I called the restaurant and they cancelled tje order. But the money has been take. From my account i need a regund

Best chicken I've had since I can remember. All the other dishes are top notch. Really great food recommend highly.

Food was not worth the money good delivery but there was no flavour to the food at all and naan bread was doughy

usually the food is great. however, on this occasion the food was over 2 hours late, cold and the meat was tough as rubber. we called the restaurant twice and both times the woman on the phone was dismissive and rude. Really disappointing as we had such good experiences before this.

my name is Andrew oleary they delivered my food within 15 minutes and it smelt like rotting lamb the rice had just been brought of the fridge this is not acceptable the food has gone down hill stay clear

Food was lovely, the delivery was very bad. It was updated as late twice and was still later. If we have known it would have been over 2 hours for food, we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. (Ordered at 18.00, estimated delivery 19.20-19.40, arrived 20.25) Delivery driver however was very apologetic, and very friendly.

We were away on holiday and ordered to the accommodation. Food was OK, bhajis were excellent. Ordered two spicy Poppadums in addition to what we assumed would be free plain ones for a £60 order but there were none and no dips either. Naan bread was missing and the refund is useless as we don’t use Just Eat at home, we live too rurally. Over £5 for rice seems a bit steep.

Completely inedible disgusting food. The chips were full of grease. The chicken tikka was bland. The naan bread was basically dough completely disgusting will be reporting to the food standards agency, there was a bone in the chicken tikka I now feel completely sick. Never go here, will be taking this further with the food standard’s agency.

The quality of food has always been to my liking and the flavours are sublime! Generous portion sizes, although prices have increased beyond what is usually expected recently, which makes things a little off putting but when the mood is there, its always worth the price!

2 hours late. Had to ring up to find where my order was? Ordered on a Thursday at 10 to 6….not a common day for a takeaway or time so I’m not sure what they were doing with my food? The food was pretty tasty. But I won’t be ordering again.

The restaurant forgot two dishes from my order and had to ring them to remind them. They apologised and sent them out 20 minutes later.

The food was great, but could have done with being warmer. Probably down to being nearly 30 minutes late, the delivery was really bad.

The curry was great quality, they did mix up the order pilau rice wasn’t provided but an extra naan bread, but didn’t disappoint the quality of the food and would use them again and recommend to others

Where do I start? £4.50 for the same chips I have in my freezer but at least i cook mine properly. Ordered keema naan and got coconut which we don't like.... And the Cury was bland. First time ordering and will be the last. At least the delivery lady was nice and polite. If I could give zero stars I would.

From a Pakistani National who knows the authentic Indian flavours : good size portions, the flavours are very close to authentic just needs to be more spicy. Biryani is more like Pilau but flavours are good. Overall 7/10

Order accepted. Estimated delivery time an hour after order. Fair enough. 10 minutes before this scheduled time I was rang by take away to pick it up. I couldn't my guests from London and I had been drinking alcohol. They then asked for another hour. The hour cam and went. I then contacted Just Eat. Another 30 minutes added to delivery time. With 2 minutes to spare food delivered, 2 1/2 hours after the original order. My guests had left by this time as they had to catch a taxi. Very embarrassing for me. Some £30 of my order wasted.

Great food, shame it took 2 hours to get here

Food was an hour late, 3 hours all in all and they’re only 13 minutes down the road. Appreciate that they had driver difficulties however the order should have been refused and not accepted if they cannot keep up with orders. It took for me to call them for them to reach out with an explanation that my food would be another hour before it reached me. Again not good I don’t mean to dig, but I paid £16 for a meal that took 3 hours and the rice was burnt. No offer of a refund, no extras given. Am disappointed

We had to chase our order because it was late. Food wasn’t up to its usual standard. Starters poor with no salad.

The food was passable, but the delivery was an hour late. The restaurant refused to refund any of the money saying there was heavy traffic despite the fact that I preordered hours in advance and the order didn’t wave the restaurant until ten minutes after it was originally scheduled to arrive.

Terrible meal - pompadom not crispy everything freezing cold! The paper bag came inside a plastic bag I took the paper bag out and it was soaking wet. Everything fell out and fell onto my cats bed which is now covered in curry.. I have taken a photo and can send it to you.. I want a refund!!!!!
