A bit late for a review however myself and my family where here in Feb during a visit for the six nations. It was my highlight of the trip (maybe not the highlight Ireland did win). The steak was superb. Excellently cooked. I’m going back to Edinburgh next February and can’t wait to come back to this restaurant

Everything was to a good standard - food oysters steak and wine at a reasonable price for venue. Service was just right balance

My subject line somehow rounds up my experience. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, the service was ok but the kitchen terribly slow. This was made up by a caring manager who not only made sure I eventually got my food, but who also offered a second drink to make up for the delay. Much appreciated gesture. And then a large group of elderly guests entered. The music stopped and was replaced by speeches and lots of clapping of the hands. I guess good for the restaurant - but at the cost to the individual diners like me. The steak was excellent, but the ''Cafe de Paris'' butter totally melted. The restaurant only has one liter bottles of carbonized mineral water, far too big for a single diner. If you are staying in the old town, you are in for a good 15-20 minutes walk.

Un fantástico restaurante de carnes en Escocia. La carne era de alta calidad y cocinada a la perfección. ¡Tuvimos una fiesta de 8 y todo fue servido perfectamente y al mismo tiempo! Volvería cuando vuelva a visitar Escocia. y PS, la malta única es abundante (es Escocia, después de todo).

Ambiance is very nice. The food is really well prepared. The service is nice and correct. A very pleasant place to eat.

Saturday night in our house is steak night and visiting Edinburgh we wanted a steak experience !! Well we certainly found an excellent steak restaurant - fabulous service, atmosphere and food.Definitely somewhere to visit again!!

Anhelamos un bistec. Tenían un filete enorme para compartir, pero mi experiencia con ese tipo de cosas nunca ha sido buena, así que pedimos la nuestra. Teníamos costilla medio raro y filete medio raro. Ñam! Lo marinan o algo en una cosa salada que le dio un poco más de sabor, por lo que no se requiere condimento.

We were warmly welcomed and the interior was fantastic, very romantic, lots of candles. We were seated and realised it was empty - ah the wonderful power of hindsight, we probably should have left then. We ordered cocktails which were nice, sadly a bit late as our starters had already arrived but the lovely girl serving them explained she was in training and would love any feedback so totally forgivable. The gentleman serving us was polite, not particularly friendly but efficient. We ordered the mixed Scottish platter for starters and then the chateaubriand and a bottle of red. The wine was ok- very expensive though - £30ish for an average Rioja. Warm bread rolls were brought - pretty tasteless, I suspect they are brought in par baked and frozen. Our sharing platter arrived , Parma ham, some toasted dry bread, salami, hot and cold smoked salmon, usual leaves, and a breaded fried haggis thing that was tasteless and dry. Pickles and olives appeared later after we had eaten half of it. It was very generic and nothing special and the haggis was not very nice. Our steak was brought out supposed to be medium rare- hmmm. It was cut in front of us and you are probably wondering why I didn’t complain there but it is very dark and I didn’t spot the blood leaking out of it. My dining companion described it as tasteless - I on the other hand would say it was burnt on the outside and completely raw and cold in the middle. The plates were not heated either which contributed to the cooling process as it was carved up and placed on them. The chips were quite good and the star of the show was the peas with cream and bacon- they were fantastic. We waited for our plates to be cleared for ages - obviously the waiter could see the meat hadn’t been eaten. We did complain and the waiter spoke to his supervisor who apparently agreed that our steak was undercooked and offered us a free dessert which we declined as we were full. Did the supervisor come an apologise? You guessed it- that would be a no. All and all £150 for a very poor meal and average service - won’t be back.

Came here as I had a craving for a steak

We (a party of 14) were dealt with professionally and courteously, the food was adequate, the bill exorbitant, however. Although we were contented with the meal proffered, we ended up disappointed in comparison to other restaurants.

As we walked in to the restaurant for the first time, we absolutely fell in love with it.

Beautiful venture here. First time and as soon as you walk in the setting is perfect. The decor and interior were stunning. We were looked after and had a fabulous meal. We had an Italian waiter and he was fantastic. The food was amazing from the starters, sides and steak. We had rump steak and was delicious. Highly recommend!!

We booked a table for 5pm and the waiter seemed more interested in putting out candies than serving us. There also seemed to be a communication problem in that he didn’t understand what we were saying.

Went for the tasting menu. Excellent food and brilliant value for money. Would thoroughly recommend and return next time!

