Love this place, in my opinion the best food in Swansea. Their double dry chilli beef is stunning and done even get me started on the noodles! :D

Best I’ve had. Been 4 times in the past year or two, quality and taste every time has been incredible. Best in Swansea hands down, worth every penny, especially when nowadays you don’t want to waste money on bad food.

The food and service is beyond awful. Promised a half hour delivery time, it came after an hour and a half. When we called to chase, we were shouted at by the owner who point blank refused to do anything to compensate. Then to add insult to injury, when our food came, there were items missing and the dishes were so spicy they were hardly edible (and we can eat spicy food!) despite them not being spicy dishes ordinarily and there being no mention of them being spicy on the menu. The spring rolls were the size of my little finger, like frozen ones you’d buy from Iceland. Terrible. Never again. And also, their prices are very expensive. So in all, feel completely ripped off! But the worst thing was the attitude of the owner towards a customer with a genuine complaint - why work in the “service” industry with an attitude like that?! Wish I could give it no stars!

Ordered delivery with estimated 30 minute arrival time given. After an hour waiting, and then several ignored calls, was finally answered 75 minutes later. They simply did not care. Food arrived 90 minutes after initial call. To be kind it was beyond awful and not what we ordered. Frozen spring rolls. Over spiced and nasty dishes. Meat awful. Before tonight this restaurant was in my opinion, the best, most authentic, Chinese restaurant in Swansea. Must be new owners, who would do better specialising in dog food, though that would be unkind to dogs.

Only ever had a delivery, it’s my go to place. I adore the Thai style ribs oh yes they do them how I love them. Never disappointed me or changed like some. Delivery staff always friendly to me and quick response time.

I come back to Swansea just to visit this place. Probably one of my favourite restaurants in the UK. The Sichuan style menu is just amazing -- padron peppers, Kung pao and the chilli fried beef are particularly good. Very cheap, good portions, lovely staff

Quick delivery of a lovely meal!

Food was disgusting, half the order was missing, prawns were found in my noodles when I didnt order prawns I have a forbia of them, crispy beef was spicy burnt our lips, spare ribs were fatty and chips were cold. Will never eat or order from here again. Most of the food that did come went in the bin. We had to order different food. Waste of money! If your looking for a good Chinese DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Visiting Swansea on business, thought I'd check this restaurant out. I had spring rolls, Tofu in Black Bean sauce and fried rice. Huge plate of spring rolls, too many for one person! Tofu nicely cooked, the black bean sauce was well made with added chopped chili, and the "small" bowl of fried rice could easily feed 2 Served in under 5 minutes. Great service, great food, great staff.. Recommended.

Plenty, clean, diverse menu and not particularly expensive. Location very good and close to city centre. Parking shouldn't be a challenge

It's incredibly clean and I loved the decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the portions were generous. This did not taste like any Chinese takeaway or restaurant I've been to in Wales. I'd say the food is definitely higher quality than what I've had in Wales so far. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. The food was fresh and great quality. Highly recommended the sechuan duck pancake, steamed pork buns and beef chow mein. Absolutely delicious.

Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Swansea, as a Chinese myself I’ve tried most of the Chinese restaurants in Swansea, there are many good ones, but this one is my go to. Delicious authentic Chinese food with fresh ingredients and GOOD PORTIONS, their delivery is the fastest I’ve ever had , food always arrive piping hot. They also open late till 23:00 which is really convenient. You don’t want to miss this place !

Started off good when we first ordered months ago but has gone downhill I've got to say. I don't know what the problem is. The egg noodles went to vermicelli and last night's sweet n sour sauce was awful. The chicken balls were overly doughy and fatty. I'm gutted. Plus the prices have gone right up. Won't be going again I'm sorry. Thanks for the initial value for money with good food. I thought it was too good to be true.

Absolutely fabulous. I took my son out for a birthday tea, he lives in Swansea and we live in Warrington cheshire. We just drove up and went in, so glad we did. The place was brightly coloured, very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic. There was three of us dining and we had spare ribs in BBQ sauce and vegetable spring rolls. When the plates came out there was enough for at least six people but we had only ordered two starters. The mains we ordered chicken curry, chicken chow mein and sweet and sour pork balls all with rice, they were all very tasty and non greasy. The portion sizes were massive and we ended up asking for takeaway tubs to take the rest home with us. It is the best Chinese we have ever had and the cost was even a lot cheaper than we expected. We went home very full and very happy and will return again when back in Swansea.❤️

Eat here on average once a week. Dining in is great, speed of food is incredible. Very prideful and hardworking owners. Taste is superb. Portion sizes are perfect. Best salt and pepper chips going. Our new regular place to eat.

