Shawarma & Shake in Croydon

Not authentic shawarma, frozen fillings, delivered cold. Rubbish all round

Late again with order, did not mind the 5 mins, saying on tracker enjoy your food when it as not arrived is not expectable as you think it’s been left at wrong address. Did not give food as requested, bread separate and salad, other wise warm and soggy.

Still waiting for refund of wrong item

Food was disgusting and both me and partner had food poisoning the following morning. Had ordered few days prior to this and the food was good in comparison to the dry doner meat and over salty chicken shawarma. The thought alone makes me feel ill all over again. Food and safety team notified!

Tried again, I'm all for 2nd chances but a massive failure. The ingredients are not fresh ans the meat is reheated in the microwave, not frsh off a spit or grill. Wasn't my 1st order but will be my last.

Dripping in grease/fat and not authentic bread at all.

Ordered coke and received Diet Coke and the juice for kids ran out ( they returned on pound in cash) not happy with the coke mistake at all

The meat was very dry, no taste the bread was falling apart. It is very expensive and for the price you have to pay it’s totally not worth it.

Food was 45 mins late, came extremely cold and hard, not edible. Tried to call numerous times and my calls were literally rejected. If you like cold, rock hard lamb in an ice cold sharwama wrap which will break your teeth then this is the place for you

Waited more then 60 minutes called twice and both times got the phone hung up on me the customer service is horrible

They first only brought the shawarma and said they “forgot” the milkshake. This is terrible and shouldn’t be like this. They still went back and resent the milkshake but that’s not great is it. When I place an order it should all come together. I shouldn’t have to eat half my food and wait for my drink to arrive separately or else I would’ve ordered them separately. Please give me a refund for this as it is terrible service.

Food was very late and cold on arrival. Chicken far too cold effectively unusable for consumption with soggy wet bread. An uncomfortable experience.

Nice so far, cute pink box and shake had sprinkles on the top, only got fries this time but will try meat next and review

Ordered 2 shawarma's received donner kebab meat instead with chips and salad in a box mixed together nothing wrapped up no bread! Shawarma and donner are two different things!!

Couldn’t find the place, according to the address and location on the map, no phone number, not even on Google. We drove endlessly up and down the road. We ordered 3 shakes for delivery in the end. The strawberry shake had lots of bits of PLASTIC in it, thinking it was bits of fruit my poor 4year old kid drank most of it until my 6year old tasted it and started spitting it out realising it wasn’t chewable! Disgusting and disappointing. I won’t risk ordering here again.

The shawarma burger was very good, but the chips were severely undercooked. The driver was late despite the website telling me the food had already been delivered. All in all the experience was middle of the road.

I dont know why its a problem to put sauce included with meal option into a tub. Youre going to lose customers because youre tight with condiments that make or break the food you sell. You put a tiny pot of sauce with 2 meals which are supposed to include 4. Very bad service.

The chicken wrap was nice although The chicken wings looked horrible and had no flavour at all. Also the beans looked like it came out the container days ago. I'm sorry but really disappointed.

My food still hasn’t arrived, I was told it would be here by 9:10 and it is now 10pm and still no food I have tried calling the restaurant a few times and each time it is an engaged tone, I tried the text message thing for an update and didn’t receive no reply My food has never turnt up this late

0 STAR Ordered a lamb Shawarma but received a very bad lamb donner... Feel deceived! Even the box said lamb donner.... Meat smelt, undercooked, had to cook it... Please save yourself and don't order from here.

Food was bland and cold not much flavour. Poorest excuse of chips I’ve had in a long time they were rock hard and cold tasted like they were cooked and reheated - not worth the money spent will never order again

The food in between the time show on the app but it was still too long. No updates kn the order, chips were undercooked. Kebab meat was nice though.

Very goo restaurant it seems to be the same people as pond finish and chips but must say is very good quality of all food especially their meat would definitely recommend and some of the best prices around

Bit stingy with meat in Schwarmas , took over an hour to arrive - standard frozen take away chips that arrive soggy - not impressed.

Lamb used is a combination of old and fresh kebabs.
