I ordered a kebab with vegetables with my friend - we got meat with sauce with a small piece of onion - when I got up, everything fell apart -it was poorly assembled, it was impossible to eat it, we threw both of them into the bin, never again - the kebab was disgusting.

Takes over 2 hours for delivery.....terible

My order cost 8£ for everything, I give 20£ and I get change 11£ 50p. And the next day after kebab I feel badly, few times I go to toilet.

The make a 15years boy wait 1h45 minutes for is food and on the fone they was nasty and arrogant plus the driver say you save to order from some one else

Very rude on the phone too. The fact i used to love a wee spice house for a treat never again!

Place an order..waited two hours for it to arrive, phoned them after an hour and they said it would be there within 20mins. It finally arrived...cold. Its the first and last time I will be ordering from here. Very disappointed!

honestly was doubtful and only ordered because no where else was open but my chicken tikka kebab was beautiful. the garlic dip was also amazing, so highly reccomend. although the delivery was really pricey and delivery times a little slow but definitely a 10/10

This guy knows the authentic taste of the subcontinent and does produce it here in Northern Ireland. To be honest there aren't many around who can do that in NI. Most claim to know and try but no where near Zahid! He is the best...

They made a mistake on the order which seems to be their speciality based on the other reviews here. I had to argue with them and threaten to chargeback on my card for anything to be done about it. Own up to your mistakes and put them right. Particularly when you have charged someone for something you didn't provide. Mistakes happen and I'd remain a customer if it was handled better. Shocking service. I'll never use them again and will make sure I tell everyone I can to avoid. Great business sense guys. Edit: 2 years later in 2022 I'm going through my Google reviews since I don't like to keep a bad one up if somewhere has improved. It seems nothing has changed here. Wrong orders. Rude staff refusing to do anything about it. Know your rights people. If they don't give you what you ordered and refuse to deal with the situation file a chargeback claim via your card provider. It's quick and easy. The business gets charged a fee on top of the refund you receive and if they get too many their card processor will revoke their service.

Food is nice but terrible dilevery time. I have yet to order and they are on time or even almost on time. The last time I ordered they said they will be 40 mins, an hour past and I called to ask if they have forgot about me. They told me they will be another 30mins after being 20mins late already. And twice they have been over 2 hours late. Absolute joke of a take away.

Sent out entirely wrong order, was freezing after waiting 2 hours. So god help the wee craters they tried again, sent out the wrong thing again. Wouldnt care if it was a kebab but it was a £45 order. 3 hours now and im out of pocket and out of patience. Absolutely vile, ordered a steak kebab with mushrooms and peppers with no chilli sauce on naan. Got steak, no mushrooms or peppers and loaded with chilli sauce. There was also some sort of seasoning on it but didnt know what it was, threw the whole kebab in the bin. Partner threw his out too. First and last time ordering from here, would not reccomend.

Extremely rude staff! Was not attended and had to call their attention, even so i was given attiude?! I was shocked! Hygiene was horrible! No use of gloves whatsoever and overall dirty! Especially during Covid19?? Where were the masks?! I was extremely disappointed

Ordered food at 11Pm. Payed by card. Phoned them at 12am was told the Driver was on his way. 12:25 called again and was told again the Driver is on his way. Phoned at 12:50 and the person Hung up the phone. 1:10am and still no Delivery and they won't pic up the phone can't say i can Recommended this places

I ordered late and the lads went out of their way to get us sorted. Donner kebabs were top notch! The delivery man was a gent too! Honestly, if you fancy a kebab, this is the spot! 👍

Ordered food at 6:02pm, food got delivered pretty quickly. They forgot to give me half my order after taking the funds from my account. Tried to get through on 3 different mobile devices, yet not one answer. Service is appalling. Food quality is sometimes okay. It’s just continuous mistakes made by the restaurant. Just avoid the place at all costs. Absolute joke.

Ordered a large multiple pizza delivery for a party of 20. Was asked on the phone if this was a ‘legit’ order whatever they meant. Offered a card number to secure the delivery, and was told it wasn’t necessary and would be here in 45 mins. 5 minutes later we had a phone call where the background noise said ‘it sounds legit mate’. ?? I said is our order on the way at which point someone else Came on the phone to say he had tried to deliver our order at the front door five minutes earlier (before we had even placed our order) and no one answered. As there were 20 people and a dog in the house this was unlikely and an outright lie. They then hung up on us, refused to answer 5 different phone numbers and hung up on us each time we did manage to get through. When I told them I would report them to trading standards they hung up again and refused another 3 different mobile Numbers. Being an English tourist in this area I am absolutely disgusted by their outright lies and horrendous service - I will be reporting them to trading standards including the times of their apparent visits and phone call refusals which do not coincide with our order. As they do not want to deliver to customers I assume they will be shut down very soon as there is not a trace of professional ability or competency at this address.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Terrible staff. No comprehension of customer service, morals, basic human decency or regard for the law. There's many places in Portadown deserving of your money. Check out Curry Nitez for much better quality food and an example of how to treat your customers.

Tried the 10" Calzone meal deal and it did not disappoint! Couldn't finish the meal and it tasted great. Would definitely recommend trying out this takeaway.

Due 7:45..arrived at 6:30. Can’t judge food as it was in my oven for an hour.

Delivery was excellent. But customer service was not great, i ordered a pizza and requested bbq base instead of tomatoe pure as i dont like the taste of it. When my food arrived i noticed the pizza was tomatoe pure then i rang the resturant to say about it and got told there was no bbq sauce and had to use tomatoe pure. I asked why i didnt get a call to let me know instead of just going ahead and making the pizza and he said we where busy. I said what do i do now as i dont like tomatoe pure and wont eat the pizza and only got told sorry again. Didnt offer me a refund for the pizza or asked if i would of liked something else. So the resturant has now basically got 5 quid off me for free. Not happy about the service i recieved today.

I waited an hour for my food, it was stone cold went out and told the delivery driver who wasnt abit interested, waited another half an hour and it was still stone cold the bag wasnt even opened, phone them and they more and less didn't care,

The pizza tasted horrible, was burnt and they forgot to put kebab meat on it too. Big chunk taken out of the garlic bread and the chips were soggy. I'm a regular to this place and after a couple of disappointing feeds, I'll not be back.

I ordered to 2 separate address 1 address got there food on time but mine didn't come at all. Mine was ordered just after 1 o'clock was told it b delivered at 2.50 I thought that was bad enough but I didn't mind cause normally busy on weekends but to top it all off the food never came I think that is a discrace as the money was taking out of my bank for it. I would like to be refunded and something else done about this as im always ordering out of spice house because I like there food but never thought this would happing 😡

Honestly worst take away in Portadown, Delivery ok on time but only food quality was really really bad it specially kebab meat it was in small bits and burned and chips need to cook couple minutes longer was fresh in middle .... and coke i ordered 2l but i got 1.5l but in menu 1.5l of coke is cheaper . ... never gonna order my food from here again...

I often order from here and give them a by ball on all there shoddy customer service and terrible terrible delivery times, as well it's cheap and tasty (usually). Tonight however they've really gone too far even for my ridiculously low standards. As i previously mentioned i order from them frequently and always get it delivered, usually takes about 2 hours to get your food. Tonight they rejected my order as we live 2.8 miles from the 'resteraunt'. 2.8 miles. Congratulations spice house you've lost yet another customer. Must be running out pretty quickly!

Ridiculous service from this food establishment this evening they cancelled our order because we requested it be delivered. We live 2.8 miles from said establishment.
