Couldn't fault this restaurant! The food was delicious, and so fresh. Seafood and salad was spot on (we ate from the Specials Menu), and my husband's burritos were delicious. The kids meals were really good quality food and cooked fresh. Service was excellent; really friendly and they catered for the kids really well.

I am so glad I listened to everyone telling me to go here, it did not disappoint! Food was absolutely delicious, service was second to none and very reasonable price for what you get. I will definitely be coming back, thank you! PS. Only feedback would be to play more Mexican music rather than chart

All very disappointing and overpriced, we ordered from here to have a nice meal at home but most of it was not very good. On the plus side my boys loved the burgers. Jerk chicken should not be light brown and the vegetables my wife had was poorly cooked and she ate very little.I love Mexican food but sad to say this was not really what we got.

What a lovely find! We popped to this restaurant unexpectedly and we are so glad we came across it!The BEST Mexican good we have had in a restaurant. The flavours are insane.A young lad served us and he was very attentive and polite. Chatted to the children and went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. It was lovely to see this restaurant open again. I thoroughly enjoyed my jalapeño starter followed by the burrito which has been changed slightly and is even more delicious than I remembered from my last visit back in February. The service was efficient and friendly (as it always is) and it was good to see people eating in as well as getting takeaways. There were three tables occupied when I went and we were all well spaced apart. The door was open and the restaurant made as airy as possible.

Date: 19th FebruaryTable of 12 of us for joint Birthday occasion and 2nd or 3rd time dining there. Balloon on the table was nice touch.Friendly staff and good portion sizes. Comfortable seating and environment - well heated. Delicious fall off the bone ribs.Really good value - offering two course meals (starter and main or main and dessert) for just over £13. Will be back.

The staff have excellent knowledge of the food they serve and have excellent manners with a happy and cheerful atmosphere ,I had steak which I must say was superb.

Been to spiral in burgess hill several times over the past few years. Every time we’ve had such good food, which is very well priced. Every time we have taken friends there for the first time they’ve wanted to go back. Not an over complicated menu, lots of choice, and so well presented. Very nice relaxed friendly atmosphere. Never disappoints.

This was my 2nd visit and my wife’s 4th.The venue is small but spacious and the staff are great.You can see the kitchen from your table and everything looks clean and as it should be.Starters of: breaded prawns (specials board) and grilled prawns - Excellent.Mains of: 10oz Ribeye (specials board) and Chicken Enchilada - Excellent.I must say, the peppercorn sauce on the steak and the chips are some of the best I’ve ever had.Wine: Malbec - Excellent.Service - Excellent.Will definitely be going back for more in the future.

Visited Spiral on a Tuesday evening with a friend, we booked in advance and were greeted with a warm friendly smile.Great menu & wine selection and we didn't feel rushed or ignored, the waiter was very attentive and explained the dishes well. The food was amazing, fresh and full of flavors, for starters I had Baked musselsCooked with garlic butter, breadcrumb, chives. Mains was sizzling fajitas served on a hot skillet with peppers & onions with herbs & spices. Served with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, cheese & warm flour tortillas :P for dessert I had the Churros chocolate which was Toasted Mexican doughnuts in sugar and cinnamon served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Overall a really nice experience, friendly staff relaxed atmosphere and amazing food, well worth a visit!

I had booked this restaurant in advance for my Husband's 40th birthday, and so glad I did. Ashley was very attentive from the moment I booked to the actual event.The food was very flavoursome and portions were perfect, the whole evening was very relaxed and the team are great.Everyone that went have raved about their meals and we would all highly recommend a visit.Keep up the great work guys

Just had a fantastic takeaway meal and the portions were quite large. Ordered the chicken burrito, chicken wings, retried beans and chips without knowing how much food you get. The burrito come with homemade guacamole and salsa and tasted amazing, couldn’t fault it at all. The chips are chunky and crisp just how I like them and the refried beans was smothered in cheese and taste divine.I’ve decided I’m going to dine in next time and see if the taste is just as good if not better! One thing I must mention is the excellent service I received, a warm welcome awaited me even at 9.30pm and was given nachos with the delicious homemade guacamole to go with my larger. Thank you so much and look forward to returning very soon!