I have left this restaurant with a really bad experience which I have to admit is a little bit of a surprise.

My husband and parents came here after a long day of site seeing and it was sooo good. The host was cheerful and showed us right over to our table. Although we were with my parents i would recommend this for a more date night feel because it felt very sexy in there. The lights were turned down a little and the lighting itself was gorgeous. The steak was perfectly cooked and the sides were an added bonus. The only thing I that made me turn my head a little bit was the 'King Prawns' (i believe that is what they stated they were) were underwhelming. This might just be culture difference but i would call them more baby shrimp? They were very tiny, the taste was fine just expected big prawns and got baby shrimp.

Tout est très bien dans ce restaurant : un très beau cadre entre moderne et ancien qui crée un lieu plutôt cosy, un service impeccable et une viande très tendre (nous avons le chateaubriand.. un régal). Le bémol c’est que tout le bruit résonnent et si vous avez une table un peu bruyante cela devient très présent et pas très agréable pour un repas tranquille

Came here with my wife and son and was immediately impressed by the decor and stylish surroundings. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and carefully explained the menu. We all chose steaks of course; I went for the fillet, my wife opted for the salt baked steak and my extravagant son settled for the T-bone. We all like a rare steak and these were all cooked to perfection, absolutely tender and delicious. The chips were fantastic too as were our starters of succulent mussels.

Came for a meal here on recommendation. Chose the Scottish sharing platter to start followed by Chateaubriand sharing cuts. All lived up to expectations. Great service and attentive staff. Lovely restaurant.

The restaurant its self is very nice, staff are helpful and attentive but the food was not as good as hoped. The Chateaubriand was very nice, not as good as some places i've been to and a little more expensive than i've normally had to pay but good none the less. However the cote de boeuf was definitely not up to much - not only have i had much better elsewhere but i have actually done a better job myself for a fraction of the cost so when dining at a place whose business is 'steak' it's a bit of a disappointing experience.

My husband and I dined here lastnight (22/04) for our wedding anniversary and I honestly can not fault anything, the food was incredible, we chose the 6 course taster menu with wine pairing and so glad we did! the cauliflower veloute was honestly out of this world i was considering asking for a second portion and today i still cant stop thinking about it, the beef wellington was packed with flavour and the steaks were perfectly cooked and so tasty! the wines that were paired with every course went perfectly with the dish, the staff were amazing! very professional and polite, we were given a complimentary dessert with happy anniversary on and this helped make the evening, will 100% be returning in the future, highly recommend! Walked in off the street to try and get reservtion for later that night, they were very accomodating. On arrival we were shown to our seats, the waiter came out and introduced himself we were then given the drinks menu and food menu. The food came out in good time even though the plce was very busy and it was presented very well. the steak was absolutely amazing cooked to perfection and very filling with the side orders. Inside the restaurant it is darkbut with low lighting which gives it an intimate feel and a modern twist of decoration. I would definately recommend trying this place when in Edinburgh if ou fancy a good steak.

We were staying in Edinburgh and booked this in advance as a treat. Love the decor inside and the way it's lit. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We both had Cauliflower Veloute with King Scallop for starters; absolutely lush!! Mains had to be the guest Rib Eye 300g of absolute, perfectly cooked pleasure!! I had skin on fries, pepper sauce and a wonderfully tasty black pudding/haggis fritter. My wife opted for the maccy cheese and some onion rings. All of it was excellent, we just couldn't get through it all. No room for dessert.

Excellent restaurant ! food and service quality brilliant ! also it was my wifes birthday and they went out their way to make it special with a plate with some sweet things and a "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the plate ! we will return soon thank you again !

Visited and the positive was the staff and decor. There were four of us and all had rib-eye steak. One out of four was nice the others were full of fat, so much so one couldn’t eat at all. Staff kindly offered comp desserts which 2 accepted and with limited choice chose creme brûlée which was just on. Not on the return visit list.

Was here tonight with my other half after buying him a voucher off 5pm. Hands down one of the best meals I've had and the service was tremendous. Lovely place with a nice chilled atmosphere and lovely staff. I could kiss the chef!

Each course was better than the last, absolutely faultless.

Had a wonderful meal. Fantastic steak, great service and a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. especially impressed by the beef-dripping chips. Highly recommended

A Monday night in early March and both of us in the mood for a good steak to celebrate quietly a birthday.

