I visit Soirée with my friends for a first time and it absolutely amazed me the relaxed ambience of cocktail lounge. Also food was super tasty, chefs really know what they are doing: fresh and beautiful presentations. And of course big shout out for friendly and really carrying staff.

Amazing place to eat drink and spend your evening... Lovely staff and management always make you feel wellcome and give outstanding service!! Highly recommended food to dine in or take out... My favourite restaurant in Buckhurst Hill... Thank you T and team...

It’s absolutely my favourite Mediterranean restaurant in Essex. Delicious Food, friendly stuff and management even got a complimentary shoots at the end of the meal.

It’s sometimes tricky to find a restaurant that has it all, but this little gem in Buckhurst Hill has it covered, here’s why;- Food is- Drinks are - Staff are - Vibes are The starters are amazing, it’s difficult to recommend just one. I tried the octopus as a main recently which I highly recommend and as simple as it sounds, the beetroot dip is a personal favourite too - delish! Oh, did I mention the goblets of gin?Looking forward to the next Soirée

Had a nice early dinner with my son. Started with cold meze starters followed by hellumi and octopus. For mains I had iskender and my son had his lamb ribs. This time we couldn’t finish it all. Thank you for having us again. Spot on.

Soiree is one of my favourite restaurants in the local area, actually worth travelling to if you aren’t local. Delicious food the pulled lamb is out of this world, always fresh and service always with a smile. I feel so welcomed and often take friends and family.

The food is just gross have ordered for take away just got home with the food to find out that the portion of chips was probably cooked few days ago and just fried again the lamb was completely off and stinking I’ve never taste expired humus but it is not nice trust me . The only thing that was ok was the bred the rise and my husband main - chicken wings. Will not recommend and that was the first and the last time that we going to eat from there waste of money and food everything to the bin

Ate here with couple of friends, one of which has a local business in the area, always good for neighbours to mix and support each other. T is very hospitable and accommodating and always makes it an enjoyable experience. We managed to sit outside in the designated times, still enjoying the sun, thank you T and your friendly staff x

It was such a treat to be able to have the delicious food of Soirée delivered to us. The lamb shish was as soft, succulent and tasteful as usual, as were the chicken dishes. All the sides we had were excellent too, and everything was of great quality. Delivery was very friendly, with the required distancing carefully respected. Thank you for a fab dinner! I’m sure we’ll be ordering again soon.

Had a takeaway from Soiree during lockdown to help celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. We were both impressed with the food, the mixed fish kebab in particular was excellent. Portions were good and very friendly service when i went to pick it up. It’s good to have a takeaway option that is restaurant quality food and we’ll definitely be ordering again. Hopefully will visit in person once it reopens in full.

You won’t be disappointed. The food is great the prices are good the staff are all brilliant. A guarantee every time! And they have the great Bobby! The most personable professional maitre d’ I know. Makes you feel special every time! Can’t thank him enough! See you soon guys

Amongst the many Turkish/ Mezze restaurants this Buckhurst Hill leads the way .Lovely relaxed ambiance and fantastic attentive service .A varied and well priced Lunch menu is great value.Highly recommend the Chicken wrap Go .....you won’t regret it !It’s a “Bobby” of a place !!!

Have been going here since they opened and oh my, it never disappoints! From it’s full of life and vibrant atmosphere to deliciously tasty food - it’s always my number one go to restaurant ever!

Last sunday me and my wife visited this lovely busy restaurant. Very tasty food and nice choices of wine. Starters were nice and hot. We had fish for Mains. Blackened cod and octopus were amazing. Finished the dinnerwith traditional deserts. We shared baklava and samolina cake. I recomend this restaurant to everyone.

Had a lovely dinner here with my friends last night. The food was excellent. I had the lamb shish which was cooked to perfection. Portions were very generous - I hardly had space for dessert! We started the evening with Amaretto Sour cocktails and they are seriously the best ones I’ve ever had (thank you Mr Barman!!). All the staff were super friendly and professional. Our waiter even threw in a complimentary round of cocktails which was a pleasant surprise!

Went here Wednesday for the second time with friends from here as I live in Norwich and everything about the place is amazing. The food is outstanding, the decor is warm and gorgeous and the staff are so friendly. Just wish I had a Turkish as good as this where I live. I will be back again, thank you!!

Excellent atmosphere and food for our family Christmas celebration with wonderful waiter service and warm hospitality. Finest and delicately prepared lunches. High recommended.

I ate here with my husband Saturday night, the staff were nice but it’s a shame about the food. My husband had mixed shish which was not to bad but over cooked and dry, I had mixed fish kebab which was awful. Got to be one of the worst tasting bits of salmon and monk I’ve had to date, not sure if it wasn’t cooked enough or if it was just the quality of the fish itself. We live local for in the area and have used this restaurant for the last 2 years but the quality of product has been declining since my first visit

We booked a table for ten people today at lunchtime. We were warmly welcomed and the service throughout the meal was superb. Nothing was too much trouble, the waiter couldn't have been more helpful.

