Spice in Antrim

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I was over with friends and Spice was recommended to us by some locals. We arrived on a weekday at 7.00 and the car park was nearly full, always a good sign. We ordered various curries and one of my friends ordered a vegan option. Myself and a friend had the banquet option that comes with a selection of starters followed by my case with a butter chicken, rice and Peshwari Naam bread. Everything was superb, and I'm from Birmingham so I know a good curry. Service was excellent throughout and my colleagues appetites were suitably sated. An excellent restaurant and wish it was my local Indian restaurant, you are all very lucky to have this on your doorstep.

Amazing food and Staff could not ask for any better

We had a really lovely evening @ Spice celebrating my Husband’s Birthday. On arrival we had a warm welcome from Adil who showed us to a lovely table. Our lovely, friendly waitress promptly took our orders and the service was excellent. It was our Son’s first visit and he said it was the best chicken tikka masala he’d ever eaten. My Husband received his birthday cake with all the staff singing to him. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff @ Spice for making our evening special and thank you to Adil who we all agreed was so lovely and made our evening extra special .. look forward to returning soon!

First time dining experience in this restaurant which we went to on a Saturday night. There were 11 of us in the party and they seated us around a table that would normally be used for 8. Needless to say, it was a tight squeeze and not very comfortable for eating. This was extremely disappointing and did not make for a pleasant dining experience. The food itself seemed to be enjoyed by most, and even though they charge for the poppadoms, they are definitely worth it. I will go back on an evening midweek with just one or two others and give it another chance to impress.

I was dining here tonight. Brilliant food and customer service. Adil is an absolute credit to the restaurant and made us feel very welcome.

OMG! The Mattar Paneer was amazing!!! Added extra chilli which I wanted. The king prawn, mushroom rice, salad so lovely with the separate dressings! Ahh! Thankyou and how busy you were and delivered such a beautiful meal. Thankyou! And so reasonable! Defo be back here! ❤️💋💫

I must have drove past Spice 100s of times but never been inside before. I am soo glad that changed tonight. Went for my wifes birthday and everything was just perfect. Ambiance brilliant, staff soo attentive and friendly. The food was top notch. Special touch bringing out cake for my wife for her birthday. Will definitely be back!

Large party of us (approx 20) booked for dinner and were brilliantly looked after from start to finish, in particular by Adil — hope I have spelt that correctly. Staff were happy to rearrange tables for us and the food was excellent with very nice surroundings. Will be back again for certain

Just been for an amazing meal for my sons birthday Made a booking so straight forward and easy to get through to and the man on the phone was so helpful. We arrived on time all 8 of us on a busy Saturday night and were greeted with a friendly smile and amazing smells of fab food. We were seated upstairs and the lovely Adil served us all evening with friendly chat giggles and recommending some hidden gems on the menu. The added touches made the evening and we all had such a lovely time we all are planning our return visit soon.

Delicious food with lovely service by the staff. We visited on our 1st day in Belfast and went back again before leaving as the food, ambience everything was just wonderful.

My boyfriend and I went for a nice casual dinner and not only was the food amazing, but the service was excellent. Since I have a severe peanut allergy going out for dinner is always a little bit more complicated and most restaurants understandably say that they can't guarantee there won't be any traces. Not so the staff at Spice. They all gave their best to give as a lovely dinner experience. Especially our server Suhaas was very helpful and understanding. It's definitely worth the drive out and we really recommend this comfortable Indian restaurant. Thank you so much for a lovely and delicious evening!

Amazing food, amazing staff. Buhaas even went over and above to cater us and gave a personal touch. Went for a friend's birthday and even got sung happy birthday and a dessert. Amazing food, so delicious, we'll definitely be back. 5 stars

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely however the serveur was very clumsy and unapologetic. Our food was very bland and on a whole just mediocre.

First trip here and we were not disappointed. The service from our waitress was over and above, she was such a lovely girl, friendly and smiley and gave us complimentary shots. The food was absolutely beautiful and the service, second to none. Beautiful atmosphere and cocktails are well priced and beautiful. I will definitely be back.

Called in tonight for an Indian, greeted straight away with a smile.... served by Suhas (hopefully spelt right) most attentive and accommodating server we've ever had! An absolute gentleman and a credit to the company nothing was too much. Has starters and main, I had the Punjabi butter chicken recommend by Suhas and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone and everyone! Thanks again.

I love Indian food… we have wanted to visit for a while since we seen the beautiful outside area… Arrived as they opened at 5 pm and yes the outdoor dining area really is beautiful. We did not get our food until 5.50 even though lots of take always came and went in that time… We didn’t go for starters even though they were very reasonably priced. I had large glass of wine and my daughter an Appletiser.. My daughter had King Prawn Jalfrezi which had £5 supplement for the King prawn… which was fine, but the prawns were completely over cooked and tasted like bland chicken. The other gripe was mine was Chicken Tikka madras which was very reasonably priced @ £13.95 but I asked for it to be xtra hot and they put a £2.50 supplement on for this???? All in all was a pleasant experience complimented by the beautiful weather. But nothing to make me rush back.

Love this restaurant we get take away and also sit in every other month. Food is just delicious and staff are very friendly. Reasonably priced also.

This is a beautiful restaurant. We passed it on the way into Belfast and came back that night. Food was delicious and very authentic. Service was excellent as was the ambience. Seating inside and out (if only the weather cooperated). Ample parking. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Well worth a visit.

Recommended by a friend we went here on Sunday 2nd of July. The food was lovely, fresh and very tasty. Service was prompt and all the staff were very polite and friendly. There was a lady customer there who was very rude and impolite to the staff. The manager handled the situation very well remaining calm and respectful and supportive of the staff. We did not let this take away from our great dining experience. We would highly recommend Spice and will be returning to try other dishes.

Looked a bit much when we arrived as it was so busy with what seemed like hundreds of waiters but it is run very efficiently--totally packed. Thought it might be fast food but thequality was excellent and well worth visiting. I liked the bowl of poppadums and the main courses were very tasty.

This is by far the nicest Indian restaurant in Northern Ireland. The staff are so friendly but yet professional, I fully recommend this restaurant.

Went with a group of 7 (2 kids). Everyone enjoyed their meals and all of the staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. We will be back.

Our go to for Indian night, food is always amazing and staff are lovely. We have tried a few different things from the menu all lovely.

Food was absolutely delicious, restaurant had a really nice atmosphere and was super cosy, but it really was the staff that made it the special night it was!! The host who met us at the door was really friendly, but our main waiter SUHAAS!!!! He is so friendly, really attentive, and was so patient while our large party ordered. Really relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and honest staff. I ordered a Chasni, but wanted the lamb rather than chicken for an extra £1, but when I received the dish it was chicken. When I received the bill the lamb was charged. I told the waiter that I received the chicken. The Manager came back and apologized and said he had not charged me for the Chasni to my protests, but he insisted. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will be back.
