Starbucks in South Lanarkshire

Great service, even from the drive thru, drinks where top class.

Food and coffee is great, but overpriced and atmosphere and seating could be improved

Limited drinks available, my daughter ordered a peach ice tea but they didnt have all the ingredients plus i ordered a vanilla latte, even though the sticker said 4 x vanilla there was nothing vanilla about the latte other than the print in the sticker.

Went for a coffee, waited 20 minutes, had to go and remind staff what i ordered, the staff were too busy with the drive through to serve the customers inside Starbucks, i won't be visiting for a long time it put me off.

Clean and tidy coffee shop With super friendly staff.

Great staff always very helpful.

The staff were excellent, but the place was empty and cold. It didn't feel cosy and inviting. And prices were shocking! £5 for a coffee. I won't be returning.

Was okay table's could have been cleaner

Every time I bring in my own cup, which perfectly fits the medium size drink, they always leave like 3 inches of space at the top. So I'm paying for a medium but consistently get a small :(

I don’t often write reviews but wanted to after the fab service I received today. Feel awful as I didn’t get his name (Dark hair, sleeve tattoos) but thank you again for your act of kindness and wish you all the best with your studies. The store is lucky to have you :D

Not the best experience I've had ,poor service and poor atmostphere

The best thing about Starbucks is that it is what it is and you can depend on it to be what you expect. Like a favourite wine, sure the connoisseur set will knock it, but you know its going to hit the spot.

Good experience. It was the weekend and the town centre was really busy. So, the coffee shop was well staffed. The place was fairly busy but our order was taken quickly and we received our coffees soon after. We managed to get seated but before we did. A member of staff cleaned the area again. It was a hot day so the cool air conditioning was very nice.

Friendly staff, good coffee with a continual flow of customers but the decor and seating lacked colour, no art work on the walls, just bland

This Starbucks is in desperate need of a makeover. It's so tired. The staff are lovely, and all the normal Starbucks fayre is on offer, but it's a terrible place to sit, no atmosphere at all!

Food is vastly overpriced. Staff were not the friendliest and all shouted over instructions to each other while serving. This Starbucks has a horrible atmosphere in it. No windows and boring use of the space.

Looks like it's getting ready to close down. Service and coffee great. I'd never buy the overpriced food but can't resist the coffee.

Fantastic Staff, nice to see them chat to the locals by name and be very friendly. The only thing I would say is the furniture needs a wee spruce up!

I come in for a latte most days. Staff are always lovely and have never got my order wrong. Never had to wait long for my order. Nice chilled place to sit and hide from responsibilities 🙂

I love going to Starbucks but this is the first time I've had a problem the cashier was obviously new and had trouble serving my friends and I I had gotten a gift card for my birthday and went not spending any money from it and the cashier said that I only had £1.84 on it when there was definitely £10.00 on it

Tables not cleared very quickly had to sit at a dirty table.

2nd attempt with Starbucks but I have to say I was impressed the coffee and service greatly improved. I will be back

Sat here 20 minutes waiting for my payment to go through. They show no apologies. Terrible service. 😡

Brilliant attentive Baristas & coffee ! Perfect !

This was one of my regular visits to Starbucks for lunch. I had my usual substitute vegan tuna sandwich and Grande Coffee. The staff were as usual welcoming and provided great service. The restaurant is recently refurbished and has good quality furnishings. The Wifi is excellent and I had my Apple devices connected in seconds. The bathroom were, as always, clean and well stocked.

The same good quality coffee/hot chocolate from Starbucks. It's convenient to drop in on the way back to the car and staff are friendly and fast!

This Starbucks has been freshly decorated it is welcoming inside, bright and open. Staff are friendly and coffee is fresh and delicious

Always a nice coffee in this shop. Stronger than some other brands but just about the perfect blend. A do a lovely roll 'n' sausage for a decent breakfast.

Like all Starbucks ot feels stark just now but coffee great. Just a pity they had no gluten free sandwiches or toasties.

No social distancing whatsoever, also staff member who was meant to be at till too busy talking stood for 5 minutes being ignored by the guy making the coffees. Then a couple behind us got served ahead of us.. total ignorance and disregard for customers.. then got told to move up from where we first got told to stand even though no one else was in the queue.. staff handed us our drinks but again to busy talking to even acknowledge us! Will never visit this store again total ignorance from all staff members we came into contact with. I never complain but by god this was the worst experience I’ve had at Starbucks

Starbucks is always a disappointment. There's nothing wrong with this one in particular, I just don't like their coffee.

Won't be back. Sticky tables. Cold and draughty. 'Sit in' coffee served in paper cup. Expect better for the ££

Visited this Starbucks for a quick lunch break and it was a horrible experience. The place is not clean, upholstery stained and cornered in spillages. Flat on table. Toasted panini was hot but soggy, not toasted. When heated, staff stand behind the counter and shout over to you rather than bring it over even although place very quiet. Won’t be back and Costa along the mall a much better environment

Staff lovely and coffee nice but my oh my the surrounding is terrible, stained seats in need of good upgrade ... compared to costa etc it’s a dump

I love it in here. All the staff know my name, my drink and offer some friendly banter. I feel bad for the staff though, they have to put up with so many stuck up customers with nothing better to do than put them down. I applaud them for their work ethic 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Went in on Sunday 2nd September 2018. The woman serving had no name tag on, she was dreadful. Clearly no customer service training - rude & abrupt. If my daughter hadn't wanted to be there so much, I would just have left. Had to repeat order twice & she still forgot my daughter's cake. Won't be back.

Ordered 2 drinks which had to both be remade because they were wrong. Staff so disinterested. 7 customers behind me in the queue all had their orders before I had mines and the place is just run an absolute shambles. Dirty trays and tables are all that's ever free for seating arrangements. Terrible.

Always liked Starbucks due to their super cheap filter coffee! Also the pastrami bagel and choc brownie are Legend!

I use this Starbucks quite regularly. It faces increasing competition in the mall from the likes of Tim Horton and Costa. Indeed there is no shortage of places nearby for coffee, pastries, lunch etc. I like Starbucks coffee and their choice of cakes. This place tends to be quiet (although it will depend on time of day of course). The staff tend to be friendly enough.

3rd visit to this particular starbucks..not improved since previous visits,staff tend to prefer b*** about people rather than concentrating on customer service,overpriced coffee is always luke warm,tables tend to be a bit grubby,keep your money go to costa instead.

I'm a disabled person with crutches. I was told by the lady serving me that she would bring my Latte out to me. One of the members of staff called out a latte twice. A customer sitting next to me was kind enough to get it for me. A very poor service for dusabled customers from a big company like Starbucks. I understand they might be busy but they must relise that disabled people do not have thevsame ability as an abled body person. I would think twuce before coming in again. Unacceptable.
