Sensi in Hillingdon

Kids and husband took me to Sensi for mothering Sunday dinner, and yes, I loved it. The food was lovely, the wine selection was great, and the service was also great. All in All, it was a great experience for my foodie family.

I like it a lot. I felt like I was in a restaurant in Italy You should especially try the pizza.

Lovely meal in this friendly restaurant. Food was very fresh and really good. I've only marked atmosphere as a 3* simply because it wasn't very busy and it could do with a quick update to make it a bit cosier feeling. Staff friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend Sensi and would revisit if I'm back in that area again.

Small Italian cosy place, and it's good for romantic dinner. We ordered 2 steak, the well done was not good, it was chewy. But the other one was tasty, pizza was also very tasty. It is worth giving a try.

The food here has really gone downhill, they must have changed chefs. Last came over a year ago and it was awesome food. Such a shame.

Went on a Sunday, so not really busy. The food was correct even if I don't agree on the way the carbonara were prepared (not at all the Italian way). Service was good.

Last minute (post Wembley cup final win) decision to book a quick meal before driving back home. Checked out the highly rated restaurants around Harrow/Pinner area. Sensi did not disappoint. Parked for free (after 18.30) directly outside. A warm and personalised welcome. Seated and then served. Waiter took real interest in us and gave some great tips for my forthcoming first trip to Istanbul. Risotto (de Mare) was delicious, my daughter enjoyed her Tagliatelle. Great value meal and drinks under £50. We will be back!

We came across this restaurant after a friend and I went for a long walk. From when we entered the restaurant we were made to feel welcomed. The restaurant is clean and cosy with a good service, very attentive. We ordered a starter and mains and we were in for a treat. The explosion of different flavours from each dish. The food is very natural and FRESH ! If you have not been please go you will not be disappointed. Will definitely return and was very happy to learn they do delivery 😁

First time visit and not disappointed. Small cosy restaurant that feels open and ideal for lunch or early dinner. It doesn’t have the luxury for a romantic meal which is a shame as the food and service were equally impressive. Well seasoned, fresh and despite a wide menu, every dish was delicious. The ribeye was awesome and the chocolate rum dessert to die for !!! They just need slightly lower tables and more comfortable chairs and some nice lighting and this could become my go to local Italian. I marked it down one star as I think the drinks were a little pricy and would like to see a house red , a house white and house rose around the £12-15 mark.

Lovely little Italian in Eastcote. Food was very tasty and favourite dish was caprino al forni (with chillies added in). Starters were nice (brushetta and calamari) but the mains were better. For dessert the honeycomb cheesecake was the favourite. Not the cheapest of places but in current climate nothing is. Will definitely be returning.

First time visit to Sensi as reccomended by a very good friend. I had Spaghetti di Gamberoni - king prawns with the most delicious garlic & chilli sauce! Highly recommend! Very nice ambiance & super friendly service, will definitely be returning!

Had a quiet quaint dinner here with family, the ragu was really nice and well presented, and the chips were delicious too. Pizza was great, we ordered the prosciutto and mushrooms one.

Fist time trying. Bit chaotic this evening. Basic decor But food was reasonably quick and service was ok. It was Mother’s Day so will give a 5 more like 4.5 today. Food was tasty and hot with good flavour so a 5 it is. Will most likely return. Thank you.

My wife and I visited Sensi for the first time yesterday. Very friendly and excellent tasty food. We would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Very nice place with attentive staff. Have been here few times, love their vegetarian options, tasty authentic Italian food. Although, it seems they have now increased the price for everything, i am not sure for a non-central london location to have such high prices.

The Chicken, mushroom and cheese blend pasta dish was absolutely blinding! Rich, Flavoursome, mouth watering and a reasonably generous portion. The atmosphere in the restaurant is welcoming and the staff are very friendly. I would visit again.

No lunchtime menu, main menu food sounds good but portions small and much too expensive. Service poor or non existent! They then add 12.5 % service charge! The first glass of wine given to us was obviously an old bottle as it tasted like vinegar. We ended up buying a bottle instead to make sure it was fresh. Went a couple of years ago, disappointed then too. Won’t go again, it would have been better to go to Subway down the road!.

Lovely food amd good service. Very understated decor: you wouldn't guess looking through the window that the food was as high quality as it is. Sadly the card machine failed so I was left looking for a cash point. With tablecloths and a working card reader it would be 5 stars

Had an excellent meal here. It appeared to be authentically Italian, and homemade, but little atmosphere as very quiet.

Five for service. Family restaurant and the front of house was so kind and so charming with our little one. My favourite dish was the chicken, mushroom al forno.

Food is really lovely. First time we went they catered extremely well for dietary requirements and even made dishes which were not on the menu to suit a vegan diet. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was really tasty, portion sizes are very big and there is a lot of choice. Minus one point as my latest visit was not too great, food was a little run down and staff looked tired.

The only thing I can say, is that local businesses really do know how to do their job properly. Food is: Delicious Fresh Great portion Great value What can you ask for more? Go try it without hesitation.

Fantastic fine dining Italian restaurant. Pizzas were superb - stone baked crust! They looked after us, and even when my daughter became upset over having to choose a drink on the childrens menu - they bought out a glass of orange juice. Definitely will go back again!

