meal for two was close to £40. A rip off.

I'm a big home cook foodie and this is one of the few establishments in Harrow that I enjoy eating at simply because it's proper cooking and you're presented with a dinner. The service friendly (chatty when needed) and food is yummy. They managed to keep the feel of good home cooking. Desserts are good too. Milkshakes are a must!

We took my son for his birthday celebration. He ordered a philly steak and I ordered a T-bone steak both were absolutely delicious. My wife ordered a chicken steak and my daughter chicken pie. All very good. Highly recommended. Prices are reasonable as well given we had steaks.

Really another location that tries to mimic to be a steakhouse. If anyone that calls themselves a steak house should serve real steak. I took a chance and wasted my time despite reading all the reviews. Their customer service is the worst and they have no sense of smiling or even treating customers well. I would highly recommend everyone to please stay away from them

I went to steakout Harrow branch with my few few day ago I was surprised to see they have changed the setting of the restaurant now it’s nook more nicer and bigger I have chosen Chiken steak with chips and rice and my wife had beef steak we both enjoyed our food after we had ice cream with waffle that was yummy to and they’re service was great and I will definitely go back

Going out on the weekend you fancy a beer or two with the lads especially if steak is your choice for supperUps; Food is great delivered quick even though it was a busy Friday night, good service. Downs; No card payments? I’ve heard mixed reviews of Steak Out, some positive, some negative; so I thought I would try it for myself. Unfortunately our experience was not great. The service was terrible and the food was disappointing. Steak Out is a well known brand, they advertise on TV, the least they can do is invest in their staff. In this age of steak and burger joints springing up all over the place, you would think that business owners try to differentiate their products/ services from one another. They don’t seem to understand that providing customers with good service doesn’t cost anything. A welcoming smile and politeness can go a long way. Unfortunately of all the burger and steak places I’ve tried locally, I wouldn’t visit any of them again, least of all Steak Out. Avoid.

Really really poor service, and very disappointing food. Thought I'd give this place a second chance after a poor first experience but think it was worse this time around. The burger I had was extremely greasy (to the point that the bun was just soggy). I asked for a few toppings and wasn't told that they were out of stock of what I wanted so a plain burger arrived- not what I asked for, but all the toppings that I didn't get were added to the bill at the end and they argued saying that I got them so wouldn't take them off the bill, until I persuaded them to ask the kitchen staff for what they had in stock and realised they were in the wrong. Just unpleasant experience all round.

Having not been to Harrow for a good few years my sister and I were wondering around aimlessly and found this place. It was fairly quiet, but having said that it was a Tuesday night.Service leaves alot to be desired in terms of that you have to ask for a table, then ask for them to take your order, then ask for drinks and then ask for condiments basically don't expect great service.The food however surprised us. We both had their steak in their "steakout sauce" it was nicely cooked. Sauces however were average. The milkshakes are good. Food didn't take long to arrive but you can tell it was freshly cooked. We both enjoyed our meal here. If service was improved this could be a great place.

Lovely food yet again , the dessert option is really good and value for money, waffles and crepes was amazing really enjoyed it. We are regular here and your amazing food is keep bringing us back. See you soon

WE visited this place as a family event to celebrate my wife's birthday and were not disappointed. The ambience is of a nice cultured restaurant with very little noise and caters for children as well. The guy serving us Ali, was very professional, friendly, polite, and had a lot of information on the menu. He created a very good impression straight away by selling me the "prime cut" steak which was one of the best steaks I have eaten in North West London. Go for the "medium rare" as this was very succulent, tender and was presented in a unique flavour on a sizzling plate. All members of my family who ordered different steaks, burgers and the kids ordered from the kids menu were extremely pleased with their steaks. We will certainly go there again and recommend friends and family. The cost of a meal was on an average between £15-£10 with kids meals were £ 6 and this was very affordable. All the waiters were very friendly and smiled all the time, giving an impression that they enjoyed their work. The starter dish that we tried was "chicken cheese balls" and they were yummy. The restaurant is only a few minutes walk from Harrow on the Hill station and this is very convenient. Ali - keep this service up and you will be seeing us regularly.

