A warm welcome , friendly helpful attentive staff who genuinely care about their customers. Food well cooked and prepared. Generous portions and tastes amazing. So pleased to have this lovely restaurant so close to home although its definitely worth travelling to.

We dined as a group of 4 and all decided to have the Banquette option, with each of us choosing a different main course. The 'Special Mixed Starter' (for 2 to share) was excellent = great selection & really tasty. All of the mains were fabulous = wonderfully spiced, lots of meat, plenty of delicious sauce (not oily) & the 'House Special Rice' was the best we'd tasted. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, highly professional and really helpful/attentive. The venue was very clean, well aired & comfortable/relaxing.

First visit here and wont be the last. If you’ve not tried here before I highly recommend it. We are foodies and love authentic, spicy asian cuisine and were not disappointed. Everything was so flavoursome, authentic and fresh. Great presentation and service was top notch. If you are unsure of anything on the menu or need to tailor a dish to your taste just ask! Highly recommend the South Indian chicken with garlic and chilli.

This place can’t fault it, the last time I come it was good it’s still one of the best restaurants in Stafford. The food omg it was delicious! The lamp chops amazing! The curry I had was just beautiful the chef should get an award Gordon Ramsey should sign him up! And the staff amazing so helpful can’t complain 5 star for sure!!!

Excellent food. Fabulous presentation. We’ve visited here many times before (usually having takeaway). This time however we dined in. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The staff friendly and attentive, and the food amazing.I chose to have the scallops as a main and not as detailed on the menu, a starter. The waiter said this wasn’t a problem and upon arrival there was a super portion size, cooked to perfection and presented with a modern twist.I can’t fault Simply Bilash. We look forward to visiting again.

We had friends from Yorkshire over for the weekend and we dined at this restaurant on Saturday night, food was excellent, nicely presented and hot. Couldn’t fault the meal at all or the venue as very clean and staff extremely helpful especially when we struggled to get a taxi, they sorted us out. Strongly recommend anyone who likes an Indian to go here. You won’t be disappointed....

Had mid week takeaway meal which I was really looking forward to after reading the reviews.Must say the rice that came with both meals were very good but the chicken was very dry and overcooked didn't taste freshly made maybe try again at a busier time.

We ordered for the first time this week as our usual restaurant was closed and we could not fault it at all. We had starters, mains and sundries and we 100% recommend them. Our order arrived within the timescale promised and it was still hot. Well packaged and absolutely delicious!! Cooked beautifully. Thank you

Lovely Indian.. our favourite takeaway... and there is quite a few Indians in stafford we have tried.. simply bilash have kept us going throughout lockdown with our favourite food, delivered in a covid safe secure way to our door, We usually get our order in early and have it delivered a little later because we know how popular and busy they get specially on a Friday night! If they take a while to deliver I think that speaks for itself they are clearly busy and in high demand! The delivery guys are really friendly smartly dressed its just the small touches they keep us coming back but the food is always a 5**** from us we only used to eat Indian food in a Indian restaurant but since having our little ones we now enjoy a regular takeaway from here. We order 2-3 starters and make our own platters and the food does taste as good as it looks

Lovely, freshly cooked food and great service. We had the poppadoms, onion bhaji and meat samosas for starter, followed by chicken tikka bhuna and saagwala curries. Would recommend.

Recommended here by a friend, having always wanted to try one but being to lazy to ring and ordering elsewhere off JustEat instead.Decided to man up and call them today and the service over the phone immediately won me over, I knew this would be an outstanding curry.Didn't have to wait to long and tried a dish I;d never heard of before, I won't embarrass myself by attempting to spell the name of it, but the chicken thingy was gorgeous. Food arrived piping hot, plenty of range on the menu and I'll definitely be be back to sample further dishes! Wouldn't have minded a popoddum or two but I'm not grumbling, that was easily the best Indian food I've had in a long time.

