Signatures Restaurant in Conwy

Having recently become a vegetarian eating out has not been as enjoyable as it used to be, but this was not the case at Signatures on Friday evening as the starters and mains on the vegetarian menu sounded interesting and appetising, and when my chosen dishes arrived they were delicious. A lovely meal served by staff members that were friendly and professional.

Sunday lunch was delicious, especially the beef and the lamb. Plenty of veg and lovely roast potatoes. The sticky toffee pudding was great too. Asked for a yorkshire pud with my sons sausage and mash and it was no problem at all! Will definitely revisit.

Again an amazing anniversary meal to celebrate our 17 years together. With covid still being an issue in the area, they have spaced things out a bit and I felt very safe because of this. As always, the food was 10/10. We both had the duo of beef. We enjoyed our desserts too

Despite being in the somewhat incongruous location of a caravan holiday park, this restaurant is very good indeed. Excellent knowledgable service without being stuffy or over familiar. Cool decor with unobtrusive music. Great seating arrangement. Main courses (monkfish tail and lamb) were a riot of flavours — some might say too much going on — but for my wife and I they were fabulous. Desserts, too, we’re far from perfunctory but given an extra richness (the best sticky-toffee I’ve had in some time). And the price? I was surprised that after 2 cocktails, 1 starter, 2 mains, 1 large glass of wine, 2 desserts, and 2 coffees the total came to just under £100 (with no service charge expected or added).

Was disappointed in the whole meal and expirence, I've had far nicer and more spectacular meals in restaurants that do not have a michelin certification, the meals felt bland and the menu was very plain, the ambience was off for a fine dining restaurant we were right by the kitchen felt like a buffet restaurant environment not what we had expected of a fine dining restaurant, the food was well presented and hot but just lacked the wow factor for us, when we asked for the bill there had been a bottle of wine and a pint of larger added to our bill which was an extra £28 or there abouts, it was taken off after we addressed it, so be carful to check your bill as we hadn't purchased either of these . I would possibly return for the Sunday lunch menu to try but wouldn't return for the usual menu just not worth the money in our opinion.

We had a late lunch Saturday staff attentive menu extremely tasty after enjoyed a stroll back to the marina long the beach. We’d of never found this restaurant if we hadn’t of seen the reviews on here it’s a real find. We had starters, three piggy’s & lemon sole melt in the mouth, mains trio of beef & pork beef cooked perfectly followed by cheese & biscuits. Good selection of well priced wine all in all real good find will definitely be returning when next in Conwy.

Great food and service. Not your normal location for a top end restaurant but highly recommend it. The wine list was good and covers all bases.

Thank you for a great evening. Charming staff, amazing food and a beautiful interior. A family supper we were hard pressed to choose from so many fabulous dishes. Everything that was served looked amazing and tasted wonderful. Happily we live in Conwy so get to visit often.

We are so glad we managed to get a table booked here. The menu is too good - it was difficult to make a choice given the variety and quality of everything on offer. Cocktails were also fantastic. Highly recommend.

We took my mother to Signatures for a birthday lunch. My first visit - wow! We decided on the 2-course fixed menu for under £20. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional - obviously happy in their work. Our food was prepared with care, attention to detail and an understanding of flavour. Each mouthful was special. Definitely going back to explore the full menu!

I have never thought of North Wales as a place for outstanding restaurants but Signatures is exactly that. My daughter, my cousin and I were lucky enough to get a booking on Thursday evening. Raining and miserable outside - but inside - fabulous!The food was delicious and beautifully presented with warm and friendly staff who did all they could to make our dining experience excellent and personal.

Best food in north Wales! First time visiting. Beautiful restaurant with absolutely amazing food. I had the pork; and my dad had the lamb, and both were just incredible. According to my dad who has dined in many expensive venues it was the nicest lamb he’s eaten. Not overly expensive either - mains average £20-£22, which when you consider you pay £12-£14 for a mediocre meal at other establishments is very good value.Will definitely be visiting again and is my new favourite restaurant in north Wales. Keep it up!

