Could you change your packaging again please? The new stuff gets melted by the food and makes it taste weird, beyond that all good

Our go to kebab in Tunbridge Wells (we have tried a fair few). Their salad is crisp and fresh, kebabs flavourful and always piping hot on delivery. The standard size is plenty and extras like halloumi, onion rings and chips are all great.

I get my food and it is wrong wrong I'm when I ring up they left my food on my doorstep on my doorstep and think that's OK when I ring him up they're saying that's fine I'm in that work

Used to be really good but the price is too high to justify. Plus I've had a poor experience with rudeness. Not an awful takeaway but there's better kebab out there with nicer people

WARNING DO NOT USE So ordered a kebab took over a hour to get to me from St johns to just past the station called the kebab shop 4times even offered to collect it was spoken to rudely and no apology the food arrived over a hour late and the kebab was small bread left outside of kebab half salad half meat paid for a xl got a medium kebab waste of money will not be using again and top it off I found a long hair in my meat too scared to call back up left hungry feeling sick and robbed

Ordered kebab waited ages when kebab got here it was cold after waiting a hour for 1 kebab not happy at all they say good as your last job it was yours just st a customer rude to my wife too just put phone down on her

The fact that bought hot chicken wings I saw a string of her in my chicken u need to prove on ur hygiene this is gross

Ordered late night dinner and when arrived was wrong when called they said sorry they closed please call tomorrow and put Phone down and when try call want answer very dissapointed they Quick enough to take money but when they mess order up they don't like to solve the issue

Really good friendly service and the donor meat is long strips dangling lol I really enjoyed the food. My new go to place for a Kebab, I see they have a great selection of Pizza’s too so I will probably try them soon.

Get a delivery from here at least twice a week. Food arrives on time. Hot. Good portion size. Delivery drivers always friendly. My go too for a takeaway.

I ordered the same chicken and ham pizza I've ordered everytime from this Kebab house, yet when it arrived it had chicken tikka pieces on it instead of plain chicken. When I called the kebab shop to tell them they had sent out the wrong order, I was told they only did chicken tikka pieces, even though it states CLEARLY on their menu that they do BOTH. So not only did they lie to me, but they clearly have no regards for allergies, as I am allergy to a lot of spices. Please don't order from this Kebab house if you have allergies, as they would rather lie than admit they got my order wrong. Worst Kebab house in Tunbridge Wells!!!!

Ordered their special kebab. Order arrived late which isn't a massive deal for me but the kebab came with no sauce or dip at all although it says comes with 2 pots of saucees and and dips. I don't know how someone supposed to have it without sauces. The kebab wasn't tasty either. They also sent me wrong drink so won't order again.

First time ordering. - Chicken was so delicious! - Requested no onion + tomato but received generic kebab :( - Requested extra chillis but request was ignored - Very little chilli sauce... :( Such a shame as they happen to be our local and we ignored previous negative reviews, especially as we placed our order over the phone in the hopes to avoid any mix up but overall it was disappointing and expensive.

Waited 3 hrs for delivery, and was given a free can of coke between 4 of us,wont be using them again

Paid £1.70 for a pot of sauce didn't receive also requested 1 wrap to only have lettuce and tomato as my partner is allergic to onions but the note was ignored... managed to read what drinks I wanted but not the allergy bit such a shame....

Ordered just pizza and side... Pizza toppings were nice but actually pizza itself not nice at all! Cheese on pizza tasted very cheap and unfortunately not nice at all... Plus there way WAY too much cheese on pizza. Side tasted like it had come straight from the freezer. Cheap yes but wont be ordering again

Ordered takeaway. Took an hour to come which j can deal with on a Saturday night they’ll be busy. When it arrived it had been thrown in the box and the meat was RAW! Called to notify staff and complain who didn’t respond in English and hung up on me repeatedly! Not impressed!

As always, just had another brilliant meal, great service! Great flavours, delicious succulent meat and pickled red onions and jalapenos. PLUS we got a free 1.5L coke on the house.

Disgusting delivery driver who was very rude, would never use this company again because of this, avoid at all costs, much better takeaways and drivers around, they do not even deserve 1 star

So we ordered 2 meals which both was wrong, we got a second delivery 40 min later and returned the first order as I said I would do so... second order came one meal without chips and a wrap full of ketchup which wasnt even edible, had about a whole bottle of ketchup in it , and the other meal was donna meat with 7 chips... so we called again explaining we gave the driver the first delivery cold meal back and how you've sent us another meal which was honestly ready for the bin when opening wasnt even a meal .... we got told no refund , they are busy .... we use this kebab shop alot .. never again after tonight....