We had a perfect night at Steak!

Gran lugar de carne. Envejecido y perfectamente preparado. Recomendaría el Cote de boeuf. Una selección bastante buena de vinos también. Caro pero bueno.

Fui aquí por un regalo de cumpleaños. El lugar de Tge está convenientemente ubicado y la decoración / ambiente es encantador. Pedí el caldo escocés y fue divino, muy sabroso y sabroso. Para los platos principales tuvimos un Cote De Boeuf - 700 g entre 2 personas por 80. La carne era extremadamente grasosa e insípida, y luego de señalarle esto al camarero, simplemente obtuvimos "así es como es el corte". Entendimos que esto estaba fuera de lugar y que se debía tener algo de grasa, sin embargo esto era extremo. Nosotros en la carne y acompañamientos y pedimos ver al gerente ya que sentíamos que habíamos sido ignorados. Nuestros problemas se transmitieron al gerente que lo manejó de manera efectiva y se disculpó.

He comido muchos filetes antes, y la comida que tomé en Steak se destaca como una de las cenas más bonitas que he tenido. El restaurante en sí mismo es hermoso, en una ubicación de desplazamiento, con hermosas luces, música brillante y un personal atento. El camarero me recomendó una bebida, que probé y me encantó. Los filetes eran buenos a la perfección, y los lados eran divinos. El puré era increíble, ni una palabra que usualmente asociaría con puré de papa. Si tienes la oportunidad de comer aquí, no lo dudes. Me encantaría volver otra vez, ¡e hizo que nuestra última comida en Edimburgo fuera muy especial!

Buen restaurante con un gran servicio. He estado aquí varias veces anteriormente y he tenido una comida maravillosa, pero esta vez no. Los entrantes eran buenos, pero la decepción fue los platos principales. Mi bistec era principalmente de hueso con muy poca carne y otra hamburguesa que probamos como si estuviera congelada / recalentada. El sabor era bueno después de que me hubiera quejado, pero esto no debería haber sido necesario. Puede que haya sido una vez, pero no volveré pronto. Alguna vez fue genial y podría volver a serlo, pero los calcetines deben levantarse para volver.

My daughter bought an itison voucher for her dad’s birthday for soup, 2 rump steaks and 2 sides each and a glass of wine each.

My wife and I came here a few months ago for a 7 course taster menu. Lovely atmosphere and calming environment to eat in - quite difficult to pull off for fine dining!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante con amici spinti dalle buone recensioni. Locale bello e accogliente con personale disponibile. La T Bone che ci è stata servita era fredda con un taglio sottile dal sapore anonimo (abbiamo segnalato la cosa è ci è stata solo riscaldata nuovamente). I contorni e dessert discreti. Il filetto è meglio. Rispetto al conto e alle aspettative “visive” siamo rimasti delusi.

We are not experienced fine diners and as a young couple we found the atmosphere very comfortable and not intimidating, unlike our expectations. Steaks were impeccable, especially the classic fillet, and also worth mentioning that the beef dripping skin on fries were by far the best fries we have ever had! We didn't catch the name of the waiter but thought he had the perfect balance between being attentive, but not too intrusive (possibly a good idea to have name badges so we know who to thank). Overall best dining experience we have ever had and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Went with a group - Christmas meal. Went with low expectations but this was a very good experience and the food was good too. Service was excellent. Very attentive staff and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed downstairs bar too.

Very nice barman but champagne was 50% more expensive than posh bars in St. Andrews squ. He admitted opened bottled bottle was 5 days old. No decent gin rubbish tonic. Poor wine. Cold steak twice as expensive as delicious steak at Millar n Carter. Poor expensive veg. No wonder it was empty. Don’t come here.

This restaurant was recommended to me by my daughter and it certainly did not disappoint. Fabulous food and excellent service. Never tasted such a juicy steak and sides. The restaurant had to move our booking from 1pm to 5pm but immediately upon arrival came over to apologise and gave us a free glass of prosecco each. Very professional service and attention to detail.

I quite like this place, but unfortunately I was let down on my last visit.

Booked the £35 three course meal. Main steak meal was frankly outstanding. Big portion. Served a cold pudding but after minor complaint rectified issue immediately. Very attentive staff. Good ambience. Would definitely return!

Fantastic drinks, great service and the best steak ever! 4 us visited, we had starters, mains and dessert. Wine was quite pricey compared to most restaurant prices, even fancy ones. The food was faultless as was the service! A must visit if you are a steak lover!

