Tuvimos una noche increíble en el Tynecastle Park Hotel y la cena y el desayuno en el Skyline. La comida era fantástica y el personal muy atento. Desde el gerente del restaurante y camarero joven, hasta la señora que nos sirvió en el desayuno. Siento no haber recibido sus nombres, pero son un crédito para su restaurante, nada fue demasiado problema. Sin duda volveremos.

Una comida fantástica para celebrar mi 60 cumpleaños. La comida era maravillosa y el personal no podría haber sido más atento. ¡No puedo culparlo en absoluto y, como titular de entradas de temporada, obtuve un descuento del 10 %! ¡Primera clase!

Tengo intolerancias al gluten y a la leche de vaca y a menudo tengo dificultades para comer fuera. Stephen, el gerente me tranquilizó y me explicó todas las opciones que estaban disponibles. Tuve opciones para cada curso y todos los platos eran encantadores y muy bien presentados. Nuestra noche en el restaurante Skyline fue muy agradable. La comida era excelente y atendía a las alergias alimentarias que dos de nuestra fiesta tienen. Desde el momento en que entramos en el restaurante Stephen el gerente nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Issei y Adam proporcionaron un servicio de 5 salidas. Sin que nada sea demasiado problema. Sin duda volveremos.

Nuestra última visita a este restaurante el día de San Valentín fue una vez más excelente en términos de calidad, servicio y relación calidad-precio. Una fantástica elección pre-teatro y experiencia! Mención especial a Carrie y Steven por ser tan atentos.

Comimos en el restaurante Skyline varias veces durante nuestra estancia en el Tynecastle Park Hotel. Su desayuno era absolutamente delicioso - Mi marido tenía el desayuno tradicional y yo los huevos Benedict. Yo recomendaría ambos. Para la cena, vinimos un domingo, así que tuvimos la oportunidad de probar su deliciosa carne asada. Su Butterscotch Pudding también es INCREÍBLEMENTE DELICIOSO. No puedo esperar a volver en nuestro próximo viaje a Edimburgo.

Ambiente encantador, la comida se presentó muy bien y era delicioso. El personal era muy atento grito especial a Steven que hizo un esfuerzo adicional y nos dieron una pequeña foto en la terraza para hacer mi almuerzo de cumpleaños completo. Gracias, volveremos.

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was on arrival and the staff were so helpful. Had a very enjoyable night out at my step son & daughters wedding reception.

I have been here for football hospitality before and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. Came to Edinburgh again with the family this time and was surprised to find that the restaurant was still open even when there wasn’t any football on. Food was excellent, very reasonably priced and service was fantastic. I will definitely be eating here again when I’m next in town!

Located in the tynecastle stadium complex, (and reachable from hotel, without going outside of it). Booking recommended. Great food, great raw materials, great preparation. According to me among best choices when in Edinburgh. Highly recommeded.

What a fantastic restaurant. Staff are very attentive and friendly. They have a laugh with you but you can tell their training is spot on. The menu is not overly busy but there are plenty of choices for everyone. You are offered complimentary still or sparkling water as you sit down. I had the haggis, neeps and tatties to start followed by the beef, both were delicious and the beef just melted in the mouth. My husband had the creamy garlic mushrooms to start followed by the spinach and ricotta tortellini which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had the biscuits and cheese and my husband the chocolate mousse. Both were excellent. We had booked to eat elsewhere on our second night but both decided during the day that we wanted to try something else on the menu so cancelled and booked a table again. We had the prawn cocktail (which was a special) and mushrooms to start then I had the steak and my husband the fish and chips. The steak was cooked excellently and was exactly as I wanted. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We were both full but decided to try some different flavors of ice cream. Again these were flavoursome and came with a lovely big homemade shortbread finger. The food and ambience of the restaurant is phenomenal and not to be missed.