Great Indian food at great prices. The Chocolate and Caramel Korma Chicken is superb!! So good we went twice when visiting Stafford for a few days. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Will no doubt visit again when in the area.

From the time you step inside you feel welcome and a valued customer.The service is efficient and friendly and our food arrived within ten minutes of ordering.As usual it was of excellent quality and a good sized serving.I would highly recommend anyone to go to Bilash.....probably the best in Stafford.

Absolutely the best Indian restaurant in stafford. The food is so tasty and the service is excellent. We have had our xmas day meal here for the past two years, it was a beautiful meal and such good value for money. This year was no exception. Such friendly and helpful staff as well.

We, a group of friends visited here. We enjoyed thoroughly throughout the night. Staffs were attentive & helpful, foods were good too. However, two things I found is ; taste of all dishes were similar & the lighting is very dim. But still I’ll give a second try.

After waiting over2 hrs for the delivery and speaking to the driver4 times to guid him in it finally arrived stone cold and with a full covering of oil that needed draining off we are new to the area and relied on reviews and have had 2 curry’s from the top rated and can honestly say I don’t know what you are used to raving about but this slop I had must be different to what your eating after the curry’s I have eaten before we moved I can only despair at trying to find a decent curry in Stafford but if you like cold tasteless lamb madras keema Baltic with about 4lb of onion Burt chops and chewy chicken tikka then this is the place for you then like all the others I’ll highly recommend might try the lowest rated as this place won’t be hard to beat and who knows it could just be nice.

I simply can not find the words to describe how good this restaurant is. The food is out of this world. The service is pure gold, the guys put an extreme amount of effort into making your experience highly satisfying. To my discredit ive lived in Stafford since 2015 and pass this place daily, and tonight was my first visit. It certainly will not be my last. Five stars just doesn't do this place justice.

We came here on recommendation and it was superb. Friday night 7pm we walked in and got a table without booking, but the restaurant was “pleasantly full” that is not too busy but not deserted. The menu is varied but we stuck to our old favourites Rogan Josh and lamb Madras. Cauliflower side dish, tarka Dahl , naan all very good, and the service is excellent Keep it up

We go when we can on rare "Date Nights" and all the birthdays in the family its the place we go to celibate. Good food, licensed bar and great staff.

Had a great curry from here the other night, lamb bhuna was delicious so was the chicken chana balti. Would highly reccomend

Our son has wanted to visit Simply Bilash for quite some time now and we finally decided to visit. All staff were very pleasant and very attentive. They helped my son who is 9 decide what he wanted, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, one of the best I’ve had in quite a while. In my son’s words Simply Bilash is Simply delicious

Thought we’d try this place again to see if the poor service last time was a one off. Wrong! It was just as bad perhaps worse considering we were early and there weren’t many in. Table booked for 730 pm, we were only having main courses which were ordered within 10 minutes of arriving. Having sat waiting for an hour and watched other customers arrive and be served food before us I asked where our food was. Apparently there had been a mix up with our order! The manager apologised and eventually what I can only describe as an average meal was given to us. Perhaps the meal was not great because they rushed the order. I will not be going to this place again, I don’t know how this restaurant gets such high ratings on tripadvisor I cannot believe there aren’t better curry houses in Stafford.

Well what can I say, we have been ordering home delivery from simply blush for over 12 months, always 5 star, but tonight's was the best ever curry we have ever had. Totally piping hot big portions, and fresh produce....amazing guys, many thanks ,🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This was the best Indian food I have ever had in my life. The food was brilliant, and the customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff there were also extremely nice. I highly recommend this restaurant to all living in the area, or just visiting.

I would like to say I come down with my girlfriend and it was amazing the food was amazing the the staff was excellent, one of the staff member that was serving us I think his name was Hassan he was so welcoming!! I had the chicken tikka mossalla it was out of this world!! The review below am not sure what the lady is pointing out because I had exactly the same meal not only that I was next to her table over hearing the Conversation I don’t know why she is making a fuss because I spoke to the Manager He said he didn't even charge them for the bill considering 3 of them ate!!! It’s surprising she didn’t mention the other to people’s meal!!

