Starbucks Fraddon in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Terrible,only went in to feed our baby so bought something to use the services.all the tables were closed and instead of giving my daughter a chocolate frappe they gave her coffee then refused to acknowledge knowing anything about it.waste of money

Arrived at 17.00 to meet a friend. Cleaner was mopping the floor and had most of the chairs on the tables. Staff were quick to say that they were closing at 18.00 so no plates or china cups given in view of this. In fact have been several times at this time to find the same thing. You feel that the staff are rushing you because they always say to you that they close at 18.00.

Very dismal and unwelcoming. No soul to this place thats for sure. Coffee just bean to cup and not great. No wonder people who appreciate coffee do not drink at Starbucks!

When I visited today the tables and chairs were sticky and had spilled drinks and or food. The young staff more interested in their conversations than serving. My beverage was spilled down the outside of the cup and dripping.

Should be renamed Fraddon public toilets. There was a constant stream of people going in purely to use the toilets sometimes 10 or 12 people queuing up to use them., none of them were customers. Staff were rude and dismissive when ordering and the coffee was definitely average at best. The place was dirty with no sign of anyone attempting to do any cleaning. We got the real feeling that we weren't welcome because it meant they would have to do some work. They need a good manager to go in a shake the place up. This place is an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand.

Always friendly staff despite their difficulties. Can rely on good quality and good service. We know a lot of people who are “regulars” and it’s good to chat with them. Very sociable experience 😀

i am absolutely outraged by the drinks i have received today after my visit to starbucks fraddon after paying £18 for drinks i would expect them to be brand standard but they’d re far from it as a barista myself i would’ve expected them to be drinkable but they are not. i specifically asked for my drink to be coconut milk as i am lactose intolerant my drink is definitely not coconut this is not acceptable. my drinks was not blended at all the ice was clumpy and hard to get through the straw. my other 3 drinks where far from what i ordered the lady at the till ( ellie ) just didn’t listen , what was written on the cups was not what i asked for. the girl making the drinks alos forgot some of the topping but the lovely boy on the coffee machine corrected this . i would’ve understood if it was busy but it was quite. after paying £18 for these drinks i am disappointed with what i have received i would like it if starbucks fraddon could contact me as i am not happy i would like a refund as i binned the drinks.

We didn’t actually stay for a coffee and lunch as planned - we walked around and then left. The reason for this was that there were many tables to choose from but they were all dirty. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned after people had left. I even saw one lady clean her own table with a wipe before ordering. There wasn’t a queue of customers and at least 3 members of staff so I’m sure they could have had an overview and kept on top of the cleaning.

We have been to this Starbucks on previous occasions and it has been rather mediocre but today was terrible. The man serving was rude and discourteous, it was dirty and the toilets were horrible. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The coffee was horrible, which I have never had in any Starbucks before. I would steer clear!

Visit this Starbucks once a week and always have great service. Staff really friendly and helpful. Nice clean store

Toilets poor. No toilet roll. Customers only - need to ask for code to access. Sitting area clinical and lack of comfort or atmospere

Had quick lunch today with my granddaughters, tidy and marked with all the Covid19 rules etc. Coffee OK, all out toasties, pennies came in a bag (not a problem) not sliced through, staff sat in coffee shop with their lunch.... On a plate with a knife. 🙁 If we can't as a paying customer why can they. Disappointed that Kingsley Starbucks not taking part in EAT OUT TO HELP OUT, I did ask.

A well placed Starbucks to break up shopping at this retail park. My daughter is a big fan of their frappes so we always head here to rest our feet. All the things you expect from the chain with lots of parking outside and shops to look around before and after. Just remember that their large mug is almost a bucket! 😳

we called in and ordered a coffee it is very dark in there, the area where you put in your milk ect wasnt cleaned .not a good starbucks.

This is such a wonderful Starbucks. The team are all so welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We visit regularly and we are always made to feel valued, even when they are busy.

Whilst the coffee is fine and the staff are very pleasant the place is not very welcoming. It's barn like cold and dark. Best to buy a coffee and go! Bear in mind that there is only one ladies toilet and the gents is a shared disabled one. Can be very busy at times with queues especially as the adjacent Next store has no customer toilets.

Took a chap who I befriend in for a coffee, all staff were working extremely hard, however that experience was lost on the seating area and the quality of the seats and the lack light and pictures. The music was no heard, no child proof sockets on the wall. The place is to dark and clinical. This is a shame that SB haven't put any thought into how the place looks. As stated though the staff are great.

Unfortunatly this starbucks franchise is not dog friendly they do notbknow about free pupachinos and will not let dogs in the staff are nice and pleasant however the manager stdyed in his/her office and comunicated through their staff ..... not really impressed.