We found this restaurant by looking at the Michelin guide. And we were not disappointed. It always surprises us when all the dishes in the menu are amazing. They absolutely were. We are a family of four who have different tastes. A fussy 7-year-old and a grumpy teenager is accompanied with a pescatarian and a foodie. So not easy to please everyone. We had chicken liver parfait and Linguine as starters. Liver was perfectly balanced and not overpowering. Linguine sauces, both vegetarian and fish, were divine. Trio of lamb as main was melt-in-the-mouth. Mushrooms and ratatouille were excellent. And the desserts were sumptuous. Most importantly, the portions were generous, perhaps too generous for our medium stomachs. Recommended from the bottom of our stomachs!

Visit for family birthday on a Friday. All thoroughly enjoyed the return experience. Food delicious as per! Staff welcoming. Plenty of space for social distancing. Great to be back as the last visit we weren’t allowed alcohol. A no no in my family 🤣

100% perfect in every way Food fantastic, flavour explosion in your mouth, amazing cocktails and the staff are so friendly, family meal with my Brother. They never rushed us once very relaxing. Also added bonus was you can see them cooking from your seat. Temperature of restaurant was perfect. Would recommend to all.

We have been going to this restaurant for over 11 years now and enjoy the wonderful food and service that Jimmy, Louise and there team provide., With the lockdown we was so pleased to see that they were doing a signatures at home , there takeaway, the food is delicious, and some of our favourite dishes are the Belly pork starter the shared platter, The Chicken Korma is so mouth watering with wonderful flavours and delicious amount of chicken pieces in it. best Triple cooked chips ,.I would highly recommend this Restaurant to anybody visiting and to the Locals.

Had the Signatures at Home takeaway Sunday lunch for the past 2 weeks. Both the Lamb Henry and Beef Shortrib are absolutely delicious. Yorkshire puddings enormous. I can’t wait to eat back in the restaurant.

Will not eat here again or arrange a takeaway. Supported this restaurant for weeks over lockdown but the moment the caravanners are allowed back in the rules for booking and attitude change. I’m sure there’s plenty of other places who will still be grateful for the support of local people. This place sadly is most definitely not one of them.

We’ve just enjoyed our first meal from the new Signatures At Home menu, absolutely delicious! We decided to try three of the Sharing Platter options, and went for the Mini Lamb Koftas, Panko King Prawns, and Tater Tots. Each was served with its own accompanying sauce, and all three were perfectly cooked and generously portioned. For me, the star of that particular show was the Panko King Prawns served with Chilli Jam. Really succulent, and a perfect pairing.Fantastic to see that Signatures Cocktails have been added to the drinks menu now! I had real reservations about how well they would travel, but decided to add a Cosmopolitan to the order. I needn’t have worried, as it was packaged in a container that didn’t leak a single drop during its 20 minute journey home. I’d forgotten just how good Carlos is as a mixologist, perfect Cosmo! I’m so pleased that we can still have weekend treats - congratulations to the Signatures team, keep up the good work!

Signatures at Home. Delicious, excellent value for money. Well done to the team for stepping up and feeding us during lockdown.

We've just enjoyed our first "Signatures At Home" meal. Despite living a 20 minute drive from Conway, the food was still delicious and hot enough to eat without re-heating. We had the Chicken Korma with rice and a side order of Triple Cooked Chips. Despite the take-away packaging and the journey home the quality of the food was every bit as good as we've become used to at Signatures. We'll be back for more - well done Team Signatures!

We were given Gourmet Guide vouchers as a Christmas gift and due to Covid we hadn’t been able to redeem them. But every cloud has a silver lining........we celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary tomorrow and we were able to book a table for this evening.Louise and Jimmy have an amazing team which runs like clockwork even when they are not there, great to have Juan Carlos and Simone front of house.The food was, as always, fantastic........we both deliberately chose different starters and mains and we were not disappointed!!!It was great to see the place busy, we were fortunate to be seated near the kitchen.......I just love watching the chefs putting the food together.If, as anticipated we go into lockdown for a few weeks, I look forward to experiencing their take away menus....good luck with this team Signature’s.We will be back......Signature’s is our favourite restaurant.