We arrived a few minutes before 8pm and where promptly seated half down the restaurant my back was beside a hot radiator. We ordered tap water which arrived and was poured, the bread rolls arrived and we set about looking through the menu.

Had high hopes upon entering this place. The location is great in the city center and looked like a proper steak house. The service was average as was the meal. The steak was very small and under cooked. They do have, strangely enough, a great sports pub in the basement below. Not sure if they share the doorway or it is the same business but it was a great place to watch the football matches.

Visited Steak with my partner to celebrate my birthday and the steak was up there with the best I've had! Perfectly cooked and all the accompaniments were delicious as well! Prices are on the more expensive side, especially since you pay extra for sauce, and no sides are included with a regular steak - however, I feel the prices are just as the quality of everything was very high. Best suited for special occasions!

Booked as a pre-theatre venue.We had all been looking forward to eating here for weeks. Lovely inside, waiting staff were lovely and attentive ... then came the food!!

Finally getting round to writing a review here for what is, without a doubt, our favourite steakhouse in Edinburgh.

From the moment myself and my sister set foot in the place, we felt comfortable and looked after. Warm, friendly and professional service. Our aperitifs were happily custom made to our tastes. We were looked after by Paula, who was the epitome of high end restaurant service - discreet whilst also being engaging. Not an easy task! The food was delicious and good value. If you are after a treat and want to relax, this is the place to go. As a twenty year industry veteran, I couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work!

Steak was overpriced, dry and tasteless. Staff were unattentive and service was slow. Upon complaining the staff and whoever manages social media couldn't care less. I wouldn't go back if you paid me to.

Four of us dined here to celebrate a birthday. They had just launched their 6 course tasting menu and had a special offer if booked in advance to celebrate this - a glass of fizz and a half bottle of wine per person included in the £40pp price.

Fantastic..... great welcome, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and superb food. This place is a touch of class for fine dining in relaxed surroundings. Our waitress was so nice and attentive but not over bearing. Service with a smile and very professional. Great food and nice wine. We were told the Chateaubriand is the best in town and having tried it have no reason to doubt that. Served medium rare it was perfect. We couldn’t decide between hand cut chips with skin on (finished in lard) or sweet potato fries.... so the chef did us a mixed serving which was much appreciated, (you should add this choice to the menu ). Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed 10/10

We ate here after wanting to try it for a while and it did not disappoint! I had fillet steak and my partner had the steak burger and they were both delicious. Service was very professional/friendly and our waitress Amanda was great. Will definitely be returning and recommending! Thanks for a great night

Stopping at the Glasshouse we wanted an easily accessible restaurant as my wife had sadly broken her foot a couple of days before our break. We looked at trip advisor and read all the fantastic reviews and it was only a stones throw from the hotel. When we arrived staff were very friendly and attentive. We decided on the taster menu and were not disappointed with our choice, 6 courses of fantastic food and unable to eat another morsel at the end. I'm a big meat eater!! all I can say the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful night

Came here for a meal on a Sunday night, and although initially it was quiet, it soon filled up with a couple of large groups. The decor is dark and oozes class, as did the way we were treated throughout the meal. We'd already decided we were going to have the chateaubriand before we got there, and we were not disappointed. We ordered it rare, and when it was brought to be carved in front of us, it was exactly that.....and delicious!

Came here with 4 friends on a mid week break, could not fault the service or the food. Steaks were cooked to perfection, beautiful restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh. Just a cautionary note to parties over 4 that there is a 10 service charge added to the bill but as it clearly states it’s discretionary, so you can have it removed if you wish. I missed that bit.

Even though we were only in Edinburgh for three nights, we ate dinner here twice as the food and service was just so good. The first night I got the burger and the second the onglet steak and my wife got pasta both times. We were very happy.

Sencillamente la mejor experiencia que he tenido de bistec. Reservamos una mesa para cuatro personas, disfrutamos de algunos cócteles antes de los eventos principales. Los bistecs eran simplemente fuera de este mundo, de primera calidad y cocinados a la perfección. Una buena botella de vino, algunos de los postres, tuvimos una gran noche. Jóvenes, el personal es amable y atento, especialmente el chico de cóctel. Recomiendo encarecidamente que comer aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que estemos en Edimburgo. Bastante caro, pero vale la pena.