I will not be returning to this restaurant as the coke I ordered wasn’t cold, the chicken tikka masala that I ordered was bitty and horrible and you can’t even pick your own rice with it, I didn’t bother to even eat mine, then when clearing the table away the waiter spilt curry down my mums new handbag that is now stained yellow, not impressed! Won’t be returning

Arriving at 1830hrs we were warmly welcomed, and seated. The comprehensive menu was presented to us; From my description of a dish I have enjoyed in the past here and elsewhere, the chef prepared it for me as a main course. All the dishes we selected were excellent, as were the desserts. service was friendly and efficient, and overall we enjoyed an excellent meal. highly recommended. Free parking available in the evening opposite the venue.

Took a large party for my husband/daughter's combined Birthday celebration. We had a private dining area and food and service were excellent. We did have to collect our own highchair as the restaurant's was unsuitable.

We finally visited after talking about it for a while. Food was great. We had starters mains and desert. Everything was really nice. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend for anyone who fancy some Indian food with that little bit of extra special.

Living local to Bilash Restaurant we have either dined in or have taken food away many times. The customer service never fails to be first class, the food is always of excellent quality and we always enjoy our Bilash experience either in house or at home. Even a slight error with a previous order was recalled (without our prompting) on Saturday night when we visited again, despite the fact that they had offered to correct the error on the night and having had several weeks pass since, they still remembered and apologised once again for the previous orders confusion. This to us shows that not only to Bilash care about the quality of food that they provide but the quality of service that they offer.

Great customer service, Simply Bilash has a nice environment if you're eating in or they give you a free delivery service for take out. Its in the centre of town and you can park and Sainsbury's walk across and and enjoy a good curry!

It's all about the food really . Good choices , full of flavour and generous sized portions. Prices are a little higher than average but nevertheless it's still good value for money . Staff go the extra mile to please which always enhances the experience . There is no shortage of indian restaurants in Stafford but this one deserves to succeed.

Food was amazing, as usual!!! Service outstanding..... Naz and the guys certainly looked after us, nothing too much bother, very friendly atmosphere, food cooked to how we like it..... Cobra kept cold !!!

We had no booking on a Saturday night but they gladly accommodated the walk-in for a table of three. Place was ‘full’ at 8.40pm but they found room. Very efficient service, very reasonable prices and very generous portions!

This is a great place for a curry. Good choice of starters and mains and some unusual dishes along with the old favourites. Very good service and good value to.

Visited here on Saturday night, we were in a party of four. This is not our first visit so was expecting the usual service. However we didn’t have starters and waited an hour and a half for our mains to arrive. It took 20 minutes for a round of drinks to arrive! Food was good as always but service was sadly lacking which spoilt what could have been a great meal.

My wife and I visit Simply Bilash frequently with friends and with family. Not only is the food consistently excellent, but so is the friendly welcome and first rate service. We were last there yesterday and they did not disappoint. The best Indian restaurant I know.

Excellent curry with pleasant service not far from the M6. Quick service only wish I could of stayed longer but still had another few hours to drive.

I have been here several times and have always had quality food and service. The presentation of the food is too a high standard and they have a tasty poppadom tray selection. It's nice to have Cobra on draught too.

I was hungry, it was near the station, and parking wasn't hard to find. My in-laws are vegan. We had a selection of vegan dishes -- they're happy to make starters into main courses and when we wanted to share all the dishes they happily transferred them into smaller containers so they'd fit on the table.

Great food lovely staff nice atmosphere not rushed and a brandy at the end for free for me and a Bailey's for the wife

We always make a point of stopping here on our way up north. It's our 3rd time, and has been excellent each time. We especially love the Bilash Special and the Lamb Shank.

Visited as a group of 9 and were well served, there is a back room that can seat 20 comfortably. We were all quickly served with both drinks and food which was both plentiful and delicious. One of the best curry houses in Stafford centre.