Chose the light lunch options on two consecutive Fridays. The BLT club is to die for as is the strips of steak sandwich. All aspects of our visit was faultless. Being local, we can & will return ASAP. Thank you Signatures.

The staff were welcoming from start to finish and the food was an explosion of flavour but perfectly balanced. I would write a 10 page review about how amazing this place is but I would suggest you book and see for yourself.Great choices on the food and wine menu. Something for everyone. We are already planning another trip from Manchester just to visit this restaurant again. I hope the menu changes regularly but even if it doesn’t I could have tried numerous other items. Thank you to everyone for making the evening so special.

We found Signatures on the Michelin Guide’s website and tried to make a reservation for the Saturday whilst visiting from Cambridge. Unfortunately they were unable to accommodate the Saturday but managed to squeeze us in on the Sunday. We’re so glad we ate here on our last night in Wales. The setting is airy and light with a great view of the kitchen with chefs busy beavering away making delicious meals. The service and food was faultless. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and chatty. The meals were exceptional, as you’d expect with a Michelin Bib restaurant. Thank you to Louise for booking us in and her team for a special evening.

I visited the restaurant for the first time tonight with friends to celebrate my birthday. The overall experience was brilliant given the current situation. Tables were well spaced out throughout the restaurant. The staff were polite and helpful and we were never rushed off our table. The food was incredible and I can’t wait to return. Thank you for a fantastic evening!

We went on a rather special occasion to celebrate our son’s success in his professional exams. We didn’t share this with the restaurant but they made the evening special with their attentive and friendly service and simply fantastic food. They have great cocktails and whilst the bar area is now set out with widely spaced tables, we had a relaxed drink whilst we made our choices. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience. My teenage daughter's favourite adjective is fancy, and she used it several times while we were here! I had the lobster bisque to start, which was delicious and beautifully presented, my other daughter had the mozzarella sticks from the kids' menu, which was a generous portion and accompanied by a delicious tomato sauce. For main she had the sausage and mash, the sausages were nice and meaty and the mash was extra creamy. I had the herb crusted pork, with pulled pork Wellington, which was a highlight. My husband had the coq au vin, which he thoroughly enjoyed, and the teenager had the duo of beef. I tried everything, and it was all exquisite. For dessert I had Little Italy, which was out of this world, I also got to taste the brownie and the strawberry selection, all just as amazing. And I discovered a new favourite white wine as an added bonus. We were there during a shift change, and the outstanding service didn't falter. All in all, it was one of the nicest meals and best dining experiences I've ever had.

We visited whilst on a two day trip to Conwy and we’re so glad we did. The food was absolutely gorgeous, we had the herb crusted hake & the duo of beef and both were out of this world. Great flavours paired with a lovely glass of wine on recommendation of one of the waiters. Dessert was just as good, the Little Italy was divine! Would definitely recommend.

This was our first proper night out since March (due to CoVid lockdown) and it was worth waiting for! Service was attentive & friendly .. food was out of this world .. even hubby was impressed and he is a proper foodie!! He had never been before but i had so i knew he was in for a treat. Interesting location in swanky caravan park (by the beautiful mountains), top quality dining. You could walk from Conwy - cost around £5 for a taxi from Conwy centre. Worth a visit whilst in Conwy if you’re a foodie!

The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We were welcomed, shown to our table and served immediately. The staff were accommodating and informative. My husband and I loved each course we had. It was beautifully presented and tasted divine. It was a real treat and would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Came here for Sunday lunch. COVID restrictions in place and organised really well so we felt very safe. I ordered the mushroom soup to start, served with warm rolls and butter. Gorgeous flavours. My husband had chicken liver pate which he said was amazing. We both went for the roast beef for the main course. As usual this was cooked to perfection, the vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes were so lush. I couldn’t finish mine as the portion was huge. Service as ever was impeccable. I love this restaurant so much and it never fails to impress me, it’s such a treat. Thank you again Signatures.

