Spicey Bites in Salford

Ordered at 5.29pm was given a 1 hour delivery time. Rang up after it had been 70minutes since first ordering to be told it was leaving the shop in 2-3 minutes. I rang back at 7pm (now 30 minutes late) to be told again that it would be leaving shortly. Finally arrived at 7.20pm. 50 minutes late and tasteless food. Pizzas had very Little toppings on. Very disappointed as ordered from there a few times and it's always been good. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered pizza for the family as couldn’t get through to our usual pizza place. It was vile very doughy and lots of not very nice tasting cheese and hardly any toppings. I’ve had better pizza from the supermarket

Normally I don't normally do reviews but felt I needed to. I loveeeeee curry and been all over to try different curries. Spicy bites is the best by far, the curries are spot on and authentic. I do not get pizzas or kebahs but my family will not get from anywhere else. Food is hot and presented great, all the time. Well done spicy bites

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.. Initially we realised the curry sauce we had been sent was incorrect so we rang was informed a new one would be sent round soon. Then my partner took a bite out of one of the spicy chicken wings and it was completely raw and bloody. We rang the takeaway again and they just did not seem phased by this or apologetic. When I asked for a refund as we didn't trust any of the other food we was sent either, I was just advised to contact just eat. All food binned and I have to wait up to 72 hours to discuss my refund with the complaints team.

Like this place, tho we had Curry treat from Fasji Bhalti House, Farnworth, food was really amazing .. Excellent Curry addiction .. Excellent Byrani choices & healthy options for kids meals .. Twice now order was wrong, no help to put it right by rude man on the phone. Wrong meal was cremated. So wrong order, burned and bad customer service. Second chance for them, but never again.

I don't mind paying £1.00 delivery, as a taxi driver, why would I ? .... the fellas driving round into the late hours need to earn a wage .... But what on earth was a 50p 'service charge' added for after online checkout ???? Why on earth should a takeaway put on a 50p service charge ?? ..... what on earth is that for ? Food was lovely, but that aspect (which I was never going to pay), sadly left a bad taste. I'll be contacting them out of principle just to ask what they do it for & telling them that if they don't drop this charge, I'll not order again

We have ordered here for years, a few times a week but the last order was just not acceptable. Always left delivery instructions on the notes but this time it was not followed and the driver ended up sitting outside for 10 minutes which resulted in cold food. Missing salad and missing bottle of coke. Was told he would return with the coke but did not. Won’t be returning, you have lost good customers.

Lovely food and normally from takes always they ethier curry or pizzas better but both pizzas and curry was both really nice

meat samosas were disgusting! cheesy chips had literally 3 flakes of cheese on them! pizzas were over cooked! miserable delivery guy 🙄 won’t be ordering from here again.

First time ordering here and was very disappointed. My garlic chicken ‘kebab’ was missing the pitta and garlic mayo, and was also cold. The garlic mushrooms were cold and very oily. The chips were cold and came in a damaged box. The onion bhaji’s were also cold. The only good thing was the chicken tikka madras, which came hot. Also the carrier bag was full of oil as one of the containers had leaked everywhere. Very greasy food. First time I have ordered a takeaway and still been starving after eating it! Safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again!

1st time in have tyred here. Was nice. Arrived on time and steaming hot. Topping on pizza was bang on they are not shadey with the meat. Well worth the money. Special kebab was good. Not much chicken and lamb but plenty od donner meat. Comes wrapped up should be in a pizza box really. Would look better rather then squashed up. But will Deffo Deffo be ordering again. Plenty of choice to. Took had hour to figure out what I wanted. Spoilt for choice.

Ordered from here few times always nice and most places which do curry and pizzas one or other is normally better but all food was very good.

The kabab wasn’t very nice.. the chunks of meat are to big for me i asked for plenty of sauce n hardly got any the nan bread I asked for garlic but u just rubbed garlic butter on it after it was cooked made it soggy

I wouldn’t order from here again .. food was warm .. stater was actually cold ... it arrived 35 mins late I had to call them to find out where it was ...it wasn’t packed properly and therefore the curry was spilt in the bottom of the bag .. and I ordered a popadom .. I didn’t get it .. I know it’s only 50p but it’s so annoying when they can’t get your order right .. steer clear of this takeaway

Huge kebab awesome garlic bread. Kebab was on a proper naan. One of the best I have had in the bolton area would highly recommend! Only slight downside was the delivery time was 45 mins but they did state this at ordering.

Ice cream we ordered was like water had completely melted and it's only over the road from where I live. Ordered strawberry milkshake and was sent chocolate as they had no strawberry. They didn't even ring to see what I'd like instead. Took very long as well considering it's a 2 minute walk

I ordered £25 worth of food this evening from this restaurant for me and my family. Upon the takeaway arriving everything was about 5/10 OK. The Jalfrezi prawn curry that I ordered for my son and daughter was suppose to be medium hot. As they should know Jalfrezi isn't suppose to be that hot, but as they was tucking into their Friday night tea it was very very spicy. So spicy that even just 2 mouth fulls was enough. So not wanting to make a big deal I politely rang up the restaurant and explain my minimal ordel only to be told in a very rude and argessive manor that the restaurant was 'very busy' and they couldn't send out a new curry. The burgers I ordered were also very greasy and just fell apart and the chips were soggy and like they'd be cooked about 2 hours ago. I will not be ordering from here again. So from my 5/10 experience has gone down to about 1/10.

The whole family had chick tikka masala last night we order a variety from spicy bites for over 2years now as a treat never had an issue..... The masala last night had way to much coconut in it and tasted different than usual causing the whole family to be off with diarrhoea and vomiting ..... will not be ordering from her anymore very annoyed !!!! Calling up to complain later

Have ordered from these before the last couple of times the mixed starter I ordered was cold and dry when I rang to complain the man on the phone was quite rude I will never order from here again they have certainly let standards slip