It’s one of those restaurants that you makes it to one of your favorites because of the service. Lovely owner, always delivers excellent service and good food.

This is my favourite restaurant in Stafford. On this occasion four of my family enjoyed the lamb Tawa, Chicken Vindaloo and buttered chicken. The Food was excellent and only surpassed by the thoughtful and attentive staff. ‘If you have a day out in Stafford it will not be complete without a visit to Simply Bilash’

Could not recommend this restaurant highly enough. Great food, great service and they even took us back to our hotel because we couldn’t get a taxi!! How’s that for service

Four of us booked for a Friday night meal. We parked in the Sainsbury's car park across the road. The welcome was friendly and we didn't have to wait for our table. The decor is average but the menu is extensive. We all agreed that the food was delicious: I had a Chicken tikka pasanda with pilau rice and I shared a pashwari naan. We were offered complimentary liqueurs after the meal which was a nice touch. The bill was reasonable and we would definitely visit again.

We visit quite often. The menu is very good, the food is much above average and the cost is fair. Buckets of parking opposite. The staff are very friendly and polite.

Outstanding food with fantastic service at a great price. It was incredibly busy, but we didn’t have to wait long at all to be taken to our table. When our glasses were empty, a waiter was quick to observe this and offered us another drink. And to top it off, complimentary Brandy and Baileys arrived with our bill (along with an after eight mint!)

Went with my Gorgeous Girlfriend for Valentines day....My first visit to this venue...Food fantastic, excellent service, very competitively priced,(Excellent Value for money), lovely venue, Staff all very friendly...when asking for the bill, this was accompanied by complimentary "Baileys" for the ladies and a Brandy for the Men...on leaving all ladies received a fresh red rose, a valentine helium balloon and a box of chocolates from a well know brand beginning with C...I shall definitely be returning again...very busy venue so I suggest that you book in advance.

Visited with friends. Had never eaten in here but use them for takeaway. A vast menu to choose from so be prepared to spend ages deciding what you want !! Food and service were excellent. Can’t believe we haven’t been before but will definitely be back.

We booked a table for us to enjoy a curry before celebrating New Years Eve. They were exceptionally busy, particularly with takeaway orders, so we waited a short while for the table.

This restaurant has an extensive menu of Asian Cuisine. The meal I had was fantastic and full of flavour. It was a reasonable price also.

A most excellent meal once again from the Bilash Team, service amazing, atmosphere just right & a reasonable price also. What really shines is the food, Absolutely faultless & by no means harsh like you get in some restaurants, they allow the spices in the sauces to cook rather than just warm up, so the marinated meats absorb the flavours. Also no 'aftermath' next day either! The Chefs cook the dishes as you require them & the accompaniments have just as much time & care taken over them. Thank you Simply Bilash!!

BRILLIANT! Went here as our usual Stafford restaurant was full!.... Well, so glad we did!

We visited Simply Bilash to celebrate two important family Birthdays last night. We had read good reviews on here but had never been before. We had a lovely evening! A large table had been set up in a private dining area and when we arrived with two additional guests, staff brought an extra table and chairs with minimal fuss. High chairs were provided for two babies in our party; unfortunately,the buckle on the restraining straps on one chair was broken. Luckily, we were able to fetch my daughter's own highchair as she lives in close proximity to the restaurant. The food and service were excellent and we were very surprised when the Birthday celebrants were given gifts from the restaurant at the end of the evening! All in all, a very pleasant experience and easily affordable, even as a party of 14 as we took advantage of the Sunday Banquet offer - excellent value for money! I recommend this restaurant highly and I'm sure we will visit again.

We have visited every Indian restaurant in Stafford now and this is by far the best in terms of food quality. The lamb dishes are superbly cooked, extremely tender and tasty! Service was also good and friendly. Would highly recommend for a good curry in Stafford..

