Wow, amazing restaurant, very well-deserved, hospitality Food Delicious good staff. Excellent manager with good quality staff make our day wonderful at my daughters birthday party.

Wonderfully authentic and delicious Indian food. Menu is inspired by both North and south Indian cuisine. A perfect pit-stop while visiting the BAPS Shri swaminarayan temple.

We visited yesterday as a family for lunch. They have a Indian superstore in the same premises and with plentiful parking(though as parking primarily is for the temple, parking might be full and blocked on event days). We ordered starters which were all great - kurkure bhindi (amazing), chilli chips (very flavorful), paneer sizzler(not so great, the sauce tasted of ketchup) and samosa chat (great). All the dishes served in this restaurant are made without onions and garlic, so that taste is missing, but nevertheless, the food is packed with flavour. Our little one had a cheese dosa with chutney and sambar (this was not good, probably a bad idea to order South Indian) We also ordered the weekend special - bajra rotla and aubergine mash, and steamed rice with okra kadhi, which was excellent! Vaghareli chaas and mango lassi were our choice of drink, both were yummy. And the mango kulfi at the end (made with Alphonso) was truly delicious!! Shopping at the Indian store next door is also a very peaceful and relaxed experience, as compared to shopping in Wembley. Only, you will not get any onions or garlic in the store either.

Today we had paneer tikka masala and fried rice, it's not good at all....we had very bad experience,they should improve

First impressions are last , Toilets were very dirty ,not clean at all where we had an engagement party over there.

A la suite de la visite du temple il y a la possibilité d aller en face manger dans le restaurant. Menu buffet à volonté avec des plats 100% maison et végétariens. Ils sont peu épicés de base donc parfaits pour les palais sensibles. Service impeccable et rapport qualité prix imbattable. Il existe dans le même bâtiment un traiteur et une supérette.

Foods pre heated - unfortunately service is not that great and way overpriced

Opulently decorated Indian restaurant located in close proximity to the Neasden temple, next to an Indian sweet shop. The menu is vast and the service friendly. Everything we ordered was delicious. Starters: Chilli Paneer Samosa Chaat Bombay Bhel Chilli mogo Bhinda/ okra Mains: Seitan curry. First time I ever tried this and it was better than a lot of chicken curries I’ve had. The menu described it as a ‘must try’ and I definitely agree. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Nothing to write home about. Pricey and limited fayre. 2024 update. Nice evening family meal in a blessed environment. Great dosa and psssionfruit juice. Everything else was average and the masala Tea was too creamy for my liking. Will return to try other menu items.

Great food, quick service and ambience is perfect, what more does one need ?

I was less excited than previous visits, the place was cold, the service was not at its best, and the food was OK, but I had to return one dish, as it was not as described. Then, the right dish was given again. Overall, 6 out of 10 on this occasion.

Food was just ok but can find such on the streets of Wembley. Was definitely not worth the price. Spent 17per person on the newly yr buffet. Food was extremely oily and poor in taste. Very disappointed. The restaurant is not a Michelin star. It was on the Michelin 'guide' earlier but was later off it once the cook changed. Don't recommend 1/10

Good atmosphere and seating area. Food is nice but starter portion is too small. main course is perfect. Good options available for vegetarian. Satvik food without onion and garlic. soft canned drink price is quite high compared to other restaurants. £3.50 each soft drinks like coke, pepsi.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Dhal Makhani and Naan. My husband had the buffet which had a variety of dishes and he also enjoyed his meal. (14.99 incl dessert which is a great deal!) The masala tea wasn’t my favorite but this could be due to my own preferences. The staff were friendly, the place is neat and clean with comfortable seating and nice decor. We will definitely return.

Shayona gets better every time. All the Sputh Indian classics - bhel puri, kachori - and superb potato bhajias. And the curries are so rich, delicately spiced and moreish. Love the methi sweetcorn in particular, and the seitan curry is also a revelation. Service is so efficient and friendly, and value is amazing.

Amazing buffet. All vegetables were very tasty, especially paneer. The bean salad prepared in mint chutney was the best part for me.

Loved the Indian vegetarian restaurant in London! The dishes were delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. Great choice for those who enjoy tasty vegetarian food. Conveniently located near BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir with parking available – highly recommended! The price is a little high.

Superb. Vegetarian fresh food.

The ambience is great but compared to the fact that there is a plaque outside the restaurant claiming it is a Michelin star restaurant the food is not as tasty as I expected it to be. It was good but not extraordinary with all due respect. It is clean, staff if well behaved, kid friendly, and overall nice.

Good food,good service and quick

The management really needs to work on customer service! Service was very poor from the beggining till the end. We ordered passion fruit jug which had a tiny hair on it, the server didn't even appologise and didn't seemed to be too happy to replace it but eventually did it. The server only came to our table when we finish the food to ask how was it. The server was a young man and this was yesterday. We were a family of 5 and spend £90

The food was lovely and the staff are super nice! The menu has such a large variety of really delicious vegetarian dishes. My top recommendations would be their samosa chaat and Bombay aloo! Obviously to finish off - you need to order their sweet pan! Overall, I am very impressed by how they have made Stattvic cuisine so delicious and accessible! The prices are also pretty good for the quality. Will definitely come here again when I’m in Wembley.