Really sad to leave this review! As you can see from past reviews here an on Google - I’ve always been a huge fan of this restaurant - and have been going here regularly since it first opened. I feel the food standards are slipping a bit. Last few times I’ve been there something or other hasn’t been great. Or sometimes the food is ok but service really slow. All of this has still been acceptable as I’ve still always gone back. Last time I ordered home delivery I ordered the homemade focaccia - I received a few of the smallest bite size pieces - I wish I took a picture. It was pretty appalling for £4.25. And they were rock solid! I managed to get my money back for this item through UberEats and I forgot about the experience. Today I ordered UberEats again. And this time I tried the gluten free garlic bread. I’m in shock! It’s hard and thin like a tortilla - and there was only 3 pieces. I eat gluten free a lot - so to me this is really unacceptable for an Italian restaurant. It’s certainly not worth the £5 I was charged and also barely edible really! I am really sad to leave the review but I felt it necessary since I’ve had a few bad visits now. I may need to have a think before eating/ordering from them again.

I went today for my sister birthday at Sensi restaurant to have the lunch and we had the best experience there. Amazing atmosphere and lovely staff. A special thanks to Corina who made us to feel so welcoming and warm 🙏 Definitely recommend the food and this welcoming restaurant 😊😊

Absolutely delicious food with a fantastic service will definitely come back again

Pasta was oily service a little slow then wanted us to leave for next table seating and felt rushed although service was slow.

We were seated promptly as it was fairly empty and the lady was friendly. The food tasted nice and fresh, but the portion sizes seemed a little small than I would like - this is in relation to my experience at other high street restaurants generally. The ravioli was nice enough, but seemed very little of it. I required a starter, mains, side and dessert to fill myself, and I have what I think is a normal appetite. The prices were also a little higher than the general high street (approx £70+ for a meal for 2 people). The temperature in the restaurant was a little too warm too. But overall it was fine.

A really nice experience with wonderful Italian cuisine. Our family loved it! The pasta was so tasteful and the pizza was crispy and delicious! Kind staff and overall environment. Would really love it if a candle-light ambience was offered or one with dimmed lights. Thank you so much!

Everything tasted so good! One of my favourite starters is baked brie and Sensi's did not disappoint. These days, I often order salad and chips, and the Sensi chicken salad was just perfect! Maybe it was also the company we were with (treasured old friends) but we emerged from the restaurant smiling.

The beef and veal ravioli was an interesting yet light blend blend of flavour, overall it was a fantastic evening. Definitely worth a visit with friends/family looking to enjoy some Italian cuisine.

Popped in on the off chance as we were just visiting the area and wanted some dinner before we went out to a party. So glad we did. Absolutely beautiful food, really impressed. My husband had the calves liver which were so tender and in a lovely rich sauce. I had the chicken and parma ham with sage sauce and was also really lovely. Ordered rosemary and garlic roast potatoes too ... massive portions! We would highly recommend.

Always wanted to try this restaurant and finally got the chance. Nice staff followed by lovely pasta. The mushroom starter is to die for, I'll probably have that as main dish next time.

I was the only diner at lunchtime at Sensi. The Lasagne I ordered was overcooked and tasteless. When I mentioned my disappointment to the waitress, there was no apology. Sadly, I will not return to this 'restaurant' and nor can I recommend it to others.

An Italian that offers more than just just your usual pizza pasta dishes a variety of food served by such friendly staff. So welcoming went for mums birthday with two young kids. Kids menu is great and so big 3 course such great price! Amazing...

Four of us came here Friday 30th June for a birthday celebration. Not a pleasant experience. Of the four starters ordered we only got three as one was sent to another table, by the time the fourth arrived three of us had finished our starters. Next came the main courses and two of those were not what we ordered, by the time the two correct ones arrived two of us had finished our mains. the correct ones were rushed and not that nice , neither of us finished them. Service was not good at all ,the manager offered us one free desert which we turned down as we just wanted to go home at that point. No discount was offered. We are used to the prices as we have been here before but that experience did not merit those costs at all.

We have been leaving in the area for long time but had never visited this Restaurant. Heard few great comments and decided to go finally for lunch today. The Food was excellent and staff is very friendly. We order Pizza and Pasta. They both were very delicious. I would surely visit again.

We went to Sensi based on reviews here, but it’s anything but the best Italian. Most of the food used the same tomato base, which made for a mediocre meal. The food wasn’t at a quality level (more like an English version of Italian food)....

Dinner on a Saturday evening, great food- gluten free and vegan options- very impressed. Enjoyed my mains dish very much. All distancing and safety measures in place. Felt very safe and enjoyed the meal. Thank you very much, I will be returning.

This is the second time I have visited Sensi. The food, the service and the ambiance are excellent. I recommend the Penne Tre Gusti. We have now booked to take the family on Sunday for Fathers Day.

Every single food item was absolutely delicious, I highly highly recommend the Caprino Al Forno, it's too much for one person but it was so flavourful with so many wonderful ingredients like goat's cheese and pesto! The Bianca pizza was perfect as well and we tried the Burrata as well for the first time ever and it didn't disappoint! Again good portion size, especially for a starter! One negative was that one of our orders was forgotten however the waiter was new and quite young so we understood, the staff was so kind and genuinely sorry about it that it was hard to get mad at them, they even gave us a free tiramisu to make up for it! Will be coming back :)

The Sensi small restaurant in the end was a big surprise. We went first time Friday and we been back after only 2 days Sunday with the aim to eat that deliciuos p8zza. I call Gardenia but the name is something similar, a vegetarian one. That pizza is someting else. In the time when everybody make and sell pizza and all are the same - looking and tasting- Sensi offers a real good one. I taste Bianca pizza too, but is not my favourite because i dont like caramelized onions. Friday a had a portion of lasagna to died for. So all together with Gabi wine ( find a little exotic for my pocket -28 £) very good meal. Young and nice people there with a lovely music in a background. Only few tables inside with a good distance between...and lots of people coming. If i go there again? Absolutely! 2 portion of pizza, one starter and one bottle of wine and one beer ( they have Perroni draughts!), Sunday, the total bill was arround 60 £. Not bad at all! Enjoy!
