Rude customer service,called 7 times finally got through only for them to hang up called again to complain very rude again aggressive attitude told basically to cancel order .when food arrived 90 mins late it was black/burnt/cold/wrong size/wrong pizza base Wish I read reviews first, how is this place still running , would like some form of compensation Do not order from here !!!!!!! Just eat get out quick before they ruin you

Ordered a 20inch deep pan pizza, came as a thin crust, ordered 4 sauces only got 3, ordered hot wings and got bbq, also found a hair in middle of the pizza while eating it and it was none of mine or my friends colour. Rang up to find out where my food was after waiting over an hour, was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Proceeds to wait and gets a notification saying it’s on its way 2 minutes after I rang up, then 15 minutes after the original delivery time did it say it had been delivered but had to wait another 15 minutes before actually receiving the food. Toppings were very little aswell. Will not be ordering from here again. And would advise people to do not order from here aswell.

Awful customer service. Every time I have ordered food has been late and cold. This time my order was accepted and then cancelled by the restaurant 10 minutes after it had been placed. No apology from them either.

Ordered delivery waited for it to turn up and nothing. Absolutely pissed won't pick up the phone or text back no explanation why wouldn't bother trying this place as quick enough to take your money now trying to claim a refund!

Several orders over the space of two months were either missing items,,wrong order or simply taken 90minutes to even begin to cook the food,,,when asked for an explanation or some form of good will gesture I was then rudely told my order would be cancelled I then had to practically argue the case of the return of my discount which was used as well. I was spoken to with little respect and no appreciation for the poor service I'd received.

Ordered over an hour ago, recieved a text to say was delayed so called to find out how long it would be and was told they have just started cooking it. Explained I was not happy and all that was suggested was that I cancel my order.

Was suggested 25-35 minutes for delivery so ordered 1 Italian veg and 1 lamb donner for the kids After paying the delivery went up to an hour then when I phoned it was another 15 mins .....then finally over an hour and half it turned up just about warm but over cooked missing the asparagus of the Italian veg And lamb soo dry and iver cooked it's just hard chewy meat !! The sauce pot was inside the box and exploded a Not a pleasant experience 😕 I should have read all the reviews 😕 oh well one to avoid for us

Ordered from stb for a late family dinner as we had had a busy day. I had 5 stamps on just eat so I would of saved a good few quid stb took and agreed to my order then about an hour later all of a sudden they just canceled the order.with that I lost my 5 stamps and discount Without any reasons. There a joke of a takeaway. Please don’t use them. Use pizza go go there brilliant or any other pizza place just not them.

2 & 1/2 hour delivery, delivery driver woke my young son up with his stupidly loud car, food was average if that, very small portions and some how in my chicken donner wrap with garlic sauce a jalapeño made its way into the middle of my wrap almost burnt my mouth off, opened my bottle of coke to cool my mouth down and it sprayed all over me and my bedding , shaken, clearly done on purpose, will not be buying again, awful, avoid at all cost

Found this place by chance. So stopped for a takeaway Was really impressed. Just had a delivery as I enjoyed it so much. 20" stuffed crust pepperoni. Delicious

What a JOKE this place is firstly it was late when we rung to ask where the food was they was RUDE. Than it arrived well missing items chips had been rewarmed up as they tasted powdery so we rung back up for the missing items to be told they didn’t have them that’s why we didn’t get them but still took the money and to top it off 2 out of 5 of us have now been sick definitely taking this further please don’t waste your money

Ordered via just eat, paid through just eat, got a phone call to say that the prices were wrong on just eat and I needed to pay more money to receive the order, I asked for a refund which has also been declined. I have reported this place as they have broken many laws!

Ordered a pizza and doner meat with chips with burger sauce pizza was supposed to be a cheese and tomato for a vegetarian and turned up ham and pepperoni and the doner meat and chips came with a small pot of garlic sauce. Words can't even explain this.. how do you think it's okay to send pizza out looking like this? I know exactly what you had done you cooked it and left it under hot lights for an hour till a just eat driver turned up, I know this because I once worked along side them myself. Good hearty pizza, BBQ meat pizza was delicious. Amazing value

Absolutely disgusting! Took nearly 2 hours for 1 Pizza and some cheesy chips. Ordered a deep pan due to dental problems and it came thin and crispy so couldn’t eat it. The chips were re fried several times and like concrete with charcoal black bits avoid pay more and go elsewhere

I ordered the pizza that is named ‘vegetarian hot’ which not only has vegetarian in the name but includes the ‘V’ symbol on the menu. When it arrived it had both pepperoni and beef on the pizza. I called them to explain the situation and they argued with me for half an hour saying that one comes with pepperoni on and I explained that I was sitting with the menu I ordered from whilst on the phone to him and none of the meat items that were on my pizza were on the menu. Plus they cannot sell a vegetarian pizza with meat on and include it in the items listed with a ‘V’ symbol. The person I spoke to was not only rude but didn’t care at all that I couldn’t eat it and continued to try to convince me that how I received it is how it should’ve come. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. If you have any dietary requirements whatsoever I wouldn’t buy from here. Not if they do not even recognise that you can’t claim something is vegetarian with meat on.