We Visited Signatures last night for dinner and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I have ever had. We are fortunate to have visited some amazing restaurants over the years but this is truly a hidden gem. Th lobster bisque, lamb 3 ways and little Italy were stunning, as was the scallops, beef and brownie that my partner had. J.Carlos gave us warm welcome and found us a nice table. Aled was a star with the wine (we have a gorgeous St Emillion) and Simone was a very happy and professional waiter. We asked to meet the chef afterwards and out came Jimmy. A man clearly passionate about what he does. He runs the restaurant with his wife and they clearly care a lot. What an amazing talent. Thanks to the whole team we had a wonderful night.....can’t recommend this place for a visit enough!

So close to being a great experience. Both starters, the duo of beef main and lemon tart were excellent. The pork fillet main was a bit dry and overcooked and a star anise was left in the cabbage which my partner inadvertently bit into and then had the taste of aniseed stuck in her mouth, ruining the rest of the meal. The service started off well but went seriously down hill as the restaurant got busier. This was to the point where it took about 10 minutes after asking to recieve the bill. I had my card out ready to pay but after another 10 minutes where no one came to take payment I had to go up to the till.

Great to be back after lockdown. Amazing food and great staff who are putting on a masterclass in every aspect. Cheers guys!

Had a wonderful meal here recently, staff were helpful even thought it was a busy time when we went. Food was just excellent, well cooked and a lovely choice of dishes. If I had one criticism it would be the closeness of the bench seat tables, just not possible to have a quiet table for two in those circumstances. It wouldn't stop me going again, I would just request a separate table.

Sunday lunch at its best.Its been a while since I’ve been to Signatures for lunch and to be honest from today’s experience it’s been way too long. The slow cooked belly pork with heavenly sticky red cabbage etc was to die for. Top class service with super super table service .I will be back very soon.

Although part of a caravan park, this is a great restaurant and far better than might be expected. Not huge but the service and quality of the food is excellent. Great menu and superb presentation. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Visited for Sunday lunch on my birthday with my family as a treat. Certainly wasn't disappointed. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Vegetables to accompany Sunday roast were well cooked and tasty.

We eat here often, and I just amazed that the food experience here is on another level. We ate here Friday and this evening and we had another quite unbelievable experience yet again, This Restaurant is simply the best in every aspect. The food, service, staff are simply outstanding. I have reviewed this restauranrt before and after several recent visits I thought it time for the uninitiated to be educated about this exceptional restaurant. For starters there is ample parking on the grounds and you enter into a comfortable bar/lounge area where you can relax with a pre dinner drink and admire the layout and modern tasteful decor. and immerse yourself in it's ambience. The staff are very efficient and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them if you have a special request. The chefs can be seen cooking in the open plan kitchen and it is refreshing to see that there is no Gordon Ramsey type shouting and swearing but only sheer diligence and organisation. The important thing of course is the food and to me it's the best and I have visited many all over the place including several Michelin starred. On the night there was an a la carte menu and a daily special and we chose to pick and mix. The starters and sweets were pure indulgence and very tasty and well presented - almost a work of art. For the main I chose a fillet steak which was cooked to perfection and I chose a tasty red wine sauce to accompany it.. I should have mentioned the warm bread before the meal and the welcome sorbet after the starter. There are always nice touches here and the staff are attentive throughout. Highly recommended if you like good food and service.

On a rare sunny winter Sunday and to celebrate our anniversary we had a drive to Lligwy Beach on Anglesey and a meal at Signatures on the way home.We were greeted by Louise the proprietor on arrival who lead us to our table and returned with drinks and took our order.As always the food was presented as a work of art on a plate and full of interesting flavours that tickled the palette. We were served promptly and with courtesy and high professionalism by the staff, all of which added to the wonderful experience of dining at this superb restaurant.

