sent wrong pizza's out both had pepperoni on them. when one was meant to have only peppers on it and I don't like pepperoni. the other was missing the peppers and pineapple shop was closed by the time my order arrived so couldn't phone

Food was absolutely disgusting. King prawns were rubber and the smallest I’ve ever seen. Chicken tikka was undercooked. 3/4 weeks no refund. Won’t be back 👎

Food due at 1.15, called restaurant at 1.20 to ask for an update and was told it’s out for delivery. Called back again at 1.40 as no food arrived. I was told there was a mix up and it only left the store 10 mins ago, not previously when I was told. Called the restaurant multiple times after - no answer and no food arrived. Absolute joke and will not use them again, even though we’ve never had an issue before.

Received a text to say my order was ready to be collected so headed down to pick it up. Got there and still waited over 30 minutes to get my food. The staff were extremely busy, however, did keep acknowledging me. Food was amazing though as always when we eventually got it. just a busy Saturday night! keep up the good work! maybe employ more staff though lol 😆

Ordered from here loads of times and usually love it but was disappointed with the quality tonight. Kebab meat used to be nice but tonight was like leather. Veg and chicken pakora was over cooked and dry, couldn’t even bite through the chicken. Bhuna was ok but was too spicy and they’ve made it better before. To summarise, just wasn’t nice tonight. Didn’t taste fresh.

Used place for years, delivery took almost two hours last time and was told to call next time and would get 50% off... called this evening and guess what? No one knew anything about it 😂 Was spoken to in a very rude and argumentative tone throughout call and sadly turns out it was owner I was talking too, so yeah no kebab is worth that ... will NEVER use again!!!

Asked for chicken kebab got more onions than anything else and worse than that they looked like stewed onions and not fried, to say it was disgusting is an under statement, worse kebab I have ever seen, least the bin enjoyed it

So I ordered a 12 inch spicy chicken pizza with extra spicy chicken. I was sent the wrong pizza (chicken tikka) and I called and explained the issue. They said they would correct the order and send it out. The second time it came the pizza was cold. I called the restaurant to explain this and was met with hostility! I then took my pizza back to the restaurant and was met with 3 males who argued with me and refused to give me my money back. They continued to tell me I am barred for their mistake!

Food was freezing had to heat it up in microwave very unhappy !!

Ordered a takeaway tonight as a wee treat from Spice Of Life Takeaway Hamilton we ordered a 8 inch chicken tikka pizza and a 12 inch spicy chicken with extra spicy chicken on top. The order came and it was wrong (chicken tikka instead of spicy chicken) to which I was told they would rectify the situation and send the correct order. The pizza replacement was sent and when opened it was cold!! I called again to explain what happened and was met with hostility! I then got my partner to drive me down to the take away to show them and ask for a refund.. when I went into the shop the man was so rude to me and at first refused my refund, stuck his fingers in the pizza to tell me it was warm (it wasn’t) and tried to give me it back. He stood and argued with me for a while before I told him I wasn’t going to argue with him (and the other 3 men that came from the back) to give me my money back. He told me all future orders will be cancelled to which I asked why I didn’t do anything wrong I only wanted my money back. When my partner then came into the shop he backtracked and told him I was not barred when i asked him in they words “so I’m barred” and he’d told me yes! I’m disgusted in the treatment I received tonight from this local takeaway!

Super cold king donner when arrived... and I said king but to be honest it was the smallest king I'd ever seen for over £10, I took a picture because I was so shocked, there was so little meat my kebab was flat like a pizza. If you guys are running out of meat or something best telling your customers so we can choose something else, not happy.

Food cold pizza soggy , baked potato not cooked threw. No ice cream called restaurant to be told no vanilla ice cream asked them well why not tell us we have paid so we get cold food and no ice cream . Didn't care said send driver out with different ice cream. Driver came with jt melted said here and walked away totally disgusting wasted money for nothing as all in the bin !!