We ordered pizzas last night and they were absolutely delicious!! Really confused about the bad reviews because the pizza was so good - maybe things there have changed? Was really yummy! So was the coleslaw!

We ordered our pizza at around 9pm and they said it would be around 45 minutes. It got to 10:05 and we called them to see where our order was and they told us they’d start making the pizza now and they be here in around 20 minutes a joke really waited around 50 minutes just for them to only start making our pizza when we call up to ask where they are.

Disgusting service, disgusting delivery, disgusting food, inaccurate order , but they don't care anyway, 1.The driver lady asked me to meet her somewhere quarter mile away from my location. she was not willing to look for the location even if I have specific information to help any delivery. She called me telling she is not wasting her time searching for my location. 2.The manners of delivery lady were non existing, not even after one hour waiting, while the delivery app said around 30 minutes. 3.The chips were not fresh, tasted funny so dumped in the garbage, the pizza was cold and tasteless and the chicken had no flavour at all, only covered in some crumbles and my Coca cola was diet , and I ordered normal one. Not even cold. I received no phone calls from STB to excuse them for their disastrous order. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU GUYS.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but people need to know... We ordered pizza on Friday afternoon at 1:00 so not like it was 6:00 in the evening and really busy, well about 2 and half hours later and a few phone calls we finally got our pizza and the delivery driver was saying that we ordered it for 3:45 like why would order pizza at lunch time for it to come that late? Very rude on the phone and weren't impressed with how we got spoken to by the delivery driver! Would never order from here again!

Delivery : Kebab meat looked like last nights left overs shoved under a grill. Was thin, burnt and crispy... Completely inedible... Pitta bread was Rock hard. For an xl it was the size of a child's kebab. Even my dogs wouldn't eat the meat. Chips and onion rings were cold and soggy

Ordered from STB pizza last night had food poisoning all night and all this morning, phoned up this afternoon to get a refund and the guy on the phone decided to laugh whilst I was telling him that I had food poisoning and I would report them to environmental health… absolutely disgusting behaviour should be shut down.

LESS THAN ONE STAR: Poor service, food didnt even arrive after 2 hrs and 15 minutes got a call to say they didnt have the available items. When confronted why they took over 2 hrs they just said they were stacked with orders with very little clarification, unprofessional and impolite. Cancelled the order.

Our order was 45 minutes late and we paid £3 for the delivery, the customer service was appalling and worst of all… when the food arrived, it was cold! I ordered a XL and L chicken donner, which appeared to be both a small portion. Both kebabs were cold, pitas were slightly stale and had the tiniest bit of sauce. My partner orders the Tennesse Toffee Pie, it was FROZEN hahahaha. The delivery driver also had no change and was willing to give us a small bottle of coke… we said no and he reluctantly found change 😂 £17 for cold, soggy, stale kebabs and a frozen desert which isn’t meant to be frozen Do not go here if you’re wanting a quality kebab after a long day and can’t be bothered to cook, it’s definitely p***** me off.

If you want food go anywhere else We are not from the area so we when on just eat and order from here we ordered wraps drinks and the tex mix chicken we didn't get the wraps and the drinks after calling the first time they thought I was joking the second time they couldn't hear me and can you hear me now they kept say no then hung up on me the last time they said they would not do anything a to stop calling

Really horrible pizza, arrived almost an hour late, burnt and cold. So burnt you could see or taste the difference between the toppings. The deep pan was almost as thin as the thin crust. The cheesy chips looked like they would have been nice, with a nice lot of melted cheese, but by the time the incompetent delivery driver found us .. it was cold. And seriously gave a slice to my pet rats, found it barley touched the next day - and they eat anything!

We had 7 meals ordered. Two of the 3 burgers had the top bun missing from them. When we phoned to inform the response was 'what do you want me to do about it'??

No gloves worn, no chance of keeping vegetarian stuff separate as same cutters an hands used with no washing after handling money etc.

The pizza was cold when it arrived, the pizza was under cooked and basically destroyed because the box got squashed and it got stuck to the box, the garlic bread was burnt and cold they forgot our dips and they were late! there was absolutely Nothing good about our order, pizza was disgusting! Absolutely diabolical.... Food arrived over an hour late. Opened the food to find a normal cheese burger instead of the monster burger, the kebab only took half the box when it was meant to be an XL and the salad was 3 half slices of tomato and a single lettuce leaf, the pizza topping was stuck to the top of the box and everything was cold, to the point the cheesy chips cheese was set solid.... Phoned up was promised replacement, 75 mins later and not turned up, they promised a fresh order the following day at 1pm,again never turned up. People who answer the phone are rude and couldn't care less. Only positive was the delivery driver who couldn't be nicer, he deserves to work else where and not with this poor excuse of a takeaway.