We have eaten here a few times now and I honestly can’t fault it. Every time we’ve been the service has been friendly and efficient and the food is really well cooked and seasoned. Portions are plenty and the meat is always very good quality. I’d recommend booking in advance as it’s always quite busy.

We have been here several times now. This is a small family run business that never fails to deliver. We have found it to be very intimate and staff are never too pushy. The food is always great(we love the fajitas!)and cocktails are well worth trying. Far nicer than any large establishment as we are made to feel valued by the very polite staff. Prices are reasonable too. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

For a small restaurant, appearances can be deceiving. Situated near many takeaways and on a main road, it blends in and could be missed as another kebab shop or burger place however, you receive a very warm and friendly welcome from the staff and the menu has a good range of delicious Mexican food. Starters were lovely with the most delicious Jerk Chicken wings. Hot but fab. The Ribs, burgers and traditional dishes were full of flavour and plentiful. We ordered too many starters and struggled to finish our mains. Service was a tad slow but I think that’s because we were really hungry and needed to eat. Dishes were on the high side of pricing but it was a welcome treat to visit an independent restaurant and not a chain and the quality and quantity justified it. Drinks menu was nice and varied too and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Went in expecting to get a pre-holiday glow but how wrong I was. This is a gem of a restaurant and the food is delicious and authentic. Ps. Anyone know a good tanning salon locally?

We came in ere just after they opened on a Saturday before attending a a party. We were pleasantly surprised at how well presented and tasty the food was. It was so nice to have something different from all the usual Italian places. Also the service was excellent and the prices very reasonable. Would definitely return here if in the area again.

Very tasty Jamaican Jerk Chicken in sauce with Jasmine Rice. Friendly staff, not easy to get this type of food elsewhere locally.

Eaten here a number a number of times with my family, the service and food is always amazing. Would highly recommend this place as one of the best places to eat out in Burgess Hill. Also had delivery from Spiral and the quality of the food was amazing with generous portion sizes!! Highly recommend.

2 courses for £13.95 on a Tuesday. Food was amazing especially the tiger prawns on the Summer Specials menu. Best prawns I've eaten. We are every crumb of everything we ordered. Can't recommend enough.

I didnt like the BBQ ribs and wings as there was hardly any meat on them and the sauce was really strong.

The platter was enjoyable. The nachos were extremely dry, the cheese was hard and there wasn’t much of it! The dips to go with it were lovely. The churros were exceptionally good. So it was a mixed bag. Room for improvement. Not likely to order takeaway from you again, but would visit your restaurant, as imagine the quality would be better that way.

Very large portions, average food, very attentive service, reasonably priced. Altogether good value for money. I would not go specifically to Burgess Hill to eat here, but if you are in town, it is a reasonable night out in a nice and friendly environment.

Tacos were a bit soggy but they’re hot, in a box so to be expected really. the food itself was very tasty and the portion sizes were also very good. I will definitely order from here again.

Food great but expected delivery time was 1 hour 10 mins after ordering which was disappointing but it actually arrived 40 mins after order was placed!

Last order was missing onion rings and corn was not cooked. Generally food is very good.

Had a lovely family meal here recently and would highly recommend. Service is first class and relaxed with the staff keen to assist when necessary. Food was more than tasty and they have a very wide choice on the menu. I had ribs which were delicious. Chips were lovely, must be the best I've tasted in a long time. Every member of my family thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

We loooove the food from here, however waiting almost 2 hours for 2 enchiladas was a bit silly. The food is amazing, the waiting time wasn’t good.

Went last year with a group of friends. I was concerned as I am not a fan of spicy food and so picked a salad which I assumed would be boring but safe. It was delicious! served in a taco bowl with chicken on top of salad, flavourful but not too spicy for a wimp. Everyone else also enjoyed their meals. I will definitely return. I can recommend it.