Purely vegetarian dishes and no alcohol. Reasonable prices but the most important thing was the food and service was great. However, our last visit, for 5 people cost nearly £91. I was shocked how much the cost of the dishes are. Will obviously go again but not as often

I went to attend medical research, I brought some samosa and jilabi from the counter. The restaurant was not open.

Excellent tasty food especially Panner Masala

Large selection of well prepared food. The quantity for the price is excellent value. I would recommend going and make sure you boom as it gets very busy.

Visited many times - the food is always cooked to perfection! For good quality vegetarian cuisine this place should be on everyone's list. The staff are friendly and helpful. Tej especially goes out of his way to make the dining experience welcoming. Paneer tikka, pani puri, Punjabi & South Indian dishes are our usual favourites ...and desserts too!

Had nice food but way overpriced

One of the best vegetarian restaurants to eat no onions and no garlic food with confidence.

Delicious authentic vegetarian food with excellent service. Book ahead to avoid disappointment. On the day we visited, a large team for IKEA arrived. Think they had had enough of their own restaurant.

Pure vegetarian Indian restaurant. I recommend milkshakes and buffet. We did not like the taste of any of the starters. They were cooked from frozen. I know because frozen packs are available in the grocery store right next to the restaurant 🤦🏻‍♀️. Daal makhani wasn’t that good. Do like paneer tikka masala. Naan breads were way overpriced! Masala tea was okay.

Best vegetarian food restaurant I've been to. The food is delicious. We went there on a buffet day. I believe it's Tuesday to Friday. The curries are amazing, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Went for lunch buffet on Saturday. Starters are good especially chat items,masala dosa chhole bhature, Puri. Couple of desert options along with ice cream. Desert options are too sweet. Overall good experience, highly recommended. We paid 37pounds for a couple.

One of the best indian food we had here (without onions and garlic) ! The service is very quick and Mr. Tej puts in his personal effort to make you feel welcomed at this restaurant. Highly recommended it as we are regulars here!! We come back home happy every time we visit Shayona :)

We went for lunch here yesterday, we have been on two previous occasions but a number of years ago. The last two times were great, good selection of food and good service. Yesterday was awful. Particularly with regard to the service and treatment by the staff which I just don't understand. We were ignored from the moment we entered, told to wait for a table as they needed to clean the tables when clearly there were clean tables available. We weren't offered drinks until I got up to go and ask the waitress to take our order. It then took ages for them to bring half of the drinks and another age and me having to get up once again to manage to get the rest of the drinks. In addition the selection of food available was far less than on the previous visits and I feel £3 is a little excessive for a glass of coke. It is a shame as on previous occasions everything was absolutely perfect.

Best place for satvik Jain food.

Very very costly then all other good restaurants. As this restaurant runs under Swaminarayan Mandir it's really very sad that the price is too much. I eat the same item at another place with a good test at 1/3 price rate.!!! Never go again to this restaurant . This is a bed for swaminarayan temple impression. Jay Swaminarayan

Took my parents for an afternoon meal here while we were visiting Neasden temple. They thoroughly enjoyed the buffet, food was great, all Jain and freshly prepared. The afternoon buffet is quite reasonably priced too.

We had very good experience the food the atmosphere the service was grate . Totality recommending this restaurant. The prices also very reasonable they offer at noon buffet which cost only 14 ponds per person and gives best value and choices. Try the samosas the are grate their special drinks. And also recommend to combine this visit with a visit to the temple . The BAPS Shri Swaminarayan mandir enjoy

One of the best place I’ve every visited. Food was fantabulous. The mix veg jalfrezi was on spot. PaniPuri were very good. The service was very very good. If you travelling to Temple or Neasden I’ll strongly recommend visiting here. You’d consider booking table before going.

This restaurant is very good.When I went to London I decided to try shayona and I had no regrets,the staff were excellent and the food was lip smacking and enticing, the food is good even though it has no onion or garlic but overall 10/10

Delicious food but bit costly....

Nice selection of Indian food available. They do not serve snacks. For that you have to go to the "cafe" outside the restaurant where you cannot sit down and enjoy your food as they do not have any seating 🙄.

Enjoyed a plain dosa and chaas; definitely recommend them! The plan, not so much to be honest as it was dry and not sweet albeit the photo I'm sure showed and mentioned that it was sweet.

After a long time, we had delicious Gujarati, Punjabi, and Kathyavadi food with great, quick service. It was really amazing and a must-visit.

I don't normally give 5 star ratings for all 3 aspects, but i really can't fault anything. The food is well priced, homely, and with good choice. The service is timely, profesional, and staff seem very polite. The atmosphere is calming, and matches the type of food offered. People.of all ages can comfortably have a satisfying meal with no regrets.

Maneger Tej Singh excellent person for coordination

Taste is average and price is on medium side. Butter Naan was superb but slightly costly. Service is slow. Note: They added some 10% discretionary charges on the bill without explaining what it is and why it is charged which is kind of not justified.

Tasty food with decent menu and good service. Manager, Tej Mohan Singh is brilliant and provides best service with good advice.

The food had an authentic Indian flavour, and the manager, Tej Singh, provided remarkable hospitality. Will undoubtedly recommend their restaurant.

Goldmine for a vegetarian person. Tej is an incredible man, so hospitable! Loved the food! Will definitely recommend if you're vegetarian.

In terms of Jain options, this restaurant is not a good choice as apart from bhindi, there's no other option for Jain meal (which is really poor considering it's a vegetarian restaurant)