As planned following our first visit, we returned to The Signatures on December 21st and enjoyed another excellent three course lunch.One again all the staff we encountered were so friendly, courteous and helpful, every course was delightful and the service was first class.Taking into account the ambience and quality of the food and service, the drinks were reasonably priced too; a pint of Moretti was £4.90, a Gordon’s Gin £3.50 [not including the cost of tonic] and a glass of house Shiraz £4.95.Thank you Signatures for another great experience.We definitely recommend.

The food at Signatures Restaurant is truly mouth watering. The service was excellent - friendly and attentive. This is possibly the best meal I had all year. Well worth the visit.

Visited yesterday as a family, food totally amazing. Went with a mindset of only having 1 or 2 courses, but couldn’t resist!! Whoops ..... 3 courses later .... Venue & staff fantastic, even though they were busy everyone was treated the same Can’t wait to visit again.

Another great celebratory meal for 8. Good selection of food well presented. The lamb 3 ways was spectacular. Louise and her team should be very proud of the high quality of food and the great ambiance.

Steak over cooked and tough - asked for medium. Had to send it back. Had seen little italy dessert on facebook and was so looking forward to it - ran out!!!! No reduction in bill even though i ate alone. Not the birthday celebration i expected at all. Very poor

It was a birthday/hristmas treat by old friend who insisted we chose Signatures as she said 'you won't find anywhere better' and she was right.

Top quality service as always. Great atmosphere. We were greeted bar the bar manager Danny, exceptional service and couldn’t do enough for us!!! I hope that Danny get recognition for all his efforts and service very impressive!! See you soon

visited on Sunday for lunch around 5pm and the food was excellent, sunday roast beef, excellent, meat just as I like it medium rare. The service was really good as well. This is a really nice restaurant and well worth visiting if you are in the area, we have only been for Sunday lunch but we have never been disappointed, the staff are a credit to the restaurant. I visited the coffee shop on the sat just for coffee and found that not to be of the same high standard, the service was just ok, the waitress could have brought the coffees over after ordering them, and I feel the coffee shop lacks atmosphere but just my opinion.

We've visited Signatures twice in the past month or so. We have a particular table which we like, and which is always saved for us when we book. So why is Signatures the only place we choose to eat out?

Birthday treat - first visit on recommendation from friends - we weren't disappointed - service was top notch - all the staff were very friendly and professional. Food was exceptional - all our dishes were hot and so tasty. Would totally recommend a visit. Thanks for making our night so special - we will be back.

We visited for dinner and had a fantastic time. The fit-out and decor is very smart, each member of staff was helpful, polite and engaging. The food was absolutely delicious - we had the Sunday roasts. Highly recommended.

We live local but hadn’t been for 3 months as a couple, we had actually forgotten just how amazing the food,the service and the overall experience is. Signatures is just outstanding.

My wife and I enjoyed another epic meal at this incredible restaurant last night. We went with friends to try out the new menu, and were spoiled for choice. There are some all-new, innovative dishes on there, as well as a few old favourites, which I hope never get pensioned off!

This restaurant surpassed our expectations. A lovely contemporary dining area, helpful, friendly, polite staff, tasty food, sensible portions served piping hot.We only intended to have two courses but ended up having three then a walk on the beach. Lovely venue. Excellent value.

Taken here as a treat by friends. Food very good especially the welsh lamb. Portions just right but you can have a smaller portion if you wish. Service was a little slow but as it was all freshly cooked to order we did not mind. Try the local gin which is light and pleasant.

Enjoyed a very good Sunday dinner in very pleasant surroundings. Great choice of dishes on the menu and our selections were all very good. The staff were f friendly and took care of all our needs and wants.

We had lunch there. The place was nice at the beginning. After many people come in it started to smell too much from the kitchen.

This was my second visit to Signatures whilst having a holiday in North Wales and it will not be our last. Both times the food and service was excellent. The menu is quite pricey but if you have the set three course menu it is fantastic value for money.

Ate there last evening and have been a few times previously. The food is excellent, the service is very good and the staff very helpful. Lovely way to spend the last night of our holiday.