Glad this has opened in Fraddon. Set amoung new shops : a Next, Mountain Warehouse and Boots. Great coffee, not so "canteen" like like other Starbucks.

Sunday morning 10 o’clock. Very pleasant lady took our order ... I believe her name was Debbie and she should be congratulated by management for her cheerful approach to her job. Welcomed us with a smile, took our order and had a quick chat whilst doing so. 2 coffees, a breakfast bap and a cheese on toast later we depart, satisfied and thinking maybe all Starbucks aren’t the same... this for sure is one of the best I’ve been in ...His Lordship gives you 5 stars ...

It was my Daughters birthday so we said we will take her to Next for her gift and have breakfast at Starbucks Arrived and ordered coffee and a snack took a while to come but was nice very good coffee!The problem the sound system was to loud and for the 45 minutes we sat played the most weird music? I have ever heard we had to leave and go to Mc Donald’s to have a conversationWill not go again and if M&S have a cafe and things don’t change I think you will loose business

On entering it was a cold uninspired building surrounded outside by building works and no car parking available...the toilets required cleaning the floor very wet and hairs around...coffee and toast was lovely but floor needed sweeping my table had been cleared but was sticky and the chairs had crumbs etc not impressed at all

We called in and had our usual two lattes and a cappuccino. They were as well made as usual and the staff were pleasant.

Stopped for a coffee. Staff surly and miserable. No glass offered with bottle of orange juice. Asked for a glass not impressed it was plastic and plastic cutlery. Come on Starbucks catch up with what is going on plastic wise.

Normally not a huge Starbucks fan, but this one really served its purpose today as a meeting point that was easy to approach from all directions and provided all that was needed - plenty of parking, quiet place to chat, service with a smile, good coffee and accompanying cakes.

A nice cup of coffee after shopping in Truro. Bit of a building site as M&S; being built next door. Nice comfortable sofas and chairs. Only let down by the state of the disabled loo which was awash with water.

Visited as a central point to meet family members.

Popped in for early morning coffee on return from Cornwall, 08.30. The one star was for being open, nothing else. Coffee was cold and hot chocolate luke warm, bacon roll was rock hard and more like a rock.

Note to Starbucks, not a good idea to leave your reputation in the hands of young people who would rather discuss the merits of Steve a tattoo artist in Truro, than clean the toilets which were filthy or remove dirty cups from empty tables. Paid cash, not given a receipt!

Been to Starbucks lots of times, meeting friends or just chilling, a lovely laid back place & would recommend it to others. Staff very friendly, even got my own mug there now !

Disinterested bar staff, both having a conversation between each other whilst serving customers. 3 different staff all serving one customer at a time which led to long queues. No filter coffee at peak times on a weekend????

Unimpressed, miserable looking staff, poor service, not clean, horrible coffee, will not come again and will not recommend

After a long journey we were up for a drink and a cake but needed to visit the facilities first. These were so disgusting that we left immediately. Starbucks are not responsible for the whole site but neither Kingsley Village or Starbucks Fraddon are worthy of your visit.

lovely and refreshing new bright premises, staff friendly and coffee was excellent. lovely break from driving and easy to access and clean and tidy. very relaxing

A really nice modern coffee shop with some great tasting coffee. Had a nice experience here and they were even offering special free tasters too for some new blends.

My favourite Starbucks! The staff are the most incredibly friendly people I’ve ever met and as a regular they take time to get to know you and your coffee order! Love it!

This is a new branch, but that's no excuse for couldn't-care-less staff who were so busy gossiping they at first ignored us then treated us as if we'd just come from Mars! Is it too much to be offered a tray to carry two hot sandwiches, two coffees, all the cutlery etc? Coffee bitter and gritty. Not cheap either.

Nice and peaceful spacious coffee shop and friendly staff. Will visit again as it was close to the Premier Inn where we were staying.

Very convenient spot right next to next and good for someone living close or traveling along the A30 to have a coffee besides McDonalds. Very quiet and friendly staff. Good outdoor seating. Only downside is the operating hours are quite short compared to many other Starbucks locations being up to 7 instead of 10.

If you have not timed your trip to perfection and are in need of a break especially if the A30 traffic is a nightmare you can't go wrong with stopping for a brew at Starbucks - coffee and cake will always recharge the batteries.

Great coffee and service again today , i am a reqular to this site and the staff are always fantastic . Worth a stop if you need a chillout and rest

It's sad when your excited by visiting your first Starbucks. Nice selection of flavoured hot drinks.

Myself and my partner go in a few times a week and we are always happy with our coffees. The staff are lovely ! Keep up the good work <3

The Title Says it all, the staff are all friendly and make sure your experience to the store is a memorable stay. the place itself is in an ideal location, there is always a warm atmosphere, and the coffee is lovely , would recommend