Visitamos el bistec el domingo pasado durante el Festival y quedé muy impresionado. La costilla en el hueso fue cocinado a la perfección. Que proviene de alguien que vivía en Nueva York por 8 años. La calidad era mejor que la parte superior de Manhattan con asador. A pesar de los jugadores habituales en el menú, también hay algunos cortes más inusual disponible demostrando una mejor relación calidad-precio. El servicio era perfecto, muy atento y preciso. el 6 de nosotros pedimos cortes diferentes y diferentes solicitudes para cocinar y todos llegamos en el clavo. La lista de vinos era variado y ofrecer opciones para todos los gustos y presupuesto. El personal era muy erudito en el vino.

I visited with 2 friends for when it opened so very quiet. Lovely interior and I loved the dark setting as it just added to the atmosphere of high quality. The waitress we had was excellent and wasn’t too intrusive which is what you want. Drinks lovely. Bread also provided. I ordered the sirloin steak with bearnaise sauce and sweet potato fries. Absolutely amazing. The steak just melted in my mouth and the fries were a great portion size. I also had the creme brûlée for dessert which was very light and delicious. Was an expensive meal but was expected, especially with the great quality. Thought maybe it was a bit much to charge for both sauce £2.50 and a side £4 seeing as steak only comes with a small bit of salad. Maybe just make it come with a side of fries then charge for anything different or extra? Wouldn’t put me off coming back.

Excelente servicio, personal muy amable y servicial. lados son un poco en la banda de precios más altos, pero merece la pena. Los filetes son de excelente calidad y sabor / sabor. Liberar en boca no les hace justicia. Selección de vino son muy buenas de precio medio hasta el par de cientos de libras versión. raro vintage Malbec en £6. 00 de cristal es una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Mi esposa y yo cenamos aquí en nuestra última noche en Edimburgo y todavía estábamos hablando de que días más tarde - de una manera muy buena. Los filetes que teníamos no eran baratos (no por mucho), pero sin duda lo que pagamos; eran divinos, perfectamente preparada y tan tierno; y en compañía de un buen malbec ¿qué más quieres?

Hemos estado en carne varias veces antes y han sido siempre ha sido feliz con la comida y el servicio. Nuestra visita más reciente fue un poco decepcionante. Entrantes plato principal eran excelentes, pero fue la decepción. Bistec perfectamente cocinado, pero terminado con rocas de sal que saturado el sabor de la carne a un lado de salsa también era el uso de sal que también le quitaban de orquideas el sabor de la salsa. Sin embargo, dulce de crema brûlée era delicioso. Así Consejos chef sería para aguantar en la sal.

Fantastic food and service, great atmosphere. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had and dessert included on the house for my birthday, a lovely touch! Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

Mi madre y yo encontramos este lugar para cenar durante nuestro viaje a Edimburgo y no podíamos haber estado más contentos! Las carnes eran deliciosos y nuestros lados de patatas y kale/puerros eran fantásticos. El personal era amable y cortés, teníamos una preciosa cena tranquila. Sin duda lo recomiendo para una cena agradable en Edimburgo.

My family dined at this restaurant on June 18, 2018. The steak was ok, but not superb. Service from wait staff was polite, although the wait between courses was rather long. However, any potential diners should be aware that this restaurant refused to accept my American Express card at the end of the meal. This happened despite the fact that the AMEX logo is clearly displayed on their sign outside the restaurant which contains the menu. No justifiable explanation was provided by the waitress for why this restaurant would not accept an AMEX card. Consequently, our group was placed into an awkward situation that was completely unnecessary at what we assumed to be a high end steak establishment. We were very disappointed in how we were treated by this restaurant. DO NOT come to this restaurant if you expect to use your American Express card. This is a questionable business practice and visitors from the U.S. and other countries should be aware of this situation. Overall, the food was overpriced relative to the quality. Also, be aware that a 10% "discretionary" gratuity is added to your bill automatically if you have a party of 5 or more. We thought this was also an unusual and questionable practice and one that we did not encounter at other fine restaurants in Edinburgh that we visited during our trip. We think you can find better places to eat steak in this city.

ACHTUNG: es gibt zwei unterschiedliche Arten, einmal das Restaurant und einmal die Brasserie. Das Restaurant ist gehobener und auch teurer. Die Brasserie hat mehr Auswahl an Essen und ist günstiger.

