Sheikh Balti House in Wrexham

Ordered at 6:45 and the food didn’t arrive until 8:45, when we rang to ask where the food was the woman was useless. When the order came it was missing items, rang again and she said she would send a driver with the missing food. Driver never turned up and we haven’t got a refund. Food was average.

have used many times over the last 4 years but the last 3 orders items were missing first time i thought ok get a refund it never appeared 2nd time alot missing still no refund 3rd time items missing cannot get any help from them they just keep putting the phone down chef on line no help either will now go elsewhere have lost alot of money in the last 3 deliveries gave the benefit of doubt tried to support local and this is what happens! also the veg curry side is nothing more than soup from a tin

Spent £43 with 15% discount for collection. Most of the dishes were inedible and went in the bin. Starters, an unidentified mush of veg swimming in oil; burnt onion bits purporting to be a bhajee, a mild chicken mhurk which was so overwhelmed by coconut you couldn't eat it; a burned naan, king prawn tandoori which was so tough! A prawn biryani again prawns so chewy they had to be binned. Spinach bahjee over salty... what went wrong? Ruined our special Saturday night takeaway

Over an hour late, rang twice, tried to cancel and girl on the phone wasn’t accommodating at all. Customer service is shocking

We ordered food for collection and was told it would only be 15 minutes which was perfect. We collected the food and realised we had forgotten to order a meal. The staff were super friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. The got us the extra meal straight away and even give us extra popadoms for the wait. It was our fault not theirs and they honestly could not be more helpful. All the food was pipping hot and everything was perfect. The onion bhaji’s and the garlic nan were massive we had ordered way to much with the size of the portions. Great value for money lovely staff and amazing food we will definitely be back!

We ordered a takeaway while visiting this area for my brother in law's birthday. Absolutely delicious, the chicken shatkora and chicken Nagaland were particular favourites. The kids loved the butter chicken and tikka masala. We thought the food was of very good quality, large portions (we had it again for lunch the next day!) and very good value. Would highly recommend.

We always use this restaurant but it was not open so used a different one bad mistake. they didn't deliver on time by one hour so we tried to phone and cancel the order but no one answerd the phone. so when my wife had to go to work it came so not happy so we sent it back. I then ordered from sheikh and the same order took them 25 minutes from me ordering to delivering brilliant food poor wife will have to wait but great food to wait for

After being let down by another Indian Takeaway. Tried Shelka. Lovley customer service and was one of the best Indian I ever had. Will never order from anywhere else. Keep it up and Thank you guys.

We go out as a group of friends, two or three times a year. Usually Christmas Eve and friend's birthdays. The food is always fantastic for me and very reasonably priced. Two 2course meals for a tad over £25. The welcome is, as usual, fantastic. The Head waiter always remembers me. What my favourite meal is and we always share a joke or two. I really love going to this restaurant, it's only a 5 minute walk from my home. Perfect for a quick takeaway as well! Sorted!!!

The food is ok depending what day you order. The upkeep from the rear of the property is disgusting from the road side. Dirty mops, brushes and empty containers left by the back door. I pass this place every day and think of them cleaning inside with such items left outside.

We’ve eaten in and had takeaways from this establishment and have been delighted with the quality, quantity and value for money. We couldn’t fault it. The restaurant isn’t licensed but they’re more than happy to see alcohol brought in.

Apart from being slightly slow in delivery, really can't complain. Nice Indian, good portion sizes and much cheaper than many competitors in town. Polite delivery driver, free poppadoms and complimentary drink to compensate slow delivery more made up for 20 min delay. Will definitely order...

The food here is well made and staff are super attentive. They haven't got an alcohol license but the ability to fetch your own alcohol from home is a plus. My go to when I fancy Indian food :)