Did not enjoy this night at all, we paid for a three course meal but were only given a selection starters and then had to deal with the 'entertainment' all night which was a drag queen show although we were told it was a Halloween party. Extremely uncomfortable experience and we had to leave to go and eat elsewhere!

31 family members of mine had the most amazing time last night.

Went here for dinner with my husband on Saturday night. The music was very loud to the point we could hardly here each other. The tables were very near the people on the next table felt like they were sitting with us. Drinks were average, not enough lemonade in the gin but the cocktails looked nice. I ordered a chicken shish which sadly was quite dry and overcooked and the rice wasn’t great ether, considering it’s just those on a plate. My husband had octopus which he said was ok . Over all I felt it wasn’t worth the per head price, I’ve had a lot better for less. Wouldn’t rush back as there are many Turkish grill restaurants everywhere.

Had lunch today for my friends birthday. Food was amazing, we were made welcome and staff very friendly.

When this opened it was a lovely restaurant with fantastic service and beautiful food. Lately the staff have become ruder and ruder. This evening I tried to book a table for 8 people and was met with a demand for my full card details, phone number and home address. I said I would prefer to come in to the restaurant to give those details as I could hear him repeating my card details with people clearly in the restaurant. He then hung up on me. I called back and asked if he had hung up and he said "we are busy". I told him to cancel the booking. Apparently they have forgotten that being treated with courtesy and respect is a fundamental part of customer service! I'll be taking my business elsewhere: dinner and drinks for 8 people- surprised they don't mind losing that.

Went to Soirée for some food and drinks with bf and it was so great. The food was just delicious, the cocktails were on point and the staff was just so lovely. We sat in the patio for some shisha and it was just a nice evening. Nuno was always there to make sure we had everything we needed and we will definitely be back soon! Thank you!!

Delicious calamari and octopus as starter. The calamari was crisp and melted in the mouth. The octopus was firm and well flavoured. Would definitely have both again.

We visit here for dinner on a regular basis and always find the staff and the food are very good! There is always a nice relaxed atmosphere where you can sit back and enjoy yourself. Would recommend!

I went with some friends to Soiree Saturday night. I have to say the restaurant it was so busy and nothing was too much trouble, it was absolutely amazing,the live music, 5*service, food and drinks thank you very much Team Soiree see soon

I found food was very average here. Meats were not of good quality, service was okay. I will say the portions size are good and good value for money.

Food is delicious! Staff is very attentive but not in your face which is great! Everything from starters to desserts is tasty. Highly recoment for dinner or lunch! Will come back for sure.

Great food, good drinks but do sell you doubles unknowingly. Very loud so not place to chat with mates. Packed!

Best Turkish restaurant I’ve been to personally in Essex.

I’ve been to Soirée a number of times and it’s always fantastic. Last night I went to celebrate my friends engagement and they made a big fuss as always bringing out their delicious Baklava with a sparkler on. Nuno the waiter is always so entertaining and welcoming every time we go in there. It goes without saying that the food and cocktails were quality.

Went to Soirée for dinner with friends. The food was great and the waiting staff couldn’t have been more friendly with great service. The live entertainment and dancing were fun additions as well. We had to send one main course back as the octopus was over cooked but it was put right straightaway.

Went with my wife on a Thursday evening, must say I had been to some of the other places nearby and wanted to definitely compare and check this place out.

By a country mile best Turkish in the area and I’ve tried them all , service outstanding and food excellent

Atmosphere is quite good - restaurant is comfortable - service is pretty good - food is definitely average although the Chicken Livers to start are recommended but these guys are trying hard and make an effort to make you feel welcome. Entertainment not the best but at least they have entertainment. Try it for yourself.

We came to soiree for the first time hearing good things about the place. so we came out as 2 couples. Our table was booked for 8.00 the restaurant was busy and we were approached straight away on entry by a member of staff. They said our table was ready but if we wanted we could also have a drink at the bar which was great pre drinks as we were catching up with friends. Then we asked to be seated and got on our table. Menu looked great so we all ordered our starters. We ordered

Just had a lovely meal at Soirée with my husband and kids. The food was lovely and service was great. Special thanks to Nuno who served us. Nothing was too much trouble and he was also great with the kids. Will definitively be back!

After reading some of these reviews, we were excited about our visit to Soiree. We went on a Friday and on arrival the music was loud and there was a live singer but he was very good and was playing good music. We sat down and ordered our drinks and starters.

Apart from a few eateries in Turkey,

Starters were small portions but very good as were the mains. Friendly staff serve you in a very nice environment. Good location and is one of the better Turkish restaurants in our area.

