Steak & Lobster Marble Arch in City of London, Westminster

We both had a fillet steak, one with fries, the other with salad. Both were very good, the meat was cooked exactly how we wanted it, the fries were good and the salad dressing perfect. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, it’s located in a hotel. The waiter (Stephan) was friendly, attentive and helpful. The price is actually very fair, considering the quality of the food and the fact that we’re in London :-)

We have ordered rib eye steak with paprika fries and blue cheese sauce, surf & turf brioche roll. They were both delicious.

Very nice food, good service, and worth mentioning Bernisha was always helpful and excited to assist. Would recommend for sure.

I visited the Marble Arch location for my birthday. Myself and my partner were served by Kanchan, a lovely and attentive member of staff. She went above and beyond to make me feel special and welcomed.

The food was excellent. I had a steak and my husband had the lobster. Service was exceptional. Staff were friendly. Our server Kanchan was so attentive and gracious.

This place is very relaxing and the service is great. We had a woman named Kanchan who helped us really good for the whole night. And i definetly recommend the cookie dough dessert 😉

My experience in this restaurant was exceptional. The food was really delicious and i was impressed by the exceptional service provided by kanchan. She was soo nice and friendly as well she recommend us lobster which was amazinggg. Definitely recommend this place.

Heel lekker eten in een gezellige zaak. Zeker een aanrader. Vooral de surf en turf is een perfecte combinatie als je van vis en vlees houdt.

Had a brilliant time at Steak and Lobster Marble Arch tonight. The food was great, lobster was cooked to perfect, and we didn’t realise with the combo meal that we would get a full size steak too! We were really impressed with the service mostly. Our waitress Kanchan was so kind and knowledgable and ensured that our allergy was catered for. Thank you so much for a great experience! :)

I had a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their hospitality was outstanding.

Took the three course set menu which works it abut £5 cheaper than buying the listed items off the a la carte menu. All three courses were very good, as were the wines I chose. Price was not inexpensive, but only to be expected given it’s in the Radisson Blu Edwardian in central London.

It was okay. Small menu. Food was just okay. Loud.

Service was amazing especially from Kanchan, food was great and the whole vibe was awesome

The food was amazing but I have to say the customer service was the best I've recieved in ages Stephan was amazing, super attentive, friendly gave great recommendations on what to eat and drink. Made sure our glasses where never empty. 10/10 and usually I hate service charge but he deserves it and more.

Was in there for 1:30 hours until we got our mains, received a bill of £180 honestly not worth the price. I felt ripped off. Gave our order at the start with our drinks, we didnt even recieve our drink before the starters, the starters were served cold, we mains were not great either, we didnt stay for desserts it was very upseting.

The food, the settings and the place were all very nice close to perfection given it was a set menu. But the service.... was so bad it was hysterical! We couldn't help but laugh at how bad it was. I understand it was a busy night but that's not a good excuse to bring out half full cold tea pot with a slice of lemon and bag of English breakfast when we ordered fresh mint and lemon loose leaf tea. Not sure what that was meant to be but oh well. At least it was made us laugh. I would recommend this place when it's less busy for sure.

Came on Saturday afternoon for lunch and the restaurant was empty! Despite that I would like to comment the food served. The steak was absolutely mind blowing with the juiciness and size of it. Lobster meat was good although portion was slightly smaller for my preference. The lime cheesecake was divine with the portion of cheese on it. Absolutely delicious. The steak was superb. The lobster tiny and I didn't enjoy as you need to open up. Half of a very small lobster is basically nothing. The chips very good and crispy. The waitor was very professional. What I didn't like is that for a restaurant like this we were eating next to the net's day buffet.