Really gone downhill lately. Just had the worst chicken burger of my life! Gourmet (!) it was a tasteless almost like boiled chicken breast no breaded coating or seasoning at all. Chips looked and tasted 2 days old what a complete waste of money, and I was overcharged! such a shame.

What a let down. Worst chicken kebabs we’ve had. I picked it up and it fell to pieces as it was so soggy. The ‘salad’ tasted a bit funky like it was on the turn. There were 5 small dry pieces of chicken. Definitely will never order from here again. The chips and onion rings were ok. Good job really as We hadn’t eaten all day after a busy 12 hours at work and treated ourselves to a night of not cooking. Needless to say the kebabs ended up in the bin.

Was charged £19 for kids nyggetts and kebab, kids food chicken was NOT cooked, they made us wait an hour and half and got order wrong. When phoned to complain was hung up on. Very disappointed and would never risk going there again and it really was absolutely disgusting rubbish

be careful, they got my order wrong on 3 ocassions and that is with me going to the shop telling them what i want in person!! not til i got home that i realised by then it's too late to do anything food is ok, but could do better. i get the impression that its about turnover not quality

The absolute worst kebab place EVER! Meat was under cooked even after asking specifically for meat WELL cooked! They were rude over the phone when I called to explain the issue. The meat had a funny smell and it has put me off of kebab completely!! The delivery took around 2 hours to even get here. 0 STARS FROM ME!!!!

Waited 2 hours for food that never arrived. After 1 hour of that wait I phoned up asking where it was, they lied to me saying it was out for delivery when it wasn't. So after another hour I phoned up to get a refund and the guy was rude and told me they didn't have time to give me a refund. Absolutely disgusting thieves, I was a regular but will take my money elsewhere in future - avoid them like the plague.

Ordered two chicken shish kebabs waited over 45 minutes arrived cold and incomplete ! Rang to complain and was confronted by a rude chef who accused me of lying about the kebab being cold, I live 5 minutes away so what’s the excuse for cold food! What’s the excuse for the rudeness! Save your money and don’t bother is my advice! Dreadful service and dreadful food!!!

Filth my partner orderd meat and chips with burger sauce and when it turned up if was fresh meat with burger sauce on top and underneath was used meat with garlic sauce on it with only hand full of chips there was a puddle of fat in the tray he was sick straigt after he ate a bit discusting

Food was very bland, I asked for garlic and chilli sauce, what I got was so watered down that I couldn't taste anything, it was like my kebab had been rinsed under the tap before being delivered to me.

Order time fine, collected got home no pitta bread with kebab, had ordered large and only 4 pieces of chicken. When phoned the response was poor.

The delivery man rang the doorbell despite my request not to as my babies were asleep and didn't have any change on him so I had to rummage around looking for exact change with screaming children and ended up over paying as I didn't have exact change. It was an undeserved tip but I didn't have another option. Food was good though.

Having just moved to the area, we thought we would try a local kebab shop. The kebab was a great size, tasted great and was delivered fast. Will definitely be returning.

Entramos a conseguir un rápido llevar la cena. Fue ignorado por un par de minutos. Finalmente alguien vino al mostrador y completamente ignorado mi pareja y yo y nos dirigimos a la persona detrás de servido. Luego perdido otros 2 minutos, y mirando a través de. Izquierda molesta y hambre.

I was rather disappointed as I ordered lamb donner with cheese, salad and burger sauce but when it arrived there was no salad or burger sauce

Food was late due to no one checking my address or calling me, went back to the restaurant once before they thought to call me. Arrived cold and wet and soggy from condensation. Drink was warm.

Burger wasn't what I asked for Potato wedges weren't very nice Overall disappointed as the food was so late I had to rush to get to work.

We have used St John's Pizza and Kebab for over 12 years and they have never failed us for quality and price and thier always on time, On the rare occasion that a problem might crop up they are straight on the phone to me to offer a solution that always works out, St John's are about the best pizza and kebab take away in the area and the food is always hot and plenty of it and the most important part is it always taste's fresh and taste's awesome with plenty of topping options to suit everyone's needs, and trust me I have tried nearly everything on the menu and its all top quality and the pizza's are some of the best I have had, Give St John's a try and you won't be disappointed. We ordered it and said collect in 20 minutes. When we turned up it wasn't ready so had to wait. Plus ordered a bottle of coke didn't receive it and got wrong pudding but rest of meal was nice.

we have had food from them a few times over the last few months. honestly can't fault them. food is always hot and they are always on time (which is an issue in tunbridge wells) friendly and good service. would happily recommend.
