We booked a group of 80 for a light lunch 12pm on a Wednesday. Did not disappoint. Homemade vegetable soup wheaten bread, tray bakes tea/coffee. Service very quick for a large group. Reserved space for 2 coaches. The group were very pleased. Thanks to Sarah Jane and everyone. Will be back 👍

I had a very nice Christmas meal here - my first of the season. Canteen like restaurant, but offers all that you need at reasonable prices and with typically Irish friendly service.

What an fantastic place!!! - just a short distance from City Centre - With Free parking and an amazing array of food. Whether its a business lunch meeting friends or relations for a coffee or full blown lunch or the office Outing or Birthday Party - this is the place.. The food and the ambiance would be streets ahead of most restaurants in Belfast City Centre. It's Spotlessly clean extremely well maintained and the staff are simply superb. The service is fast and efficient - and more importantly very polite and respectful. (NONE of the 'Hi Guys' or 'Hello Folks' you hear in virtually every cafe/restaurant! who trains these people?) I thoroughly recommend Seasons It's a restaurant for every occasion and i haven't even mentioned the free water, Free WiFi and free coffee refills....

We have been to this restaurant on a few other occasions to meet fellow busienss colleagues and generally had a nice lunch and service. Today the service was average. Barely sat down and asked what we wanted to eat without even being provided with a menu and then waitress returned 1min later to ask the same question. Ordered gourmet burger and a cheap catering cart could have made a better one! Jug of water never turned up either. Reason we used this in the past as the parking is great and so generally is the food, but waitresses need some training and the food quality needs to be improved if we are to come back I’m afraid.

Good service, even on a busy day. I had steak and mushroom sandwich with salad and chips. My friend had chicken on a bap. Both dishes were well cooked and presented. I had the plum pudding which was perfect. We had a selection of petis fours which were delish!

Well the fry was spot on came with butter for the weaten bread and the scrambled eggs were bang on to, I couldn't fault the service as both waitress and till girls couldn't do more for us. I will most definitely be back I'm sure at some point. If your looking somewhere to eat in tge area and can't really decide were to go I can tell you this....just go here it's you can't beat the place. 100% so it is.

This was our first visit and from the word go it did not disappoint. Straight away we were met by a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. From there it just got better. My Mum and I had an americano and a scone each. I must say I'm a coffee snob and my coffee was perfect and the scones were top drawer to, I even got one to take away.. couldn't fault the service as both girls couldn't do more. I work in the East and will most definitely be back. Andrew.

This cafe / restaurant is one of the best places in Belfast for a good cup of Italian coffee. They really know how to make coffee unlike many so called " baristas" in city coffee shops. They also have a great range of home made scones which again are a step above the ordinary. The scones are a nice size, soft in the middle and crisp on the outside- really delicious. I haven't had lunch here but all the food coming out looked very tempting. This place is used by many business people working on their lap tops or attending conferences in nearby premises. Parking is available in the grounds.

I had the pleasure of dining at Seasons restaurant at the Mount today as a guest of a friend. I must say that the restaurant is superbly staffed, well priced and great service. There's everything from light snacks and sandwiches to proper 3 course meals. My friend chose seafood chowder and wheaten whilst I had peppered chicken, rice, sweet corn and coleslaw. We washed it down with still and sparkling water. The portion sizes were ample and my dish tasted amazing-one of the better pepper sauces I've had. All I can say is the staff at the Mount are very lucky!!!!

MORE AT TripAdvisor

I will start off on a good point. The cafe/restaurant looked lovely and the food looked nice I had called for the first time at the cafe and while I appreciated the fact that the cafe was extremely busy due, it would appear, to the Christmas dinner/ function visitors, I still had to find out for myself if a table was free for lunch. I asked one of the waitresses if I needed to book a table and was told by them to enquire at the counter. I did this and was told to take a seat, which I gladly did. Whilst seated, two customers arrived and were immediately taken to a table in front of me. They were not asked whether they had booked. I then informed one of waitresses what had happened and she told me that the earliest they could do lunch was 1pm, some twenty minutes later. I then went to the counter and ordered a take away and told the American sounding member of staff what had happened and she said that the two people in front of me had booked. I am not sure how she would have known this as she didn't see them coming in, nor had she even known who they were. I explained that if the waitress had explained this then I wouldn't have been bothered by them being taken first. She said that she and the staff all know who booked and she appeared to take the approach that this was good enough and that customers should accept that this was the case even if the customers were left in the dark. I offered her some feedback saying that perhaps her staff should just inform waiting customers that guests taken in front of them had pre-booked then it would avoid conflict. She said there was no conflict and I agreed that issue was probably a more appropriate term. So if I was to offer feedback for their business ( I doubt whether it will be taken on board) it is that they pander to the customer and not the customer pandering to them. To finish on a lighter and more positive note. My order for takeaway came quickly and the originally unhelpful waitress seemed to have had a change of personality, was friendly and wished me well. The food was excellent, as was my coffee. Two stars for the food, but please remember patronising customers intelligence is never a good thing.

Coffee and a scone here today. Good coffee, big but not gross scone, glass of water with the coffee, what's not to like. Decor is a bit dull but as Seasons is much frequented by business people I suppose that's ok. The staff were very polite and helpful but perhaps the biggest plus is the free car parking. If you're meeting someone off the train at Central station, come here half an hour early, relax with a coffee and you're two minutes from the station when they arrive.

As a regular visitor to seasons for both business & pleasure, I find it impossible to find fault with it in any way! The staff are fantastic - incredibly welcoming, courteous and always with a smile! The cinnamon scones are simply divine and surely the best kept secret in Belfast?! We regularly go to seasons for team celebrations, meetings etc and are always accommodated. Lunches are always served fresh and there is a varied menu with something to suit everyone. As much as the food is great - I think it's the smiling faces & the loveliness of all the girls that is seasons hidden charm!

During a recent business visit at the Mount Business Centre, I visited the seasons restaurant. I opted for the BBQ Pulled Pork on Brioche which came with coleslaw and chips. The food was of excellent quality, really rich in flavour and of a good size. We ended with a cappuccino before going to our next meeting. Really great service with attentive staff, if you're visiting for business it's worth a visit.

had a quick lunch stop whilst visiting Belfast on business. The service was really efficient which is great for a fast business lunch. Good lunch-time menu choice too with plenty to choose from and a buffet too. There were 11 of us and our choices varied yet everything came at the same time and nothing took more than ten minutes. I had a pulled pork sandwich with chips which was excellent but there were plenty of other options too. Very good value for money and will definitely go back.

I went on an intensive two day team training session at The Mount Conference Centre in May, which was booked through work. We were all a bit in the dark because it was the first time any of us had visited the venue, but it was perfect. Onsite parking when we arrived and we were in a network of small rooms for the training. We also just walked into the adjoining Seasons Restaurant for buffet lunches each day which really were the icing on the cake. Gorgeous food, nice atmosphere and a menu which catered for every taste. Just hope we have another training session soon!

A number of years ago, I worked for a business that was based at The Mount Business and Conference Centre, we ate in the restaurant a number of times and the food was always delicious. I would highly recommend the Salmon - I have never been able to make it the way it tastes in Seasons! I recently met a client for coffee in Seasons and I was glad I did. The staff were as friendly as I remembered, and I would honestly say they have the best cappuccinos in Belfast. The clientele is mixed, there can be business people meeting for lunch, friends meeting for coffees, and retired couples as well, but there's always somewhere to sit and the layout is designed with larger and smaller areas so you can have a conversation without feeling like you are being overheard. It's a great place to meet with clients, I'll be back again soon.