We have been coming here and having takeaways for a number of years now. We love this place, the quality and quantity of food is brilliant always well presented. The service is top notch and delivery is always on time if not before the time they have given. The owner is lovely and greets all his customers.

I frequently use this restaurant for take-aways, which are always of a very high standard. The restaurant service is really good. The staff are very attentive, but not intrusive like some other establishments where you feel that they are hovering around. Very courteous.

This is my go-to restaurant/takeaway for Indian food. The service is fantastic whether sitting in to dine or ordering a takeaway for delivery. The food is tasty no matter what the dish I’ve ordered, and I’ve had quite a few from the menu now. The waiters go out of their way to provide top class service, even giving a complimentary short drink after the meal. The surroundings are pleasant. If you are in Stafford give this a go.

Arriving at 1920hrs on a Sunday evening we were warmly welcomed to the venue. Our table was adjacent to a window, and we ordered from the extensive menu. My own favourite dish was not listed, and it was delighted that it was made to a very high standard. All the courses were excellent; being tasty and well-presented. I chose apple juice for my drink, and was pleasantly surprised that it was available in half pint or pint glasses; no tiny unspecified glasses of fruit juice here! The staff were both friendly and efficient, and I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Bilash for an enjoyable, and good value meal.

Staff are so friendly and attentive. It's a real delight to visit with excellent cuisine. The environment is really nice and easy to get to. Nothing is too much trouble and food cooked exactly as you wish. They just seek to please and they certainly did us.

The service was excellent, so friendly and prompt. We arrived without a reservation on a Friday evening and were found a table in the busy restaurant. The menu was extensive with curries that I had not met before, which is always exciting. The portions were generous and well presented.

I had heard a few good thing about this indian and thought let's call in. Upon arrival we were met by a friendly and welcoming member of staff who showed us to our table and our drinks order was taken. We ordered some poppadoms soon after our drinks arrived followed shortly by our poppadoms. Once we had finished our starters our mains arrived with everything else that we had ordered. Everything was absolutely brilliant could not fault anything. After we jad finished and asked for the bill we were presented with a shot of baileys for my with and a shot of brandy for myself nice touch i thought. The place was very clean and modern well worth a visit. We will be back soon

We found the starters and mains were ok and the prices competitive but I prefer the milford curry house for quality when eating in the Island curry house has better quality take aways

Decided on this restaurant after reading the reviews here on TA and Google. Went with friends and have to say was very, very disappointed. For a start, its quite dark inside - not very well lit and black (or near black) carpet, there is a step too that is not easy to see. Its also quite cramped, not much space between tables - or at least with the table layout as it was on our visit.

A hot Friday night, up for the weekend from Devon. Checked TA and chose here. Superb, busy, friendly, authentic and well priced. Thanks to all concerned. Recommended.

Stopped in Stafford over night and checked TA for an Indian restaurant. Well I was not disappointed. Possibly the best Indian / Bangladesh meal I've ever had (I've had a few). The staff were friendly and passionate about their food and the freshness and quality...

Bilash cant be faulted both on service and the quality of the food, not full by any means midweek but still a good atmosphere. The food is second to none in Staffordshire nd so is the service

Located on edge of town centre next to the vast Sainsbury’s car park. No real kerb appeal and not much to write home about with the interior finish. Food was well presented but the consistency of the chicken tikka in both my starter and main...

Found Simply Bilash on tripadvisor and wasn’t disappointed. The food was delicious... we had the Bilash special chicken which was cooked beautifully and the Goan chicken tikka special - both very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant full. Will definitely...

We visit regularly on a Friday after work to wind down with a curry and beer. The food is excellent and so is the service. I especially love the vegetable tikka masala with Indian cheese. Can’t fault this place.

Have been here more than a few times, always good service, good food, and great atmosphere. Only down side for you as a customer is that because the place is so good you can't always just walk in and get served. Not so bad in the week but best to book on the weekend. However, give them a try because they will fit you in if it's at all possible.