Soiree is the stand-out Mediterranean eatery in the local area. Recent menu changes (particularly the takeaway offering) have been a little odd (rice is now an extra!) but it has the best "vibe" and the management/service team are very welcoming. Busy Friday and Saturday nights have a genuine "club-like" feel attracting a lively, noisy crown of happy diners.

In an area swamped with Turkish restaurants it is difficult to stand out as this does. The decor is smart and the service is exceptional. The food is very good with lots being prepared on site. The salad is divine as are the chicken wings apparently and everything I have eaten there has been very good. Lunchtime set menu is great value. Recommend if in area

Been here a few times and nice to visit again after some travels. This place sets a high standard of food ambience and friendly service. This isn’t just a typical Turkish restaurant this is a great Turkish restaurant with a Mediterranean influence and some exciting specials. Come and try. I’m sure you will enjoy.

First time visiting this restaurant and I have to say the food was absolutely amazing, the service was friendly even though we were late but can not fault the place Was it VFM? Yes Would I recommend? Highly Would I go again? Absolutely

Have eaten at Soiree several times now. Food is always lovely and fresh and very enjoyable. Nuno makes us feel welcome and provides excellent service as do all the staff at Soiree providing a nice atmosphere. Will be sure to visit again.

We were a family group of 11 on Christmas day. It was our first experience of Christmas lunch out and we were so pleased we chose Soiree. The waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful. They made sure we were well catered for and were great with the kids. Food was excellent, we had chosen a mix of Turkish and traditional turkey with all the trimmings. All beautifully cooked and presented. The restaurant was buzzing with a Christmassy atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend. I'll certainly be back!

Came here for mums birthday with the whole family! Atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic! The food was delicious! Nuno was fabulous looked after us made lots of effort with the kids. Can’t wait to come back.

Visited on Saturday evening, great food & buzzy atmosphere. The service was excellent and I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Went to this place for dinner, family get together as it’s local to us. I must say that I found it very expensive for what it is. I had Chicken kebab, which I thought will be coming with rice and salad on plate as the price was quite high but it came on it’s on a 5/6 pieces of chicken on its own. You have to order rice separately and salad comes in one ball with people to share. Salad was just made of so much red onion that upset my stomach big time. Rice was not very warm. Staff was polite I must say but food avaradge. I will not be rushing back. Thanks

Make sure you book well in advance at the weekend. This place is extremely busy on a Saturday night!

Chose to go here for my birthday with lovely friends from work. I was not disappointed as the food and service was great. The only negative would be that as the decor is very dark and the menus are written on black paper in tiny writing we all got our phones out to use the torch lights which added a bit of fun to the evening. I would definitely eat there again. Food was mainly of Mediterranean style.

This restaurant is run by lovely people, serves tasty food and nice drinks. Just what Buckhurst Hill needs.

I Went there for my wife's birthday. An extremely good meal matched with an equally good wine list. Service attentive and very quick. With every course cooked and presented to perfection.

Been here a few times now. Was apprehensive at first as thought another Turkish meze restaurant that’s saturating the area . However the food is nice quality, good service and lovely ambience. This restaurant has been done up to a high standard. Gets very busy but great buzzy atmosphere and great music on a fri/sat night. Love the patio area outside too. This is a great place for a night out. I marked down a star only as the starters like the hummus, taramasalata etc are a bit on the small side compared to others.

Soirée is one of our favourite restaurants, the food is amazing with so much choice and the staff are always so professional and friendly! The best Turkish in Essex (even better than sheesh) would 100% recommend.

Went with friends , even tho it was very busy and it seemed that they were short of staff tonight ,and they were rushed off there feet , they were very friendly and made you feel very welcome , the food is very good , the atmosphere is very good , will defiantly be going back .

As always. We come here atleast once a month or so. Easy, fats and food is always freshly cooked right there in the clay oven.

I’ve lived in Buckhurst Hill my whole life and never found any good local Turkish restaurants. We decided to try Soirée and were very impressed. Service was good especially being a Saturday night on a bank holiday. We had the spinach and feta borek, kisir and the calamari to share for starters with bread. All delicious. For mains we each had our own. I had the Adana kebab which comes with rice and salad. Again delicious. Good portion sizes too as you don’t come away feeling like you’re still hungry or have over eaten. I would definitely come back again. Best Turkish I’ve had!

We went a as party of four on a Monday night, Very nice food simply grilled, but portions were a little small. Staff were pleasant and not obtrusive. We do plan a take away this wekend as very well cooked food

Living walking distance from Soirée we thought it was time to visit. Very nice looking restaurant, food was good and service was excellent.

Lovely food, can get busy and load on a Friday night. A bit on the expensive side but you don't mind if you get quality food

Went there for the first time and it was ok, but could be better... reasons;

Great food let down by poor poor customer service by certain staff leaving a poor experience. Spent a lot of money here but was left disappointed by waitress and other things. I’ve heard the same amongst friends who have attended also.