I had a meal there on my trip to Edinburgh. Very delicious steak to be honest, however, the price is set a bit high (for my budget). Definitely will come back there in my next trip (perhaps next year). Not quite recommended as a daily...

With all the new wave of restaurants opening in Edinburgh,there must be a few looking out their windows peering for customers.Steak unfortunately dosnt have any windows or view of note but does offer some of the best beef and service in Edinburgh.

Stopped there for a steak while in town on business, lovely place, lovely people (hostess Katarina was exceptional), but the food, that’s whole another story. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Fillet steak to scream for! Will be back!

El personal amable y acogedor, buena comida y un buen ambiente. Fuimos antes de ir al teatro y me encantó! ! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Desde el principio hasta el final me pareció muy pocos fallos con este restaurante! La comida era increíble y tan deliciosa, el personal era extremadamente bueno y muy complaciente con nosotros cambiar nuestro tamaño partido dos días antes, no me podría quejar en cualquier punto durante la comida. El único inconveniente era el menú de bebidas era muy caro, pero el menú de comida cara pero razonable para la comida que se servía. Mi carne fue hecha para raro ligero y tenía un poco de grasa, pero de lo contrario me mucho recomendaría y volvería pero serían para una ocasión especial.

Comimos en el restaurante que nos recomendaron. No me impresionó el interior que tenía un techo muy alto con 'cárcel bares 'colgando. Las paredes eran bastante básica. La iluminación era muy pobre en el sentido de que era muy tenue y oscura. El menú es variado, con una buena elección. El servicio fue bueno, pero no genial, dado que no había mucha gente allí. Esperamos más de media hora para nuestros postres y sin preguntar, nos dijeron que no habría ningún cargo para ellos debido a la larga espera. Como un regalo para Navidad. No volveré, me quedé tan decepcionado con los precios y la calidad de la comida. Bistec era 25% grasa y como era tan oscura que apenas podía ver su comida. Perdida de tiempo y dinero.

Went to this restaurant with hubby for pre-theatre meal - lovely decor very efficient and attentive staff - steak was delicious however I am coeliac and I could not have chips with my steak as they are cooked in same oil as onion rings made with batter. There was no other choice of potatoes so I had steak and mushrooms - not really a wholesome meal - surely everyone likes chips with their steak.

Esta fue mi primera experiencia de visitar steak y espero que no será la última. Estábamos en Edimburgo para el Rugby y reservamos nuestra mesa sin problemas, pero estaba adelantado. Aunque he tenido bistec en el pasado no soy un gran fan (lo sé) de carne se cocinan menos de bien hecho. Esto es sólo mi preferencia y no me puedo quejar en absoluto, Mi comida fue preparado en tiempo perfecto y nunca se sabe, podría ser casi de tamaño!

Este lugar sabe bistec, sin duda. Conocer de las mejores vacas Angus son preparados a la perfección, muy sabrosa. Lados de su elección para encajar con la carne. magníficamente . El tinto Amarone. recomiendo para la red. Entrante o desierto realmente superfluo cuando comemos aquí como relleno de la atracción principal. Esta es una joya para los fans de bistec en Edimburgo!

I came here one quiet night after arriving in Edinburgh, menu looks good, the steak tartare is beautiful, lovely and light could do with a few more capers and pickles for me but such a tasty dish. the main was a beautful dry aged rib eye, soft as anything with lovely crispy chips cooked in beef fat, so much flavor. I had a few glasses of one of their malbecs and went really well with the beef. Staff were great and attentive, prices are amazing for the quality of the meat and cooking. Would highly recommend!!

We visited as a joint birthday/romantic meal. We had visited the previous year and made sure we would return, you did not disappoint. Our steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. Our waiter was very attentive. We will be back again for a treat.

Locale carino e carne sicuramente buona ma ad un prezzo spropositato, molto sopra la media, e le porzioni piuttosto ridotte.. ambiente moderno e accogliente, servizio attento ed adeguato ma non lo consiglio assolutamente.. ad Edimburgo si trova di meglio..e sicuramente a prezzi più bassi!

Mi esposa y yo cenamos aquí 24 - 3 - 2018. La decoración del restaurante está muy bien hecho y sólo se agrega a la previsión de una gran experiencia. Para empezar, mi esposa tenía el champiñón sopa que era aterciopelado suave y delicioso. Tuve el bistec a la tártara, que era también muy bueno con el lujo añadido de yema de huevo de codorniz de encima.
