Star Grill Kebabs And Burgers in Greenwich

Ordered via Just Eat numerous times and have never been disappointed. I have only ever ordered the chicken doner and chicked shish. Very tasty.

Kebabs were very nice and value for money the only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars is the pitta bread was all soggy at bottom of donner kebab.

i enjoyed my experience.the food came early and was hot and cooked well .

Small portions missed item on the order then waited nearly 1 hour for the missing food wont be using again

I have asked on two occasions now to have sauce separate in a pot rather than on the kebab and twice on collection they have tried to charge me for the sauce. apparently it’s free if it goes on the kebab but you have to pay if you want it separate? pathetic take away. Will never use again.

We stopped ordering from here as standards had dropped and order were wrong. Very happy to say, it's all tip top now!

Awful Food. Ordered 2x burgers WITHOUT cheese, both was delivered with cheese. Ordered the children’s chicken nugget meal which looked and tasted like it had been warmed up more than once The chips was burnt and also microwaved I then called to say the burger was ordered without cheese due to the person being allergic he then sent another burger that was freezing cold and soggy which took an hour to arrive. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

We had the family over so ordered a big order - the total was £45 We ordered 2x Burgers WITHOUT cheese due to the people being allergic. The burgers arrived WITH cheese 😡 We also ordered 2x children’s chicken nugget meals, the nuggets had been warmed up more than once and was not edible. The chips was disgusting and had also been warmed up more than once I called to explain about the burgers having cheese in and was told ‘just have them anyway’ I explained again they cannot be eaten as the person is allergic. He then said he would send two more - they took an hour to be delivered.

The delivery took just under 2 hours to arrive!

Waited nearly 3 hours for order. When food came the order was wrong & it was cold. Not impressed

We ordered Lamb Shish kebab it smelt old and like mutton. we only ate the chips.

Unfortunately my order was incorrect, mayonnaise instead of chilli sauce- disappointing.

A good lamb shish takeaway the extra large was huge and tasty. Staff pleasant and efficient. However the chips were not good. Believe it was caused by their container (polystyrene) causing condensation and consequently soggy chips.

Never will be using them again. When I gave feedback they didn’t fix the issue just completely ignored it.

the Donor kabab was ok but very salty and the salad was made out of lettuce and onion with 3 pieces of cucumber and one slice of tomato so not great. the shish kabab only had one piece of kabab in it...

Really nice and well cooked kebab. Plenty of fresh salad too.

Restaurant didn’t bother to deliver and when we rang to ask where our food was they refused to speak to us and hung up.

Food was late so I called, they told me they never received my order and to call just eat. I called them and they said they couldn’t get through to star grill. Can’t help but feel like it was a ploy to steal my money because I can’t get a refund until just eat speak to star grill. Really annoyed.

Horrible food, dry and cold meat, Pitta bread rock hard and the supposedly large chips which were more like a small were dry cold and like they had been sitting there for days on end! Would not order again.

Ordered one kebab with garlic sauce and one with chilli. Both came with no sauce. No pittas. Completely cold scampi and chips

Unfortunately Star Grill seem to have lost themselves, used to swear by this Kebab shop but the last two times the quality of both the chicken and the donner meat has been atrocious, I can only assume they've changed supplier 🤷🏻‍♂️😔

Food was cold and some food was missing. When we rang the store they was rude and aggressive telling us we have got all our food and it’s nothing to do with them it’s just eats problem. Not the first time we have had problems with them. No longer will buy from them !

They delivered the wrong food and then blamed us, they was very rude and told us was nothing to do with them to go to just eat. Please be wary with Star Grill as they do not follow orders and will cause harm at some point because of this..... They do not care about customers and are after the money not valued customers and how there mistakes can effect someone’s health. Be wary please !!!

I ordered 3 x quarter pounder meal deals but received no drinks with any of them so was missing 3 drinks. I ordered an extra bottle of Pepsi but was expecting an additional bottle free as I had spent over £25, this didn’t arrive either. I ordered a Shishlak kebab, which is lamb, I got a mixed lamb and chicken kebab. Altogether a horrible experience. The food tasted ok but I will not order from here again.

Sadly the chips had been reheated but arrived cold. The chocolate eclair I ordered for my niece was so stale it was like a rock. No way could I let her eat it.!!

Kebab was really nice, although I thought it had less meat. Will definitely order next time.

Terrible! 2 burnt portions of chips, a burnt chicken burger with a half frozen bun and the poorest shish kebab I’ve ever seen. Tried to call them to talk about it and the number given doesn’t even work. Had to call JustEat who also couldn’t get through to them and had to give me the refund themselves. Awful food and even worse service. They should have to take ownership of how poor their food is, not avoid it by giving a false number!

Very nice food and quick delivery

I'm writing this review and my food hasn't arrived yet. I ordered about an hour and a half ago. How time consuming is it to prepare two wraps ? Worryingly on the app it says my order was delivered half an hour ago however, the restaurant try to reassure me all is okay whe I query over the phone.

Could have done with a second pitta on the mixed grill kebab but wow that was incredible!

While the delivery was on time the driver managed to get lost so I spent 5 mins standing outside in the cold talking him in/looking out for him. There was no drink delivered, the food was tasteless, soggy and luke warm. One if the most disappointing takeaways that I have ever bought.

Arrived 30 mins late after already waiting for 1hr 10min-When rang to see where food was, they said it was another 10mins as it was "on it's way" Took more than 10 mins.... Food was stone cold. Ordered kebab for 2 people ( kofte/shish /lamb+chicken donner, chips, salad, hummus, bottle). VERY poor indeed - 2 small cubes chicken, 2 small cubes lamb, approx 4"

Paid £3 for garlic mushrooms when they come they were just plain fried mushrooms covered in fat and oil. I had to pick most of the chips out because they were brown.

unfortunately you missed me request for no onion and tomato in my salad. I am allergic to tomatoes, so had to be quite careful about how much of the salad I could eat after removing it. Also, order took a long time. I am putting this all down to a busy Saturday, as the food is nice as always! Thanks

first time I have received a bad meal from Star grill. firstly we waited over an hour and 15 minutes for it to turn up really greasy, stone cold and chips not cooked properly. won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon

Very regularly order from here however this time chips were fried twice and obviously reheated, meat also awfully dry .. very disappointing as my order history shows I have ordered a number of times from here before .. Will seriously have to think twice next time

Absolutely discussing! Waited 2hrs for it, was freezing cold, no chilli sauce! Even my daughter said it tastes of cardboard. Waste of money for it all to been thrown away! Still hungry!!!!!!

the main meal was forgotten in first delivery, then after calling the restaurant the main was delivered 20 minutes later than was assured. on both delivery’s the food was not very warm at all. very disappointed with service

Quite possibly the worst just eat order yet. Food late, lukewarm and the chips were vile....in fact they were inedible. Kebab's were swimming in grease making the pitta so soggy it was also inedible. Will never order here again !

Restaurant added 15 mins extra time after I ordered. An hour wait for a chicken fillet burgers that were over cooked, dry & tough & stone cold with no taste. With hot chips!? Definitely won't be using again.