Their food quality is good but if you think its a real steak restaurant its not. However, their service needs a lot of improvement. Their staff need lessons on customer service.

The owner/manager needs to invest in some training for his staff as they're a bad representation to his restaurant. I for one will not be coming back to this establishment as I value good service and not to have an evening meal ruined by obnoxious waiters. Some of the waiters walk around the restaurant like they own the place (the little indian feller with the beard) and the others are clueless. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the same waiter and he still managed to get it wrong. When having spoken to another waiter regarding this problem (could not find the waiter who took my order) I was told that the chef has cooked the ticket as produced. No apology at all (dear manager/owner if you get your staff to admit to their mistake and apologise and be emphatic then less people like me would come and leave poor reviews online). Also when I wanted another round of drinks all the waiters were at the back of the restaurant (half on their phone) and it was an achievement just getting their attention. The food was reasonable hence the reason I used to visit this establishment but it gets ruined by poor customer service. If you want a better steakout experience I would recommend the luton or slough branch just stay clear of this one (unless you enjoy a large portion of poor customer service with your steak).Finally when I paid my bill I did not get a 'thank you' just my card being handed back to me. Just poor poor poor customer service!!!

This was the first time i had visited Steakout Harrow and had gone to celebrate my birthday with my family. The quality of the food was amazing and I was amazed how excellent and professional the staff were especially a staff member by the name of Ali couldn't do enough. He was very attentive and made sure all our requirements were met. Thank you Ali for making the experience very memorable.

Went at lunch time, the deal was £9.25 for a starter and main from a set menu. We had the cheesy chicken balls, BBQ wings and mac n cheese burgers.We were the only ones in the restaurant and had to wait about 30-35 minutes for our food (waitress was really nice though) but starters and mains arrived together. The cheesy chicken balls were OK and the wings were delicious! They were fried then coated in a really nice BBQ sauce (other sauce options available).The mac n cheese burgers were good, however, don't expecting the burger to be oozing with mac and cheese. There is only a little cube that doesn't even cover the majority of the burger and is deep fried. The mac n cheese was nice though, just didn't have any purpose in the burger as it is so small in comparison to everything else. The beef patty needs seasoning but the burger sauce definitely made it taste better.Would probably come back to actually try the steak and milkshake but I do prefer Big Moe's burgers better.(the passionfruit juice tasted like it came from fresh fruit in the Caribbean, really nice)

So my mate and I wanted steak today, we headed down to torros in harrow but they were closed at 2:30 in the afternoon!! We ended up at steak out in harrow instead , we been there before and knew it's wasn't too bad. We ordered the Philly cheese steak with spicy rice and T-bone steak with spicy chips. They had a set menu with a starter and rump steak with a side for £10 , not a bad deal, but only rump steak was the choice so we ordered off the main menu. We ordered medium well done , my Philly steak and cheese turned up on grill plate, the grill was saturated with oil off the cheese and steak , it out me rite off , my mates was better though, I think it was just the grilled cheese, I won't be ordering that again! The waiter was helpful enough and brought me a fresh plate so I could transfer over my food. Despite the Oily-ness I actually enjoyed my steak , we both toppled our with a fried egg also (£1:45 extra for the egg). My mates steak was a little too well done though, he still ate it though, the waitress said she mentioned it to the chef and his excuse was because it was on a grill plate it will still cook all the way through !!! Poor excuse we've had it there before and it was fine ...( my mate is also a chef btw!!!!) We ordered a milkshake each , the waiter at first said he couldn't mix flavours !!, we never had that problem before, I politely suggested that he does mix the flavours for us and he did!! Seems thy need a push in the rite direction ever now and then . The milkshakes were actually really good , we went for a bounty and Malteser mix and a bueno and twin mix, both spot on, but left us wanting more !! For what it is I think it's a tad pricey, don't get me wrong the food is not bad, I mean it's not brilliant but it certainly is not bad either , but £50 for two steak lunches and a milkshake was too much. Just a shame torros was closed . Would I come back here , possibly , but only if my mates were adamant they wanted steak out otherwise there are others cheaper and similar quality .

Fast and very clean place to eat from and not to forget how tasty the food was! Will defo recommend it and will be going there more often.
