Never received my order!!!! they lied they call us, I had phone in my hands all the time, never received the call. You lost big customer, I used to spent a lot. Never again, rude guy on the phone!!

The food wasn’t too bad but the service seems to have dropped quite significantly the last few times we have ordered, delivery has been taking ages and today the driver was smoking whilst giving us our food which is slightly unprofessional? What happened to the nice driver?

normally service is very good but tonight it was simply dreadful. food cold icecream warm and toooooook foreeeeeeeevvvvvvvver to deliver. and if that was a large donner meat and salad I'd hate ti see a small portion size was tiny not at all happy tonight

Constantly late deliveries at the moment. Third time it's taken over an hour to prepare the food.

ordered food at 5pm. turned up at 19:05. I was 2 or 3 bites in and ended up with 2 chunks of glass in my mouth cutting my tongue. Awful place. Would never go again!

Bit crispy . Ordered at 4 so could eat before work delivery time was over an hour then delayed by 45 min I had leave for work so can't Evan have it till I finish work

Spice hut is always value for money and is really convenient because sometimes I don't finish work till late so it's good that the takeaway doesn't shut till late

Food was freezing barm burn chips soggy

the kebab wasn`t up to usual standard,the garlic bread with cheeses needed more cheese and the meat on the pizza was burnt

Late, I wouldn't bother with this place! Nearly 2 hours for the order to finally turn up at the door after the rude shop staff lied 'on it's way' or '5mins away' driver rocks up with cold food after doing 4 deliveries at once!

the order was wrong but they rectified it and we got an extra garlic bread with cheese, and we didn`t have to wait a long time for them to bring it and they didn`t moan about it they were very nice and apologetic,so yes will definitely go back

Not sure what the extra 99p on the kebab was for. Seemed like a normal.kebab to me. The burger meal is a joke. 10 chips was all we got. Get more in a kid's meal.

Like the chicken and the pizza, although expected the pizza to have a thin crust (just a personal preference). Overall enjoyed the food! My only complaint was that the fries were a bit stale.

nothing fresh, cheap ingredients. Chicken tasted like it was a week old. Used to go here a lot and wanted to give it a last chance but i wont be coming back. The only good thing this place has its open really late . Poor food

Ordered on uber eats. Rang up when food never arrived to which they say will be here in 10 mins. 20 mins later I ring again for them to say we are busy we only have one driver. I ask for a estimated time for them to hang up. Food cold when got here. I normally use these alot. Not anymore.