This was our first visit to this new restaurant. Our table was booked for 5.00pm on a Friday and we were offered the set menu of two courses for £29.50 or three courses for £34.95, we chose the two course option.The ambience of the restaurant is modern and clean if somewhat lacking in atmosphere but it was late afternoon on a pouring wet day. I chose the soup of the day and fish and chips. The fish and chips were a huge disappointment with the batter being soggy, the chips not crispy, the tartar sauce absolutely tasteless and the peas not fully cooked and luke warm. Whilst we enjoyed visiting the Heart and Soul of Edinburgh it occurred to me later that £29.50 for two courses was somewhat overpriced. Imagine my further disappointment to find on checking when home again from the main menu the fish and chips is £20.00 and soup £4.95. So in reality I had effectively been charge £9.50 for a bowl of soup. Normally two and three course options are priced to offer the diner an advantage over stand alone dish prices. I feel quite strongly about this and think the restaurant should rethink their pricing model. I suggest £23.50 would be a reasonable offering for two courses.

Went to the memorial garden first the security man Jimmy couldn't be more helpful and took as through the museum to the restaurant where the food was very good and the girl who served us was very good as well will go again

Organised dinner with friends when my wife and I stayed at the new Tynecastle Hotel. The food menu and wine menu were quite outstanding. We each had a different mains and sweet. All were beautifully prepared and presented. Our preferred wine an NZ Savvy Blanc was delicious. Our servers were professional and friendly. A most enjoyable dining experience. Highly Recommended

Dinner was fantastic and a massive change to the previous skyline lounge in terms of adding booths and comfortable seating with a bar at the end. Cocktails were fantastic and the general service was attentive, friendly and professional throughout.

we had lunch to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday with family all 23 of us food as usual was delicious and staff couldn't do enough for us.would recommend it highly. thank again to graham Jenn and staff.

Exceptional Sunday evening meal while staying overnight in the Tyncastle Park Hotel. This was our first time here and loved it. Friendly attentive staff, a lovely modern yet cosy restaurant feel and the food quality and presentation was super.

Great restaurant atmosphere very relaxed Food fantastic and such welcoming staff. I have been a few times now and each time it’s been a wonderful experience. I shall be back soon. I can Highly recommend the Skyline At Tynecastle.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from the new breakfast option but the continental buffet was nice and gave a good addition to the hot courses. I ordered the waffles after seeing a picture on their instagram page and was extremely disappointed when they arrived given it looked to be a flat waffle cut into 4, nothing like the fluffy waffle in their picture! Couple next to us ordered the full breakfast which did look nice so wish I’d went for that instead!

Everything in the restaurant was spot on, staff on arrival were polite and friendly, we had a couple of drinks in the bar area prior to dinner and it was nice and relaxed again with great staff. The meal itself was fantastic with excellent food and service.

Lovely food, peaceful atmosphere and delightful staff! What more do you want for a great family night out!. Lots of choice on the menu too.

Outstanding service and fabulous food. The meal was one of the best I have ever had. This is the third time I have visited this restaurant and would highly recommend it. Lovely staff really make the visit a special occasion every time.

Once again another excellent meal. First time since it has been redone. Staff are so organised and Ruby couldn’t do enough. The food is excellent and great value. Can’t wait until our next visit.

A superb evening! Our server, Dale, was excellent. She ensured we got everything we needed, spaced our courses so we could enjoy them, even hand made an ingredient for our Whiskey Apple Sour Cocktails. Starters were delicious! Smoked Haddock Fishcakes - melt in your mouth, and Cured Duck Breast with black cherry compote - tender slices, flavourful. Mains were 6oz Beef Burger with fries - tender and juicy, and Seared Guinea Fowl with based leeks and celeriac puree - best darn guinea fowl I've ever had!! Finished off with Sticky Toffee Pudding and Peanut Butter Cookie Banoffee Pie. Both as good as they sound! Highly recommended! Great food, great service, great atmosphere!!