I ordered through Uber eats by one get one free with chips and a drink. They got my order wrong and when I phoned to let them know the man was rude and then told me I could have the correct items in an hour, an hour went by I called them up spoke to someone else and my order hadn’t even been taken care of. The one pizza they did get right looked poor and was cold and pretty disgusting. I feel very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Has to be the worst pizza I've ever eaten. When I ordered in the shop the man only accepted cash so I had to go withdraw it out, then after he touched the money he then went and touched the dough without washing his hands, when I mentioned to him if you could wash your hands he gave me a filthy look, it's called basic hygiene! I then got home and I am honestly disgusted I've found mould on the crust of the pizza! Absolutely horrified! Will never be eating here again, its a health hazard!

I've never written a bad review but this has really annoyed me. I ordered through just eat. The order came half an hour later than the tail end of the estimated delivery window. I phoned 10 minutes after the delivery window, they said it was just leaving leaving restaurant. When the food arrived and I saw that we were missing bits and it was the wrong drink, I phoned again, they guys just said "what do you want to to do, it's busy now". The food wasn't especially hot or tasty.

Literally one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Food was soooo bad my dog could put together a better meal than that! Wedges cold and soggy, garlic bread raw cold and bland like a piece of cardboard, was supposed to have chicken wings but received some weird chicken nuggets that were so raw and foul I had to spit them out!!! Only giving this as option for no star is available. Ordered via Uber Eats for buy one get one free. Wrong free pizza was sent despite a note stating our order. Would not help saying the fault was with Uber Eats and would not send out replacement. When explained that the note was sent via Uber Eats was told that they "didn't have time for this" despite being told second pizza was not able to be eaten for dietary reason. Awful service. Avoid at all costs and fingers crossed it doesn't survive.

Terrible customer service from the man on the phone when I phoned to check why my order was not only late, but Just Eat said it had been delivered when it hadn’t. When it did turn up I then got greeted by a delivery woman who looked at me like I was a piece of dirt, when I asked if everything was ok she said she wasn’t ok, and she told me she was annoyed because she’d been to the wrong address!! Hardly my fault, as my address is clearly correct on my Just Eat and they have obviously made a mistake and got some orders mixed up. If this is how they operate on a Tuesday lunch time I can’t imagine how they cope on a busy weekend evening. The food was ok, edible, but would rather spend my money elsewhere and deal with nice people who understand what customer service means.

Whilst we were staying at coombe haven holiday, park we ordered pizza and kebabs from this outlet excellent value for money, and food was a fantastic standard, kebabs were well nice and plenty of salad ,unlike some outlets and pizza was buy one get one free really nice, well worth a order over phone or collection will call again defenatly when in hastings again.

Ordered food thursday 18 th march as in flat clearly stated call mobile when out side they didnt give the food to us but someone else completely when phoned up and spoke to someone the person i spoke to refusedto even talk to me polite he swore at me and was rude and hung up refused to even listen it was nearly a 50 poumd order to disgusting behaviour

This doesn’t look much in the outside as it’s run down but it doesn’t affect the great pizzas that they produce. Always lovely tasting pizzas and delivery is quick too. Their prices are very competitive. Staff are friendly.

We used to use this takeaway quite a lot as you will see from my reviews but haven’t for a while - this time was no different as the pizza was very good, fresh and very tasty - see photo. We didn’t have any issues when we went to order and pick up. Would recommend it here - Enjoy.

Ordered food today from stb and when it got here only 1 thing was wrong with it and I resent it back for either replacement or refund but guess what they refused being the reason is it was our fault we didnt tell them well we rang them straight away and they start abuse racist words then threatened so how can we get our money back

Love this place and have become adictid over lockdown and beyond. Always delivered on time, piping hot and friendly staff and also fine when colecting. Great selection and offers, burgers, pizzas are awsome and really nice deserts too served at sensible portions. (Only few desets to choose from though. Great value will keep going back for more.

Sorry to tell but what was it? It was something disgusting. We ordered 2 pizzas. First one supposed to be spicy but it was only burnt and over salt. Second one supposed to be with asparagus and tomatoes and I have never had pizza like that! It was like eating a salt! My second version was not burnt but dough was extremely thick (sorry but pizza should not be like that) and I had 8 little pieces of asparagus in it and few little pieces of tomatoes and everything was in the middle. And I don’t really wanna to mention the size of it... No thank you, never again!!!!!!