I really enjoy Soiree - another great Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant (despite the rather French sounding name) to add to the many we have to choose from in the area. The food and service are good, at the atmosphere is really buzzy - especially on a Friday/Saturday evening... so if you're looking for a quiet, romantic spot for 'date night', Soiree is probably best avoided at the end of the week. All in all though, a good addition to Queen's Road's restaurants.

By far the best Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant in the area. The quality of the food here and the excellent light touch of flavours never disappoints, you can tell they only use top quality ingredients. Lots of nice dishes with a little twist and regular specials. I always go here for my family birthdays and celebrations as they look after you and make you feel really welcome.

I have been going soiree since it opened and always feel very welcome from the staff. The food is the best Turkish i have had and the cocltails are amazing

We arrived at 10pm we were advised to order straight away, which we did. Only two of us we were really hungry and ordered four starters, to be followed by mains we were shocked to be asked by the waitress to hurry up with eating our food. I have never been treated like this, and decided on this basis to not stay any longer the owner in fairness was most apologetic and offered to reimburse the meal, but it’s not the point and it most certainly left a bad taste with us.

Another Turkish restaurant opened in Buckhurst Hill and competes with many others. The decor is very good with a warm feel to the restaurant, starters are a bit of a let down as very small portions are served, main course however is good. The service is a bit slow and could be improved. I prefer the sister restaurants in Johnson’s road and Woodford broadway.

There is a fantastic selection of dishes - really tasty and fresh. I had some Turkish dishes that I had not tried before and all were very good.The service was just lovely. I would recommend.

Had the mixed cold meze to start then chicken and lamb kebabs rice salad and chips all top drawer! Turkish wine nice but bit expensive but we want to drink the local wine with this type of food! Very nice service but would prefer to pour my own wine! Will use again.

We phoned for a last minute table on a Saturday night and were welcomingly accommodated. Lovely buzzing atmosphere, very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit, the live singer was amazing. Big thumbs up 👍🏻

Not been to Buckhurst Hill before and stumbled across this hidden Turkish gem on Queen Street.

Great food and service in this lively restaurant which last night had live entertainment and a number of parties. Got rather loud and uncomfortable after a while, not a venue for romantic or quite night out.

Went here for Boxing Day and the food was delicious. The service was great. Staff are very attentive. Overall a lovely time.

Have visited on many occasions so thought I should review. The food here is great value for money and delicious. Whether you have the lunch set menu or order from the main menu. Food marinated to perfection. Staff and owner are all very attentive and value each customer and remember you when you come back.

We went here for a family birthday and I Thought is was going to be just another , same old Turkish that we seem to have so many of in this area .Had a pleasant surprise , a lively very upmarket bar , which was buzzing , they have really revamped this place ( it used to be nouvos for years )a complete make over with a party atmosphere although is was the week before Christmas .They had a really good singer who walked around the tables entertaining .They staff were friendly and efficient and the food was extremely fresh and the portions generous also there was a good variety to choose from . It was quite a loud atmosphere as it was packed , I wouldn’t go for a romantic meal there or at least not on a Saturday night .Its ideal for larger tables , and i would go a bit early next time for a pre drink as the bar was trendy . Preferred this restaurant to sheesh as it is smaller and more intimate .Give it a try , I’m definitely going back .

What a fabulous restaurant! The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them ! The food was excellent we had a fantastic night the singer was brilliant as was the belly dancer! Well worth a visit

Food was superb! Lamb shish was such soft tasty meat! Mix grill was a good choice! Great cocktails too and very professional service! Only lost a star cos it was so hot in there, we were seated near to the open oven and I caused me to get all stuffed up from heat that I could no longer eat my food. Told manager who put on air con but by time it kicked in it was too late. Food is served so quick!! Never been served in a restaurant as quick as this! I was in and out in less than an hour - maybe a bit too quick!! Also told them (by email)when I made my booking it was for my birthday and was surprised that no one wish me Happy Birthday. Professional service but I didn’t feel they were very personal.

My first visit to Soirée today on the recommendation of a friend was a very pleasant experience.

With all the Turkish grills opening in our area it's hard to find one that stands out... soirée had a lovely atmosphere, great tasty food and more importantly great staff. All very friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work everyone- we will be back!

I came from Surrey to visit Essex and walk in Epping Forest. I visited Soirée on a Saturday evening with my husband after reading favourable reviews. It certainly didn't disappoint. We were greeted warmly and there was a lovely lady singing live, modern songs. She was excellent and contributed to the fun, friendly atmosphere. The food was excellent and there was also a good choice for my husband and I who are vegetarian.

Great place for dinner and drinks. Had cold mezze for starter and prawn for main and it is delicious ! Good portion and staffs are great. Quite busy but good vibe