We went for a Thursday date night as neither me or my partner had been here before, we ordered and got our food promptly and it was all bought out together and piping hot.

Enjoyed an excellent meal on a hot summer evening with a large group of old friends from Mid Sussex. Excellent service and very tasty food enjoyed by all. The waitress who looked after our table was friendly and helpful in spite of it being one of the warmest evenings she continued her work in a very pleasant manner. The front windows open up to enjoy the night air and gave a relaxed almost Mediterranean feel to Burgess Hill!

As it's the only one in town, it has to be the best. As it happens it's not bad. Good, friendly service. Heady portions. Good wine. Overall, a pretty good experience. Will rerun.

We were going to eat here. There are only about 12 tables in the whole restaurant. We went in early to request a table in the window. When we came back an hour later we felt as though we were sat in the kitchen, no notice what so ever had been paid to our request. We had waiters and waitresses buzzing back and forth behind us and all we could hear were the kitchen fans. We didn't stay. Customer service is as important as the food. Get one wrong and the other, Just doesn't matter.

Got a delivery- Went for beef chilli tacos for starters and the combo fajitas (beef,chicken,prawns). Really good, recommended.

Menu appears to have expanded since last visiting a year or so ago with burgers and jerk chicken now an option. In my opinion this has confused the identity and food was very average. Calamari was tough followed by Jerk chicken that was peppery not flavoursome and to finish the dessert price of over £4 was two single churrories?

We were a group of 6 and the waiter looked like 16 but he was fantastic. Attentive and really good service although looked young. Food arrived quickly and realy tasty. Good tex mex in sleepy town of Burgess Hill.

Visited with wife had the Nacho Spiral for two, followed by the Combination(chicken,beef and peeled king prawns) Fajitas for two with sides of Mexican refried beans and a salad.Did not have room for a sweet as portions very filling. Attentive, friendly and welcoming staff, clean and simple decor, will definitely be returning.

We had a really good meal here at the end of May. I'd not noticed the restaurant but saw a good review of it on a local Facebook site and can endorse that it's a great place to eat. It's a small, friendly restaurant with a lovely selection of food, well cooked and with great service. What a great find and so local too!

Without a booking, we were welcomed nicely and seated immediately. The Chilli Prawns and the Calamari were perfect starters. Everyone enjoyed their Chimichanga mains and my BBQ Burger also hit the spot. Just when you think it couldn't be topped, just try the sticky toffee pudding and ice cream. Service was perfect. Can't wait to return.

You won't find 5 star fine dining but you will find nice relaxed atmosphere and tasty Mexican themed dishes.Some slightly bizarre twists such as offering Jamaican jerk chicken and Duck with orange salad (not exactly Mexican) as well as chips with everything as an option but we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.We have got takeaway from here a few times and can def say that eating in is much better.Restaurant was very busy (with locals/regulars which is always a good sign!) so good idea to book ahead.

Don't be put off by the externals here. Fantastic food and great service. I had nachos to start and chimichanga for mains on a meal deal. Both dishes were so tasty!

Well I've driven or walked past here many times put off by the exterior which reminded me of an old style tanning salon! It's worth going inside though and feeling the heat. The food is just brilliant.Started with jerk chicken wings which were really peppery in a good way. Generous US sized portion. Main course had gone for sharing plate of fajitas which beat the two of us. The tastes were fresh and warming. [You could also state if you wanted food at different heat levels.]We also had a chat with the table next to us, who were regulars, and the different dishes they had were amazing. It's a buzzy place. Friendly staff and other customers made it a really great night out. There were large and small groups, and couples who all seemed to be enjoying themselves.Really impressed, and now have got passed the threshold would happily go back again.

Have eaten here a few times, last time on the spur of the moment and can not fault the service, food or quality. Each time I have visited either with just my wife or with friends, we have never been disappointed. Very good value and they do not skimp on quantities. Also wine is not overpriced, (if buying by the bottle).