We were staying locally in the area and booked dinner here as it kept coming up in my searches of the best places to eat. It did not disappoint either. Service and food were excellent. They were more than able to cater for my husband who needs dairy free food. So glad we tried it here.

The restaurant is very tastefully decorated. The staff are all extremely friendly and deliver excellent service. We opted for the chicken breast lunch but the roast beef looked very nice too. The beef looked rare which would have been OK for me but not for my friend. Although the chicken did not come with a Yorkshire Pudding there was no problem in adding one to our meal and we weren’t charged. The meal came with separate vegetables and the most delicious gravy.

We visited Signatures for a birthday celebration after hearing good reviews, and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food was delicious and wonderfully presented. There is a menu of the day which is very good value. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Best restaurant in this area for the food.

Went to Signatures Restaurant in Conwy for a quick snack lunch yesterday. Jimmy Williams you serve the tastiest food I ever encounter. Smoked Haddock and Chorizo Risotto, cooked perfectly and simply presented- excellent.

Visited for a family sunday lunch, 15 in total. The service was excellent, the staff welcoming and attentive. The food was superb, all our orders were delivered at the same time and piping hot. Not always true when in a large group. All round great experience. Will definitely return

Visited here with friends for lunch. Good welcome. There were some excellent dishes on the menu with great choices to be had. The starter of smoked haddock and chorizo risotto was excellent. To follow was a superb chicken korma, the like of which I had never tasted. It had to be creme brûlée for dessert which again was fantastic.

We were completely impressed from the moment we stepped into the Restaurant. The atmosphere was modern, friendly, lively and very welcoming. We were approached by Tia, a very pleasant young lady who invited us to take a seat and have a drink, then brought us our Menus. The charming Carlos came to discuss wines and was on hand at all times to advise and "top up". The food was absolutely divine, 1 lamb, 1 beef, followed by dessert. Huge thanks to Louise who very kindly arranged for the plate to be decorated with "Happy Anniversary" and for the delightfully wrapped iced mini-cake upon our departure. A wonderful way to end our very special day and we will be back at the earliest opportunity. First class all round, "Thank You".

We had a great time, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We’ve heard so much about the restaurant. How nice the food is, the setting. It’s all true. Well worth a visit.

Friends recommended Signatures so decided to visit on a Saturday evening.Had to pay £40 up front to reserve a table.Had a warm welcome shown to the bar picked our food from the menu.We were shown to our table after about twenty minutes.We had selected the chicken the meal was well presented but not much of it also the deserts well presented again not much of it.I have given an average rating only because of the amount of food on the plates and the cost I didn't think it was value for money.Overall the restaurant and staff were excellent but won't be visiting again.

Top notch food and simple beautiful interior. Large selection of red wine and signature dishes that are beautiful and tasty. Will be back

Fantastic food as always. Our third visit and we will be going back tomorrow. I had the duo of Lamb and my husband had braised lamb shoulder. 11/10 basically!!!

Always wanted to try the restaurant on our visits back to see family in Conwy and took the opportunity at half term to take my wife’s mother, sister and brother-in-law as a treat. We were not disappointed. The staff were very attentive and everyone enjoyed their meals. The fillet steak was excellent. Not the cheapest but it did feel very special.

We visit Signatures to celebrate special occasions. Went on Friday to celebrate my birthday. The whole experience was great as on all other occasions. The service was excellent as was the food and drinks. Can’t fault it. Will definitely be back in the future. Well done team.

A month ago we visited the Hand of Flowers in Marlow, a Michelin starred GastroPub. I wrote a review on TripAdvisor about our visit. Tonight, for the 2nd time in a week, we visited Signatures Restaurant in Conwy. When you compare the two restaurants....well you can't! The quality of the food at Signatures Restaurant is every bit as good - but at half the price! The service is friendly and efficient and lacks the snooty 'quality' of the Marlow pub. . All I can offer is an apology to the residents of Marlow :-) Signatures restaurant is Fantastic. We will return to it within a month. We will not be returning to the Hand of Flowers.
