Booked for long weekend over Easter 24. Sky bar Friday afternoon Yevheniia was very attentive and afternoon tea was amazing

I stayed here on business and enjoyed a lovely meal in the Sky Bar. The burger was exceptional and so was the Movie Night Sundae. Khris couldn’t do enough for me and all with a smile. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Great ambiance, service and drinks as usual and the staff are polite as ever. That’s why this is our go to place :) highly recommended!

Really lovely afternoon tea. We brought our 5 year old boy and he was wonderfully catered for with a kid’s version of the adult’s afternoon tea! Lucie was great and showed us all the teas and was very attentive throughout.

Came here on a Sunday for afternoon tea as a treat. The service was great, the selection of sandwiches and cakes were amazing and the range of teas to try was extensive. All the teas were described to us so we were able to pick the best ones to go with our food. Nothing was too much trouble and our allergies were catered for amazingly without any awkwardness (definitely worth telling them about allergies in advance/ when you book rather than when you arrive on the day). Would definitely recommend

What a great dinner we attended last Friday! Food and drinks were just amazing! I cannot believe what great value for money this themed dinner was! 5 course meal with drinks paired for £120! We even got goody bag on departure as a gift 🎁 I can’t wait for the next one, which will take place next month apparently! We are in!

Treated my mum for a lovely Afternoon Tea and Sky bar did not disappoint. Adel delivered the tea service smoothly without being intrusive. My mum enjoyed it so much! The cakes and sandwiches were very pretty and tasty. I can’t wait to visit again!

Joseph was absolutely the most extraordinary waiter we have ever had! Only 18 yrs old and so much more mature than most peers his age. We had a lovely time listening to his recommendations for touring London, as we are from the United States. We wish him the best that life has to offer!!!! A brilliant and lovely young man.

Fantastic afternoon tea with the most amazing service from Sam who was so knowledgeable in explaining all the different teas on offer and how best to pair them with our savoury and sweet selections. Sam went a long way in making our afternoon a memorable one, and must say its been a long time since experiencing such delightful and attentive service. Just before shift change, she came to see if we needed anything else before thanking us and saying goodbye. Thereafter we had the pleasure of meeting Chris who again was so attentive and delightful and just completed our day. Well done Skybar in having such great staff they are a true credit to you.

What a treat to have afternoon tea at the Sky Bar! it's a very comfortable place to spend the afternoon and has a nice atmosphere. I took my Goddaughter for a birthday treat, after so many lockdowns we hadn't seen each other for ages and rather than a gift decided an experience was more personal and gave us a chance to catch up which was perfect. We were served by Sam and I was amazed at how much time she took taking us through the various loose leaf teas on offer and that was before the amazing array of treats come out all beautifully displayed and presented. I opted for the champagne afternoon tea which was perfect for a birthday celebration. We couldn't get through all the savouries, cakes and scones so Sam offered to box them up for us to take home. I highly recommend and will be back soon to try the cocktails!

I visited the Aviator Skybar for the first time today and I must say everything about it was perfect; the service, the atmosphere and quality of food and drinks, it was spot on. I was served by this lovely young lady named Sam, she was very polite from the second I walked in and made it very welcoming. She was very professional and well spoken, it is very clear to see she takes pride in her work. I will definitely be here again soon and I will make sure to bring some friends along with me to share this amazing experience.

The sky bar was a fantastic experience overall, as you walk in you see a spacious setting with a very elegant set up , beautiful golden and blue/ purple lights to compliment each other, just the right amount of light. The service by staff is more than satisfying; polite, helping and charming, and last but not least the drinks themselves are beyond satisfactory, with clear effort in presentation and flavor. Safe to say, i’ll definitely be returning.

Aviator Hampshire (actually in Farnborough) backs onto the Farnborough airport. The hotel has cute aviation themes. The staff is beyond excellent-attentive, swift and nice. The food is well made and cocktails are interesting and delicious. Will definitely recommend and will stay again if I’m in the area in the future.

Family gathering after COVID restrictions, we booked afternoon tea for 6 following friend’s recommendation and we were not disappointed. Surroundings are beautiful, and when you walk into the hotel it’s “wow” factor atrium. Bar is very stylish and allows for relaxing experience. Waitress serving us was courteous and knowledgeable. We were presented plethora of tea to choose from and she took time explaining them. Teas were served in beautiful little pots. Food when arrived presented in stunning fashion and tasted freshly made. Little bagel rolls were my personal favourite. Overall great find and we will be back!

This was the worst afternoon tea I have ever had. The service was poor. By the time the food arrived which was awful we had all finished our tea but no one had offered a top up or offer another pot. Timings were shocking There are no sandwiches just cheap nasty rolls that seem like small dry burger rolls with terrible fillings . Cakes awful scones dry . Shocking standard for afternoon tea .Will never ever go again and I will be in touch with the manager to discuss my awful experience and how much I paid for such an awful experience.

We visited recently to treat my mother to afternoon tea for her birthday and were rather disappointed. Whilst the service was excellent and surroundings lovely, the quality of the food was poor. All of the food, with the exception of the scones which were delicious, was mass produced and not very appealing. The rolls were all very dense and chewy and the fillings very bland and unappealing. Some of the cake selection were half frozen (apparently they were meant to be, but it just added to the ‘out of a packet’ feel to the selection) and others soggy. Unfortunately, it was very poor value for money.

A lovely bar with great selection of cocktails. I’m pregnant and didn’t feel I was missing out, as they could make anything abs make it taste like the real thing! Staff so attentive and wonderful. Very welcoming, lovely atmosphere!

Fully recommend afternoon tea at the avaitor. Impeccable yet discreet service. The food interesting and well presented. We took our young grandchildren and they specially prepared simple sandwiches for them.They handled a spilt glass of lemonade well and did not rip us off.Well done - an enjoyable experience.