Delicious meal delivered to Morriston and it arrived still piping hot. I’m going to be more adventurous next time and order some real Chinese food. Disappointed today when we called in for lunch to find it shut. It appears they no longer serve lunch - aww 😢

This is a wonderful restaurant. It is very informal with a more formal area upstairs. The food is outstanding. So tasty with wonderful flavours and reasonably priced. The portions are very generous and exceptionally tasty

Just had, crispy beef, plain noodles, and king prawns in salt and chilli.. I'd put photos but was too busy eating it! I can't eat a lot of things right now, so to find a great takeaway, or sit down, is huge for me. And that was just the 3 dishes we tried. Delicious. Definitely coming back. 😁

Disappointing, my shredded duck was very dry and hard.

Having eaten from my same regular Chinese for about ten years, I tried this Chinese during lock down when it was one of very few open and was instantly amazed at why it’d taken me so long to try. The food here is amazing and tastes so authentic. Everything I have ordered from this menu tastes better than anywhere else I have tried and the portions are huge. This is now my regular takeaway and I order food weekly on the phone for delivery. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Nice enough, but after getting our order wrong, instead of a nice fillet of duck , without batter, in plum sauce, got hard, chopped up roast duck, bunged into plum sauce (presumably because a nice fillet had already been fried in batter, the sauce had been left out instead of the butter. And the rice and other dishes had been served already). The rest of the food was good. Hot and sour soup lovely, generous portions. They do beer, but not wine (at least when we visited). Tiny place, only a few tables for eating in.

Literally the best Chinese food I’ve had in Swansea. The dumplings in sweet and spicy sauce are so yummy and addictive!! The steamed pork buns are yummy and the house special fried rice is so good. Highly recommend. Staff was nice and friendly. I just ate so much food from there and I’m so happy omg

I visited Sichuan with some friends and we had pork, beef and some traditional egg fried rice. The food tasted good but not quite hot spicy. When it comes to the environment, it is a bit small but clean and just enough for 10 people to eat together. I liked it and ordered it on another day for delivery, that is when I was quite disappointed. The staff on the phone did not speak English well and kept turning me around, I ordered fried fish and was delivered vegetable soup. Overall it is a great restaurant with tasty food but difficult delivery.

Has to be the best Chinese food in Swansea, if not the whole of Wales! I can't recommend this place enough. They have an upstairs seating area as well as a few tables downstairs but at the moment, due to the pandemic, they're only offering takeaway or delivery options. The food is incredible, you won't be disappointed

Normally have a nice meal but my honey roast ribs weren’t up to much, my chicken fried rice had a tiny amount of chicken and my Tom yum soup was a broth with very little else, very disappointed

I often get delivery from here. Chicken chow mien,salt pepper chicken paper are tasty.delivery charge also less. Portion is good.

How can a Chinese restaurant mess up Chow Mein?? Shocking. This is not good food, way too salty and overcooked mush.

Our local takeaway closed during the first lock down and I have been searching for another good one ever since. I've finally found one. Its the first time I've tried this restaurant, but won't be the last. The food was really good, plentiful and affordable and it came on time too! Can highly recommend .

Best Chinese I've had in the U.K., traditional menu has very good, especially for people who love Sichuan food. Very impressed. Owner and the lad both very nice, professionals.

The owner was very polite lady and very friendly. The Bangkok meal deal was a little salty for me and the rice was a little dry. Not something I would order again but I gave it a go but the staff were really nice so being fair with review.

I came across the menu by chance at our holiday cottage. For someone who hardly order any Chinese food due to disappointing quality, I was very excited to find a Chinese restaurant menu which hasn’t been westernized -proper Chinese dishes which you could typically find in China only. We ordered the food tonight and the quality of the food was second to none. We had our young daughter dine with us so for some of the dishes I ordered them with no or little spice. They turned out exactly as I asked for. The portions were also very generous, as well. Great value for money! Highly recommended and hope the restaurant could open a branch in Manchester near where we live. If you are a fan of real Chinese food, go for this restaurant. Let the dishes take you to the true Chinese cuisine!

Best Chinese we've had in years! Not ordered from here before. The owner was very helpful while my mrs asked lots of questions about the dishes. The food was incredibly tasty, we had delivery which was perfectly on time and it was very very good value! Will definitely be ordering again. 10 out of 10

Every meal has been brilliant, very tasty and always hot. Delivery from Swansea is usually quicker than local takeaways. I had a meal in the restaurant pre-Covid and that was superb and no sooner had we ordered it seemed to be on the table. Sometimes careful about recommending restaurants but in the case of Sichuan Savour, I'd have no hesitation. Fantastic!

I ordered king prawn chow mein and instead of king prawns i got small ones. I also had egg fried rice large and i had to dig deep to find a bit of egg in the rice. I think i disrespect. Not a good impression for a first time order! The rest of the food,and the one above was tasty,no complaints. I m sorry guys!

We ordered takeaway for delivery to Horton. Delivery driver had a few problems finding us as on holiday park and no phone signal but kept our food warm and found us. The food was amazing. There was food for 8 of us so quite a selection and it was all really tasty. Huge portions and great value for money. We were all really impressed. Thank you!
