Arrived on a very busy August lunchtime - the place was absolutely packed with a half hour wait for a table ! This is a testament to how good the pies are ! Decided on a takeaway which was served very swiftly ! The pies were excellent - can’t wait to return !

Skye Pie's pies were one of the best meals we had on our trip to Scotland. The highland beef pie was especially good. Service was friendly as well. We got there shortly after they opened and there was a line out the door when we left. You can opt to order take away. I would imagine that these pies would be perfect for a picnic. A must visit if you're on the Isle of Skye!

The Wee Puffin

13/08/2018: Puffin balls....... well if fish have fingers anything is possible! Portions are enormous, prices are value, wine is more than reasonably priced, all in all what is not to like. Guessing that the real margin comes from the gullible tourist deciding that they need a whisky tasting education........manna from heaven for these guys. But why not, nobody is forcing them to spend their euros.
04/09/2018: What a lovely little place this is. A small restaurant tucked onto the main street and probably seats no more than about 25 people. But the food is superb. I had the largest burger you've seen in your life and my partner had a really tasty shepherds pie. We had no complaints at all.

Carrbridge Kitchen

26/09/2018: Gasping for a coffee, glad we turned in here, pleasant atmosphere, playing Fleetwood Mac on vinyl, good clean toilets, efficient friendly service, will be back.
19/08/2018: This is off of the main road on the way to the Whisky Trail from Inverness. We needed a place to grab a quick meal before the whisky tasting started. The menu was mostly sandwiches, salads, and soups. I did not see many options for gluten free and i asked the waitress if the chicken sandwich was grilled chicken or fried. I think we misunderstood each other and I ended up with a breaded chicken on no bun. Luckily, i was able to scrap off the breading and still eat a large portion of the chicken without getting sick. It was a nice place in a little town off the beaten path.
