So glad I found this shop, I've been a repeat customer for several years now (both online and I've been known to travel almost an hour just to have a look/sniff to decide on new teas..) Sian has endless knowledge and a fascinating, understated passion for tea (ask her about her experiences in tea farming!) The prices are just right, the products are wonderful (I have had some seriously special and rare tea from here, eg. Gyokuro, and some white teas that even friends in Japan/Taiwan were impressed at me being able to source). I really can't praise this shop enough, online orders arrive very fast and well packed, and the drinks to take away are just divine. The only thing I'm missing out on is joining one of the tea tasting evenings, but I live in hope! To summarise; much, much more than "just" a coffee or tea shop- it's a curated experience of lots of unusual teas plus every other tea you could possibly enjoy (and coffees, but I haven't forayed into those) Oh and one last note- I am sceptical of herbal or fruity teas.. They are always disappointingly dusty, smell good but no flavour-BUT here, their house blends (such as "sleepy time") are so decent too. Proper fresh high quality ingredients blended with a real eye for results and flavour. Just, all round, the best shop!

Visited today and spent a pleasant half hour talking to Sian about her teas and travels, both as rich and interesting as each other. I have pretty strict requirement for Earl Grey having spent years hunting down some of the best in the UK and Sian was able to supply me with a beautiful, full flavour, fresh tea at a very reasonable price. On top of this (and whilst she was serving another a fresh ground coffee) I worked my way through another dozen or so interesting jars choosing a deep turmeric tea and a lemon and ginger that blow anyone's socks off. Great shop, superb teas and a knowledgeable, passionate owner. Not sure why TripAdvisor shows pictures of Seibant being a café as it is a specialist tea (and coffee) retailer. They stopped being a cafe in 2016 🤔 sure Sian will do you a tea to takeaway but you cannot stay and have cake and tea in the shop 🤷🏼♂️

I would just like to say how lovely and genuine the lady who owns this coffee shop is. I ordered a coffee advent calendar and when it arrived it was beans rather than ground coffee. Within 1 hour of emailing her she responded and organised a replacement to be sent to ne immediately. I have bought coffee and tea from this shop for several years now both in person and on line and have never been disappointed with the service and quality.

This is a proper coffee shop! A huge variety of both tea and coffee and very knowledgeable and passionate staff who globally source their produce with great care. Lovely and friendly place - it's one of my my favourite coffee places in Britain, it's a shame it's so far away from me. Note, it's very small - only a few places to sit as the focus is all on the goods!

A good place to top up on proper leaf tea. Prices are reasonable compared with outlets like Whittards. Also sells a range of coffees. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I've been to many coffee shops (I live in Seattle) and this one tops the list. did not expect that when visiting Conwy. So many varieties in one place, knowledegable people and the ability to try a bit before you commit. they also had some beans and varieties i'd never encountered, with flavors i never expected from coffee. Love this place.

I went into this shop to buy a take away coffee with soya milk which they had along with oat and almond...really good choice. The young man was lovely and shared my ethics on re usable cups and had a system of using china mugs for take outs for customers. The range of tea and coffee was amazing and his knowledge and enthusiasm too. I purchased two varieties of tea, which are very palatable and I will be going back for more. Thank you for this lovely shop and the equally lovely young man. I was feeling rather low and he made a difference to my day along with the tasty tea :)

I live locally and didn’t know the shop existed until a friend bought me a tea to try for Christmas. I’ve since been in myself and was warmly greeted and obviously the lady was very knowledgeable about the various products. I wasn’t aware there was such a choice of wonderful teas, my favourite drink. Will definitely be trying more. So nice to discover a shop that’s different.

Deserved all the Wows I can give Great shop for anyone Looking for specialist tea or coffee. Highly recommend this shop. The shop assistant knew everything. Recommended 2 teas for my daughter and one for me. Slept like a log after it. Very reasonable prices in my opinion. Will be back if I'm in Wales again.

This is a small coffee and tea specialist that deserves the highest praise. I stumble across this shop just as the doors were being opened. A lovely welcome especially for our small Westie. The young lady (sorry I dont recall your name) was so helpful. sat down and had one of the best coffee's this year, beating the last good coffee I had in Costa Rice! a nice range of coffee (I dont drink tea but there were plenty of options) all roasted locally. I love Conwy but now I have another very good reason to return. Dont tell anyone, this is such a lovely place it needs to be kept a secret. 10/10

Best little coffee shop in the area. Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant and so much to choose from, great selection of coffees and teas. Only one table which is a pity but am sure it will grow. If you are looking to buy speciality coffees and teas this is the place, look no further.

A lovely little shop in Conwy sells a wide range of loose teas (black, green, herbal, fruit, ...) and proper coffee (beans or ground) from a lot of different countries.

Discovered Seibiant Coffi quite by accident, and on my first visit got some Monsoon Malibar and something else I can't remember sorry. Both were ground for my needs. On a more recent visit, I followed a suggestion from the gentleman serving me, and took home a Rwandan coffee - Huye Mountain (from Coaltown roasters I think?) - and this has become a firm favourite and I have been back for more.

Called in when passing and was seriously impressed by the selections of coffee and tea. I was particularly impressed by the offer to grind a sample of coffee which was served according to preference. The gentleman who served us was really knowledgeable and answered any questions we asked.

Seibiant is refreshingly simple and limited to selling and serving real coffee and real (leaf only) tea. We stopped by for an espresso (surely the best test for a new cafe) and it was really excellent yet it was astonishingly good value (£1 in August 2016 - unbeatable)

Popped in for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised. I was encouraged to pick my coffee from the selection on display. The coffees had informative labels about the aromas and enticed you to try them. My coffee was really good. Mrs B had a bubble tea (whatever that is!) and really enjoyed it. The flapjack was very healthy - freshly made with raspberries - and delicious. Sian helped me buy some beans by giving me expresso to try out the taste. She even gave me the contact number for the coffee machine repairer. We will be back.

Sian runs a lovely shop selling many varieties of tea and coffee. Whilst on a working holiday, I enjoyed plenty of cappuccinos. Sian even makes decaffeinated with soya milk which enabled me to enjoy this tasty drink. Free wifi and a friendly welcome too.

This is a new tea "tasting house" in Conwy providing a wide range of teas and coffees that is hard to find anywhere else in North Wales. There is a limited food menu at present -as it is a new venture- but is open 7 days a week from 08.00 until 6.00 pm.

Only been open a week and I popped in for a quick coffee. Lovely chatty owner. Newspaper to read. Choose your own coffee. Advised the type I should have as I didn't want a strong coffee. Had a lovely piece of barabrith with butter. Coffee just right. I hope the owner does well. Very comfortable and pleasant cafe.

Lovely people, lovely food, lovely prices! When here on my way into work and ordered a sausage and bacon bap with hash brown and cheese. Everything was fresh and nothing was too much trouble. Wish I could get here more. Love it

Since this place opened earlier this year I have visited a few times. Great location for picking up a drink and / or a cake / crisps on your way to or back from the beach. Sells locally sourced produce, with good variety and staff friendly. Was pleased to discover that the hut is also solar and wind powered!
