Absolutely DO NOT CARE, Customers come 2nd to there profits couldnt care less if your happy with your order or not. WEBSITE STATES ORDER 10INCH PIZZA GET 2ND FOR £2, DOESNT SAY IT NEEDS TO BE 10INCH I ORDERED A 10 INCH AND A KIDS 8INCH. CHARGED FULL PRICE. AND PIZZAS WERE LIKE CARDBOARD AND TASTELESS. WONT BE USING THIS PLACE AGAIN

I use this take away once a week. The food is excellent and delivery is always prompt and professional. I would highly recommend.

Really went down hill in last year poor poor just got a take away on Sunday night after leaving it alone for a couple of months not got any better sorry try somewhere else really bad

Been using and reccomending this place for a year now with no major complaints but ordered pakora & sauce and a chicken tikka kebab...took around 50 mins to arrive and i had to heat the kebab up again plus no pakora sauce so called in and sauce was delivered 15 mins ltr to accompany soggy pakora...told the driver who said he would pass the complaint on to the shop but evidently not...so dinner cold soggy and binned and no response from the shop. Bitterly dissapointed as been a regular for so long . Guess thats the end of that love affair...poor poor performance and lack of communication.

So disappointing that the staff can't read the notes from just eat. Asked for no bread in kebab - ignored Asked for omelette not to be wrapped with chips as it makes the chips soggy and inedible - ignored. A shame attention to detail let's them down cos food is great

Delivered very quickly. Food was hot. Had the tea time special for 1 for each of us. It was quite large portions. Delicious

Food is always tasty but 85 minutes for a delivery from a take away only 1.5miles away is a farce. The JE website stated 10pm yet a further 25mins after that. I was going just have cereals instead of waiting.

Excellent. I have just discovered this takeaway and it will now be my regular. Food was delicious and delivery men friendly and on time. Cannot praise this place highly enough.

No mention on menu that there was mushrooms included in the calzone. .which I hate..had to pick them all out

I have to say this is possibly the worst Indian food I have had for a long time. The biryani sauce and the balti sauce did not look or taste any different. There was a cardomon pod in the food and even the free popadoms were stale. Most of the order ended up in the bin. I don't think we would ever order from here again.

One of better take aways around town. Food is good.

Always spend a good amount of money here but my Order was wrong so had to walk back to store to give them the wrong order by the time I got back to the house the food was cold!!!

Well firstly ordered can of diet Irn bru but come can instead,plus tub of sauce had opened and was all over the chips we had ordered! And the baked potato was really hard and had massive black bits all the way through it! So will definitely not be ordering from here again!! Poor poor!!

Pizza was brilliant except to bits were a wee bit burnt but all in all really good good amount of corn and chicken on the pizza chips were nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside

Ordered before from here and it was amazing disappointed with my order last night didn't taste the same as it always does and asked for to be madras and paid extra curry was bland and not spicy at all food was also not that hot waited over an hour for the food and added an extra 10 min into delivery time wouldn't have been complaining if the food was up to standards but was not, also added a comment of nan being well done was soggy and didn't really taste strong enough to be a peshwari nan . Sorry this time was not happy,

Absolutly horrible food. Went in the bin! Korma was so bad the sauce was all stuck together and clumpy not cooked properly. Waited 45 mins over delivery time in total 1 hour 40 mins wait. Ordered juice and they came without it!! Pet hate! Will never order again

Why advertise free vegetable pakora with orders over £15 and not supply any? This place is really going down hill!

Set meals are good value for money, portion sizes are big ordered meal for 4 with a couple of extra starters and we had leftovers enough for another 2 people!

Pizza was alright. Chips were cold and delivered the wrong sauce. Took one hour and 20 minutes to deliver with no apology.

Can never fault the food from here. Could do with a bit more salad in the grill box though. But excellent as always

Food arrived half an hour after text saying it was on way, was missing a pizza, delivery driver said he went to kilsyth before coming to condorrat! So took my meal on a journey, needless to say the food was barely warm, dry and in general not worth the time or hassle! When I phoned the takeaway guy muttered something about being really busy and he could send missing pizza again. Naa I'd rather not bother next time.

Chips were awful. The rice was stodgy. The korma was nice but the chicken was tough. Was looking forward to it, but didn't enjoy it at all.

Missing popadoms that the delivery driver lost when he apparently fell on his way to deliver. Curry sauce all over cartons and can. Staff refused to replace popadoms when I called. Curry was bland and chips reheated. Avoid

I have used Spice Express many times now.Very reliable for delivery times and consistency of food quality .

Very fast delivery. Service was great. Only issue I had was I asked for no onions in the salad and there was onions in it. Will still use again though it hasn't put me off.

Delivery driver handed me a menu for another take away and told me to order from there in future as the food is better. I paid online and he was asking for the money, which I think had to get the shops phone number for him to phone and sort out!! I

Found pieces of chicken in my mushroom poori, disgusting! Do not order from here if you are vegetarian or have any allergies. Who knows what will be in your meal! Also requested a chili sauce instead of a pakora sauce and this was ignored. Will not use again.

Vegetable kebab had 3 small square peppers 3 mushrooms and a small amount of onion. I don't class this as a "vegetable kebab" especially for £3.50! Burger was burnt also and very dry

I asked for the food to be delivered at 9, which was promptly ignored. I phoned at 8 to add on an extra item but it was already being delivered. The guy on the phone reassured me that they would add the extra item and phone the driver to ensure it wasn't delivered. Yeah, didn't happen. I got home to a lukewarm masala and no extra item I ordered. The food was good but my experience was somewhat soured by the service.

Every time we order we add a note requesting salt and vinegar on chips and no mushroom pakora. Iv tried using capital letters and surrounding the note in stars. It's so trivial but it's so frustrating.

Well straight away the entire meal was a write off because I asked specifically for more mushrooms. Open it up and yip, first thing I see is a mushrooms. If a takeaway can't get something as simple as that right then what hope have you got? What's the point of ordering something then receiving exactly what you didn't order? May as well just phone them and say "you choose". I work in the trade and why takeaways think it's acceptable to continually get people's orders wrong is beyond me. Over the years I've tried almost every takeaway in the North Lanarkshire area trying to find somewhere that can consistently get simple orders right. Just doesn't happen. It's not rocket science and there's not one excuse that can justify it.

Good arrived within an hour but stone cold. Have had to reheat everything in the microwave. Ordered from here before as quality has always been great. Not tonight!!! Very disappointed. Won't order again

Not enough donner meat. Half portion of under cooked chips . Donner meat was almost sticky with the grease

Everything was great except the donner pakora.. I guess that's a given though. Veg pakora was lovely. Nan was great and the South Indian Garlic Chilli curry was really good. Chips were cooked properly which never usually happens with Indian takeaways. Portions were excellent. Defo order again.

I've had several takeaway meals from spice express & I wouldn't go anywhere else now. These are the best curries I've ever eaten.

Delivered on time, however meat was dry as a bone. Did not come with the chilli sauce that we ordered so that didn't help the dryness, ordered an extra portion of garlic sauce and barely got a drizzle of that either.
